my mom when i said i wanted to be mitzi for halloween: "you're gonna be an obscure character?"
me: "i've been twyla, senpai, mad day out john, slapdash tina, slapdash phantom and rewrite erik and no one knew who i was until i told them! mitzi is nothing new!" ;D
#the only really famous one is mad day out john#and even then you might wonder about the black outfit!#in 2019 i was a college grad which is famous i guess? not a character tho! ;)#senpai looked more like a newsboy and the slapdash ones were literally last minute#rewrite erik is certainly the most obscure one since only a handful of people know#yet he was successful on here! ;D#no one knew twyla in 5th grade which was a bit surprising! :o#honestly mitzi might be the most famous in the costume world since a few have done her before#as far as i know no one else has done mad day out john! ;)#no matter how obscure i go what matters is having fun in the costume! ;D

I'm not great at recognizing broader themes beyond the broadest strokes and, I haven't played AC6 (or any robosouls games (I really need to))
BUUUUUUUT considering the basic plot of most Soulsborne games is; "something bad is happening and the people in charge are either actively making it worse, directly responsible or, both" this analysis makes alot of sense to me
Also funny how people who work directly for the people in charge are monsters that do little more than murdelize innocents to maintain the status quo
actually re: fromsoftware politics. i do think it's very interesting that the anti-colonialist RLF, ostensibly considered the 'good guys' of the game, were initially explicitly called the communist faction. armored core always has been a series critical of oligarchies and hyper-capitalism, but it's... very interesting to see just how blatant that is in ac6 specifically
you'd think that fromsoftware would eventually drop the ball on the "the ruling class will kill you and cannibalise itself in order to stay alive" considering that they're considered elite AAA devs rn, but thinking about elden ring and ac6's narratives, they've really only gotten more obvious about it - the horrors of colonialism and genocide and the sympathy given to the rage of its victims is something that's actually insane to see, to me, from such a big studio - fromsoft doesn't even attempt to be centrist about it.
for example, the frenzy flame ending. the only thing melina can tell you to dissuade you from pursuing it, ie literally destroying the world forever, is that there's still beauty in the world, apart from the suffering the golden order had caused. at no point however is the sheer despair of the people that the flame represents villanized. if anything, it's portrayed as a self-fulfilling prophecy, it is a tragedy. the only villain is the order who slaughtered all of these people, the flame of despair is something that emerged in them as they were buried alive. and the flame isn't even intended as a revenge upon the world, it's simply a means to end the pain they feel for being subjected to this.
their grief isn't something for the player to judge, it isn't something they're forced to overcome, it's simply a physical manifestation of the reality that was forced upon them. and these people, the merchants, are still kind to us, even knowing the order that we pursue. (in fact, the true, considered best ending of elden ring, is literally just sacrificing yourself in order to achieve complete anarchism. and getting a cool wife to endure the loneliness of space along the way)
in ac6 then, ayre is so terribly forgiving towards us, knowing what we are, knowing what made us, knowing what we participate in. some of this undoubtedly is because of her narrative role, she has to be a sympathetic character. but we do get to see her rage at the end, her grief for her species being seen as nothing more than a resource to be exploited or burned fully vocalized. but the RLF is sympathetic too as resistance fighters who want their home back. the only criticism the game ever leverages towards the RLF is that they're actually not radical enough in their pursuit of freedom, and that criticism is made by a villain.
it's so... i almost want to say optimistic? other games would have tried to pull a "ooh but what if the good guys did bad things (poor attempt at moral grayness)" but no, the RLF is justified at every step of the way. idk it makes me feel things. i dont particularly want to portray fromsoftware as these bastions of political correctness or sth - they're not perfect and i don't expect that ever lmao, but it's so fucking weird that their games are this progressive and have been for a long ass time.
#*meet flatwell for the first time* is that a Uncle Ho reference lmao#*finding out the RLF MTs was labeled as Communist MT* oh-#armored core#doing the prisoner rescue mission is like oh boy does this feel like when i just randomly discover my grandmother has a medal for her time#serving in the secret service of the resistance army#this is also why the only time i felt a strange sense of disappointment towards Walter is during the STRIDER mission and he said the RLF#is doomed to fail which is also why i hated Michigan at first cuz he was wildly degrading when talking abt RLF#anw no matter what liberator is the ending i will always go for idc#i might be deranged when drawing fanarts but i do have deep thoughts about this game i swear-#Solaire senpai plz save me

Gojo Satoru
TW: implied noncon, yandere
fem reader
The way Gojo Senpai is so obnoxious, he doesn’t understand his flirting is making you uncomfortable…
He seriously thinks he’s making you fall head over heels in love with him even when you give him nothing in return to make him think that. He just thinks you’re embarrassed and nervous, flustered by his attention, and that’s the reason you divert your gaze and bite your lip when he has you against the lockers, leaning on his hand with his shades gliding low on his nose—telling you that you have no shot becoming a sorcerer, but that you look too cute in the uniform not to give it your best try.
“Don’t worry, just say my name, and I’ll come save you,” he’ll say. “You can be my personal assistant supervisor instead.”
His game isn’t anything to brag about. It's more in line with bullying than flirting, but you pick up on the suggestiveness. That heated saccharine look within his blue eyes can only mean one thing if the way he plays with your hair isn’t enough of a hint already.
But his words are nothing short of derogatory, and all in all, he simply makes you feel gross—a sentiment you thought you put across, but it seems that having six eyes only makes you blind.
It takes Shoko telling him to leave the poor Kohai alone for him to finally understand that you don’t like him. And then he’s just confused and embarrassed.
And a tinge bit irritated.
Gojo knows for a fact he could make any girl want him. Even those who seem to hate him would melt if he gave them the same attention he’s been giving you. Any girl. He could have any girl, but he chose you. And you reject him?
No. He can’t accept that.
“Most girls would be grateful for my attention,” He states plainly after having tracked you down.
Your head snapped, jolting. “Gojo Senpai—” You dropped the mop in your hands with a clatter, having been deep in your own thoughts on classroom cleaning duty. You sighed as the scare settled, giving a breathy laugh, “You scared me—”
“Is that it?” he interrupted. “I scare you?”
You quirked a brow with a tilt of your head. “What?”
“Do I scare you?” he repeated, louder, posted on the threshold in a stance you’d never seen him in—stiff and squared, not his usual lazy laidbackness.
Confused, your eyes looked around as if searching for clues but came up emptyhanded, “Uhm, I don’t understand—”
“It’s a simple question,” he said, cutting you off again, this time with a step into the classroom. He talked slowly, cradling the next words, “Are you scared of me?”
Where it all came from, you hadn’t a clue. But then again, Gojo Senpai has always been rather strange.
Were you scared of him? It’s not really something you’ve ever thought about. Sure, if you were to go one versus one with him, you’d probably piss yourself. But in a regular setting, you just found him to be as grating as the next person.
“I don’t think so?” you end up answering.
“Good. So what is it then?” His shades were low enough for his stare to skim over. Brighter than clear skies, and yet, somehow, so dark. “Why don’t you like me.”
Oh, so he’s figured it out on his own then. It’s about time. And thank fuck for it—saves you the trouble of breaking it to him yourself. Though you were still left with the unfair task of telling him why.
“Honestly, Gojo Senpai, I’m not, or well… you’re just not my type.”
Stick to the basics, is what you told yourself. There’s no need to drag this out.
“Yeah, I figured. I’m asking why,” he countered, in complete disagreement with your thought.
Still, you wanted to fight for it. “Does it really matter?”
“Yes.”
This conversation was the last thing you wanted, but it seemed the white-haired prodigy wouldn’t leave without having it.
“Well…” you started, still pondering. Maybe he’d appreciate the honesty? He’s a rather straightforward guy himself. “I mean, there’s no way you don’t already know this, but—” You picked up the broom again mid-sentence. “You’re really obnoxious.”
He took a small second before he scoffed, “So? No one else cares.”
It reminded you of arguing with someone half your age—the petty anger in an ill-thought-through comment slung at you as if it carried all the weight in the world. But what everyone else thought of him hadn’t anything to do with you—and even so, out of the people on campus, you’re certain you’re not the only one who finds his attitude unpleasant—they just don’t tell it to his face.
You had half the mind to tell him to go get a grip, but he was still your Senpai.
“Good for you, I guess?” You weren’t really looking to fight with him, after all. “So you can flirt with literally anyone else then,” you dismiss him and go back to finish cleaning the classroom—glad to have put it all behind you. You were starting to fear he’d never leave you alone.
There’s a woosh, then the hard thunk of your back hitting the wall. Both your upper arms are gripped tight, pinned. When you open your eyes again after adjusting to the impact, you look straight up into the full view of two crisp comet blues.
“You’re mighty rude for a Kohai. You know that?”
Your head stings. You blink crookedly.
“Senpai—”
“Maybe I’ve misjudged you. D’you have anythin’ for show to back that attitude up?” It’s eerie how he says it in the same flirty fashion he would otherwise—even the look in his eyes are the same. But his grip tightens.
“I don’t want to fight—”
“No?” he cuts you off with a pout. “I could've sworn you were asking for it—all but begging for it a second ago.”
You whimper, cowering at the sudden bite in his voice.
“What’s the matter, huh? I thought you said you weren’t scared?”
Your voice comes out weak, “Please, Gojo Senpai, I—”
“Please?” he questions brightly, eyes stark and burning like a stovetop. “Yeah, that’s got a nicer ring to it—suits you better.” The smile that splits across his face is nothing short of unhinged. “But it’s not enough for me to let your disrespect slide.” He licks his lips, and a chill runs up your spine, feeling like caught prey. “Lucky you, I know exactly what price to put on it.”
His mouth devour yours the same way—pouncing like a beast would, with teeth more than lips, then a tongue. You whine as you twist—it’s more instinctive than deliberate when your knee shoots up into the unprotected space between his legs—right into that thing that was rubbing and rutting against you.
You make a run for it as he staggers back with a hiss, but you don’t make it farther than three measly steps before you’re bent over the closest desk.
His fist wrangles your hair, using it to shove you face-down against the wood—the weight of his body on top of your back with his voice raspy against your ear. “We could’ve left this with a kiss, but I don’t think it’s gonna be that easy now.”
Tears spill hotly in a panic, but no matter how much strength you put into lifting yourself up, you remain down. Sobbing, “Let go—help—”
He snickers with a hand under your skirt, spidering delicately up your thigh. “Who’re you callin’ for help, hm? I’m already here.”

Changing Partner (Momo, Jihyo, Chaeyoung)
Kinkotber One Night Special
NA: The smut is about the orgy between the members and their real life boyfriend, stay away if you don't like it. Enjoy if you have any interest.
"Ah..." Momo was putting hot water in the bathroom and taking off her clothes. Suddenly, the black lace bra on her chest was pulled off by a pair of big hands. Momo yelled and quickly hugged the white breasts that popped out, but the big hands didn't let her go. They ruthlessly pulled Momo's hands away from her chest and rubbed Momo's snow-white and plump breasts vigorously.
"Ah...senpai...you...stop it...no...I told you to wait for me on the bed..." After a while, Momo couldn't bear the pleasure and succumbed to Zion.T's caress.
Zion.T ignored Momo's questions and continued to caress Momo's soft breasts with one hand. He hugged her slender waist from behind with the other hand and brought his lips together. Momo also took the initiative to kiss Zion.T's lips. Zion.T was tough. His cock was also pressed against Momo's petite ass through a thin black lace panty.
Couples who have been together for a long time will inevitably get a little bored, and they are both in the entertainment industry, a circle full of temptations. To avoid an affair, it is better to adjust their lives through wife-swapping with mutual understanding and enjoy the freshness and excitement. At the same time, it can also stabilize the relationship between the couple, so as the eldest brother Kim Heechul proposes it at the party, the three couples Kim Heechul, Momo, Zion.T, Chaeyoung, Kang Daniel, and Jihyo discuss it for a while and then made an appointment. On this day we came to the hotel together.
Kim Heechul, Zion.T, and Kang Daniel each played with the key cards in their hands. After all, Zion.T and Kang Daniel were trying it for the first time not long after they started dating. There were expressions of excitement and anticipation on their faces. Momo, Chaeyoung, and Jihyo each chose a room and went in to wait, while Kim Heechul, Zion.T, and Kang Daniel randomly drew room cards.
"Ahem... Then I'll go in first... Don't wait too long... It's not good to make women wait too long..." Kim Heechul skillfully walked into the room, and that number was on the room card.
Chaeyoung has a rigorous upbringing. Normally, she doesn’t have so many men scheming with her, and she doesn’t have to accompany sponsors to socialize compared with her teammates. She has only done it with her previous boyfriends. This time, she agreed to participate because she was curious and tired of the same sex. Now she is feeling nervous and looking forward to it. Jihyo couldn't even remember how many men he had sex with, including her previous boyfriends, bosses, etc. However, it was his first time to participate in this special event. She was still very nervous. She sat by the bed and waited, still thinking about whether to take a shower first. On the contrary, Momo is familiar with many people sitting by the bed with a glass of wine and watching TV, waiting for who will open her door.
"Bump..." The door to the room opened with a sound. From the corner of his eye, Chaeyoung saw that the person who walked in was Kang Daniel. He was her junior but older than herself. Although she had seen him several times, she was not familiar with him. When she saw Kang Daniel, Chaeyoung's heartbeat became faster and faster as he got closer.
Kang Daniel's mood became more and more excited as he got closer to Chaeyoung. Kang Daniel knew that he was the latest to debut among everyone today. No matter which beauty he met, he was a junior. However, as a man, he still had to take the initiative and sit next to Chaeyoung intentionally.
Kang Daniel felt Chaeyoung's breathing quicken and her face flushed. Kang Daniel slowly approached Chaeyoung and was about to kiss Chaeyoung's sexy red lips, but Chaeyoung quickly turned her head away.
"I'm sorry...I...I..." Chaeyoung also knew that she had lost her temper. She verbally agreed but her body automatically refused.
"It's okay...I'm so nervous...not to mention you, senpai...let's have a drink first..." Kang Daniel comforted Chaeyoung gently and considerately, stood up, poured two glasses of red wine and handed one to Chaeyoung.
"Nervous?... Excited, right... How can you men be nervous if you're not a virgin..." Chaeyoung took a sip of wine and calmed down a little, then joked.
"Really... otherwise, senpai, look..." Kang Daniel stretched out his hand holding the wine glass, but his hand kept shaking, and the wine in the glass also swayed violently, which looked very funny.
"Hee... hee... hee..." Chaeyoung liked this kind of physical comedy very much, and she slapped Kang Daniel's body with her hands while laughing.
After the two chatted for a while, Kang Daniel tentatively touched Chaeyoung's arm with his elbow. Seeing that Chaeyoung had no reaction, Kang Daniel boldly took a step further, holding Chaeyoung's slim waist and moving closer to him. Seeing Chaeyoung's whole body tremble slightly and her eyes closed slightly, it seemed that she agreed with Kang Daniel's actions by default. Kang Daniel also hugged Chaeyoung and kissed her together. Kang Daniel even inserted his tongue into Chaeyoung's mouth, two tongues continuously entangling.
While kissing Chaeyoung, Kang Daniel gently laid Chaeyoung's body back. Kang Daniel slowly pressed his body on Chaeyoung's body. Kang Daniel slowly unbuttoned Chaeyoung's shirt one button at a time. The light green bra wrapped the plump breasts. This alluring sight made Kang Daniel forget himself. Chaeyoung also noticed that Kang Daniel was strange. She was also pleased that the man was so addicted to her body. Her tongue began to fight back into Kang Daniel's mouth. The delicate hands also begin to help take off Kang Daniel's clothes.
Kang Daniel came to his senses after being counterattacked by Chaeyoung's tongue. His hands then moved to Chaeyoung's lower body in a short skirt. One hand gently touched her white and elastic thighs, and the other hand slowly unzipped the skirt. Chaeyoung also cooperated. Raising her buttocks made it easier for Kang Daniel to take off her short skirt and the light green underwear that matched the bra, the neat black pubic hair in the translucent underwear can be seen easily.
"Well...turn off the light first...please..." Their lips parted, and when they separated, their saliva was still in a line. Chaeyoung's face turned red, and her legs were tightly clamped around Kang Daniel’s hand who was about to touch her clit.
"senpai... you have such a beautiful and sexy body... if we turn off the light... I can't see it... shall we continue?" Kang Daniel leaned down and whispered in Chaeyoung's ear, and Chaeyoung nodded in confusion.
Seeing this, Kang Daniel reached behind Chaeyoung with one hand, gently unbuttoned the back of her bra, and removed the bra straps on Chaeyoung's white shoulders with the other hand. Then he easily pushed up with both hands, and a pair of white, plump breasts bounced out.
"Ah..." This was the first time Chaeyoung that her breasts were seen by someone other than her boyfriend. She wanted to cover them shyly, but Kang Daniel reacted faster and took Chaeyoung's hands with both hands. He buried his head in her chest to suck her breasts and nipples. Soon Chaeyoung's sensitive nipples became hard.
As soon as Chaeyoung's nipples were sucked into Kang Daniel's mouth, his whole body immediately went limp in comfort. Seeing this, Kang Daniel let go of Chaeyoung's hands and used one hand to cooperate with his mouth to suck and knead the firm nipples from left to right. , one hand gently caressed Chaeyoung's fair inner thigh, and from time to time, Chaeyoung's body could be felt trembling when it touched the edge of her underwear.
"senpai...don't be nervous...can you spread your legs a little bit...it's very comfortable..." Kang Daniel felt Chaeyoung's body getting hotter and hotter, and his hand gradually caressed Chaeyoung's vagina through her underwear. Before long, Kang Daniel Feeling that her underwear was a little wet, and wanted to use his mouth to lick Chaeyoung's vagina.
Chaeyoung looked at Kang Daniel shyly and said nothing. She just watched Kang Daniel slowly slide his head from her chest down to her thighs and lick the inner thighs. Chaeyoung closed her eyes and opened her thighs slightly, looking forward to Kang Daniel’s next move.
Kang Daniel's index finger secretly pulled the edge of the underwear to the side, and his lips quickly pressed against Chaeyoung 's moist labia and started sucking, and his tongue teased the erect clitoris from time to time.
"Ah..." Chaeyoung was served by a man with her mouth for the first time, grabbing Kang Daniel's hair with her hands, and even just hooking her legs around Kang Daniel's head. Chaeyoung thought that this might be the benefit of swapping partners, she could experience different sex moves, positions, and feelings.
Kang Daniel saw Chaeyoung's unusual reaction, so he guessed that this might be the first time a man had licked her vagina with his mouth, so he licked her more carefully and gently.
"Hmm... um..." Chaeyoung may have felt very comfortable. The strength of her hands and feet gradually decreased, and a moan slowly came out of her mouth.
"Ah... um... I... I... um... um... ah... ah..." Kang Daniel covered his entire palm on Chaeyoung's vagina, extended his index and middle fingers into Chaeyoung's vagina, and felt the temperature and tightening in the vagina, and the tongue constantly licking Chaeyoung's sensitive inner thighs, all kinds of pleasure also made Chaeyoung moan in comfort.
Kang Daniel's movements with his mouth and fingers were very skilful, licking, sucking, kissing, spitting, inserting, pumping, touching, pinching, all kinds of tricks made Chaeyoung's juice wet the sheets along his thighs.
"Ah...cum...cumming..." Chaeyoung screamed in comfort, being brought to orgasm by Kang Daniel's mouth and fingers.
"Sonbae...can you lick the cock...can you help me..." Kang Daniel lay on his side next to Chaeyoung, his hands did not neglect Chaeyoung as she reached her climax, one hand caressed the soft breasts, and the other continued to caress the wetness's vagina, said softly.
"But...but...I...I...don't know..." Chaeyoung responded a little shyly.
"It doesn't matter...you will get familiar with it if you try more...anyway, today is the time to try something that you have never tried before...senpai...help me..." Kang Daniel helped Chaeyoung up and leaned on the bed, asking Chaeyoung to kneel down before him. Chaeyoung only resisted symbolically before kneeling down obediently.
Chaeyoung's oral sex skills are very inexperienced. It can be seen that she has not served many people. From time to time, her teeth will scratch the sensitive glans, causing Kang Daniel to cry out in pain. Chaeyoung will look at Kang Daniel with a gentle and apologetic look, and then continue to lower her head and suck the cock more carefully. Kang Daniel would also tell Chaeyoung what to pay attention to and what to do to make the man more excited. Perhaps Chaeyoung was the one who learned the most at this party. Zion.T usually loves her too much. Instead of asking for so much, Kang Daniel also looked at Chaeyoung on his crotch. Although her skills were not as good as Jihyo's, she had a different taste.
"senpai...you are so beautiful...can I fuck you..." After Chaeyoung gave oral sex for a while, Kang Daniel held up Chaeyoung's beautiful face and kissed Chaeyoung on the lips without waiting for Chaeyoung's response.
"Come in...I...I want it too..." Chaeyoung lay on the bed with her eyes slightly closed, her face flushed with shyness, and she clutched the sheets tightly and whispered.
"senpai...I'm here..." Kang Daniel pushed Chaeyoung down on the bed, and his glans slowly separated the two wet labia. As soon as Kang Daniel finished speaking, he thrust his cock up and inserted it completely into Chaeyoung's pussy.
"Ah...ahhhhh..." Chaeyoung cried out comfortably.
"I...I...so...so comfortable...oh oh...um...um..." Kang Daniel pumped in a normal position, and of course, Chaeyoung's breasts could not escape the sucking of his mouth, Kang Daniel's penetration became faster and faster, and Chaeyoung's legs tightened around Kang Daniel's waist.
"Ahhhh..." The cock thrust in and out faster and faster, and Chaeyoung's moans became more and more excited.
In another room.
Kim Heechul moved his hand up along Jihyo's thigh, lifted the edge of the red lace panties, inserted his fingers into the hot and wet pussy, and grabbed Jihyo's snow-white plump breasts with one hand. The red palm prints were clearly visible. His lips were kissing Jihyo's fair neck and collarbone.
"Hmm...ah...I...ah... Heechul Oppa ..." Jihyo moaned selflessly, and her juice flowed all over Kim Heechul's fingers. Her body trembled, gasping for air, and her legs gradually spread apart.
Kim Heechul asked Jihyo to bend down in front of the window, and her two soft and white breasts were fully exposed. If there were people in the opposite building, they would be able to clearly see that the pure and sweet Jihyo has such a charming and alluring side. Kim Heechul squatted behind Jihyo's butt and spread her legs. He took off Jihyo's red panties and kissed her deep into the thick black pubic hair. Jihyo's whole body was shaking, feeling the pleasure from her vagina.
"Ah...ah...no...don't...ah..." Kim Heechul sucked all the nectar out of Jihyo's vagina. Kim Heechul's lips pressed against Jihyo's labia, and his tongue searched for the sensitive G-spot, one hand teases the clitoris and the other hand stimulates the asshole.
