Oh my hey! Please, if you haven't already, please, could you do if you haven't please do favorite singer and song of the sdv bachelor/ettes
Oh, this is the first time I've posted an ask about a topic like this, so I hope I did it right. Thanks for the question, and have a great day! 🫰💕

SDV bachelors:
Harvey's radio will always play Louis Daniel Armstrong or Ella Jane Fitzgerald because the doctor loves listening to jazz. If he wants something more energetic, Harvey will switch to the Latin music radio channel. He's sure to start dancing in the kitchen when Pete Rodríguez's "I Like It Like That" comes on. With music like that, cooking dinner becomes more interesting and fun.
It may sound pretty cliche, but Alex will definitely have a workout playlist with songs from the 80s rock and roll, pop rock and metal genres. Stan Bush ("Touch", "Fight for survive", "Never surrender"), Paul Engemann ("Push it to the limit, "The Eagle Lands"), Survivor ("Eye of Tiger"), Judas Priest ("All guns blazing", "The Sentinel") would be his favorites.
I'm sure Sebastian will be a fan of alternative rock (Nirvana - "Smell like teen spirit" and "Lithium"), emo-core (Taking back Sunday - "Cute without an "E") and electronic rock (almost all Celldweller albums, his favourite album is "Wish upon a Blackstar"). I also think that Sebby often likes to enjoy breakcore, not really remembering the specific artists and listening to whatever he likes. This is how I imagine Sebastian trying to explain to his mom what breakcore is (Warning: loud).
It's quite difficult with Sam because he's a real melomaniac. He listens to absolutely everything and almost all the time. Depending on his mood, he can listen to both heavy metal and pop music. However, the most frequently played bands in his music player are definitely the Beatles (his two favourite albums are "Help" and "Yellow submarine"), Coldplay ("Yellow") and Arctic Monkeys (the album"AM"). And also any popular song that gets stuck in his head (California girls we're unforgettable, daisy dukes bikini on top-).
Classics for Elliott! Our dear writer - and without masterpieces of classical music? Unthinkable! Mozart, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Vivaldi, Grieg, Debussy - all either playing in his little radio on the table, or the writer himself sits down at his piano and plays music by famous composers. He also loves modern classical music, and sometimes light jazz.
Shane listens to rock and heavy metal like Metallica, Ramstein, AC/DC all the time and you won't change my mind (I'll fight for that headcanon). I like to think he just lies on his bed, turns on his music player and plays the loudest heavy rock you can imagine in his headphones. One of his favourite songs that he listens to all the time is "For whom the bell tolls" (Metallica).
SDV bachelorettes:
Actually, I always thought that Maru would like synthwave and retrowave genre. I don't know why, but it would be just her style to include a playlist with synthwave artists (all Home songs, especially "Resonance" and "Head first"). If this genre is a too calm and the young inventor wants something a bit more energetic, her choice would be Daft Punk (Around the world, around the woooooooooooooorld!) or Disclosure ("Grab her" and "Omen" are her favorite songs).
Abigail's choices are quite chaotic. One moment she can listen to dark electro (Owl vision - "Horus" and "Holy shit"), and the next moment the amethyst lover admires folk music and promises herself that she will also learn to play the flute (Percival Schuttenbach - almost all songs, but especially "Karanfilce" and "Lazare", as well as Sowulo - the whole album "Sol"). She is also a lover of video game soundtracks and dark ambient. As I said before, pretty chaotic music taste.
All the popular pop, dance-pop and R&B you can think of - that's what Haley's playlist is. Ariana Grande, Doja Cat, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Britney Spears.... Haley doesn't have a particular favourite song, she likes everything. In the evening she likes to listen to the same pop and dance music songs, but in slowed down version + reverb.
Emily just can't live without energetic dance music. She could probably compete with Sam for the title of Starview Valley's music lover. And the genres can be diverse: from electro-swing (Caravan Palace) to Latin music (don't play Kaoma - "Lambada" in front of her, otherwise she will drag you to dance), from RnB (Beyoncé) to disco (Bee Gees).