"Ah...ah...ah..." Jihyo had a violent reaction, her vagina tightly wrapped around Kim Heechul's tongue. Kim Heechul knew that he had found Jihyo's G-spot.
The tongue was pressed softly and slowly, causing Jihyo to arch her waist sometimes, lift her chest sometimes, and lift her buttocks sometimes. Her white legs kept trembling. Soon, Jihyo's vagina gradually tightened rhythmically. She fell to the ground, gasping for breath, and Kim Heechul's face was sprayed with warm nectars.
"Jihyo...are you feeling good...do you want a cock to fuck you..." Kim Heechul lay on Jihyo's smooth back, holding onto Jihyo's soft tits with both hands and kept rubbing his cock near the pussy but not inserting it.
"Hmm... Heechul oppa ...I...I want...you...you...fuck me..." Jihyo showed no restraint at all. She pushed Kim Heechul to the ground with a hard push with both hands and spread her legs widely. Aiming the cock at the pussy, she sat down and swallowed the whole cock.
"Ah... Heechul Oppa ...fuck me...fuck me to death...ah...ah...ah..." Jihyo kept moving her butt up and down, and then she sat down hard when her butt was raised until only the glans were left inside her body, then she sat back. Kim Heechul didn't expect Jihyo to be so proactive, but he seemed to have nothing to do, so he could only caress Jihyo's white and tender breasts with his hands.
"Oh...oh...hee... Heechul Oppa...quickly...quickly...I'm cumming...cumming...cumming..." Jihyo put her hands on Kim Heechul's chest, swaying her white butt crazily, her warm vagina getting tighter. No man could bear such pleasure. Kim Heechul also felt like he was about to cum.
Kim Heechul had a hard time fucking such a seductive beauty. Still, he didn't want to cum so quickly, so he turned Jihyo over and put her beautiful white legs on his shoulders. He inserted his entire cock into Jihyo's hot and wet pussy and controlled thrusting speed by himself so that he would not cum so quickly. The cock was wrapped in warm tender pussy which was full of pleasure. This pleasant feeling was simply indescribable.
"Ah... so... good... fucked... me... ah..." Jihyo moaned lustfully.
"Ah... Heechul Oppa ...it feels so good...fast...fast...ah...I can't do it anymore...ah...ah..." Kim Heechul accelerated and vigorously thrust, and Jihyo also raised her buttocks in crazy cooperation. A wave of numbing pleasure came from the place where the two of them met, and penetrated their bodies one after another.
"Oh...I'm going to cum..." Kim Heechul felt that he was about to cum. He was about to pull out his cock and cum outside her body. Unexpectedly, Jihyo suddenly hooked her legs tightly around Kim Heechul's buttocks and hugged him tightly with both hands, didn't let his body leave. His cock trembled inside Jihyo and spurted out hot semen. Jihyo was also heated by the semen and reached her second climax.
"Jihyo...let's do it again..." Kim Heechul did not pull out his cock in a hurry. Instead, he kept inserting his cock into Jihyo while stroking Jihyo's seductive body. It didn't take long for his cock to recover and asked.
Jihyo nodded coyly, not showing any sign of the crazy lovemaking she had just had.
Another room.
"Zion.T senpai ...it's you..." Momo drank the wine in her hand and looked at the man who walked in.
Zion.T usually loves his girlfriend Chaeyoung very much and does not dare to ask her to do too much or too rough. He usually only does two or three postures, and the movements are extremely gentle. This was an opportunity for him to have sex with other women openly. He planned to try something he had never done before, and since she was not his girlfriend, he could do something rough.
Zion.T pushed Momo down on the bed without saying anything. "Ah...you are so horny...I haven't even taken a shower yet..."Momo said coquettishly.
Zion.T kissed Momo directly, but Momo secretly bit his lip. Zion.T let go of Momo in pain, and Momo also stood up and planned to go into the bathroom to take a shower.
"Momo...I can't stand it...please...help me..." Zion.T sat on the bed and held Momo's wrist with one hand, and took out his hard cock with the other hand.
"Ah...really..." Momo looked at the hard cock, then knelt on the ground and tucked her hair behind her ears.
Momo bend her head down, stretched out the tip of her tongue and licked up and down around the cock, then took the glans into her mouth, sucking lightly and hard, gradually swallowing the entire cock deep into her throat. Her mouth was stuffed full of cock, and then she quickly moved her head up and down.
Momo seemed to be swallowing the cock. Every time she sucked, she took the cock to the very root. The glans kept pushing into the depths of her throat. The suffocating pleasure made Zion.T so happy that he couldn't help himself. Momo's seductive eyes hooked at Holding Zion.T, while still having his cock in her mouth, kept sucking and licking it. Momo's skilful oral sex skills were not comparable to Chaeyoung's. It didn't take long before Zion.T couldn't help but cum. With one movement and a grunt, Momo swallowed all the semen.
"Hehe... Seems you cum to Chae yesterday... The amount of semen is a bit less... You should rest on the bed for a while... I'll take a shower first and wait for the second round..." Momo stood up and went to the bathroom.
Not long after Momo entered, Zion.T undressed himself completely and entered the bathroom with his erect cock.
Momo is putting hot water in the bathtub and stripped down to her underwear. She was looking in the mirror to see if there was anything she needed to tidy up when the door suddenly opened and a pair of big hands reached out to her.
"Ah..." The black lace bra on Momo's chest was suddenly pulled off by a pair of big hands. Momo yelled and quickly hugged the white breasts that popped out, but the big hands did not let go of her and ruthlessly pulled Momo's hand away. The hands on her chest vigorously rubbed Momo's snow-white and plump breasts.
"Ah... Zion.T senpai...you...stop it...no...I told you to wait for me on the bed..." After a while, Momo couldn't bear the pleasure and succumbed to Zion.T's caress.
Zion.T ignored Momo's questions and continued to caress Momo's soft breasts with one hand. He hugged her slender waist from behind with the other hand and brought his lips together. Momo also took the initiative to kiss Zion.T's lips. Zion.T was extremely hard. His cock pressed against Momo's petite ass through a thin black lace panty.
"Momo...you are so...all that makes people miss you..." Momo's white and tender skin was filled with a shy red light, her slender body, her pitiful face, and her black underwear were caressed by Zion.T and were completely stripped off, Momo could only try to cover up her three charming points with her hands.
Little did he know that the shyness and looming stimulation in this way made Zion.T aroused. He clamped Momo's delicate legs with his legs, hugged Momo tightly with one hand, and pinched the hard nipple with the other. His hard cock was also rubbing Momo's wet clit, and Momo's movements gradually changed from resistance to submission.
"Hmm... um... um... I'm not even allowed to take a proper bath... ah... ah... ah..." Zion.T lifted Momo's left leg while slowly inserting his hard cock in Momo's tight pussy.
"No.. ah... ah... I... um... um..." The stimulating pleasure brought by the cock was so strong that Momo moaned forgetfully.
"Ahhh..." Zion.T picked up Momo, and Momo's hands and feet involuntarily hugged Zion.T, and they walked to the bathtub step by step.
Zion.T grabbed Momo's plump breasts with both hands and sucked the nipples on the left and right back and forth with his mouth. Momo sat astride Zion.T's legs. The two of them swung up and down in coordination. Each swing could arouse bursts of excitement in the bathtub.
There were no gentle techniques, just the body's blind desire to satisfy its desire. The tight and tender flesh kept swallowing the cock. Momo kept panting and cooperated, hoping that the cock would go deeper and faster.
Momo felt that the cock in her body suddenly swelled. Knowing that Zion.T was about to cum, she shook her butt desperately. Soon a stream of semen spurted into Momo's body. Momo raised her buttocks and pulled out the ejaculated cock. Then she took the cock into her mouth and licked up all the remaining semen.
"senpai...I still want...come on..." Just as Momo was licking and cleaning his cock, she found that his cock had regained its strength and became firm again. It seemed that Zion.T's cock was not long-lasting but its resilience was amazing.
"Yeah... you're so sexy..." Zion.T watched Momo's lewd way of cleaning his cock, then grabbed Momo's slim waist and thrust his cock from behind.
"Ah... um..." Momo obeyed him happily.
"Ah...ah...quickly...quickly...give it to me...ah...ok..." Zion.T usually didn't dare to treat Chaeyoung roughly, but now he fucked Momo roughly and hard.
After fucking in the bathroom for a while, Zion.T picked up Momo and went to the bed. Zion.T tried doggy style, missionary style and other different positions on Momo.
After a while, Kim Heechul and Jihyo opened the door first and walked out. It could be seen from their wet hair and skin that they had just finished washing and walked out together. They were only wearing bath towels but dressed nothing inside.
"It seems... we are the earliest to come out... do you want... to do it in the living room..." Kim Heechul poured a glass of wine and handed it to Jihyo, then sat down next to her and hugged her with one arm, another hand was inside the towel and started caressing it.
"No...I don't want it... It'll be seen by my boyfriend later..." After all, it's another thing for her boyfriend to see she fucks another man with his own eyes, she said while stopping Kim Heechul's hand.
"umm...umm...umm..." Jihyo could not stop Kim Heechul at this time. Jihyo was pressed down on the sofa. Kim Heechul pressed Jihyo with his whole body, kissed her lips with his mouth, and gently kissed her lips with one hand. He gently caressed the white and sexy thighs and grabbed the white and plump breasts with one hand.
"Heechul Oppa ... no... don't... no... how about... I'll help you with my mouth..." Kim Heechul moved his head to Jihyo's chest and bit her erect nipples with his mouth. Jihyo unconsciously spread her legs and his fingers gently stimulated the newly found G-spot inside Jihyo. Jihyo, who was hit by the pleasure, could only moan for mercy. She really didn't want her boyfriend to see her being fucked by someone else.
Kim Heechul thought that there would be more opportunities in the future, and did not want to force Jihyo, so he stood up and put his cock next to Jihyo's mouth. Jihyo glared at Kim Heechul with seductive eyes, knelt down, and pulled away Kim Heechul's bath towel with one hand. Open her small mouth and gently sucked it in. Kim Heechul only felt that the glans were wrapped in a warm and moist mouth.
Jihyo continued to wrap the tip of her tongue around the glans, sucking and sucking the glans in her mouth, making continuous squeaking sounds. While sucking, Jihyo also used her small hands to gently stroke his cock, making his cock bigger and bigger. Kim Heechul's hands are not idle, one hand is stroking Jihyo's smooth back, and the other hand is grabbing the swaying breasts.
'Hey, how about we do it together?' Heechul and Jihyo, who were concentrating on serving and enjoying themselves, did not notice anyone coming behind them. Kim Heechul was fine, but Jihyo was so frightened that her whole body shook and she almost bit his cock with her teeth. But when she saw that the people coming were Zion.T and Momo, she then confidently served Kim Heechul with his mouth again.
Momo with her hands and feet on the ground, with her butt raised high, while Zion grabbed Momo's slim waist and bumped Momo's butt with his cock, and Momo crawled forward with difficulty. When she arrived next to Kim Heechul, Momo was already sweating profusely.
"Baby ...did Zion.T...fuck you well...do you feel good..." Momo crawled to Kim Heechul's side and slowly leaned on Kim Heechul with both hands to get up, but Zion.T was behind her and still fucking her hard, Momo was fucked so hard that she could only hug Kim Heechul tightly, and her plump breasts kept squeezing Kim Heechul. Kim Heechul didn't take it seriously and instead held up Momo's innocent and pitiful face. After saying that, he kissed her hard.
"Ah...ah...ah... Zion.T senpai ...no...don't...ah...ah...ah..." Zion.T saw Jihyo lying on the ground with her white and plump butt raised slightly, The two labia were opening and closing slightly and still dripping juice. This obscene scene made Zion.T unable to bear watching it. He pulled out his cock and go behind Jihyo's ass, and the cock began to penetrate Jihyo's body. Jihyo, who was serving Kim Heechul attentively, didn't realize until the cock was completely inserted into her body that it was too late to stop him.
Kim Heechul and Momo looked at each other and laughed slightly. Kim Heechul pressed Momo back to the ground. Momo also gestured and stuck out her tongue to lick Heechul's cock from left to right with Jihyo. Although it was the first time for the two of them to cooperate, they still licking in a tacit understanding, the two women's heads were close together, one was holding the cock and the other was sucking the balls. They even licked the cock together, licking up and down on both sides. The lewd and seductive scene made Kim Heechul look overjoyed.
Kang Daniel and Chaeyoung walked out of the room fully dressed and followed the moans of obscenity to the living room, but were stunned by the sight in front of them.
Chaeyoung has never tried multi-person sex, but now the scene of two men and two women having sex appears in front of her. She was shocked. She had never imagined that there would be such lewd love. Moreover, her boyfriend Zion.T usually treated her gently. Now he was hitting Jihyo's ass roughly and ferociously. The white ass was completely red from the impact. She even fantasized about how good it would be to be fucked so roughly by her boyfriend.
Kang Daniel watched his girlfriend being rocked back and forth by two cocks one after another. As soon as the cock leaves her mouth, the cock from behind thrust forward, and Jihyo was forced to take the cock in her mouth again. As soon as the cock withdrew from her pussy, her body was forced to swing back by the cock which is fucking her mouth, making it looks like she was fucking the cock behind. Kang Daniel never knew that the pure and sweet Jihyo had such a lustful side, but his cock involuntarily stood up.
The four people in the living room also noticed the arrival of Kang Daniel and Chaeyoung. Kim Heechul looked at the two of them with a smile. Zion.T avoided Chaeyoung's gaze and continued to fuck Jihyo. Jihyo was surrounded by two cocks. Looking at Kang Daniel with apologetic eyes, Momo held the balls in her mouth and spreaded her two butt cheeks with both hands to reveal her wet pussy, inviting Kang Daniel to join her.
Kang Daniel watching his girlfriend being fucked by someone else. Although he had known about it for a long time, seeing it with his own eyes was a different feeling. Coupled with Momo's constant temptation, he started to take off the clothes he had just put on.
"Senpai... Let's..." Kang Daniel invited Chaeyoung to join him, but Chaeyoung was still not able to accept multi-person sex and could only shake her head, so Kang Daniel walked forward alone.
Kang Daniel lay on Momo's back, gently rubbing Momo's plump breasts with his right hand, grabbing Jihyo's soft breasts with his left hand, kissing Momo's white neck, smelling the refreshing fragrance, but his cock was not rushed to get in and he just rubbed it near Momo's clit, causing Momo to keep swaying her ass in protest.
Momo couldn't help but had to hold the cock and push it into her body. The hard cock spread Momo's clits and inserted it directly into her body. Once the cock was inserted, Kang Daniel stopped teasing Momo and started fuck fiercely. Kang Daniel, and Zion.T were fucking Momo and Jihyo in the same position, while the small mouths of the two women were serving Kim Heechul.
While Kang Daniel was watching his girlfriend being fucked, he was fucking another beauty next to him. This strange pleasure made him extremely excited. This kind of sexual interest was something he had never experienced in Jihyo.
At the same time, Jihyo also saw that her boyfriend was grabbing Momo's waist, and the cock that originally belonged to her was also moving in and out of Momo's body. The expressions on the faces of her boyfriend and Momo were very satisfying, and the jealousy made Jihyo even more focused on licking. She licked the cock in front of her and swung it in harmony with the cock in her body.
Zion.T was extremely excited when he saw Chaeyoung sitting aside and watching him grab Jihyo's slim waist and fuck her hard. He slapped Jihyo's white ass while doing it. This kind of lovemaking method was something Zion.T didn't dare to use on Chaeyoung. Yes, now he's going to experience things with Jihyo that he usually doesn’t dare to do.
Chaeyoung watched curiously as everyone in the living room was naked and immersed in sex. Only she seemed out of place sitting aside, especially when she saw her boyfriend's cock thrusting inside Jihyo. Every time Zion.T hit Jihyo's ass, Chaeyoung's heart trembled, when she saw the happy expressions on Momo and Jihyo's faces, she wanted to switch with them and experience it. Chaeyoung couldn't help but put her hands into her skirts and caress them.
Kim Heechul had wanted to fuck Chaeyoung for so long, so when he saw Chaeyoung masturbating aside, he immediately stood up. Jihyo and Momo, who had lost their cocks to suck, leaned together and kissed each other.
Kim Heechul did not rush to fuck Chaeyoung from the beginning but quietly watched Chaeyoung caressing her. Until Chaeyoung's whole body turned red and her eyes revealed a desire, he slowly replaced Chaeyoung's hands with his hands. Although when Heechul's hands first touched Chaeyoung, Chaeyoung's whole body trembled but she didn't refuse and let him rub her gently.
Kim Heechul's right hand came into contact with Chaeyoung's light green panties, and he realized that it was already wet. Kim Heechul used his tongue to lick Chaeyoung's vagina through the underwear, sucking the semen that flowed out, and put his hands into the bra to gently caress those soft breasts.
"Chaeyoung... do you want me to fuck you..." As soon as Kim Heechul's mouth left Chaeyoung's pussy, Chaeyoung felt itchy and unbearable. She kept twisting her buttocks, hoping that Kim Heechul would continue to lick her, but Kim Heechul only asked softly but didn't. Regardless of any movement, the hungry Chaeyoung had no choice but to take a deep breath and nod slightly with a blushing face.
"Hee...hee..." With laughter, Kim Heechul pulled Chaeyoung to the front of Jihyo and Momo and casually took off all the remaining clothes on Chaeyoung's body on the way.
"Chaeyoung... come... kneel down..." Kim Heechul asked Chaeyoung to follow Jihyo and Momo's position and lie down. As soon as Chaeyoung kneeled down, Momo kissed Chaeyoung on the lips, and Jihyo leaned in not to be outdone. , Chaeyoung was trying same-sex tongue kiss for the first time, and could only passively cooperate with Jihyo and Momo.
"Ah... oh... ugh... ugh... ugh..." Kim Heechul teased Chaeyoung's labia by rubbing his cock on it a few times, soon Chaeyoung felt a hard and hot cock inserted into her body, and the tingling and empty feeling in her pussy just now was replaced by a fulfilling pleasure. The cock was inserted and pulled out again and again, giving Chaeyoung an ecstasy of pleasure. But just as she let out a cry, his lips were kissed by Jihyo and Momo again.
Chaeyoung looked at her boyfriend, but there was another man's cock inside her, which even brought her greater pleasure. Chaeyoung didn't expect that in just one day, she would be fucked by two cocks that did not belong to her boyfriend, and for the first time today, An experience also brings her different excitement and pleasure.
"Ah...ah...ah...ah..."
"Hmm... um... um... um..."
"Oh...oh...oh...oh..."
Chaeyoung, Jihyo, and Momo were all kneeling on the ground at the same time, with their ass raised high. There was a man fucking them from behind, but they are not their boyfriend, instead, their boyfriends are watching them moan like a slut while fucking by others. This stimulating pleasure brought by both the mind and body at the same time, caused Chaeyoung, Jihyo, and Momo to let out different moans at the same time, one after another in the living room.
After a while, Momo seemed to feel that it was not enough, so she knocked Kang Daniel down with her ass and sat on Kang Daniel's crotch. Momo actively controlled the speed and force of thrusting on top of him. Kang Daniel glanced at Jihyo, but Momo held Kang Daniel's face with both hands and kissed him deeply. "Well... don't look at her... you are mine now... you can only focus on fucking me..."
When Jihyo saw it, she also imitated knocking down Zion. T and rode up on him. Kim Heechul also smiled and helped Chaeyoung up and let her ride on him. Chaeyoung, Jihyo, and Momo rode on each other's boyfriend at the same time, swinging their buttocks and moaning happily.
On this day, Chaeyoung, Jihyo, and Momo let the men take turns fucking and cream-pie them internally. When everything calmed down, the six of them lay limply naked and hugged each other's girlfriends and boyfriends, feeling that this is a kind of stimulating joy that cannot be expressed in words, and it also improves the relationship between lovers.

SSR Jack Howl - Room Relaxation Voice Lines
Back home, I'd have my family to celebrate with, but here... I wonder what kind of birthday tomorrow will bring.
Summon: Doesn't matter to me if it's my birthday or not. I'll just do what I gotta do.
Groovification: Today's a special day. I'll make sure to put special care into styling my hair today so it doesn't end up lookin' lame!
Home: I gotta put my homework away.
Swap Looks: What type of protein should I go with...?
Home Transition 1: I'd always just be wearing a shirt and cardigan back home, too. It's much easier to regulate my temperature if I'm wearing a jacket or something.
Home Transition 2: The nightcap that Rook-senpai gave me is nice that it even covers my ears, but... It kinda weirds me out that it fits me perfectly.
Home Transition 3: My room itself is pretty small, but I'd say the reason why I can't do my stretches here is because of all of my roommates' stuff scattered everywhere.
Home Transition - Login: I'll make sure to do my daily studying and training routines as usual. Birthdays aren't an excuse to slack.
Home Transition - Groovy: I really like Riddle-senpai's way of giving encouragement... It kind of pumps me up even more. Makes me happier hearin' that than just being told to rest 'cause it's my birthday.
Home Tap 1: My roommates keep throwing their dirty clothes all over my personal space. Maybe I should just finally throw them all away.
Home Tap 2: The body composition monitor that that Ortho gave me is pretty useful. Just knowing how much muscle I have really helps me determine what training I should do.
Home Tap 3: I've tried styling gel before, but my hair got way too stiff... I've only used wax since then.
Home Tap 4: I can't tell if Lilia-senpai is trying to celebrate or surprise me... I couldn't help but square up when he let off a party popper from his perch in a tree.
Home Tap 5: What's the knitted pattern on my cardigan called? Actually, I don't really know. It's something I see in my hometown a lot, so I've never really thought about it.
Home Tap - Groovy: Didja forget I've got a real good nose for things? I can tell just by smell there's food and cake prepared. So sorry that it couldn't be a surprise.
Duo: [JACK]: Riddle-senpai, I'll make this my most productive year yet! [RIDDLE]: That's a good mindset, Jack.
Birthday Login Message: Oh, hey, it's you. What am I carrying? Just some sports drinks that Deuce gave me for my birthday. He gave me a whole case full so I'm just carrying it to my room. Man, he just had to give me something so big... Heh, now where am I gonna find the place to put this? By the way, what do you have there? ...Huh? A present for me? And it's more sports drinks!? ...N-Nah, I'm not saying I don't need them. I drink 'em every day, so it's good to have a ton. Right then, I'll take them off your hands. What, you don't think I can carry two cases by myself? It's no big deal. So, yeah, uh... Thanks.
Requested by @farfalla049.

*MC and Malleus wander leisurely through the stalls, taking their time to explore each one before the tournament, knowing they have plenty of time to spare.*
Malleus: I wish I could have persuaded Crowley to allow you to participate in the tournament.
Malleus: It didn’t help that Lilia expressed his concerns. *glances at his child*
Malleus: They have no idea how talented you are.
MC: *smiles* You're flattering me too much, Dada.
Malleus: No, I'm simply telling the truth.
MC: *chuckles*
Azul: Ah, so it's the new student.
Jade: Yes. Although I don't quite grasp Leona's intention, from my perspective, they haven't offended anyone.
Azul: I see. So they're just a pawn in this game. *chuckles*
Azul: I could put them to use.
Azul: I just hope they don't end up seriously injured like last time.
Jade: *smiles* I'll ensure they receive the proper treatment so that they feel indebted to us.
Azul: *smirks* As expected of you, Jade.
Malleus: I should get going now. Will you be alright on your own?
MC: *gives him a reassuring smile* Yes, Dada.
Malleus: *looking unconvinced, he gives his child a glance that seems to question whether they’re really sure*
MC: *chuckles* Yes, Dada.
Malleus: ...
Malleus: *sigh* If you say so, but I will have some of our guards accompany you later.
Malleus: *smirks* However, you can dismiss them if they're not enjoyable to be around.
MC: Dada...
Malleus: *chuckles* I'm just kidding.
MC: *smiles* Good luck with the tournament, Dada.
Malleus: I'll win first place right away and return to you. Then we'll enjoy the festivities together.
MC: Alright.
MC: *stood in place even after their father had left for the game*
MC: ...
Ruggie: You know you’re making it easier for us, right?
The Savanaclaw students: *chuckles as they approach them from behind*
MC: There’s no need to cause a disturbance. I assume you’ve chosen a location, at least?
Ruggie: Of course. If you'll just follow us.
*The game has begun, yet Leona still hasn’t received any updates from Ruggie or the other members of his dorm.*
Leona: *feels uneasy about it*
Leona: Have they been caught?
Leona: *glances in Malleus's direction* No, that's not possible.
Leona: If they were, that lizard would've rushed out of this place.
Leona: *clicks his tongue* Ruggie...
Ruggie: *struggles to stand up while the other Savanaclaw students with him lie unconscious on the ground*
Ruggie: You... You can fight?
MC: I wouldn’t claim that I do. I just happened to borrow a whip from the headmage, and I’m glad it turned out to be useful.
Ruggie: *winced* Don't tell me you knew about our plan?
MC: ...
MC: Yes.
Ruggie: Who told you?!
MC: Does it matter?
Ruggie: ...
Ruggie: *sighs in defeat* Leona's going to be mad about this.
MC: ...
MC: Da-
MC: ...My dorm leader will definitely come looking for me after the tournament. Let’s head to the infirmary so you can get treated.
Ruggie: *eyes widened* Huh?
MC: I can only help you since you’re still conscious. Unfortunately, the others will need to wake up on their own.
MC: *smiles sincerely at him* *holds out their hand*
Ruggie: ...
Ruggie: *swats their hand away* I can go there on my own.
MC: ...
Ruggie: *turns to walk away but collapses after just a few steps*
MC: ...
*Diasomnia won first place again, with Savanaclaw coming in second. Leona was very displeased with the outcome.*
Jack: What happened with Ruggie-senpai? He didn't show up.
Savanaclaw student A: And the others too.
Leona: ...
Malleus: *approaches him* Congratulations, Kingscholar.
Leona: Huh?
Malleus: You did remarkably well, considering that half of your members didn’t participate.
Leona: ...
Malleus: *gives him a menacing look*
Leona: Grr...
Lilia: Malleus, MC is in the infirmary helping the injured Savanaclaw students.
Malleus: I see.
Malleus: They’re fortunate that they went easy on them.
Leona: *his eyes widened*
Malleus: *glances at him with a smirk*

if you want to, tip! <3
November 2005
IT'S ALMOST BEEN SIX MONTHS AND SOMEHOW HE STILL DOESN’T KNOW YOU. And because of this he doesn’t think he can sleep at night. You were Gojo Satoru's senpai, a figure shrouded in mystery and calm that even he, with all his power and insight, could not easily unravel. To Satoru, you were more of an enigma than he could ever hope to be—a person who never spoke more than necessary, and when you did, it was with careful precision, revealing only what was directly asked.
You were a Zen'in by blood, yet you never uttered a word of reproach against your relatives, despite their reputation. It was no secret that the Zen'in clan was a place of harshness and cruelty, but you kept your thoughts tightly sealed, never letting your personal feelings slip. Not even with discontent, it somehow never found a way out of your lips. Your life outside of missions and the classroom was a locked box that Satoru could never open.
Gojo Satoru can’t help it, but he often finds himself wondering about you. Your restraint, your quiet strength. Everything about you was so unlike him, so tranquil and graceful and yet, in some ways, it was what made you so fascinating to him. He knew you didn’t like the higher–ups, nor the clan elders; it was in the way your deep purple eyes would narrow ever so slightly during meetings, in the subtle tension in your posture.
But you never voiced your displeasure, not even in private. Yaga–sensei thinks you got that from your father. And you were too much like him. It was unquestionable, unshakable, vibrant loyalty to the jujutsu world, but Gojo Satoru couldn't tell whether it was out of duty, fear, or something else entirely.
For someone like Gojo Satoru, who thrived on breaking down barriers and challenging the status quo the moment he was born, your unwavering silence on certain matters was almost infuriating. He doesn’t think you were that way when you were born either. But perhaps he was used to being the one who held all the cards, who saw through people with ease.
Yet with you, he was left guessing, speculating. You were the aloof cloud he can never understand. Even when he tried to prod for more, you would give him just enough to satisfy his immediate curiosity but never enough to truly understand you. And that’s what he wanted. He wanted to understand you. To get to know you. To be close to you.
It wasn't that you were cold or distant—far from it, he thinks. You were always there, always supportive when it mattered. Maybe even more than Yaga–sensei sometimes. But you kept your past, your thoughts, and your emotions locked away in a treasure trove he’s been trying to find. And just as always, it was leaving Satoru to wonder what kind of experiences shaped the person you were. Were you haunted by the same ghosts that plagued him, or was your silence a shield against something far darker?
To him, you were like a mirror that reflected his own complexities. The first in centuries to be born with the gift of Ryomen Hiromi, the only heir of the Zen’in clan in its lifetime. But maybe you were someone with a filter that softens the edges. You represented a kind of strength that didn’t need to flaunt itself—a quiet resilience that came from facing the world with resolve and not letting it change who you were at your core.
In a world full of curses and chaos, where everyone had their demons, you remained the one riddle Gojo Satoru couldn’t solve. A mystery he wished to solve. And perhaps that was why, despite all his power and knowledge, he found himself drawn to you again and again, in search of the answer to the question that haunted him the most: Who were you, really? Who was this senpai he looked up to the most?
The room was quiet, save for the sound of Gojo Satoru's footsteps as he paced back and forth. His restless energy filled the space, making it impossible for Geto Suguru to focus on his book. After a few more laps, Suguru finally had enough and gave up, placing the book aside.
"Satoru, would you stop that? You're making me dizzy." Suguru said, rubbing his temples in frustration. “And now the book feels moot to your annoying footsteps.”
Satoru paused mid-step, looking at Suguru with a pout. "I can't help it! I’m just too curious about them. They’re always so secretive."
Ieiri Shoko, who had been watching the scene unfold from her spot on the couch, took a drag from her cigarette before chiming in. "Let him be, Suguru. At least he’ll burn off some of that energy. We might actually get some peace and quiet later."
Satoru shot her a playful glare. "I’m not that bad."
Shoko raised an eyebrow but didn’t argue the point. Instead, she leaned back and let out a soft sigh, enjoying the rare moment of levity. "Uh-huh, keep telling yourself that."
Suguru, however, wasn’t quite done. "You shouldn’t pry into their life, Satoru. That’s their business, not ours."
Satoru crossed his arms, his curiosity still burning brightly in his eyes. "But they never talk about anything! Don't you want to know more about them?"
Shoko nodded in agreement with Suguru. "I do, but it’s not our place to dig into their past. If they want to share something, they will. Until then, we respect their privacy."
Satoru sighed, his excitement dimming slightly. He knew they were right, but it didn’t make it any easier. There was something about the mystery that you carried with you that kept pulling him in, a puzzle that he was desperate to solve.
"Fine." he conceded, plopping down on the couch next to Shoko. "But it doesn’t mean I’m not going to keep wondering."
Suguru chuckled, shaking his head. "Knowing you, that’s as close to restraint as we’re going to get."
Shoko smirked and gave Satoru a light tap on the head. "Just don’t let it consume you, alright?"
Satoru grinned, though the curiosity still lingered in his expression. "No promises.”
Satoru leaned back on the couch, trying to shake off his curiosity about you, but it was harder than he expected. His mind kept wandering back to the mystery that was his strong, dependable senpai. Despite the warnings from Suguru and Shoko, he couldn't help himself.
"Come on, Suguru, don’t you wonder about anything? Like, what type of women they’re into?" Satoru suddenly asked, unable to keep the question to himself any longer.
Suguru rolled his eyes, clearly not interested in entertaining Satoru’s curiosity any further. He has had enough for a whole day already. He sighed. "Satoru, seriously? I thought you put it to rest already!”
“But I wanna know more about them. What’s their favorite mochi? Do they like coffee? What’s their favorite cafe? Do they like idols? What’s their type—”
“Satoru, stop—Ah, my ear! That was so loud!”
“Suguboo!” The blue eyed sorcerer cried as he leaned against Suguru’s shoulder as Suguru groaned with exasperation, trying to get Satoru off him.
But Shoko, who had been lazily biting the lollipop in her mouth, suddenly perked up at the sight. A mischievous glint appeared in her eyes as she pulled out her flip phone, her fingers typing away with practiced ease.
Satoru noticed and immediately scooted closer. "Wait, Shoko, what are you doing? Do you know something? Don’t tell me you have senpai’s number. Are you texting them? Tell me! I’m dying here!"
Shoko grinned, enjoying the moment as she finished typing. She flipped the phone around, showing Satoru the screen.
His cerulean. eyes zeroed in on the contact name: Utahime–senpai. Then, underneath, a simple message: Eh? Hm…..Yuki–senpai asked them one time, and Yuki-senpai said that they answered Norika Fujiwara—that’s our senpai’s type, which bummed Yuki-senpai. She's not senpai's type.’
"Yuki-senpai, the special grade abroad?"
"I guess so." Shoko retorted back to Suguru. "Apparently she and our senpai's close."
"Hm, that makes sense." Suguru nodded back at his friend. "Huh, I never expected that senpai would be into women. Good for them."
"Right?" Shoko grinned back at the long haired sorcerer. "Women are the best!"
For a moment, Satoru just stared, processing the information. "Wait, Norika Fujiwara? That’s…"
"Yup." Shoko said, her grin widening as she leaned back, clearly amused by his reaction.
Satoru’s eyes widened as it finally hit him. "Our senpai… is into women?"
Shoko chuckled as Suguru shot her a mildly disapproving look, but even he couldn't suppress a small smile. "You know, this makes sense now. Kyoto High has K-1 events on their TV. And Norika Fujiwara's on the programs sometimes."
"Heh, you're right!" Shoko grins at her friend. "I wonder if they only watch for Noriko Fujiwara."
"I don't think our Senpai's that shallow, Shoko."
"Well anyway, you did say you wanted to know more about them." Shoko said, putting her phone away. She raised her thumb up for Satoru. “Now you do!”
Satoru was stunned. He had always respected you as a powerful and composed figure, but somehow this revelation made you even more intriguing in his eyes. "Wow… just when I thought I couldn’t admire them more. They're becoming cooler by the day. You guys don't understand!"
Suguru sighed, shaking his head at the whole exchange. "Satoru, you really are something else."
"Hey, I’m just appreciating my senpai!" Satoru shot back, but his tone was lighter now, a mix of surprise and admiration in his voice.
Shoko smirked, clearly pleased with herself. "Well, now you know. Just don’t let it go to your head."
Satoru nodded, but it was clear from his expression that this little tidbit of knowledge had only deepened the enigma that you were to him. Because he couldn't help it, when it came to you. He couldn't help but want to know more.
He stood up, trying to open his canned soda and sighed. He thinks he feels faint. But maybe, just maybe, its the weather. He feels unwell, somhow. Gojo Satoru sighed. He should sleep more.
THE AUTUMN LEAVES MARKED YOUR ARRIVAL. The next few days saw you at Jujutsu High, filing a report about a recent mission in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area. The mission had gone smoothly, but there was something about the activity at a nearby temple that piqued your interest, so you planned to stay on campus all day before heading out to investigate.
Satoru had been unusually quiet since your arrival. He watched you from a distance, his usual playful banter replaced by a thoughtful silence. He still hadn’t figured out how to bring up what he’d learned about you—how could he, when the revelation had left him so distracted?
By the time you suggested sparring, hoping to shake off the tension in the air, Satoru seemed eager to agree. The two of you moved through the training area, exchanging blows with a familiarity that spoke of years of experience. But something was off. Satoru wasn’t as sharp as usual; his mind was clearly elsewhere.
You took advantage of the momentary lapse in his concentration. In a quick, fluid motion, you downed him, pinning him to the ground with a sigh. He groaned, feeling the ground and gravel against his face.
"You’re stupid to let me have a shot at downing you, Gojo-kun." you muttered, shaking your head. “That was a rookie mistake.”
Satoru blinked up at you, startled by your words, before realizing his mistake. He had let his guard down completely. He sighed, a rare admission of fault slipping past his lips. "Yeah, sorry. I’m just… distracted."
You raised an eyebrow, still holding him in place. "Distracted? What's going on, Gojo-kun? Is it about a mission or something to do with the jujutsu you’re working on?"
He hesitated, trying to find the right words. It wasn’t like him to be at a loss, but this was different. His thoughts were clouded by what he had discovered, and now, faced with you directly, he wasn’t sure how to bring it up. Finally, he decided to dodge, just a little.
"It’s nothing serious. Just something on my mind that I can’t quite shake."
You narrowed your eyes, clearly not convinced but deciding to let it slide for the moment. You released him, standing up and offering a hand to help him up. "Well, whatever it is, don’t let it cloud your judgment. You can’t afford to be distracted out there."
Satoru took your hand and stood up, brushing the dust off his clothes. He nodded, a small smile forming on his lips. "Yeah, I know. Thanks, senpai."
You studied him for a moment longer, clearly aware that something was off but choosing not to press further. "Just remember, Gojo-kun—whatever it is, you can talk to me. I’m here if you need anything."
He nodded again, appreciating your offer but still unsure how to approach the topic of what he’d learned. "I’ll keep that in mind."
With that, the two of you continued your sparring session, but Satoru's thoughts remained tangled. The revelation had stirred something in him, and he knew he couldn’t keep it to himself forever. But for now, he would focus on the task at hand, trying to push the distraction aside until he could find the right moment—and the right words—to bring it up with you.
You cracked open your canned soda, the familiar hiss of carbonation filling the quiet evening air. Taking a sip, you glanced at Satoru, who was fiddling with his own sweet drink, clearly still wrestling with his thoughts. You couldn’t help but smile, the tension between you now a thing of the past.
“Senpai, can I ask you something?”
“Ask away.”
“.........What’s your type?”
You blinked, your eyes darting to him. The rustle of leaves against the wind was loud. “What?”
“I….I liked that photo of Waka Inoue, but it’s nothing much, really. Pretty face, pretty lady. But I have to say, Shoko said its icky cause it’s creepy that Waka Inoue looks like her but—”
You start to laugh. “Gojo, you are something, aren’t you?”
He blushes, almost embarrassed as you shake your head at him. “......Is it bad?”
“Hm, not at all.” You snickered at him. “You’re just curious. But I now have a question!”
“Y–yes, senpai?”
“Was it Mei–Mei or Utahime?”
“!?” His face was priceless. It was as though he was a child who had just been caught stealing cookies during the night in the kitchen.
"Ah, Shoko must have asked Utahime." you began, the amusement evident in your voice, "Man, that girl has a big fat crush on Shoko, doesn’t she? She just gave up easily. At least with Mei–Mei, it will be a good five million yen.”
Satoru didn’t respond immediately, focusing instead on opening his drink. His silence spoke volumes, and you chuckled once more with a softer essence, shaking your head.
“Well, it’s not like I’m hiding anything.” You tout, sighing as you look at him. “But I guess that I’m not as obvious as they come, I suppose.”
Taking another sip, you continued, "I do like Fujiwara Norika. She’s my type of woman. Looking back at it now, she reminds me of someone I dated once. And I think that makes Yuki-chan feel like she has to dye her hair brown now."
Satoru froze mid-sip, and the next thing you knew, he was sputtering, spitting out his drink in surprise. "You… you dated before?" he blurted out, his eyes wide with shock. "Do...do I know them?"
You couldn’t help but laugh at his reaction. "Why wouldn’t I? I’m older than you by a couple of years, you know? And it wasn’t really a secret....Hm.....Would you know? I don't think you liked anyone else from the other clans. But I guess in a way, it doesn't matter, you know?”
Satoru stared at you, still processing what you had said, but then he noticed the brief flicker of sadness that crossed your face, even when you try to laugh it off. It was subtle, barely there, but for someone as perceptive as Satoru, it was impossible to miss. His usual playful demeanor softened, and he watched you carefully, sensing that there was more to the story.
You sighed, looking out at the horizon, your voice quieter now. "I loved someone a long time ago, Gojo. And it broke my heart when she left. But that’s over now.”
The weight of your words hung in the air between you, and for once, Satoru didn’t know what to say. He could see the pain in your eyes, a pain that was buried deep but still lingered, like an old wound that hadn’t quite healed.
"But, Gojo-kun....you know…." you continued, your voice growing steadier, "I didn’t love her because she was a woman. Or that she looked like Fujiwara Noriko. Even if that's what others believed. I loved her because she brought me to life."
Satoru was silent, absorbing what you had just shared. He could see now that your quiet strength, the way you carried yourself, had been shaped by experiences that ran deep—experiences that he had never even guessed at.
You turned to him with a genuine smile. "People like us have the rarity of that, don't you think? Not has the shot to be brought to life by love."
For a moment, the two of you stood there, the setting sun casting long shadows around you. Satoru finally broke the silence, his voice uncharacteristically soft. "I’m sorry, senpai. I didn’t mean to bring up something painful."
You shook your head, offering him a reassuring smile. "It’s alright, Gojo-kun. You didn't upset me at all. It’s part of life, part of who I am. And you asked properly. It was right to be honest. Besides, what makes us human if we don't carry our own stories with us, don’t we?"
Satoru nodded slowly, feeling a new sense of respect for you. He had always admired your strength, but now he understood that it wasn’t just about power or skill. It was also about the resilience you had built through the pain of loss, through the love that had once lifted you and then left you heartbroken.
"Thanks for telling me, senpai." he finally said, his usual bravado tempered by genuine gratitude.
You nodded, appreciating his sincerity. "Just remember, Gojo-kun. Your curiosity isn’t a bad thing. But some things take time to understand. Don’t be in such a hurry to know everything all at once. Even about me. Just….just enjoy things little by little.”
He smiled, a small, thoughtful smile that showed he was taking your words to heart. "I’ll try to remember that."
You leaned closer to him and let your palm pat his head. He gasped, looking up to you as he nearly dropped his soda. You laugh. “Aren’t you my cute, curious and dependable kouhai, Gojo Satoru!”
Gojo Satoru felt his ears turn red as much as his body. He lowered his head, enjoying your touch on his hair. Gentle and yet tenderly comforting all at once. He wished you didn’t have this much of an effect on him. But he supposed that he knew that he’s not good like that when it comes to you.
With that, the two of you stood in comfortable silence, sipping your drinks as the last rays of the sun dipped below the horizon, leaving the world bathed in twilight. It was a rare, quiet moment between two powerful sorcerers, a moment where the weight of your shared experiences brought you closer together, not just as comrades, but as individuals who had lived, loved, and lost in the ever-unforgiving world of jujutsu.
January 2006
IT’S HARD TO BELIEVE ITS NEW YEAR AGAIN.The cold Kyoto air was crisp as Satoru, Suguru, Shoko, Nanami, and Haibara made their way up the steps to your family’s ancestral Mikoto temple in the heart of Kyoto. The New Year had come fast approaching, and while you had insisted they didn’t need to make the trip all the way to Kyoto just for you, Gojo Satoru had been adamant to see you. As he always was. He was just that sort of young man.
Satoru's enthusiasm for joining you at the temple for New Year's was palpable, his childlike pout accentuating just how much he wanted to be there. Despite your logical protests about the cold and the crowd, Satoru seemed undeterred, his energy almost infectious.
“It’ll be too crowded, Gojo-kun.” you said with a raised brow, trying to keep a firm stance on your decision. “And not to mention too cold. Just stay in Tokyo.”
But Satoru wasn't one to give up easily, especially not when it came to spending time with you. He pouted, his lower lip jutting out in a way that made you sigh in exasperation. “Ehhhhhh, I don’t want to.” His voice was a playful whine. “Come on, senpai! Me being there would make it all fun.”
Suguru, always the calm voice of reason, chimed in from beside him, hands casually tucked into his pockets. “We’re going to be there too, Satoru.” he pointed out, his tone laced with subtle amusement. “Are we just chopped liver to you?”
Shoko, ever the instigator, snickered at the exchange. “When it comes to our senpai, that big baby is going to be thinking about him.”
Satoru’s indignant protest was immediate. “Hey, I’m not a big baby!”
Before you could respond, Haibara’s grin lit up the conversation. “I’ll go too! I think it would be fun to see how Bishamon temples do festivals.”
Nanami, however, wasn’t as enthusiastic. “I don’t.” he mumbled under his breath, pushing his hair out of his face with a resigned air. “It would be too cold. And I don’t wanna get a cold.”
"Hey! You'll offend senpai like that!" Haibara pouted at Kento.
Nanami Kento turned to you with a blank face. "Does it offend you, senpai?"
"Not at all." You grinned at him.
"See, they don't mind."
"Huh!? But I do!" Gojo Satoru retorted back. "You're going, Nanami!"
"I don't wanna."
"No, you're going!"
"Satoru, don't be so loud."
"But Suguboo!"
"I can't believe I'm stuck with all of you." Shoko huffed, cigarette smooke coming out of her mouth.
Despite your earlier reservations, you couldn’t help but feel a warmth spread through you at the thought of all of them wanting to be with you for the New Year. It was going to be a lively celebration, that much was certain. Even after many times you’ve told them to not go, they still told you they were going. And sure enough, it was too cold all the way around.
Nanami sighed, adjusting the scarf around his neck as they neared the temple gates. "This is ridiculous. We could have celebrated in Tokyo."
Haibara, ever the optimist, smiled brightly at his friend. "Don’t worry, Nanami. I’m sure everything will be well. It’s New Year’s day, after all. We should be celebrating together."
As they reached the top of the steps, they were greeted by the sight of Kusakabe and Utahime already there, standing near the entrance of the temple. Iori Utahime was wrapped in a thick coat, her breath visible in the chilly air. Beside her, Kusakabe Atsuya was typing away on his flip phone. When Utahime spotted Satoru, her expression immediately shifted to one of irritation.