When classical music is played, Penny falls into a melancholic mood. She is particularly affected by Claude Debussy's cycle of six piano pieces "Children's Corner", and she loves to listen to the piano version and the orchestra version equally. Besides classics, the young teacher also likes to listen to Enya (she always sheds tears when she listens to "May it be" or "Aniron"). But Penny will shed real rivers of tears if she hears the soundtrack from Titanic (especially "Hymn to the Sea").
If you ask Leah about her favourite music, the artist will name you a few groups of indie music and alternative music. After all, those are her favourite genres. In her free time, she sometimes likes to relax listening to Slenderbodies (especially "Belong" and "Opal ocean"), or Glass Animals (she can listen to the whole "Zaba" album all day long and she won't get bored). Leah also loves listening to songs by the indie duo King of Convenience (especially "Mrs Cold").

i drew Diana. not quite sure how i feel about it but oh well.
goth girls, y'know.
since I've made aaron's fur pattern white, i thought his goth girlfriend deserved the red and black fur pattern he had.
some other Diana hcs:
she can sing really well, but avoids it unless its for a gig. She doesn't want to wreck her voice. She has a very soft singing voice too, so thankfully it's not too much on her vocal cords 80% of the time. But you can never be too safe. She will hum along to music occasionally.
I have lore about a dog-goth style in my rewrite which Diana slowly starts getting more interested in towards the end of college, though he's more vamp-goth before that. I could get into the Dog-Goth of my rewrite but oh you don't want me to. Because then I'd have to get into the werewolf punk scene i made up in my head.
She's always been very slight, but she's trying to bulk up some muscle mass. She's also quite tall ( about 6'3) but is the smallest in her band. Since they're all werewolves. And werewolves can casually be like 6'5 and no one bats an eye at that.
He grew up with punk parents, and therefore punk ideology. They were very supportive of him, and so he had a pretty nice upbringing.
She speaks quite monotone in her day-to-day life (though her singing is quite expressive). and so her and Aaron are matchy matchy with that. Autism-bonding and all.
He does not dress up every day. He usually slaps on some eyeliner, maybe some light makeup, and leaves it at that. and just throws on a nice shirt and skirt. He's got no time to make himself look fancy if he's tryna get through college with any shred of sanity left.
She shaved the tails of her eyebrows off. which are why her eyebrow piercings are BELOW her eyebrow (which she draws on). She carries around tweezers to pluck the hair that grows back in when she's bored in her lectures. Or in a dull conversation.
He's transfem, and uses he/her pronouns. People tend to over-correct and only use she/her pronouns for him but nah. BOTH. Obviously only using one or another in a conversation is fine. But only one for like ever? Nah. Nah.
I'm dianron dirt till i die. She occasionally goes through his spotify to judge the music he has on there, or 'make it good'. She put one of her band's songs on his longest playlist and he didn't realise until a few months after they broke up. He still listens to it after because like... Di can sing, y'know.
He self-labels as Queer, sexuality-wise.
She wears platform boots to feel taller. Especially when with Aaron, since it's embarrassing to be rocking around with a human that's taller than her. (She knows he's a werewolf, she just isn't a total dickhead and lets everyone else continue thinking he's a werewolf). He's still taller.
He met Ken when he caught Ken smoking weed in their highschool bathroom. They ended up sharing and talking about cryptids for the whole next period.
Ken is also on the band. He plays drums. Diana once broke his drumsticks because he wouldn't stop hitting everyone like they were drums. She bought him new ones for his birthday because she felt bad.
Him and Blaze are cousins. Their mothers are sisters.

what the fuck is a green day?
tl;dr - good band from the late 80s/early 90s that makes banger music
the long version:
Green Day is a very influential band in punk rock, pop punk, and other associated genres. They were founded by Billie Joe Armstrong and Mike Dirnt in the 1980s and have continued to make incredible albums to this day. They have 14 studio albums, a few live albums, and a few compilation albums. They have made like 1 bad album, and outside of that, 1 bad song. I say theyre from "the 1980s" because i dont actually know WHEN they were formed. I mean, Wikipedia says 1987 I believe - when Billie Joe would have been 15 - but Billie Joe himself said that he's been around since 1988 (source: the iheartradio festival rant), so I'm really not quite sure what to believe.