"Why are you here, Gojo?" she asked, her voice carrying a mix of suspicion and annoyance.
Satoru grinned at her, his usual carefree attitude on full display. "Because I’m your favorite kouhai, of course!" he replied, his tone teasing as ever. “Aren’t you happy? To be graced by my presence, Utahime?”
Utahime’s eye twitched in irritation, and she started towards him, clearly ready to give him a piece of her mind. But before she could get too close, Kusakabe quickly stepped in, gently pulling her back. Everyone was looking at them but none of that mattered to Gojo Satoru who continued to grin at his elder.
"Utahime, let it go. It’s New Year’s day!" he urged, trying to keep the peace. “Senpai’s also here, we can’t cause headaches for them!”
"But he—!" Utahime began, only to be cut off by Kusakabe, who was already steering her towards the temple entrance, hoping to diffuse the situation.
Satoru just chuckled, clearly enjoying the reaction he’d gotten out of her. "She’s so easy to rile up." he said to Suguru, who merely shook his head with a smirk.
Shoko, who had been watching the exchange with a bemused expression, nudged Satoru. "Maybe try not to annoy everyone before the night even begins." she suggested, though there was little bite to her words. “Utahime, don’t mind him.”
"Where’s the fun in that?" Satoru quipped, but he did ease off, his attention shifting to the temple grounds. He leaned towards Shoko. “Heh, love sick.”
Shoko slapped his arm. He flinched and groaned in pain. “Yeah, that’s what I thought.”
You emerged from the temple just as they were finishing up their banter, surprised to see so many familiar faces. "I thought I told you guys not to bother coming all the way out here." you said, though there was no mistaking the warmth in your tone. It was clear you were happy to see them, despite your earlier protests. “It’s very busy here, I didn’t want you guys to suffer waiting.”
Satoru stepped forward, handing you a small package wrapped in festive paper. "No way we were letting you celebrate alone, senpai! Besides, it wouldn’t be a proper New Year without you. Or me. Together.”
“Heh, love sick.” Suguru snickered lowly.
“Shut up!” Satoru slapped his arm.
You accepted the gift with a smile, though your gaze softened at the sight of them all gathered together. "I appreciate it. Truly.”
Nanami, still grumbling under his breath, finally spoke up. "Next year, we’re doing this in Tokyo."
Haibara laughed, patting Nanami on the back. "We’ll see about that, Nanami. For now, let’s just enjoy the night."
As the group made their way inside, the temple's warm glow and the smell of incense welcomed them. The sounds of laughter and conversation filled the air as they prepared to ring in the New Year together. Despite the long journey and the cold, it was clear that none of them would have wanted to be anywhere else.
You ushered everyone inside the temple, the warmth from the lit braziers immediately driving away the chill of the winter night. The monks at the temple were handing out hot drinks to keep warm. Nanami took two, as the others enjoyed one. Satoru thinks that it was sweet plum tea, but it’s not sweet enough for him.
The temple’s interior was adorned with traditional New Year’s decorations—pine branches, plum blossoms, and bamboo, all carefully arranged to welcome the coming year. Gojo Satoru was often here as a child, being a descendant of Hiromi.
He can pinpoint the places he had studied with his Mikoto teachers. But he has never seen it in this way, with all its vibrant decorations. He supposed that he was always celebrating New Years at those boring clan parties.
The air was thick with the fragrant scent of incense, and the sound of gentle chanting echoed softly through the corridors. The bells rang as people prayed in front of the statue of Bishamon. The line was the longest he had ever seen, probably longer than when he buys new Digimon merchandise. But he supposed that it would be the case. The Hiromi Shrine was the most popular of the Bishamon worship shrines in Kyoto, especially because of the performances.
"Make yourselves comfortable." you told them with a smile. "I’ll be back soon. I have to prepare for the dance offering to Bishamon. It’s a tradition I have to lead."
“Heh, you dance, senpai?” Shoko questioned, drinking her plum tea. “Just like Utahime.”
You smiled back at her. “Hm. I’m a priestess in Mikoto shrines also. Bishamon likes being praised, after all. So, it is part of our duty.”
“Your dancing has always been immaculate, senpai.” Utahime cheered as she looked towards you. “Graceful as always.”
“Does this mean you know this?” Suguru turned to Satoru with a curious face. “You have common ancestry with that, don’t you?”
“I was taught, but I wasn’t allowed to perform it.” Satoru retorted back, fixing his glasses. “I’m still a Gojo, you know?”
“I’ll be going now.” You tell them, fixing the pleats on your haori. “I still have to change clothing.”
“Good luck, senpai!” Haibara says, clapping his hands. Nanami mumbled the same but in a lower tone.
You giggled. “You have my thanks. Enjoy the show, okay?”
The group nodded in silent agreement, their eyes following your form as you disappeared deeper into the temple. The faint sound of your footsteps echoed briefly before being swallowed by the hushed serenity of the sacred space. As the heavy wooden doors closed behind you, a soft thud resonated through the air, leaving them standing in the warm, golden glow of the temple's main hall.
The ancient architecture loomed around them, exuding an aura of timelessness and reverence. Flickering candles cast gentle, dancing shadows across the polished floors, while the subtle scent of incense hung in the air, intertwining with the soft murmur of distant prayers. It was a place where the divine felt near, a sanctuary where the world outside seemed to fade away, leaving only the sacred atmosphere to envelop them.
Each of them felt the weight of the temple’s history, the centuries of devotion embedded in its very walls. Here, in this tranquil space, they were reminded of the depth of their connection to you, and the unspoken bond that drew them all together, even in the quietest of moments.
Satoru leaned against a pillar, his eyes following the path you had taken. "This is a big deal." he said, breaking the silence. "The dance offered to Bishamon isn’t just for show. It’s a prayer for protection, strength, and victory in the coming year. As descendants of the Hiromi clan, it has to be taken with care and concentration.”
Shoko, intrigued, glanced at him. "So you know all about this, then? In great detail."
Satoru shrugged, a hint of pride in his voice. "Yeah, I’ve seen it done before, in the Mikoto household. But senpai… they’ve always taken it to another level. They’re the real deal when it comes to this tradition."
Suguru nodded thoughtfully, glancing around at the intricate decorations. "It’s rare to see someone so deeply connected to their heritage like this. It’s impressive."
Nanami, still somewhat grumpy from the trip, nevertheless looked interested. "It must be a lot of pressure, carrying on such an important tradition."
"It is. She’s the only third one to hold Hiromi’s cursed technique. So she’s held in high regard." Satoru agreed, his gaze still fixed on the doors you had disappeared through. "But senpai handles it like it’s nothing. That’s just how they are."
As they talked, the soft sounds of preparations being made drifted through the temple. The atmosphere grew more reverent, the chatter fading into a respectful silence as they waited for the ceremony to begin.
When the doors finally opened again, they all turned to look. You emerged, dressed in the finest Heian-era clothing, each layer of silk and brocade meticulously arranged. The colors were vibrant, yet harmonious, a testament to the skill and care that had gone into the ensemble. Your hair was styled in the traditional manner, adorned with delicate ornaments that caught the light as you moved.
The group fell silent, their eyes drawn to you as you approached the altar. Gojo Satoru felt his breath catch in his throat, completely awe-struck. He had seen you in combat, had witnessed your strength and skill countless times, but this was different. This was a side of you he had never truly seen before—regal, composed, every movement filled with grace and purpose.
As you took your place before the altar, the room seemed to hold its breath. The flickering candlelight reflected off the golden statue of Bishamon, the god of war and warriors, who stood as the protector of the temple. You began to dance, your movements slow and deliberate, each gesture a prayer offered up to the deity.
The bells chimed softly in time with your steps, the melody hauntingly beautiful. The sleeves of your kimono floated gracefully through the air, and the rhythm of your movements told a story of reverence, dedication, and unbroken tradition. Every step, every turn, was imbued with a power that transcended the physical, connecting the past with the present, the divine with the mortal.
Satoru was mesmerized, his usual playful demeanor replaced with an expression of deep respect and admiration. He had always known you were special, but seeing you like this—fully embracing your role as a descendant of the Hiromi clan, leading this sacred ritual with such grace and authority—was something he hadn’t anticipated.
As the dance continued, the room seemed to glow with a warmth that went beyond the physical. It was as if the very spirit of the temple had come alive, watching over the ritual with benevolent eyes. The other sorcerers watched in respectful silence, each of them feeling the weight of the moment, understanding that they were witnessing something truly sacred.
When the dance finally came to an end, you stood before the altar, hands folded in a final gesture of prayer. The room was silent, the only sound was the soft crackling of the braziers. Then, slowly, you turned to face your audience, your expression calm and serene.
The group remained silent, each of them still processing what they had just witnessed. Satoru, however, couldn’t help the small smile that tugged at the corner of his lips. He had always known you were extraordinary, but tonight, that belief had been solidified in a way he hadn’t expected.
As you stepped down from the altar, Satoru caught your eye, and for a brief moment, there was an understanding between you—something that didn’t need to be spoken. It was in the quiet awe in his gaze, in the way he nodded slightly, acknowledging what you had just done.
"That was… amazing." Shoko finally said, breaking the silence, her voice filled with genuine admiration.
“Right?” Utahime grinned from ear to ear. “Senpai’s been practicing this for months!”
“I always wondered how they have the time to do all this.” Kusakabe whispered under his breath. “That was just….amazing.”
Suguru nodded in agreement, a rare look of respect on his usually calm face. "Yeah. Truly."
Nanami, who had been skeptical about the whole thing, couldn’t help but nod as well. "I can see why this tradition is so important."
Haibara, always the optimist, beamed at you. "You were incredible, senpai!"
You smiled softly, bowing your head in thanks. "Thank you. I’m glad you could all be here to witness it. It means a lot to me."
As the night continued, the group moved on to the other festivities, but Satoru remained quiet, still caught up in the image of you dancing under the temple’s sacred light. He knew he would never forget this New Year, nor the way you had shown them all the true depth of your heritage and strength.
As the night wore on, the temple grounds gradually filled with the sounds of celebration. The solemnity of the ritual had given way to a more festive atmosphere, with laughter and chatter echoing off the ancient stone walls. The group of sorcerers mingled, sharing stories and enjoying the warmth of the small fires that had been lit to stave off the winter chill.
Satoru, however, found himself oddly quiet amidst the festivities. He stood a little apart from the others, his gaze often drifting back to where you were, speaking with Utahime and Kusakabe near the shrine. The image of you during the dance was still fresh in his mind, replaying over and over again like a scene from a film.
He had always admired you—respected you, even. You were his dependable senpai, someone who had taught him much, someone who had always been there. But tonight, something had shifted.
The way you had moved, the way you had commanded the space during the ritual, had revealed a side of you that he hadn’t fully grasped before. It wasn’t just about strength or skill. It was about who you were at your core—a person deeply connected to your heritage, someone who carried the weight of tradition with grace and dignity.
As he watched you now, a realization began to creep up on him, one that he hadn’t seen coming. It wasn’t just admiration he felt. There was something more—something deeper that made his heart beat a little faster, made him more aware of your every movement, every word.
It hit him all at once, like a sudden gust of wind that took his breath away. Satoru Gojo, the strongest sorcerer, the one who was always so sure of himself, found himself completely and utterly disarmed by this newfound awareness.
He liked you. A lot. More than he hoped.
The thought was startling, and for a moment, he didn’t know what to do with it. Love wasn’t something he had ever given much thought to—his life was too chaotic, too filled with danger and responsibility. But standing here, watching you laugh with the others, he couldn’t deny it. It was there, unmistakable and undeniable, a feeling that had been building without him even realizing it.
Shoko noticed his distant expression and wandered over, nudging him with her elbow. "You’ve been quiet. What’s going on in that head of yours?"
Satoru blinked, pulling himself out of his thoughts. He glanced at Shoko, then back at you, still trying to process what he had just figured out. "Just… thinking." he said, his voice a little softer than usual.
Shoko raised an eyebrow, her curiosity piqued. "That’s a first. What about?"
He hesitated for a moment, then gave a small, almost sheepish smile. "Senpai."
Shoko followed his gaze and immediately understood. Her usual smirk softened into something more genuine. "You’ve got it bad, huh?"
Satoru sighed, running a hand through his hair. "Yeah… I think I do."
Shoko didn’t tease him this time. Instead, she nodded thoughtfully, her gaze lingering on you. "You know, it’s not surprising. They’re… special."
"Yeah." Satoru agreed quietly, his eyes never leaving you. "They really are."
The two of them stood there in silence for a moment, each lost in their own thoughts. Satoru felt a strange mix of emotions—excitement, anxiety, and something he wasn’t quite sure how to name. Love was a powerful thing, and for someone like him, it was both thrilling and terrifying.
But as he watched you smile, saw the way you interacted with the people around you, he knew one thing for certain: whatever came next, whatever he had to face because of this realization, he was ready for it. Because this feeling, this love—he knew it was worth it.
"Guess I’ve got some things to figure out," he muttered, more to himself than to Shoko.
She chuckled softly. "You’ll manage. You always do."
Satoru smiled, feeling a little more grounded. He wasn’t sure what he was going to do about this newfound love, but for now, just knowing it, acknowledging it, was enough. The night was still young, and there was time—time to enjoy this moment, time to figure out what to do next.
As the celebration continued, he allowed himself to relax, to savor the warmth of the fire and the sound of your laughter. There was no rush. For the first time in a long while, Satoru Gojo was content to just be—content to stand by, to watch, and to let his heart lead him wherever it wanted to go.
February 2010
HE HAD NEVER EXPECTED THIS OUT OF HIS LIFE. In the first months after your marriage, Gojo Satoru found himself grappling with a whirlwind of emotions he hadn’t fully anticipated. Marriage, to him, had always been an abstract concept—something distant and almost inconceivable.
After all, he was Satoru Gojo, the strongest sorcerer alive, someone who walked a path few could follow, always teetering on the edge of danger. He had grown accustomed to a life where attachments were fleeting, where relationships were superficial at best, and where he never had to worry about being tied down by anything or anyone.
But now, everything had changed. With a simple gold band on his finger, a tangible symbol of a bond he never thought he’d have, Satoru realized he was in completely unfamiliar territory. The weight of that ring was more than just the metal—it was the responsibility, the commitment, and the vulnerability that came with it.
In those early days, he found himself waking up in the middle of the night, his hand subconsciously reaching out to make sure you were still there, a silent reassurance that this wasn’t just a dream. He’d never been one to fear anything, but the thought of losing you, of this newfound connection slipping through his fingers, sent a chill down his spine. It was a feeling he didn’t quite know how to process—a mixture of fear and protectiveness, of love and uncertainty.
Satoru had always prided himself on being in control, of being able to predict and outmaneuver any threat. But this—this was different. Loving you, being married to you, was something he couldn’t strategize his way through. There were no enemies to defeat, no curses to exorcize, just the simple, profound reality of sharing his life with someone else. And that terrified him more than he cared to admit.
He’d catch himself watching you when you weren’t looking, his gaze softening in a way that was so unlike the confident, cocky sorcerer everyone knew. He marveled at how easily you fit into his life, how you managed to break through the walls he had built up over the years. The way you understood him, the way you didn’t flinch in the face of his power or his occasional bouts of arrogance—it was as if you had always been meant to be there, by his side, grounding him in a way nothing else ever had.
But with that grounding came a vulnerability that Satoru wasn’t used to. He was no longer just the strongest sorcerer—he was your husband, a role that demanded a different kind of strength, one that he was still learning to wield. The idea of being responsible for someone else’s happiness, of being someone you could rely on, made him question everything he thought he knew about himself. Could he really be the partner you deserved? Could he protect you not just from the dangers of the world, but from his own flaws and insecurities?
These questions haunted him in the quiet moments, when the world slowed down and it was just the two of you. He was used to facing challenges head-on, but this was different. This was about being present, being open, being honest—things that didn’t come naturally to him. And yet, despite the doubts and the fears, there was something about being with you that made him want to try, to be better, to grow into the role he never thought he’d take on.
As the months passed, Satoru began to understand that marriage wasn’t about being perfect, or about having all the answers. It was about the journey you were both on, together, learning and growing with each step.
He realized that it was okay to be unsure, to be afraid, as long as he was willing to face those fears with you by his side. And slowly, he started to let go of the idea that he had to be invincible, that he had to carry the weight of the world on his own. Because now, he had you, and that was a strength unlike anything he had ever known.
He’d never been one to doubt himself, but when it came to you, things were different. There were moments when he would catch himself overthinking, a rarity for him. Did you really want to be married to him, or had circumstances forced your hand? The thought gnawed at him more often than he’d like to admit.
After all, your relationship hadn’t exactly been conventional. You had always been enigmatic, revealing only pieces of yourself when asked, keeping much of your life private. Even when Satoru confessed his feelings, he wasn’t entirely sure how you felt. You accepted his proposal, but he couldn’t shake the lingering suspicion that you might have done so out of obligation or to avoid being entangled with the Zen’in clan—a fate worse than anything he could imagine for you.
There were nights when he would lie awake, staring at the ceiling of your shared room, trying to figure out how to navigate this new reality. He loved you—he knew that much. But he was terrified that maybe, just maybe, you didn’t feel the same. Maybe you had simply chosen the lesser of two evils, and he was the one left trying to make sense of it all.
Satoru wasn’t used to feeling insecure. He was used to being in control, always confident in his abilities and decisions. But with you, everything was different. You were his equal in so many ways—strong, intelligent, capable—but you were also someone he couldn’t quite read, someone who could keep secrets even from him.
One evening, as you both sat in the quiet of your home, Satoru couldn’t keep it in any longer. You were sipping tea, looking as serene as ever, while he fidgeted with his hands, uncharacteristically restless.
“Can I ask you something?” he began, his voice quieter than usual.
You looked up at him, sensing the shift in his tone. “Of course.”
He hesitated, unsure of how to phrase what he wanted to ask. “When we got married… Did you… I mean, did you want to?”
You raised an eyebrow, clearly surprised by the question. “What do you mean?”
He sighed, running a hand through his hair in frustration. “I just—sometimes I wonder if you did it because you really wanted to or because it was… the better option. Better than being forced into something with the Zen'in clan.”
You set your tea down, regarding him carefully. For a moment, the room was silent, the weight of his question hanging in the air. Then, you reached out, taking his hand in yours.
“Satoru…..” you began, your voice steady, “I won’t lie to you. I didn’t have the kind of love story that most people dream of. My life was never about fairy tales or perfect endings. And yes, part of me did see our marriage as a way to avoid a fate I didn’t want.” You squeezed his hand, your gaze never leaving his. “But that’s not the only reason I said yes.”
His breath caught as he listened, his eyes searching yours for any sign of insincerity. “Then what made you say yes, to me being your husband?”
“I said yes because I trust you.” you continued, your voice soft but firm. “I trust you in ways I’ve never trusted anyone before. And… I wanted to see where that could lead. I may not have been in love with you when we first got married, but I knew there was potential for something real between us. Something worth exploring.”
Satoru’s heart swelled at your words, but there was still a part of him that needed to know more. “And now?” he asked quietly. “How do you feel now?”
You smiled, a genuine, warm smile that reached your eyes. “Now? I don’t regret it for a second. You’ve become someone I care about deeply, someone I respect and… yes, someone I can truly….deeply love.”
The relief that washed over Satoru was almost overwhelming. He hadn’t realized just how much he had to hear those words until you spoke them. He knew that maybe you felt them, maybe you shared his feelings, his understanding. But to hear them? That’s a whole different thing. He let out a breath he hadn’t realized he was holding, his usual confidence beginning to return.
“Good….good.” he murmured, pulling you into his arms, holding you close. “Because I really, really care deeply for you, and maybe one day…..I wasn’t sure what I’d do if you didn’t feel the same.”
You chuckled softly, resting your head against his chest. “I guess we’re both learning how to navigate this together, aren’t we?”
“Yeah.” he agreed, pressing a kiss to the top of your head. “But I think we’ll figure it out. After all, we’re together. We can handle anything.”
And in that moment, with you in his arms, Satoru knew that whatever challenges lay ahead, he was ready to face them. Because he wasn’t alone—he had you, and that was more than enough.
epilogue
March 2015
It was one of those rare, peaceful afternoons when everything seemed to align perfectly. The sun was shining, a gentle breeze was blowing, and the Gojo household was uncharacteristically quiet. Well, almost quiet.
Satoru Gojo, the ever-proud husband and now father, was lounging on the couch with a smirk that could light up a room. In front of him stood Megumi and Tsumiki, both of them sporting expressions of mild confusion and curiosity.
Satoru had been waiting for this moment—when the kids would finally ask about the somewhat mysterious nature of his marriage to you. And now, with Satoshi—a tiny bundle of energy strapped to Satoru’s chest in a baby carrier—he was more than ready to provide an answer.
“So, how did you and Gen–san end up married?” Tsumiki asked, her tone innocent but her eyes sharp, clearly expecting an interesting story.
Megumi, ever the skeptic, folded his arms and raised an eyebrow. “Yeah, it doesn’t really make sense. You’re you… and they’re… well, them.”
Satoru grinned, patting Satoshi’s back gently as the baby cooed happily in the carrier. “Why, that’s easy! It’s because they love me!”
The room went silent for a moment as Megumi and Tsumiki processed Satoru’s answer. The stillness hung in the air, almost as if time itself had paused. Then, Megumi rolled his eyes in that exasperated way he often did, clearly unimpressed by whatever explanation Satoru had given this time. Tsumiki, on the other hand, couldn’t help but giggle, her laughter light and infectious, breaking the tension with ease.
Little Satoshi, cradled comfortably against Satoru’s chest, joined in with his own soft laughter, the sound a mix of pure joy and innocence. His tiny hands clutched at Satoru’s shirt, his laughter causing his small body to wiggle slightly in his father’s arms.
Satoru blinked, momentarily caught off guard by the chorus of reactions around him. For a brief second, he looked almost confused, as if he hadn’t quite expected that response. But then, a smile tugged at the corners of his lips, softening his usual cocky expression. In that moment, surrounded by the ones he loved, Satoru felt a warmth in his chest that made everything else seem distant and unimportant.
“That can’t be the whole story.” Megumi muttered, clearly unimpressed with Satoru’s self-satisfied grin. “I won’t believe Gen–san falling in love with you like that.”
Tsumiki leaned forward, her curiosity piqued. “Come on, Satoru–san, there has to be more to it than that.”
Satoru chuckled, his trademark grin still plastered on his face. “Well, if you must know, it all started with my irresistible charm. I mean, who wouldn’t fall in love with this face?” He pointed to himself, looking ridiculously smug.
Satoshi, catching on to his father’s infectious good mood, giggled and clapped his tiny hands, making the whole scenSatoshi, catching on to his father’s infectious good mood, giggled and clapped his tiny hands with pure delight. The sound of his laughter, so innocent and full of life, echoed through the room, adding to the already absurd scene. His bright eyes sparkled as he looked up at Satoru, clearly enjoying the attention and the light-hearted atmosphere.
Satoru’s smile grew wider as he watched his son, the absurdity of the moment not lost on him. The combination of Megumi’s eye roll, Tsumiki’s giggles, and Satoshi’s adorable antics made the whole situation feel almost surreal—like a snapshot of a life he had never imagined for himself, yet couldn’t imagine living without now.e even more absurd. Life was great, he thinks. No matter what happened before.
Megumi groaned, rubbing his temples as if dealing with Satoru was giving him a headache. “You’re impossible.”
“Thank you!” Satoru responded cheerfully, clearly missing—or ignoring—the point.
Tsumiki, always the more patient of the two, tried again. “But really, what made you two decide to get married? Was it some big romantic gesture?”
Satoru paused, his grin softening as he thought back to the moments leading up to your marriage. “It wasn’t really like that,’miki.” he said, his tone more genuine now. “It was more… complicated. But in the end, we realized we wanted to be together. And so we made it happen.”
Megumi and Tsumiki exchanged a look, sensing there was more to the story than Satoru was letting on. That doesn’t seem to be how you told the story. You were more straightforward than your husband, but Satoru got the complicated right. Nothing about the story was ever simple. But now that you are here, nearly five years later. What is complicated to a whole lifetime of happiness?
“And then they fell head over heels in love with me!” Satoru added quickly, not wanting to lose the lightheartedness of the moment. “Then bam! You guys came into our lives and made more love grow! Like kabam!”
Tsumiki laughed again, shaking her head. “You’re such a goof, Satoru-san.”
“Maybe I am, ‘miki!” Satoru replied, his grin returning full force. “But I’m their goof, and that’s all that matters.”
Megumi sighed but couldn’t help the small smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. “I guess if they can put up with you, that says something.”
Satoru beamed, clearly taking that as a compliment. “Exactly! Now, who wants ice cream? Satoshi here has a craving.”
As if on cue, Satoshi babbled happily, his tiny hands reaching up toward Satoru’s face, his little fingers grasping at the air as he tried to touch his father. Satoru leaned down slightly, letting Satoshi’s hands brush against his cheeks, a soft chuckle escaping his lips at the child’s excitement.
Tsumiki giggled at the sight, her amusement evident. “I think that’s just you, Satoru-san,” she teased, her tone playful.
Satoru shrugged, completely unbothered by the light jab. “Well, Satoshi is my son,” he declared with a grin, gently nuzzling his cheek against Satoshi’s tiny hand. “My little dawn, my copycat! He’s bound to inherit my great taste in sweets!”
His words were met with another round of giggles from Tsumiki, while Satoshi, as if understanding his father’s pride, continued to babble cheerfully, his joy infectious and filling the room with warmth. You finally came around the corner, fully dressed to go out for the day. You grinned at everyone.
“My love! Woah, you look dashingly extraordinarily fantastically—”
“Satoru.” You giggled, looking into his deep cerulean eyes. Full of love, full of wonder— for you. “Your compliments don’t have to be that long, baby.”
“Huh!? But how will the world know how much I love my beloved?”
You smiled, walking over to him. You placed a kiss on Satoshi’s massive cheeks, eliciting him to laugh. Then you looked at your husband and leaned forward and kissed him on the lips. He smiled against your lips, enjoying the touch of your lips against his own. When you parted lips, he looked dazed with love for you.
“New lip gloss?” He asked you, grinning. “It’s more fruity than before.”
“Do you love it?”
He grinned harder. “I do!”
“Ugh, married people.” Megumi gagged, looking at the two of you.
Tsumiki swooned with a smile on her face. “Ah, married people.”
With that, the conversation shifted to plans for an impromptu ice cream outing, and any lingering questions about your marriage to Satoru were put on hold—at least for now. Sweets came first in your family. But as they all headed out the door, there was a sense of contentment in the air, a feeling that whatever the story behind your marriage was, it was something that had brought everyone closer together. And that, in the end, was all that really mattered.
As the four of you headed out to the nearest ice cream shop, the lively chatter filled the air. Satoru, as usual, was at the center of attention, effortlessly juggling his roles as the strongest sorcerer, doting father, and husband with a charm that was uniquely his.
Satoshi, snug in his baby carrier, was babbling away, occasionally pulling at Satoru’s white hair, fascinated by its softness. Tsumiki walked beside them, laughing at Satoshi’s antics, while Megumi trailed slightly behind, trying to mask his amusement with an air of indifference.
Once you reached the shop, Satoru wasted no time in ordering a variety of flavors—far more than anyone could reasonably eat. He carried the overflowing tray of cones and cups to a table outside, grinning as he set it down.
“Alright, everyone, dig in!” he announced, looking far too pleased with himself.
Tsumiki eagerly grabbed a rainbow sprinkle cone, and even Megumi couldn’t resist picking out his favorite flavor, chocolate chip. You grabbed pistachio and your husband Satoru took a seat, carefully adjusting Satoshi in his carrier before picking up his own ice cream. He looked around at his little makeshift family, his heart swelling with a mix of pride and contentment.
As they enjoyed their treat, Tsumiki’s curiosity got the better of her again. “Satoru–san, do you think Satoshi will grow up to be like you?”
Satoru smirked, scooping up a generous amount of ice cream. “Well, he’s got the looks for it, that’s for sure,” he said, tapping Satoshi’s nose with a finger. “But as for the rest, who knows? He’s got plenty of time to figure out what kind of person he wants to be.”
Megumi, ever the realist, chimed in. “Let’s hope he doesn’t inherit your ego.”
Tsumiki tried to stifle her giggle while Satoru feigned offense, dramatically clutching his chest. “My ego? I prefer to think of it as confidence. And besides, who wouldn’t want to be like me? I’m the complete package!”
“Because they love me!” Tsumiki teased, echoing Satoru’s earlier statement with a playful grin.
Satoru’s eyes twinkled with amusement as he leaned back in his chair. “Exactly! See, Tsumiki gets it.”
You smiled, shaking your head. “You are too much, Satoru.”
“But you love me, don’t you?”
“Fortunately, yes. I do.”
Megumi shook his head, but there was a faint smile on his lips. Despite the banter, it was clear to him how much Satoru cared for you and the life you’d built together. Satoru might joke around, but there was no denying the depth of his feelings, especially when it came to you and Satoshi.
After a while, the conversation turned to other topics—school, upcoming missions, and plans for the weekend. The sun dipped lower in the sky, casting a warm golden glow over the scene. As they sat there, laughing and talking, it was easy to forget the pressures of their world, if only for a little while.
Finally, when all the ice cream was gone and Satoshi was starting to get sleepy, they decided to head back home. Satoru, now carrying a drowsy Satoshi in his arms, led the way, still chatting animatedly with Tsumiki and Megumi as they walked. Your shopping bags filled one hand and the other, a matcha drink you so adored.
As they neared your home, Megumi suddenly asked, “So, do you think you guys will want more kids?”
You choked on your drink. You coughed. Megumi looked panicked at your state. You haven’t really thought about more kids. Having Megumi, Tsumiki and Satoshi felt more than enough. Tsumiki handed you a wet wipe, worry evident on her face. She took the matcha drink so you could clean yourself.
“You alright, my love?” Satoru asked, fear in his face. “Megumi, get water!”
Megumi nodded as he rushed off. You cleaned your face from the matcha.“I’m…I’m fine. Don’t worry. Just surprised, that's all.”
Megumi finally came back and handed you water. You smiled at him and drank the water slowly. You thanked the boy, patting his head with your free hand. Satoru took a breath of relief and paused, glancing down at the now peacefully sleeping Satoshi, his expression softening.
“We don’t know yet, about more kids. We haven’t thought about it yet.” he said thoughtfully. “If that’s something we both want, then why not? After all, I think we make a pretty good team.”
Tsumiki smiled, nudging Megumi. “I think it would be nice if Satoshi had a little brother or sister to play with.”
Megumi, trying to maintain his usual indifferent facade, just shrugged. “As long as Satoru–san doesn’t try to turn them all into mini versions of himself.”
You smiled. “Another version of me would be a change, don’t you think?”
“Satoru–san would spoil them!” Tsumiki grinned. “I would too!”
Satoru chuckled, shaking his head. “Hey, I wouldn’t dream of them being like me. I don’t want them to be. Everyone’s got to find their own path, right? I just want them to be happy and strong enough to protect what’s important to them.”
He looks at you and grins. “But another version of you I could hold dear and treasure? I would be the happiest man.”
“Simp.” Megumi snickered as you put down the shopping bags.
As they reached the door, Satoru turned to face them, his grin returning. “And what about it? I’m proud of being a loving husband!”
“What Satoru said, that includes you two as well.” You smiled at Megumi and Tsumiki. “You’re all part of this family now, whether you like it or not. Okay?”
Megumi rolled his eyes, but the small smile on his face gave him away. “Yeah, yeah. Just don’t go getting any more ideas.”
Tsumiki giggled, and Satoru opened the door, ushering them all inside. “No promises!”
The door closed behind them, shutting out the world as the Gojo household settled in for another evening. And as Satoru laid Satoshi down in his crib, watching the tiny baby sleep, he couldn’t help but feel that life, with all its chaos and surprises, had turned out pretty damn good. And he wouldn’t change a thing.
He smiled to himself, knowing that whatever the future held, he was ready to face it with you, Satoshi, and the rest of the family by his side. Because in the end, it wasn’t just about being the strongest—it was about being loved, and loving in return. And that was something even Satoru Gojo knew he couldn’t do alone.

please feed us some yuuji blurbs there’s a lack of him rn :(
ofc… sweetest boy all time… here’s something was was meant to be a longer project but got lost in the editing whirlwind… love him so bad...
NEVER LOST IN TRANSLATION, BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT I WANT
notes: reader is implied to be american/english-speaking, yuuta and megumi are bilingual, yuuji, bless his soul, is not. i didn’t use italics for conversations between yuuji and megumi because it would all be in japanese, but when they get mixed later in the scene, japanese is differentiated with italics. hope that’s not too confusing lololll
Honestly, Yuuji tried his best in school. Some things came easier than other, but with a bit of hard work, and help from his friends, he always managed to pull pretty good grades. But right now, his biggest regret is not taking english more seriously in high school, because it’s been about three weeks since he met you, and he’s only been able to say maybe five full sentences to you without the help of Yuuta or Megumi translating.
He was excited when Yuuta said his friend from abroad would be coming to visit and study, but god, he didn’t expect you to be so pretty. To have such pretty eyes, and pretty lips, and pretty hair, to have the prettiest voice in the world despite him only understanding every eighteenth word you say. You’re beautiful to him, and Yuuji thinks that even if he could speak your language fluently, the words would still get caught in his throat. He’s so lovesick, it’s embarrassing—his friends have been harping on him blushing and stuttering over you for the past month, and he can’t even blame them.
“What does she say to you when you guys talk,” Yuuji whines, hovering around Megumi, and not-so-discreetly looking back at you where you’re still sat in the living room laughing with Yuuta, “Does she ever say anything about me? I mean—probably not right? Which is fine! Actually, dont tell me—no, do. Or maybe—”
“She asks about you,” Megumi says, matter-of-fact in delivery, as he places a bag of popcorn in the microwave, but that doesn’t curb Yuuji’s enthusiasm. He’s practically bouncing, if he weren’t already—begging Megumi to spill the details, “What did she ask? Tell me! Tell me!”
“She once asked if you dye your hair.”
“That’s it?!” Yuuji screams, heartbroken, and visibly deflating.
Megumi shrugs, “Yuuta probably knows more. She’s his exchange buddy friend thing, so ask him.”
“I can’t ask him, he’s right next to her!” Yuuji pouts, “Wait, what does ‘exchange buddy friend thing’ mean? You don’t think they’re more than friends, right…? I can’t blame her, senpai is really pretty, too, and he can actually talk to her… so unfair.”
“You know, she’s not fluent, but she can understand some Japanese,” Megumi reminds him, “So, she can definitely hear you, and probably understand you.”
Yuuji’s shoulders slump, and once again, he turns around to look back at you. This time, you two make eye-contact, and that instant, Yuuji’s cheeks go pink, a nervous hand raised to wave at you, and instant internal regret at his actions; but, then you smile, and wave back, and Yuuji stays like that, dumbfounded and lovestruck and on autopilot as he waves with hearts in his eyes until Yuuta looks up from his phone and catches him.
Embarrassing. He knows he’s not the brightest, but he’s at a record high of self-embarrassment since he’s met you.
Yuuta finds himself chuckling when Yuuji spins around and goes back to prodding Megumi with questions. When you turn to face him again, it’s with a shy smile.
“I told you you’d like him,” Yuuta grins—the kind that seems sweet and innocent, but has just a kiss of that all-knowing tease to it; the kind that reminds you that he’s truly related to Satoru.
“Oh, be quiet,” you grumble, tucking your legs in and resting your chin on your knee. You spare another glance in Yuuji’s direction, for once, grateful for the language barrier between the two of you, when you turn back to Yuuta to proclaim: “I can like someone and not do anything about it. You’re real good at that, aren’t you?”
Yuuta’s slightly cocky grin falls into a scowl, and now you get to smile when he argues back, “We said not to bring up he who shall not be named in the presence of my friends!”
“Then don’t bring up my he who shall not be named in the presence of him!”
“Aren’t Americans all about forging new frontiers and chasing after your dreams?” he taunts, “Well, your dream is right in front of you.”
“My dream right now is to kill you.”
“Lucky for me, you’re going to have to hold off on that because your lover boy is approaching.”
You don’t have time to argue back with Yuuta when Megumi and Yuuji approach the living area with snacks in tow. Yuuta scoots to the tail end of the couch under the guise of giving Yuuji space to place the popcorn and nuggets in the center of the coffee table, but he has just enough time to flash you a wink before Yuuji settles in between. Megumi opts for the loveseat closets to Yuuta’s end of the couch, and you do your best not to reach over Yuuji and strangle Yuuta.
The boys decide on watching a movie you’ve never heard of, but Megumi reassures you it’ll be easy to follow and has English subtitles. You don’t mind, settling in to your corner of the couch with a handful of popcorn just as the title-screen for Human Earthworm 3 rolls across the TV.
You can follow along well-enough—even without subtitles, you get the gist of the movie. What you really find entertaining is Yuuji, who occasionally blurts out a comment or exclamation, or audibly coos whenever something sad is happening on screen. He’s almost as animated as the characters; you’re more of the silent-watcher type, but you find yourself endearing by this commentary, even if you can only understand parts of it.
You particularly appreciate the way that after every comment, he either motions to Megumi, or turns to you himself to repeat his thoughts in his best broken English, and even when you don’t understand his words, you understand him. His emotions are all on his sleeve: frustration, happiness, confusion, curiosity—communication between you two should be more difficult, but Yuuji makes it easy.
It gives you the confidence you cough out your own observation, “You, um… you’ve… seen the others? You seem to like this series.”
Across the room, Megumi and Yuuta hold their breaths, opting to not translate for you when you switch from Japanese to English. Yuuji is quiet for a moment, turned to face you with a slightly confused look on his face that makes you nervous, until his eyes brighten up and he smiles and begins nodding fervently—“Yeah—yeah, I do! It’s my… hm how do I say it… Oh! It’s my favorite!”
Between the smile on his face, the blush on his cheeks, and sincerity in his voice, you feel like you’re wrapped up in his world. It’s a little confusing, and scary, but it’s not all that bad. Maybe you can do something about it, eventually.

Co-Parenting with Suguru
AU where Geto didn't kill the entire village but adopted Nanako and Mimiko (I love mommy geto)
Word Count: 5.3k
Summary: Geto is able to adopt Mimiko and Nanako with your help, and how the girls with Gojo set you two up. Acquaintances to lovers, idiots who care for each other. (pure fluff, and i've tried to avoid using y/n)
You wouldn't say you and Geto were good friends, but when you were asked to testify on his behalf in front of the higher ups, you readily agreed. You were tasked to look after the twin girls he had brought back from the village and they were the sweetest little girls you had ever met. Even if Geto had killed those villagers, you couldn't blame him - they were torturing two innocent souls on problems caused by their own vices.
Shoko and Gojo couldn't testify to Geto's character - everyone knew they were practically joint at the hip - the three of them are always together. You were closer to Utahime your senpai, known to not like Gojo and Geto very much. With whatever casual conversations you had had with Geto, you hadn't really found a reason to dislike him. And hearing Nanako and Mimiko call him “Geto-Sama” in their sweet little voices only helped in solidifying your high opinion of him.
You heard their narration of the night and how Geto with his incredible bangs and magic powers stopped the evil people hurting them and took him away and dropped them into your arms.
“Do you really think any of those could be trusted with kids?” Geto asked. You snorted in response and gladly accepted to take care of the two lovely little girls.
“Your Geto-Sama will be right back with you,” you promised the girls while closing the buttons of your uniform. “I will be back in a bit. I've got dolls for the both of you,”
“Thank you,” they tell you, adding “sama” to your name. You blush but don't say anything, having already told them to not address you as such multiple times over the couple of days.
“I don't believe that Geto-San could have gone out of his way to hurt those people. In fights with curses, collateral damage is always there, and Geto had two little sorcerers to take care of. I think we can excuse him this time.” You said when you were asked to speak.
“I don't see anything wrong with letting Geto-San take care of the two girls. They clearly trust him much more than anyone else, after how horribly they were treated by the village. I pitch on his behalf, that he would take utmost care of the two sorcerers under his care.” You said when the question for their custody arose.
“Thank you, thank you so much,” Geto said bowing in front of you once the elders were done with the hearing. They had dismissed everyone else to discuss the matter.
“You've got some lovely girls to parent now, Geto-san,” you say, returning his charming smile. “Are you sure you are ready to be a parent?”
“Not really, no,” He admits. “I will try my best though,”
“Oh they are such lovely girls, I have half a heart to keep them for myself,” You fawn, feeling suspiciously giddy. “If you ever need a babysitter-”
“I will definitely call you,” Geto nods with a smile on his beautiful face. He has always been beautiful, but today with his hair half-up, half-down, he looks especially charming. He rushes away on hearing footsteps and you walk the short distance to the dormitories.
“Hello girls!” You excitedly enter your room, holding out a bunch of cookies in your hands, thanks to Utahime. “The final decision of the higher ups will come later today, but Geto should be free to see you,” You give them the stack of cookies and then seeing the styled dolls add, “Do you girls like dressing up?”
You smile with the way their eyes widen with excitement and open your humble wardrobe in the dormitory, giving them access to everything they'd need to get dressed up. They decide to dress you up instead, and the three of you are full of giggles as they take your makeup and freely draw on your face - and be surprisingly good at it. You play some of your favourite music, which the girls seem to enjoy and then they paint your nails. They dress you in your best clothes and you love the way they've styled you.
There's still a long time left before the higher ups will announce the decision, so you take the girls out shopping to distract them. Fortunately, your income as a sorcerer allows you to have the freedom to spoil your girls - and you love it to an alarming extent. Mimiko and Nanako have got excellent taste, you'll credit them that - they pick out the cutest dresses for each other and coloured lip balms that compliments each other's hair well. You encourage them to change into their new clothes in the mall itself and take so many pictures of them and with them - and you are almost sad at the thought of letting Geto have them, but that's something you will be sad for later.
You've lost track of time at the mall, and when you get back it's already twilight. The girls had a lovely day, and they are still buzzing with excitement when you enter.
Geto is sitting on your bed, in a semi-clear spot with almost all of your stuff on it - from the whirlwind that dressed you earlier.
“Geto-Sama!” The girls scream with delight and kneel down in front of him with bows, showing how grateful they were to him - he motions them to get up and hugs them both simultaneously, but his foxy eyes hold your gaze as he says, “Mimiko and Nanako can live with me, from now.”
Your body reacts to the news faster than your mind, and you've already planted a kiss on his cheek and have your arms wrapped around him before you realise what you have done. A crimson blush colours his face along with your lipstick as he thanks you, his voice softer and breather than usual.
Your whole body heats up when you see the colour of your lipstick on his cheek and the way he makes no attempt to wipe it off his flushed cheeks as Mimiko and Nanako look up at him with glittering eyes.
You hear your name from Nanako’s mouth, noting the “sama” she had added yet again. Geto's eyes are affectionate as he hears them gush to him about you, about the fun they had with you.
While Mimiko is in Geto's arms, Nanako makes her way into yours and you feel silly for tearing up. You hug her close to your chest, feeling her little arms around your shoulders. “Thank you for bringing back Geto-Sama,” Nanako whispers to you. You pat her head and plant a gentle kiss on her cheek, now mindful of the transferring lipstick.
The sound of a camera clicking snaps the four of you out of the trance, and you find the Gojo Satoru standing at the threshold of your room, clicking pictures of the four of you. “Suguru, you get a girlfriend and daughters and you forget all about your best friend,” He tuts, dramatically putting a hand over his chest, his icy blue eyes peeking from behind his sunglasses.
Gojo gasps on seeing the lipstick mark on Suguru’s cheek and takes out his phone to snap even more pictures of a blushing Suguru. “You forgot to mention things were this serious!” He says, mock offended.
“Gojo/Satoru, shut up!” You and Geto speak simultaneously.
“You're even saying the same things now,” Gojo sighs like an old man. Mimiko and Nanako burst out into a fit of giggles. “You agree with your godfather, Satoru, right girls?”
“Godfather? Where did that come from?” You ask, scrunching up your nose.
“Well it was gonna be Suguru as mother and myself as the father but now you've taken in as their mother and Suguru as their father so I've got to take the next best thing-!”
You hit him upside his white-haired head, veins on your forehead popping out with irritation at his words. Gojo rubs the top of his head muttering something under his breath. “This is why I always stay with Utahime Senpai,” you say, making Suguru and the twins laugh.
“Get him, girl!” Geto cheers you on.
“I won't give you Nanako and Mimiko if you continue to be roommates with him,” you declare, narrowing your eyes at Geto.
“I'm renting a place outside Jujutsu Tech,” Geto confesses with a sigh.
“WHAT-?” You and Gojo both yell in shock.
“It's for the best,” He says.
“You’re taking my girls away from me!” You complain, hand on your chest. “This is so unfair, Geto-kun. How will I see them now?”
.
It's been a couple of weeks, and the twins have adjusted well to Tokyo. You've adjusted too, opting to spend your time with them rather than with anyone else. Gojo keeps teasing you relentlessly, not even bothering to stop when the teachers are around. You've grown closer to Suguru as well, spending most of your off-time with him. Shoko has become your refuge now, with Utahime leaving for Kyoto.
It's one of your lazy Sundays, and you wake from your and the twins afternoon nap. They are snuggled to either side of you, and it’s unbearably hot but you don't dare move; admiring their serene, sleeping faces. Your left eye twitched at the thought of the torture your girls were subjected to by those foolish villagers, blood boiling once again.
You reach for your phone instead, going through some old photos. You've scrolled down to when the girls were living with you, a picture of the three of you with matching white bows in your hair when the door quietly opens, and Suguru quietly enters with a pitcher of water and some glasses. He chuckles at your grateful face, pouring out some water for you. You gulp down the water, your overheated body giving out a sigh of relief when the cold water hits your stomach.
“It's time to wake them up,” He whispers, leaning down to your laying form.
“I don't really want to,” you whisper to him, pleading, not looking away from his pretty dark eyes. “Five more minutes?”
“Okay,” He relented with a sigh, sitting beside Nanako. You think of how different he is now, different from when he is exorcising curses and when he is with Gojo. You also find yourself liking this side of him, that only his girls got to see. And you, one of his girls.
“Have you thought about their schooling?” You ask, voice quieter than a mouse. Geto lays down, facing you.
“I’ll have them homeschooled,” He replies just as quietly, frowning.
“That’s boring,” You say. “How will they adjust to the outside world? We can’t always be with them.”
“I’m terrified of the curses getting -”
“Teach them to defend themselves, just a little.” You suggest. “You know they can’t rely on others, they will need to learn to keep each other safe.”
Nanako stirs between the two of you, mumbling a hushed “papa,” under her breath as she snuggles into Geto. You fawn all over this, his pretty eyes wide and looking at you, seeking assurance. A gentle smile graces his beautiful face as he caresses the girl’s caramel hair and you have to resist the urge to pull his silky hair out of the bun and run your fingers through them. You opt to lightly pat Mimiko’s dark head instead, and she snuggles into you mumbling, “mama,”
Admittedly, you’ve teared up a little and you excitedly turn to Geto, who is giving you his prettiest smile that you’ve ever seen. In this little moment, you can pretend to be a happy family, living in a rose-coloured dream.
.
Suguru loves spending time with his girls, and it’s even more delightful when you join in. He especially loves it now that you’ve practically moved in - the guest room slowly filling up with your scent and trinkets. He enjoys taking all of you out to different spots in the city - the parks, the malls, cute cafes and even back to Jujutsu Tech, occasionally.
Suguru wonders if the two of you could even be friends if not for Mimiko and Nanako - just adding to a long list of things that he was grateful for from that night. Your easy smile and sparkling eyes and the way you shower his girls with your love and care just keeps on adding to all the things he admires about you. He half wishes Satoru’s mindless teasing to become a reality, but he lacks the courage.
Currently, he’s sitting on the floor with Nanako behind him, brushing his hair out and Mimiko sitting beside her twin, acting as her inventory. He’s in pure bliss, and the only thing that can make this better is your presence.
Soon enough there is a knock on the door, and Suguru feels bad for hoping it’s you. Of course, he enjoys your company, but you deserve a chance to live freely and not spend every waking hour with him. Satoru and Shoko are there instead, with amazing takeout for Friday evening.
Satoru spoils his self-proclaimed goddaughters (Suguru wouldn’t trust anyone else, either) with the best of everything. Shoko loves teaching them new things, reading, maths, curses, the human body - everything watered down to suit their tender young age.
The four of them play board games while Suguru does the laundry, putting the clothes on the drying line. Usually, you would be here helping him with the clothes, words flowing easily between the two of you.
He's distracted from laundry when he hears Satoru call your name followed by a whistle, then yelling, “I can't really blame Suguru, you look so hot!” He hears your grumble something, and then Mimiko and Nanako’s excited cheers on your appearance. “You had a date?!” Satoru says again, his voice loud and surprised.
Suguru’s heart feels heavy, and he makes his way to the rest leaving half of the clothes in the dryer.
“It wasn't really a date honestly.” You complain. “That guy had no manners! Chewing with his mouth open and not even using the napkins properly! And he barely asked me anything, kept on boasting about himself - it was boring.”
Suguru feels half guilty for the way his chest relaxes, but his breath is taken away as soon as he sees you - you are always beautiful, but you look especially pretty with your brown leather skirt and black jumper. Your jewellery compliments your complexion, and your hair looks perfect. And he has to agree with Satoru- you look hot.
“Where's Suguru?” You ask, looking around.
“Right here,” He says, coming to stand beside you.
He loves the way your eyes sparkle - the lids decorated to match the outfit and a delighted glimmer in your eyes.
“So, I was at the mall and this reminded me of you,” you say, picking up the paper bag on the floor beside you. “The only good thing that came from today, to be honest.”
“You were thinking of me while out with another guy?” He teases.
You get flustered, but respond “Do you want this present or not?” You try to sound stern, but you hand him the bag regardless.
The bag feels heavier than he had expected, and glances in to see the professional camera he had been eyeing for a long time but didn't buy in favour of getting Mimiko and Nanako some limited edition dolls. His pretty eyes widened with delight. “How did you know?” He asks, unable to hold back his excited smirk.
“I am not blind, you know.” You retort, happy that he loved the gift.
“What is it?” Shoko asks. Satoru snaps the bag towards himself, taking out the box of camera and different lenses. “That is one expensive investment,” she remarks.
You chose to ignore her comment, distracting everyone with the little cake you had bought. “And I've got cake!”
“Is today someone's birthday?” Mimiko asks.
“No, baby.” You say, “It's okay to have cake without any reason,”
The little girls are delighted to see the half sky and half forest cake. Neither Suguru, you or his girls have any idea as to when the exact birthday is, so you have them cut the cake together, pretending it to be their birthday. When Suguru takes the cake to the kitchen to cut it up, you follow him, leaving the twins with Shoko and Satoru.
“Suguru, you should get dressed up fancy too,” You say. “Let’s take some good pictures with our girls. I’ll cut the cake up.”
“Okay,” He agrees.
Suguru decides to match you, consciously picking pieces that compliment your outfit well. He is inappropriately fancy dressed up for this photo session. He is thrilled to use the camera you’ve gifted him, and there is no better scene to be his first than his girls(you included) and his friends. He’s brushing his hair out, putting it up in a half updo before giving himself a once-over then leaving.
He’s surprised to see Mimiko and Nanako dressed up too, sitting on either side of Satoru as Shoko and you clicked pictures on the phones. His camera is sitting on the table, still in its box. He has a child-like excitement as he opens the box and checks the lenses with it - the excitement of setting up the camera is unmatched. Even though he enjoys spoiling his girls, he cannot deny that being spoiled is a nice feeling.
Once his camera is ready, he snaps a picture of the scene - you sit between your girls now as Satoru and Shoko click pictures. The flash from the camera distracts everyone, and his eyes find yours sparkling, looking at him with the sweetest smile on your face. He cannot help but wonder how your lips would taste. Suguru smiles at you instead as you wave him over, Mimiko and Nanako between the two of you. Satoru and Shoko give him a knowing once over, the deliberate matching not missing his best friend’s six eyes.
Your hand touches his - neither of you attempting to move as Satoru clicks a picture of the four of you in Suguru’s new camera. Satoru is grinning like an idiot seeing Suguru’s blushing face, motioning Shoko to click some pictures of their idiot friend in love with his daughters’ mother. It is stupid, Gojo thinks, the way that the two of you act like an old married couple but are too terrified to confess your feelings for one another.
“Mimiko, Nanako, come here for a moment, dears,” Gojo calls them. “Suguru, Y/N, please stand closer. You aren’t rivals.”
Suguru narrows his eyes at Satoru, but doesn’t comment on it, too happy when you’ve pressed yourself at his side, your arm wrapped around his waist. He swings his arm over your shoulder and leans his head towards yours. His face burns with the soft warmth of your body pressed against him - but he holds his smile steadily, looking at the camera. He looks at your beautiful face for a moment, the serene smile on your face and he forgets all about the jerk who had taken you out.
He just prays that he gets the courage to ask you for a dinner date - perhaps before someone else snatches you out of this perfect life of his.
.
Satoru is at Suguru’s flat, spending time with the sweet little girls. Both you and Suguru had some unavoidable business to attend to - you with some curses and him with his parents - and he finally got the chance to babysit them. Satoru is currently sitting on the floor of the twin’s bedroom, with pink bows in his white hair and getting his nails painted in a pale blue colour by Mimiko and Nanako.
It's not his favourite thing for amusement, but he lets it pass. He does get why Suguru lets his girls do these things to him - they look just so precious with the little forehead creased in concentration. His mind is cooking up a scheme - a scheme which can only be fulfilled with the little one's help. It’s only with him that they address you and Suguru as mama and papa- feeling too shy to address the two of you as such face-to-face.
“Dears, do you think your papa and mama love each other?” He asks the little angels painting his nails.
The girls share a secret look with a smirk that tells Gojo everything that he needs to know. “I’ve seen papa look at mama the way Nanako looks at crepes, Gojo-sama!” Mimiko snickers. “He always has a big smile when mama is home.”
“Mama is also the same, Gojo-sama!” Nanako says. “She looks at papa the way Mimiko looks at ice-cream!”
Gojo laughs at their childish description of the two, wondering how blind you guys must be to not see that the feelings are shared.
“Gojo-sama!” Nanako jumps, excited, as she remembers something else, her caramel bob shaking. “One evening, when mama fell asleep on the sofa, papa carried her to her room. We brought her blankets and he tucked her in, but she held his hands in her sleep.”
“Yes!” Mimiko jumps up too, brown eyes gleaming with giggles. “Papa had turned so pink when Mama did that. He could barely speak.”
“That sounds familiar,” Gojo giggles with them. “Do you want to help me set-”
“Yes!” the twins shriek before he even finishes the question.
Once the three of them are done with the set up, Gojo calls Geto to let him know that he has some urgent clan business to attend to, while Mimiko calls you to tell you that Nanako had a bad dream and she misses you terribly. Both of you rush to return while Gojo and his goddaughters leave for the evening. Gojo leaves a little post-it-note on the fridge, with a brief message.
Geto has been running for 10 minutes straight, red faced and out of breath as he reaches the door of the flat. The elevator dings open and you step out, looking just as out of breath. “Did Mimiko call you too?” you ask, panting.
“No, Gojo told me he has some clan business - ” He says, taking a moment to completely process your question. “Why did Mimiko call you?”
“Nanako had a nightmare, she was asking for me only, apparently.” You say, standing beside him now. The enticing smell of your perfume fills his senses and he is grateful that his girls have you to comfort them. He too finds comfort in your presence - albeit it’s for different reasons than his girls.
When no one opens the door for a couple of minutes, you put your ear to the door and try to hear something. The house is quiet, devoid of any movements.
“I think they’ve fallen asleep.” you comment.
Geto then opens then closes the door as quietly as he can, trying not to disturb the girl’s sleep. He bumps into you standing in the hallway after taking off his shoes - only to gasp as he sees the immaculate set up in the living room. A sheer white canopy covered in fairy lights and seemingly all of the pillows and some mattresses of the house thrown in the tent - and some of his and your favourite snacks. There’s a movie paused at the beginning and red roses and candles and mild incense decorating the room. Geto blushes when he realises that it’s a set up for a date, heart pounding against his ribs in part-annoyance and part-excitement as he sees your shy face. He’s half mad at Gojo, but he can see the traces of Mimiko and Nanako as well - with the way the pillows are laid out and the flowers are placed.
Geto’s phone rings, breaking the tense silence. It’s Gojo. “Suguru! Put me on speaker!” Gojo’s excited voice says from the other end. He can hear his girls giggling in the background.
“Fine,” Geto sighs.
“Oh hey!” you turn around on hearing Gojo call your name, face hot and worrying your lip between your teeth. “Your little girls, they thought we should let you guys have an evening to yourself - relax and watch a movie. How did you like that set up?”
“You didn’t really have to-” You start to speak as Geto rolls his eyes, fully knowing it was Gojo’s plan. He knew Gojo well.
“Nonsense, you won’t let your daughters down by saying that,” Gojo says, and Mimiko and Nanako giggle louder. “Alright, bye! Enjoy yourselves. There’s wine in the fridge, Suguru.” He says before handing up.
“I’ll get the wine,” Suguru offers. You smile at him before sitting down in the fairy-light canopy, looking much like the woman of his dreams, like a princess waiting for her prince. His heart aches, for he can’t call you his, not outside of his mind. He smiles too, pretending that it’s date-night for you.
There’s a note on the fridge in Satoru’s messy scrawl which gets his attention first. Suguru, take one for the team and ask her !!! Your daughters and friends are rooting for you. She likes you, you blind idiot. A blush colours his face as he crumples the note and throws it in the bin.
His favourite wine is in the fridge, and Suguru is half surprised at Satoru’s thoughtfulness. He pours out two glasses and brings them to you, the bottle left back in the fridge. “Wine for you, ma’am,” he says, and you get the cutest blush on your face as you accept the glass, humming in delight at the taste. He follows your stead and lazily relaxes against the mountain of pillows under the canopy.
“What’s this movie?” You ask, fidgeting with the remote.
“I have no idea,” He says, praying that Satoru doesn’t embarrass him.
The movie begins with the main character, the girl getting ready to go work. It seemed like a cheesy hollywood christmas movie at the beginning, where the girl would be frustrated with her job and go to her small town and never return. That would have been better, in hindsight. Because as the movie progresses, and the love interest comes in - a single father, who had to send his daughter into foster care because he was wrongfully accused of embezzlement - the foster parent being the main character. The girl testifies for him in court while she lives with a new normal - caring for the love interest’s daughter as her own.
Suguru's face burns with how similar the movie is to you and him - he can barely even look at the screen. While the movie played, he subconsciously reached towards you, your warm cheek now resting against his shoulder. It’s hard for him to ignore it now that he realises that this movie was a deliberate selection, and the comment in the note about him being blind.
Suguru steals a quick glance at you, finding you looking at the screen with a little smile, cuddling one of the bigger pillows. You seem totally unaffected by the movie. “It’s so cute,” you murmur.
“Hm?” he prompts.
“The story,” you say, glancing up at him then back at the screen.
“Would it be cute if it were real?” he asks, heart pounding against his ribcage.
“Even cuter,” you nod, cheek moving against his shoulder.
His heart threatens to crawl out of his throat at the admission. He eyes the two hands, one his and the other yours - so close but not touching, afraid to cross that invisible boundary which has built over time. He dares now, for once to cross that boundary, to test the waters and puts his pinky finger over yours, interlocking them. He can feel your smile get wider as his heart nearly makes a hole in his ribs.
You take it a step further and intertwine your hands with his.
“I love the way your hand fits in mine,” he says after a long tense silence, sounding breathier than usual.
“You have nice hands,” you shyly say.
It brings him confidence, the way you say it. Emboldened, he turns to face you and wraps his free arm over your waist, pulling you closer. His nose touches your forehead and he inhales the smell of your shampoo, never tired of smelling it in the pillowcases of your room. He lowers himself to your eye level, stroking your cheekbone. “Would let me kiss you?” he whispers to your lips.
“Always,” you whisper, parting your lips to welcome him.
The kiss is everything he could have imagined and more. It’s pure bliss, the way your mouth slots against his and the way to taste better than he could have possibly imagined. Of course, you have always been pretty, but he found you the most beautiful in this moment, in his arms, with your soft tongue fighting against his. His brain has short circuited and he fears that he might get addicted to your taste. He chases your mouth when you pull away to catch your breath, letting go of the intertwined hands that had sweat in the heat of the moment.
Suguru misses your lips instantly, scanning your face for any signs of regret or discomfort. You place one of your hands on his neck, reach the back of it and caress the delicate spot where his hair ends, and a gasp leaves his mouth at the sensation. You put your other hand on his collar and pull him close, his face dragging against the soft pillows and you kiss him. This kiss is much more desperate than the first one, with your teeth occasionally crashing and tongues exploring, the movie long forgotten still playing on the screen.
When you’re both out of breath, you pull back, still breathing the same air and noses touching.
“It was the best fucking kiss of my life,” Suguru confesses, sounding out of breath.
“Mine too,” you say.
He doesn’t want you to think that it was a spur of the moment thing, so he puts on his serious face and says, “Would you like to go out for dinner with me? As more than co-parents?”
“I thought you’d never ask,” you reply with a giggle.
“Dress fancy,” He says. “Let’s go.”
“Now?” you ask.
“Why wait ?” he shrugs.
“I don’t have - ”
“You do,” he says, shy. “I had got something for you a while back, but never mustered up the courage to give it to you.”
You sit up, looking down at him with an excited gleam in your eyes. “You’ve gotten me an outfit for our first gate, it seems like you were prepared.”
“I swear to you that I wasn’t.” He says. “Just try it once.”
The dress Suguru brought compliments your figure and complexion well, and you’re surprised to see that it fits perfectly. You uber to a fancy place, and with the man on your side, this is the most perfect first date ever. The maroon dress hugs your figure in the right places, and you feel giddy knowing that Suguru had bought this lovely dress with you in mind.
He looks even prettier today, sitting in front of you as your date, dressed in an equally fancy maroon suit. You take plenty of pictures with him, distracted by his long silky hair in a half-up, half-down look. You can barely process the food, distracted by the beautiful man in front of you taking in the way he talks. The way he says your name, almost purring, has you wanting to throw your feet and giggle like a little girl.
Suguru isn’t better off himself. Of course, he loves the way his name rolls off your tongue, but right now dressed in the dress he bought for you, sitting in front of him with flushed cheeks, the delicate smile never leaving your face as you speak has his heart threatening to burst out of his chest. He finally has you with him the way he had been wanting for years, finding you pretty even when you were both mere acquaintances.
He cannot wait to call you his, but he supposes he’ll save that question for the next date - for you to give this relationship a name. In his head, he is already yours - heart, mind and soul - the only question bugging him is whether you want to be his. That’s a worry for later, he thinks, as he plants a delicate kiss on your lips as the long evening comes to an end.

it was the dead of night, surprised shouts and gasps interrupted the busy sidewalk as a suspicious man, wearing a black jacket with its hood over his head pushed them out of his way with a stolen purse in his hand, looking frightened, panting lousily as he continued running as if he was running away from someone. the man looked behind him, a smirk slowly began to plaster his face. (there’s no way those foolish heroes could catch up with me! how fast i am running, i wouldn’t be surprised that those heroes are still way behind—), the thief couldn’t finish his thoughts when he let out a yelp when a twining vine was wrapped around his ankle, and pulled him upwards, leaving him dangling in the air, trying to wiggle his way out of it, obviously failing.
(name) looked down below with a pleased smirk. he was following the crook at high speed while jumping from building to building. (name) walked towards the edge of the high building in a prideful manner, taking his time before jumping down. he landed on the ground with his feet with a thud without a scratch or a bruise. he dusted his arms from the filth that may have attached to him from the fall and the land. (name) waited for the others while he heard the man struggling to be released from the vines, but it wasn’t long for the others to arrive, and by “others”, he meant endeavor, and u.a students izuku midoriya, katsuki bakugo, and shoto todoroki.
izuku, katsuki, and shoto were assigned to study under (name) to learn a thing, or two. (name) was enthusiastic, and thrilled when he heard the news, that he would get to teach some talented u.a students about his ways, get to know them better, and even get to chat with them! he was even more delighted that he gets to work with endeavor, currently the number one hero. it was kinda strange for endeavor to volunteer to work with him since (name) had the chance to teach the three students by himself, but he quickly brushed it off since he thought endeavor wanted to be close to his son, so (name) happily let endeavor tag along.
back to the present, the four of them arrived shortly while (name) was waiting patiently, his hands behind his back, and with a closed-eye smile. the four arrived at the scene, and they didn’t seem out of breath or tired in the slightest. “pick up the pace guys! this is the third burglar i detained!”, (name) whined dramatically as he crossed his arms across his chest and turned away from the group. (name) pouted, “it seems that you’re all losing your grip, maybe you’re all too slow to join me..”, (name) stated with a sigh afterward, of course, what he was saying was a lie, he just wanted to make some jokes, and maybe play with katsuki’s head a bit.
“HAH?! WHAT DID YOU SAY?! I’M WAY FASTER THAN YOU, YA NEWBIE! DONT BE SO COCKY! I’LL PROVE IT TO YOU BY CATCHING SOME CRIMINAL, JUST WATCH!”, katsuki shouted at (name) with his eyes widened, and (name) swore that he saw smoke coming off his head. (name) didn’t get the chance to tell him that he was messing around before katsuki blasted himself away from the group in high-speed, leaving a trail of smoke behind him. the four of them stood there, watched how katsuki left the group. (name) chuckled nervously as he scratched the back of his head and sweat-dropped.
“i didn’t mean to rile him up like that..i was just messing around!”, (name) admitted as he turned towards the group. “don’t mind him, he’s always like this.”, shoto told him to make him feel at ease. “you are very quick mr. (last name)! the way you predicted where the thief was going is impressive!”, izuku gushed with a smile afterwards, his cheeks turned a bit pink from seeing splendid display. (name) eyes slightly widened, and his face turned red from such words said to him. he was not used to being praised from up close, and if he did, he would be red as a tomato, feeling over the moon.
(name’s) eyes shut tightly, he placed both of his hands onto his cheeks as he giggled flusteredly with his face still red as a tomato. “oh izuku! you’re so sweet! how could i end up being paired up with someone so delightful as you!”, (name) babbled with imaginary sparkles sparkling around him, he ruffled izuku’s hair and it made izuku cheeks turn red as well from the physical contact and the flattering praise while shoto stood aside, watching the two interacting. they had completely forgotten about endeavor, but endeavor didn’t mind, he was behind them not too far with his arms crossed against his chest while keeping a close eye on (name). he watched how his face turned red from the compliments that izuku said, and the silly gesture (name) made, he thought it was quite cute.
he knows he shouldn’t feel these romantic feelings towards (name), considering the age difference, but he couldn’t help it. the first time when he laid eyes on (name) when he was introduced into the hero lifestyle, endeavor knew that he was the most prettiest human being he encountered. it was wrong, so wrong. he was a married man with beautiful children, and the thought of loving someone more lovely than his wife just kept him up late at night, resulting in him losing sleep at times. can you blame the guy? endeavor was a bit irked about the deal that he made with the other heroes about sharing (name).
honestly, he could care less about the other heroes. all that he needed was (name), by his side, retiring as a hero to be a stay-at-home husband, was it so much to ask for? that dream cannot be fulfilled because of the others, well if they’re on board with that idea then maybe it’s not a lost cause. all they need to do is wait for the perfect opportunity to strike, but endeavor had little patience and even some of the other heroes did as well. well, i guess they had to wait, and let it all play out.
‧₊ ᵎᵎ 🐷 ⋅ ˚✮ 🦙
the police later on arrived to apprehend the criminal, thanks to (name’s) quirk and speed. they returned the stolen purse to the old lady, who thanked them all. after all that they tried to find katsuki by wandering around the city that was slowly turning empty from how late it was getting. they eventually found him, and katsuki surprisingly did capture a criminal who he later bragged to (name). that bragging turned into embarrassing mumbling from (name) ruffling his hair, and telling him that he always knew that he would with a kind smile afterward. now, they all walked through empty sidewalks, checking if there was any more suspicious activity. izuku, katsuki, and shoto were walking alongside each other, chatting while endeavor and (name) were behind them from a distance so that they wouldn’t hear the pro heroes’s conversations.
it was silent between the pro heroes while it was loud from the students. (name) was too nervous to strike up a conversation, staring down at the boardwalk with flushed cheeks from walking beside his idol while endeavor side-eyed (name), staring at his perfect features, paying close attention to him. (name) then decided to break the awkward silence, but on cue, his phone started ringing. (name) was a bit confused, his face blank as he reached for his pocket for his phone as endeavor watched him. (who would be calling me at this time?), (name) thought curiously. he checked the caller ID, and when he saw who it was, (name) wished he wouldn’t have checked. (name) narrowed his eyes, bit inside of his cheek and he didn’t know that he was clenching his phone tightly. as soon as he noticed that he was gripping his phone, he quickly loosened his grip, if he continued, he would have broken his phone on the spot.
(name) sighed, he silenced his phone and stuffed it back into his pocket as he continued walking, deciding to deal with this matter later. endeavor was curious about who was the one that called (name), and even more keen on why he reacted that way. to be honest, seeing him a bit grumpy was a tad cute. “are you alright?”, endeavor asked as he stared ahead with his cheeks slightly turning red, slightly embarrassed from asking. (name) looked up at endeavor with his mouth slightly open, after a couple of seconds, his eyes shut softly with a heart-warming smile. “yes, im fine!”, (name) answered cheerfully as he stared ahead as well as if he forgot what had happened. “who called you.”, endeavor asked, but it somehow sounded as if he demanded (name) for the answer, making (name) feel a bit uneasy but shrugs it off as he thought endeavor was worried for him. “honestly, no one important!”, (name) replied truthfully as he kept up his happy attitude. endeavor did not like that answer, now he was more eager on who was trying to call you.
(name) looked up at the skies, staring at how bright the moon was, the night air was warm, the stars sparkle and shimmer the night skies. he raised his wrist to check the time on his watch. “10:06..i haven’t realized how the time went by so quickly”, (name) realized that they’ve been out for so long that the students have missed dinner. (name) frowned at the thought as he thought of what he should do, he wanted to continue to stick around with the u.a students since they were amazing to hang with, izuku was such a kind and courageous kid, and shoto was a cold person but also a calm, composed and well-mannered boy while katsuki is not particularly kind and fiery but he’s also a hard-working and ambitious person. he gnawed the inside of his cheek, thinking of some idea. an imaginary lightbulb lit, and popped up on top of (name’s) head as he smiled from ear to ear as he thought of a brilliant plan.
it took endeavor by surprise when he saw (name) jog up to the boys and wrap his arms around the student's necks to bring them all close together, like a hug that katsuki seems try to pry his way out of with curses leaving his mouth but (name) had a strong grip around them, still having a smile on his face. “we should call it night boys, but soon after i treat ourselves a bite to eat, it’ll be my pleasure!” (name) suggested as he looked at each of them to see their expressions on what they think of the proposal. izuku sweat-dropped, “i-i don’t know, we don’t want to be a burden to you-”, “you won’t, i promise! come on, you’ll enjoy it! pleeaassee?”, (name) pleaded. izuku nervously smiled, “w-well, if you insist!”, izuku beamed, resulting (name) to smile as they both stared at shoto to know his answer. shoto shrugged, “i don’t mind.”, he spoke as the three of them turned to katsuki to see him still struggling to get out of (name’s) tight hold. “LET GO OF ME, DAMMIT!”, katsuki demanded as he moved his head frantically, but they all thought of it as him agreeing.
(name) shut his eyes, giggling, “yay! this will be tons of fun!”, he cheered as he brought them closer, causing katsuki to be even angrier. as they did this, endeavor stood by himself behind them with folded arms as his eyes narrowed, and eyebrows furrowed. he watched them with a bit of…jealousy? endeavor thought it was a bit absurd, he has no reason to be jealous of (name) nuzzling onto the students, but he can’t help but think that he should be the one that (name) was clinging to. he imagined a scenario, well it might sound silly to others but it sounded fantastic in his eyes, where endeavor was carrying (name) in a bridal carry after saving him from a villain. (name) would be nuzzling to him, crying happy tears, repeating how he “saved him”, and how much (name) “loved him”, that sounded like a dream come true. he realized that (name) and the kids walked off without him when he was busy daydreaming a delusional image before speed-walking up to them to catch up, endeavor must have been looking like a fool just standing there, dozing off.
‧₊ ᵎᵎ 🐷 ⋅ ˚✮ 🦙
the restaurant that (name) took all of them was an old-style japanese restaurant that claimed to always visit here with his mother when he was a young boy. none of them complained, the restaurant looked elegant and gorgeous. so, they all had an enjoyable time, sitting at a booth table, (name) let the students order whatever they desired, and all of them, including (name) ordered quite a lot. they continued to chat there, and (name) learned some things about each of the students. he learned that katsuki has musical talents, especially in drums, shoto has a small crush on a student from his class but feels embarrassed and has no need to tell anyone, which is reasonable, and even endeavor looked a bit grumpy when he heard shoto’s little secret. (name), izuku, katsuki, and shoto gossiped and talked as if they were friends, and (name) wished that was the case. he hoped that the students thought (name) was cool enough to be considered a companion to them.
they had all been at the restaurant for at least an hour, it had been too long that the three students were napping, shoto sat in the middle while katsuki and izuku were sitting on each of his side, izuku and katsuki were resting their heads on shoto’s shoulders. the sight was so cute that (name) quickly took a quick picture on his phone of the trio. the only people that were up were the workers, endeavor, and (name), it was noon after all, and frankly, people would normally be asleep at this hour. (name) glanced at the trio, and quietly giggled at seeing their cute drowsy faces, and had to stiffen a chuckle from katsuki drooling a little bit. (name’s) eyes were a bit droopy as his hand hovered over his mouth, yawning softly, i guess he was getting a bit tired as well. (name) grabbed hold of his cup of water before bringing it towards his lips, and taking sips of it. “have you dated anyone (name)?”, endeavor asked. (name) eyes widened as he gagged from his beverage, he quickly set the cup down and leaned over the table as he tried to cough as quietly as possible, well that question was out of the blue.
after (name) recovered, he gazed towards endeavor with his eyes still widened where endeavor was holding onto his own cup, staring at it. where did that question come from? they were nowhere near talking about that subject. there was no reason to lie, so might as well tell him the truth. (name) cheeks turned slightly red, his hands resting on his knees as his eyes were looking anywhere besides endeavor. “i-i have.. but it didn’t work out so i broke it off”, (name) answered as he took another sip from his drink out of shyness. endeavor’s eyes narrowed, and his hand clenched onto his cup after (name) confessed. in endeavor’s eyes, someone had already claimed (name) before him? someone showed him devotion and passion other than him such as holding hands, embracing each other’s warmth, and has (name) and his old affair partner had intercourse before? the thought of anyone at all fooling around under the sheets with (name) made a vein pop on his forehead and a bit of smoke started to arise from his head.
the awkward tension was broken when one of the female waiters sauntered over to where they were sitting with a tender smile on her face. she placed a cash tray with the bill from what they ordered on the table and slightly bowed at the two pro heroes before walking away. (name) reached out his hand towards the cash tray to pay for what they ordered but endeavor swiftly snatched it before (name) could take it, “please, allow me.”, endeavor requested, but how endeavor spoke sounded like a command as he brought out his wallet from his pocket. (name) was a bit surprised at endeavor’s sudden request, he was about to protest, wanting to treat everyone. endeavor noticed what (name) wanted to do, his brows drew together as he shot (name) a darkened glare with narrowed eyes, causing (name) to halt his movements and a shiver running down his spine.
something about that glare didn’t sit right with (name), he knew that endeavor was an aggressive and intimidating man, but that glare seemed off. It didn’t feel intimidating or hostile, instead, something more darker but (name) can’t seem to figure out what. (name) decided to back off and let endeavor pay for what they all ordered, feeling a bit baffled and somehow a bit frightened. endeavor’s face slightly softened as he saw (name) retracted. endeavor opened up his wallet and withdrew his lustrous black credit card from his wallet before settling his card into the cash tray, waiting for the waiter to come back. endeavor didn’t mean to intimidate (name). he refuses to let (name) pay for anything, not even a single cent. endeavor would rather spoil (name) when he finally gets him, spoil him with luxurious gifts, and cash, not letting (name) work a single day of his life and let him rest in his home as a house-husband, where he belongs.
‧₊ ᵎᵎ 🐷 ⋅ ˚✮ 🦙
the night finally ended for the two pro heroes and the three u.a. students. izuku, shoto, and katsuki went off back to u.a., to their dorms, and (name) was about to call it a night but endeavor insisted that he walk him home. of course, (name) was a bit bewildered again. it was a bit odd for a grown man who was a pro hero to offer to walk his colleague to his home. for some weird reason, (name) wouldn’t mind even though he was a grown man and was perfectly capable of walking himself home but he’s not sure if he wants to be around endeavor for a bit after endeavor shot him that stern glare earlier. but he doesn’t want to seem rude or unfriendly to endeavor, even after he kindly paid for everyone's meals that (name) was originally going to pay. so, why should he refuse?
the two of them were now walking side by side on the sidewalk, passing by other homes as it was silent between the two of them, (name’s) eyes were awkwardly glancing to the side as endeavor kept his eyes on (name’s) form, making sure the staring was subtle. the silence was killing (name), he desperately wanted to strike up a conversation but he still felt a bit uneasy about earlier, he still couldn’t believe that a pro hero was literally walking him home. (name) nervously fiddle with his fingers as he awkwardly glanced slightly to the side which endeavor thought his actions were sweet. (come on, say something! but how do I even strike up a conversation with him? what do I even say to him? should I ask about his kids or hero work?), (name) thought as he tried to figure out a topic to discuss with endeavor. (name) lets out a soft sigh as he finally dared to speak, “s-so, endeavor-”, “call me enji.”, endeavor interrupted. what. (name) was once again dumbfounded as he took a quick glance at endeavor with a raised brow.
(did I hear that right? endeavor is allowing me to call him by his first name? we hardly know each other and we’re already on first name basis?), (name) thought astoundingly. he never thought that endeavor would ever let him call him by his last name, let alone his first name due to endeavor’s persona. (name) was lost in his thoughts until he finally noticed that they were in front of his house. (name’s) house was a lovely traditional japanese mansion, just like enji’s. (name) stopped in his tracks and turned towards endeavor with his hands intertwined together and a small smile on his face. “w-we’re here! uhh- I appreciate you walking me safely to my home..”, (name) thanked endeavor shyly as he rubbed the back of his neck, he never had someone walk him home before so he didn’t know how to act. endeavor hummed in response as he took a glance at (name’s) residence.
he immediately noticed that (name’s) home was similar to his. endeavor thought that they both have something in common with their choice of residence, that’s a step closer to winning his heart. endeavor sighed lowly and gazed down at (name), his stern demeanor softening just slightly as his cheeks faintly blushed red. “well, I reckon that I’ll see you soon during some certain patrols..”, endeavor spoke. endeavor’s eyes closed as he slowly leaned down towards (name’s) height. (name’s) eyes went wide at endeavor’s actions, he quickly understood what endeavor was about to do. endeavor was about to kiss him. so many thoughts ran across his mind such as why endeavor was leaning down to kiss him? didn’t endeavor have a wife? why is endeavor about to kiss him if he has a wife? but (name) instantly backed away, bid endeavor a quick farewell and hurriedly went inside his house as endeavor watched. he was a bit bewildered from the sudden rush and how (name) instantly backed away from the inviting kiss. well, at least endeavor knows where he lives.

grief
sorry i dont ahve a better title ALSO ITS 5AM let me make this quick
i think all the time abt sumire not knowing goro is a dead man walking. goro wouldnt tell her himself bc he likes her knowing him As he is, without any strings attached, nothing abt his past w shido, black mask, his betrayal, his sacrifice. she knows him as crow-senpai, then akechi-senpai, then goro-senpai, and that's it.
akira wouldnt tell sumire because he thinks he HAS to be the one to shoulder this grief. he doesnt want her to hurt the way he does, knowing that goro is one foot in the grave. he wants her to enjoy the days with him without the looming knowledge that it wont last, it will never last, no matter what.
also i want akira to snap at sumire a little bit (and vice versa) teehee silllyyyy
and ofc sumire's self-sacrificial complexes... she would do Anything to save/preserve her loved ones.. anything.. akira knows that too. ofc both of them have this same sorta Thing going on but he wanted to Protect:tm: her... but now after this comic he sees damn i should have relied on her + the people around me damn.
srry sumire's "i wish i knew" HURTS UE UE bc ofc she wld want to know that goro was in trouble. maybe she could have done something, yes, but its more likely it would just hurt her in the long run.. so akira did what he thought was right.. :')
(re: 4th page) but there is ONE THING sumire could have done, and that Only Sumire could have done (given long winter AU scenario specifically): and that is to be a shoulder for akira to lean on in his darkest moments...!!! especially since she doesnt know abt goro's sacrifice, she wouldnt Get the Idea the way the other pthieves would. theres smth poignant abt that i think .... if only he let her in earlier so it wouldnt hurt so bad now...!!!!! right!! right!!! yeowwwch!!!!
also i think some anons were curiosu abt my comic scripts so here was the initial concept:
#if my wrist hurts tmrw ill be so mad GOODNIGHT#royal trio#akira kurusu#sumire yoshizawa#persona 5 royal#shusumi#(not really but ill tag it as such)#cele draws#cele comics#long winter#bc of course its long winter.

freudian slip // kageyama tobio
tw ⇢ teeny weeny age gap, mention of face-sitting (this is basically the whole plot), horny kags, highly suggestive themes
wc ⇢ 1.3k
There were only a couple of things that could faze Kageyama Tobio, and he took great pride in that fact. With his blunt demeanor, lack of social graces, and complete disinterest in the opposite sex, he was far from your typical hormonal teenager.
But if anything could get under his skin and set his heart racing - aside from volleyball - it was you. His stoic upperclassman who had somehow gotten roped into being his tutor, much to your initial chagrin. Teaching Kageyama was an uphill battle, as it seemed almost impossible to get anything through his thick skull that wasn't related to his beloved sport.
And yet, as much as you may have resisted at first, you found yourself not minding the arrangement so much anymore. There was something undeniably cute about Kageyama's single-minded intensity. For you, the tutoring sessions had become routine, even a bit boring - but for him, they were anything but.
Unbeknownst to you, Kageyama's mind was in a constant state of chaos in your presence. He was hyper-aware of everything about you - the subtle scent of your perfume, the silky sheen of your hair, the creamy porcelain of your skin. And much as he tried to focus on derivatives and English verb tenses, he couldn't stop his imagination from wandering to the tantalizing way your uniform skirt swayed with your every movement...
"Kageyama? Are you listening to me?" Your voice cut through the haze of his thoughts. He blinked and shook his head, realizing he'd been staring blankly at the same page for the past five minutes.
"Sorry, what were you saying?" He rubbed the back of his neck, feeling his face heat up.
You sighed, tapping your pencil against the textbook. "I was explaining the quadratic formula. Again. Honestly, where is your head today?"
"Nowhere! I mean, uh, I'm paying attention. Promise." He ducked his head, hoping you couldn't see how flustered he was. This was getting ridiculous. He had to get a grip on himself before he did something monumentally stupid.
"Alright, if you say so..." You still looked skeptical, but thankfully let the matter drop. "Let's try a few practice problems then. I'll walk you through the first one."
Kageyama did his best to follow along, keeping his eyes firmly on the page and not on the alluring curve of your neck as you leaned over to point out the key steps. But each brush of your arm against his threatened to short-circuit his brain. It took every ounce of restraint not to inhale the sweet scent of your hair...
An hour later, you closed the textbook with a thud and started gathering up your things. "I think that's enough for today. You're actually making pretty good progress!"
"Huh? Oh, uh, thanks." He blinked, trying to reorient himself. "Will you sit on my face?"
"Yep, sounds good." You stood and stretched, your skirt riding up dangerously high on your thighs. You had taken exactly two steps before you finally realized what he’d just said.
"Wait, what?"
Kageyama felt his heart stop as your eyes met his, wide with shock. The words he'd been holding back for so long had finally slipped out, and now he was left to face the consequences. "Um, nothing! I mean, uh, you didn't hear anything, senpai," he stammered, his palms growing sweaty as he tried to backtrack.
You raised an eyebrow, your lips curling into a teasing smile that made his knees weak. "No, I'm pretty sure I heard you ask me to sit on your face," you replied, your voice laced with amusement.
"No, you definitely heard wrong." Kageyama gulped, feeling like his face was on fire. The heat crept up his neck and spread to the tips of his ears, making him wish he could disappear into the ground. "You must be losing your hearing in your old age," he added, trying to deflect with humor.
"Ha, ha. Very funny." You sat back down next to him, crossing your legs and leaning in closer. The scent of your perfume filled his nostrils, a tantalizing mix of vanilla and something uniquely you. "So why did you say that, Kageyama?"
He squirmed under your gaze, unsure what to say. His heart was pounding so loudly he was sure you could hear it, and his mouth felt like it was filled with cotton. "Because I, um..." he trailed off, his voice barely above a whisper.
"Yes?" you prompted, your eyes boring into his.
"I really like the way you look, senpai." Kageyama hung his head, cheeks burning with embarrassment. The words tumbled out of his mouth before he could stop them, a confession he'd been holding back for months. "You're really pretty, and you smell nice, and you have a really cute ass-"
He clapped a hand over his mouth, mortified by what had just come out of it. What was he doing? You were going to think he was a complete creep now, a perverted underclassman who couldn't keep his thoughts to himself.
"Well, thank you, Kageyama. That's very flattering." To his surprise, you didn't sound angry or disgusted, merely amused. Your voice was warm and inviting, with a hint of something else he couldn't quite place.
"I didn't mean to be creepy!" he blurted out, desperate to explain himself. "It's just, um, you know, when I'm around you, I can't help but, uh, think about, um..."
"About?" you coaxed, your fingers brushing against his knee.
Kageyama took a deep breath, bracing himself for rejection. "I really want you to sit on my face, senpai," he confessed, his voice trembling slightly. "I want to taste you and make you feel good. I've liked you for so long, and I can't keep pretending that I don't have feelings for you."
The silence that followed his confession was deafening. Kageyama felt his stomach drop, sure he'd ruined everything. But then, you surprised him yet again by chuckling softly.
"Kageyama, look at me," you commanded, your voice gentle but firm.
Slowly, he raised his head, not daring to hope. His eyes met yours, and he was stunned to see the warmth and affection reflected in them.
You were smiling, your eyes sparkling with mischief. "I'm not mad," you assured him, brushing a strand of hair out of his face. Your touch sent shivers down his spine, and he leaned into it instinctively. "In fact, I'm flattered that you think so highly of me."
"You..you are?" Kageyama asked, his voice filled with wonder.
You nodded, biting your lip in a way that made his heart race. "So, do you really want me to sit on your face?"
"Yes!" He cringed at his own eagerness, worried that he was coming on too strong. "I mean, yes, please," he amended, trying to sound more casual.
"Good boy." You leaned in, your lips mere centimeters from his ear. Your breath was hot against his skin, and he suppressed a shiver of pleasure. "And maybe if you're really good, I’ll even return the favor."
Kageyama felt his mind short-circuit at the thought. Images of you on your knees, between his legs with your mouth stuffed-, filled his head, and he had to bite back a groan. "Oh god, please," he whispered, his voice hoarse with desire.
"That's what I like to hear." You smirked, standing up and tugging on his tie. The silk slid between your fingers, and Kageyama swallowed hard, his mouth suddenly dry. "Now, come here and show me what else that tongue can do."
Kageyama followed after you, his pulse racing as he eagerly obeyed your command. He'd always known you were going to be the death of him, and now it seemed he was about to find out just how literal that statement was. As you led him out of the room, your hand firmly grasping his, he couldn't help but marvel at his luck.
He couldn't wait.

Our Pin
When Darkwick allows you to choose one of the houses to join, how will they convince you?
Inspired by this ask/post.
Frostheim “Wait,” Jin grunts at you as you approach the door, done with his errands for the day. He tosses something at you which you barely manage to catch. When you do, you recognize the deep blue pin. “You’d be set for life with the connections you make here. Choose wisely.” Jin is a man of few words, but you’d hear most of Frostheim’s pitch from Kaito who basically begs you to join them. Lucas would come with a few logical points about why you should choose Frostheim, and Tohma would keep you so busy with tasks, you wouldn’t be able to visit other houses during your decision period.
Vagastrom “It’ll be pretty cool if we lived a little closer together, Senpai. I’ll cook for you every day.” Sho is the only one who’d want you at Vagastrom. Alan gives you a stern warning not to do something so dangerous. Leo’s existence alone convinces you to stay far away.
JabberwockThey use their fluffy animals to their full advantage. Haru takes you on a Cappybus tour to see all the cutest animals while Towa engulfs you in the most fragrant flowers. Ren might actually beg you to join them too since you are actually willing to do the chores. Towa gives you such a puppy look while Haru discreetly pins the orange brooch onto your lapel. Peekaboo lets out the saddest “Booo” when you leave for the day. How can you ever refuse them?
SinostraRomeo had given Taiga a lecture on their objective just before you were scheduled to meet them, so the captain actually remembers who you are when you walk in. “Hello, Kitten,” he purrs as you come in with some documents. He somehow gets you strapped into his torture chair and is about to stab the brooch into your jacket when Romeo bursts in. “You’re supposed to convince her, not force her!” “Why? It’s so much easier this way.” Taiga spins his revolver before placing it on your temple. Ritsu steps in at this moment to quote some law that no one is really paying attention to. Taiga and Romeo get into such an argument that no one notices you slipping away and running for your life.
Hotarubi The three invite you over for tea. At the end of it, Subaru presents you with the amethyst brooch in an intricately carved wooden box. “We would love it if you would join Hotarubi, PC. Of course, we want you to make the decision you believe is best for you, but you should know you are always welcomed and appreciated here.” As Haku walks you home, he purposefully takes a scenic route through Hotarubi. He’d gently pitch his own house but reminds you they are here for you no matter what decision you make.
ObscuaryWas unfortunately not one of the options available to you. Rui is quite relieved though. He isn’t sure how he can live constantly worried about touching something as weak as a human. He also knows he could never live with himself if something happened to you, and the risk of it increases so much more if you stayed in his dorm. Lyca is completely bummed though. He thought he had a chance to finally have a friend at the dorm. He does not understand why you can’t stay at Obscuary since he’s here and he’s human too. Ed thinks its a shame, but he is sure you’d visit often still.
Mortkranken“Humph! You should feel honored to even be considered joining Mortkranken,” Yuri gloats, dangling the brooch in front of you. “He desperately wants you to join,” Jiro deadpans. “Jiro! Can you shut it! I mean, I wouldn’t mind if you did since you are a very interesting subject.” Yuri’s blush isn’t fooling anyone as he shoves the teal accessory into your hands. Despite his shyness, he still keeps you around for another three hours helping him pipette. As you get ready to leave, he calls your name. “Consider it. You… You aren’t repulsive, at least.”
A/N: Thank you to those who sent in prompts. I'm sorry if I don't get to yours, but I will only be writing those that spark an idea. I don't want to write something bleh just to fulfill an ask. Thank you for your submission though!

some thoughts on how lilia views love
I’ve been watching through the Stitch event and there’s a bit of dialogue Lilia says that unfortunately made me Think, so I wanted to gather my babblings here.
This post contains spoilers for: Book 7, Tsumsted Wonderland 2, Lost in the Book with Stitch, Spectral Soiree/Endless Halloween, and Tamashina Mina
After spending the day fighting off Gantu’s robots, scavenging for food, and exploring the island, the boys rest for a bit in an old cottage they found. Lilia wants to take the opportunity to spruce up the cottage and make it more resort-like while they’re enjoying this “vacation”, and Riddle and Jack are both surprised and a bit peeved to hear him say this.
Riddle: Don’t you want to find a way off this island as soon as possible, Lilia Senpai? Malleus Senpai, Silver, and Sebek… Everyone at Diasomnia must be worried sick about you right now. I should think you’d want to assuage their concerns a tad bit faster!
Lilia: …Thing is, I trust them.
Riddle: You trust them?
Lilia: Mm-hmm. Knowing them, no doubt they understand I’m safe and sound and having a good time right now. Malleus and the others know I’m not the type of guy who’d get in a pickle over something as trivial as this. And that’s because they know me very, very well – just like family!
(snipped)
Lilia: It’s truly wonderful having people in your life who trust you and wish the best for you - and for whom you do the same in return - no matter how far apart you may be.
When you take this dialogue and look at in isolation of this event, then it’s a wonderful thing to hear Lilia say. He trusts his boys and they trust him - because they’re family, and that’s what families do. It’s always great to hear the characters themselves acknowledge their strong bonds with each other, and I thought it was really cute how Stitch got so happy to hear Lilia talking about his Ohana.
But when you take what he said and consider the broader story of Twisted Wonderland (vignettes and events, included), and you consider other things he’s said and done in the past… This dialogue just hurts.
There’s been small moments here and there that made me think Lilia has kind of an unhealthy(?) or warped(?) view of love. I’m not sure what the best word for it is, but I’ve noticed that he doesn’t like people worrying over him, he doesn’t like emotional farewells/sappiness, and he really doesn’t like letting others see him when he’s weak. Additionally, he seems to value himself very little – he doesn’t think people would be worried about him if he were in danger, or that people would be happy getting pictures of him, or that his departure in Book 7 would hurt those around him so much. I’ll go ahead and put examples for each point so you all can understand better what I’m trying to say.
He doesn’t like people worrying about him
We can see this partly from the quote this whole post is based on, as well as from Book 7.
Based on his conversation with Riddle, Lilia’s way of thinking appears to be:
If someone trusts me -> that means they wouldn’t worry about me
As well as:
If someone worries about me -> that means they don’t trust me
But we do worry about the people we love and care about, don’t we? We worry about our spouses getting home safely from a business trip, and our kids making friends at school, and our friends acing the interview they’ve been practicing for because we love them, don’t we? And because we want the best for them. But it doesn’t seem like Lilia thinks the same way.
And to add onto this point, it’s very clear the boys do worry about Lilia a lot, contrary to what Lilia claims. Due to Lilia’s departure, Malleus brought a snowstorm to the island in his sadness, Silver considered dropping out of school and leaving with his father, only to end up breaking down and crying in front of their crown prince of all people, and Sebek used his one wish to make Lilia be healthy and have him stay with Silver forever. They were all worried terribly about him in their own ways, but it doesn’t seem like Lilia ever noticed (or maybe he did, and just didn’t want to bring it up for some reason. Who knows.)
At any rate, he also gets mad (well, more like tsundere lol) at Silver when the boy was on the verge of tears after Lilia took a nasty hit for him. (I know this exchange occurred with General Vanrouge, and he was quite the asshole back then, but he’s still retained that dislike for people worrying over him.)
Lilia: Oh, would you quit it with the sniveling. I drank the potion, didn’t I? I just to rest for a little bit, and then I’ll be good as new.
He doesn’t like emotional farewells/sappiness
He exhibits his distaste of sappiness in Book 7 and the Welcome to Tsumsted Wonderland 2 event. In the latter, when everyone is saying goodbye to their tsums, he mentions he doesn’t like the gloomy atmosphere. He wants goodbyes to be happy (and most likely, free of any emotional weight). The same can be said in Book 7, when he wholeheartedly agrees to the going away party the students wanted to put on for him, as well as when Silver mentions his father had wanted them all to send him off with a smile. I’m not sure if Lilia just doesn’t enjoy people getting serious with their emotions towards him, or if he doesn’t like seeing it in general. It gives me Macho Man (tm) vibes, kind of? Like, “don’t let people see you cry and feel sad because then you look weak” kind of thing but idk.
Lilia: Farewells are certainly sorrowful, but I hate leaving things on such a gloomy note. Let’s keep our chins up until the end. Tsum, your ability to surprise others was exceptional, and you made today so much fun. So long!
He really doesn’t like letting others see him when he’s weak
There’s still a lot of loose ends to be resolved in Book 7, one of them being the full extent of Lilia’s motives for wanting to leave so suddenly. It does seem to be he’s telling the truth that his magic ran out early, since he couldn’t muster up enough strength to fight back against Malleus when he was about to Overblot, but we don’t know if the real reason for that is just because he “went a little to wild” in his youth, like he claimed, or if something else caused his magic to deplete so prematurely. But we did hear him reveal a little bit of his motives when he was talking to Floyd at the party.
Floyd was dismayed he never got a chance to fight Lilia, and he wished he could’ve seen Lilia go all out at least once. When he asks Lilia why he’s dropping out, Lilia says under his breathe that he didn’t want “them” to see him so weak.
Lilia (whispering to himself): …It’s because I didn’t want them to see me so feeble.
Regardless of why his magic ran out and why he wants to go the Land of Red Dragons of all places, we know part of the reason for his departure is because he doesn’t want Malleus and the others to see how far he’d fallen from his former military glory. (sidebar: I have a feeling he thought he’d be a burden on Silver and co. with him losing his magic, and he was trying to leave so quickly to escape his shame towards his rapid loss of strength and independence (I imagine since he’s a magical being who comes from a country that runs on magic, him losing his powers must feel very isolating and limiting, like he’s lost a lot of the control he used to have over his own life).)
He doesn’t think people would be worried about him if he were in danger
In Endless Halloween/Spectral Soiree, Lilia was surprised by how much Silver and the others had been worrying about him and Malleus when they disappeared. Interestingly, even though Lilia is the one that Silver was the most relieved to see (it’s hard to tell with the live 2d models, but it looked like he went up to hug? Lilia and Lilia slapped his hand away), Lilia later says “I didn’t think you’d be so worried about us.” (referring to himself and the others involved with the party shenanigans).
(I am aware they changed this line to “I didn’t think you’d be so worried about me” In TWST EN, but I’m just focusing on the JP version).
I just found it weird that even though Silver was very clearly worried about Lilia the most, Lilia kind of redirected Silver’s concern over from “Lilia” to “Lilia and everyone else”. Did it make him uncomfortable to hear Silver was that worried about him? I’m not sure, but it just stood out to me as being a little strange how he responded, and how surprised he was that his own son would get worried about him suddenly disappearing.
He didn’t think people would be happy getting pictures of him
At the end of Lilia’s Tamashina Mina vignette, Yuu stops by Diasomnia to give him some photos he’d taken of Lilia on their trip, and Sebek, Silver, and Malleus are delighted to see them, since it’s not often they get to see photos of Lilia. Lilia is surprised at how happy they are to receive those pictures of himself. But why wouldn’t they be happy? They love him and treasure him dearly, of course they’d be overjoyed to have pictures of him to remember him by. It’s like he thought they wouldn’t care about him that much, which is really bizarre, considering the whole “even if we’re not related by blood we’re still family” thing he told Malleus before.
Lilia: To think, you’d all be so delighted just to see some pictures of me. I never would’ve imagined you’d all react like this.
He didn’t think his departure in Book 7 would hurt those around him so much
This relates back to what I mentioned in the first point, but there’s one scene that demonstrates this perfectly.
After Silver breaks down in front of Malleus, Malleus teleports both of them to Lilia’s going away party. All eyes should have been on Malleus with how strangely he was acting, but the first thing Lilia honed in on was that Silver had been crying. And not only that, but Lilia looked surprised that Silver had been crying. And why wouldn’t he cry? The one person who formed Silver’s entire world and sun and stars was about to leave him and go die all by himself on the other side of the planet. There is no reason Lilia should’ve been surprised at Silver’s tears, yet he was. And I gather that’s because he never thought the boy could ever possibly want to choose to stay by his side, to choose him over all the hopes and dreams he’d burdened on the poor child from the moment he could walk, to choose him over his real friends and his real family members.
I hope when Lilia “wakes up” from his dream, the first he does is ask Silver what he’d been crying about back at the party. And I pray to god they will actually talk things out and Lilia will finally apologize for how much of a complete idiot he’s been acting.
My headache’s coming back so to wrap this up quickly, my current understanding of Lilia Vanrouge is that he either doesn’t realize just how loved and cherished he is by his family members, or that he does realize it and just pretends not to. If it’s the latter, which is what I personally lean towards, I think he does this as a means to protect himself.
He’s already lost so many of his loved ones, and he very well may be putting up these walls around his heart and pushing away the people who love him just so he doesn’t have to get hurt again. We don’t know how he became an orphan, but his birth family either gave him up or passed away and left him behind. Even when Queen Maleficia took him in, he was always made the scapegoat for the princess’s schemes, and it sounded like he was brought up more as Levan and Mallenoa’s inferior than their equal. And then war struck their nation. And then his one best friend went missing and the other one probably gave up her life trying to protect the very child who'd go on to shatter the ice surrounding his wounded heart.
Perhaps with Malleus and Silver and Sebek now, he thought his best option would be to exit their lives before they had a chance to do the same to him, because he knew they would do the same to him. Everyone does.
As a final note, I still keep going to back to what he said in Cater’s Halloween vignette. I think this one line sums up his views of love better than I ever could:
“But the more precious a bond is, the more pain it can inflict.”

Ayaka is in Love with Hiroko - The Lesbian Office RomCom You Needed
Blatant flirting, hilarious misunderstandings, and lesbian shenanigans aplenty - this show is funny, over-dramatic, and most of all gay as hell. Here's my review! Spoiler-free version first, and a more detailed spoiler-y version under the cut. I hope you enjoy!
A quick summary: Overall: 9/10, you should absolutely watch this! Genre: RomCom, with some serious elements and a heartfelt exploration of sexuality Watch if you are looking for... : A silly and fun time, a happy ending, misunderstandings, and character development. Highly recommended to watch this with your partner(s) or your sapphic friends! Watch out for... : Although the tone of the show is mostly comedic, it contains discussion & depiction of homophobia at the workplace and past trauma relating to that Where to watch: Official TL on GagaOOLala, or Fansubs by @furritsubs (highly recommended!)
"Ayaka is in Love with Hiroko" (Ayaka-chan wa Hiroko-senpai ni Koishiteru) is a Jdrama adaption of a manga by the same title. The series premiered this year July 2024 and has wrapped up a short while ago, with a total runtime of 8 episodes of 24 minutes each.
The title of the show already says all; the plot is simple: Junior staff member Ayaka is head-over-heels for Hiroko, her senior at the company she works at. And she has decided to go on the offensive.
There are many obstacles in Ayaka's way: first of all, Hiroko is 13 years older than her (they are 23 and 36), and her superior at the workplace. Hiroko is beloved by both her superiors as well as her staff, so Ayaka's love for her is just one of many. And no matter how blatantly she ups her advances (and girl, she is BOLD), Hiroko is 100% convinced that all the flirting is just misplaced, straight-woman obliviousness.
The irony of it all is that Ayaka is absolutely barking up the right tree, because Hiroko is a lesbian, but has been firmly in the closet at work - something that she has no plans on changing. Her professional life and her personal must stay completely separate, at all cost. The only place she can truly be herself is the lesbian bar she's been a regular at for years.
^ Me when I'm a lesbian disaster doing insane mental gymnastics
However, "giving up" is not in Ayaka's vocabulary. As her seduction attempts keep escalating and being misunderstood, Hiroko's hard exterior begins to crumble bit by bit. Can Hiroko finally overcome her rigid ways, and let herself fall for someone?
Although the show is first and foremost a comedy, both Ayaka and Hiroko as characters are handled really well. They have their own problems, insecurities, reservations about the other, and both have a simple but great arc over the course of the series. Ayaka is discovering her sexuality, something she had never even considered before falling for Hiroko. What does being in love with a woman mean for her future? And Hiroko, who is already very confident in her sexuality, is confronted by her past trauma, and the fact that she's still not ready to come out despite the changing times. And while being undercover has saved her career in the past, it has also made her feel alone and isolated. She likes Ayaka back, but can't allow her true colors to show.
Something that I find very hard to achieve with comedy shows is the switch between funny and serious, and I think that Ayahiro manages this very well. Both of our main characters feel grounded enough in reality that when they get emotional, it feels relatable and sincere. For a silly show like this, striking a balance like that is crucial, and save for a few pacing issues in the later half of the show (that I honestly didn't mind at all), I think the show totally nails it. Ayahiro is not a realistic show, but it contains elements of reality that made me connect to it, despite all the insane shenanigans that go on. And because of that the show made me laugh and cry as much as it did, often in the same episode. It works, and Kudos to the writers (and actors!) for that.
Speaking of actors, one thing I must mention is that the show is very well made. The actors (especially Mori Kanna as Hiroko is the standout for me, she has a natural charisma and gay swagger) do a fantastic job, the leads' chemistry is great. The production overall has some real money behind it, with lots of changing sets that all look great and have been crafted with care. Ayaka's outfits are absolute KILLER, she is giving insane femme energy. The show also looks very pretty, the color graders turn that saturation up to 100 and it fits Ayaka's rose-tinted world well.
That's it for the spoiler-less part, I'll now get into specific characters and plot points with full spoilers up to the end of the series under the cut. If you don't want to get spoiled, I hope the review until now made you want to watch the show for yourself! I hope you enjoy!
First of all I need to disclaim that I have not read the original manga that she show is based on, so I can't compare the series to its original and how the plot is written there. I do intend to read it (I hope it gets localized to German so I can support the official release, but I might check out the English Official TL anyway before that) but for now, I will only judge the series as is.
Ayaka: Our protagonist is a femme fatale, in... another meaning of the word, I guess. She is a disaster, bad at pretty much everything she does except not giving up. Once she has set her mind to something, she will get it done. That leads her to often be inconsiderate and unable to see what others around her are feeling, which goes mostly for her best friend Risa, but also for Hiroko, whose feelings she also fails to consider even when pursuing her. Ayaka has to learn the hard way that her naivete is hurting others, and herself. She hasn't really thought her advances through, simply acting on instinct. But as the series goes on, she takes her feelings and her newly discovered sexuality seriously, and grows comfortable with calling herself a lesbian. She is also unashamedly horny, like, Oh My God, this girl is trying to get laid so bad. This is hilarious and refreshing to see, and although her seduction attempts are often played as comedic, it doesn't feel like she is being ridiculed for her sexuality by the show. Ayaka often crosses boundaries (physical and emotional) with Hiroko, both out of naivite and in deliberate attempts to seduce her. To me this was never truly infuriating, even though sometimes she really did go too far, but for me it always kept in tone with the comedy of the show. Even when Ayaka finally comes out in front of the entire office, she makes it clear that she doesn't want Hiroko to do the same if she's not ready.
Hiroko: Our deuteragonist is probably my favourite character in the show, and I think she's very relatable and well done. As an older lesbian, she's got plenty of experience, having even earned the title of "The Ace" in her lesbian friend circle for being a talented womanizer. But a traumatic experience of losing her last partner due to being found out at the workplace has changed her. She's afraid to get attached, she's unable to let people get close to her true self. So when Ayaka is fighting tooth and nail to get to her, Hiroko is caught in conflict between her feelings of attraction and her past trauma. She does everything in her power to dismiss Ayaka's advances to protect herself, and later when she learns that Ayaka is in fact not straight (duh), she still turns her down to protect Ayaka's (and her own) career. Hiroko is a bit of a conservative - something she's also called out for in her lesbian friend circle - she believes that coming out at work is impossible and irresponsible. And you know, I get it. Not only does she have personal bad experiences with exactly that, it's also not unreasonable to think it would be a bad idea to hook up with your junior of 13 years. Like, I get it girl. Hiroko is clearly attracted to Ayaka, not just physically but also emotionally, because Ayaka is everything Hiroko wants to be but can't. And that leads to Hiroko constantly underestimating Ayaka, even treating her like a child. She thinks Ayaka is not really thinking the gravity of her actions through, and she gets called out for that and has to overcome it. In the end, Hiroko ends up being a character that needs time, and needs to unlearn a whole bunch of shitty behaviour, something the show clearly also shows is being worked on and that Ayaka also respects (more on that later).
Risa: Easily the character I struggled with the most, Ayaka's best friend Risa is complicated. She's very observant but also shy, and secretly harbors a crush on Ayaka. Quietly struggling with her sexuality, she only decides to come out when she realises that Ayaka's feelings for Hiroko are serious. Oh, it's messy! She confesses to Ayaka, who in turn has to struggle with her feelings for someone else, but also not wanting to lose her closest confidant. And to her credit, Risa takes the rejection quite gracefully and continues to support Ayaka in her pursuit of Hiroko. However, Risa also outs Hiroko against her will to Ayaka, which... is just a shitty thing to do, even though she just wanted to help her friend. Good motive, still murder. After the conflict between Ayaka and Risa is resolved, Risa just kind of... is around, quietly worrying in her corner and kind of (in my opinion) overstepping her boundaries with Hiroko. I don't dislike Risa, but I thought her character was not done super well in parts, and although I understand the complicated situation she herself is in, the show doesn't really let her grow as much as the other characters. Anyway, good for her for bagging the hottest chick at the lesbian bar, though. Good for her!
The "break-up": The story's conflict comes to a peak when Hiroko finally realises there is only one way to shut this all down. She needs to fulfill Ayaka's desire, and then turn her down, once and for all. But Hiroko at this point still thinks Ayaka is immature and hasn't really thought her actions through. Ayaka sheepishly asks for a kiss, so Hiroko kisses her. "Now you've achieved everything you wanted." We're done, you can give up on me and this childish crush you have on me. And most importantly, I can let you go, too. Not realising that Ayaka wants much more. She wants a real relationship, she wants the kiss, sex, real emotions, she wants to see Hiroko's true self too. She wants a partnership.
The Finale: With the encouragement of her peers, Ayaka finds the courage to express her feelings to Hiroko one last time. And she finds just the right words to finally get through to her. Hiroko realises how much of an ass she's been all this time, how she ended up hurting the girl she loves and herself by denying herself happiness. This whole scene was so well done (Kudos to Kato Shiho as Ayaka, this is probably her best scene in the entire show), brother I cried so hard. And finally Hiroko can say what she should have a long time ago: "I'm sorry."
One year later: In the show's worst case of bad pacing, we immediately cut from their tearful reunion to "one year later", lol. I don't mind the sudden jump too much, but maybe a bit of a slower fade-out would have softened the blow, because I think a few people probably found this very jarring xD not too bad for me. I was actually positively surprised that we actually get to see the aftermath, see how their relationship has developed a year into it.
I've seen a few people complain about this "no-sex scene" (lol) and I just want to add my two cents. I actually really like how this scene played out, for two reasons. Reason 1 is that it's just very much in-character for Hiroko. We've seen her struggle back-and-forth with the intimacy Ayaka wanted from her for the past 7.5 episodes, and her own internalised homophobia and constant fear of "crossing the line". She's a traumatized person, and it makes total sense to me that even one year into the relationship, she's still struggling with sexual intimacy. Sure, a whole year is a long time not having sex with your partner (even though you both clearly wanted to from day 1) but like... it makes sense for Hiroko. She's still working through the past 10+ years of repression. I do understand how this scene can be interpreted as "the show is afraid to show them being horny and sexy together, they're cowards for making Hiroko so obsessed with Ayaka's "purity" etc" and like, yes, that is a totally valid interpretation, but IMO also a quite bad faith one.
"I'm happy to know you feel that way. Which is why, could you please wait a little more, just until I sort my feelings out?" "What?" "I want to cherish you, Ayaka." "Right." "I'm sorry for everything, Ayaka." "For everything?" "In the end, it seems like I still haven't came out yet. I understand that I'm making you endure something when you don't have to. But… I do want to be with you, and I want to keep my job. I'm really sorry for making you put up with my selfishness."
^ Like, that is the conversation that follows. It's not just about sex for Hiroko, that kind of intimacy holds a deeper meaning to her and she's just not ready for it yet, and trying to sincerely tell her partner that. And when Ayaka reaffirms her willingness to be patient in this scene and is respectful of Hiroko's choice, Hiroko realizes that she's being a stupid coward, and finally makes a decision...
... to come out in front of the whole office, who's been gossiping about their relationship the whole year anyway.
And that is the end of the show!
So really, Hiroko did manage to overcome her fears in the end, and it took her a whole year into a healthy relationship to do so. And I think that is honestly much more realistic than some people would like to believe. Is the smooch in front of the whole office silly and cheesy and over-dramatic? Of course, but that's the entire show so far. And if you think that kiss-and-dip is dumb then I can't help you, I think you just don't like fun.
Oh yeah, and my reason 2 why I thought that no-sex scene was done well is because it's just funny. Ayaka has been DTF since minute 1 of the show, and her still being unable to get it this far into it is just funny. I would have loved a little nod to them finally getting down at the very, very end, but eh, I can live with it like this. They've conquered the emotional hurdles, I'm certain they will cross that other bridge when they get there on their own time.
Conclusion: "Ayaka is in Love with Hiroko" is a great and incredibly funny lesbian show that touched me emotionally much more than I thought it would. It made me cry several times, the production and acting quality positively surprised me, and honestly deserves my Nr 2 spot of favourite Lesbian JDrama after Tsukutabe (which is a 10/10 show) for now. I really hope this type of show gets imitators, adapting relatively short stories into mini-series with great quality. I appreciate the more adult tone of this series, its shameless comedy while still being able to hit serious beats with real emotion. From what I've seen of the BTS, the actors and staff also handled the subject matter with respect and care and had a lot of fun making the show. I don't think a season 2 is needed, but I do hope that the series can inspire more similar works. I love Ayaka and Hiroko, and I'm so happy they got their happy ending, and by God, I hope they have the best sex ever in their beautiful lesbian future. God bless.
That's it from me, thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoyed this show as much as I did! Hopefully see you soon!