They grew up on the likes of Motley Crue and started out making love songs because "[Billie Joe has] the shittiest love life known to man" (source: the 1991 interview where mike and tre are wearing silly outfits). Their album 1039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours is a compilation of their EPs 1000 hours, Slappy, and their first album, 39/Smooth, although 1039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours is generally considered to be their first studio album. It contains 10 love songs which makes over 50% of the album. This means that it has the highest percentage of love songs in any album.
Their second album, Kerplunk, is similar in theme to their first, as it too contains a large amount of love songs. Notably, this album's love songs are all directed at one individual - Adrienne Nesser (Billie Joe's crush/love interest at the time). For example, 2000 Light Years Away is about Billie's upset at not being near her due to being on tour.
1994's Dookie was their first breakout album - signed to a major label and armed with classic hits such as Longview, Basket Case, and Welcome to Paradise, they found fame, selling incredible amounts of records in a short span of time. It covers themes of growing up, finding love, finding hate, and one of the songs is literally about coming out. Did I mention Billie Joe is bisexual? Because he is. I think it was entirely written before Billie Joe and officially Adrienne got together, but I'm not sure. I know they started dating and got married and had a kid all in 1994, so...
In 1995, they released Insomniac, which has a sound similar to Dookie, but more...It's just more. They actually have a budget to work with, now, since Dookie was a hit. The sound quality increased dramatically with the purchase of new instruments and such. Brain Stew and Geek Stink breath are the most known songs from this album, which deal with themes of drug use, since Billie Joe was using them to cope with the struggles of fame.
Nimrod, released in 1997, marks a shift in the band's direction. It's an exploration in sound. They would go into the studio, fuck around for a bit, and record any song idea that came to mind, no matter what it was like and whether or not it fit with the rest of their songs, which resulted in classic hits like Hitching a Ride. The most famous song from this album - Good Riddance (Time of Your Life) - was actually first written in 1994, but only got released in 1997 because it didn't fit with neither Dookie nor Insomniac.
Warning is similar to Nimrod in that it, too, is an exploration in sound. However, this is the start of their focus on societal problems. Before 2000, the songs all dealed with personal problems - love, hate, drugs, mental health issues, etc. - but with songs like Fashion Victim and Misery, it's clear that the band is finally waking up to the shitty society around them. But they still have personal-focused songs in this album, including Jackass (self-explanatory), and Blood, Sex, and Booze (about a BDSM mistress).
Their next album was American Idiot. Need I say more? The rock-opera-turned-musical was their second career definining album. After Dookie, the band's popularity had been steadily declining, but after the shitshow that was early 2000s American politics, they released something incredible. American Idiot was their first proper political album, with the titular track being undoubtedly its most popular song.
21st Century Breakdown was also an incredible album, although it doesn't see as much praise as American Idiot, due to people comparing the two a lot. It contains many underrated songs, like Before the Lobotomy and Peacemaker, although 21 Guns is the most famed song from it. I personally quite like every song on the album.
A few years later, in 2012, they released the Trilogy. This was a set of 3 albums based on the concept of "What if Green Day was bad?" Okay, that's not quite true. They're just desperately grasping at their early sound and failing miserably. I don't really have a lot to say about them except that there's like 2 good tracks per album. Don't listen to Nightlife from ¡Dos!, either.
Then in 2016, they realised what they did wrong, and they released a third political album - Revolution Radio. I think the only really famous song from that is Still Breathing, really, but the first line of the whole album - "I'm running late to somewhere now that I don't want to be" - is both mine and Billie Joe's favourite, because it's so universal. The only song from this album I don't think fits is Youngblood, because it's an unnecessary love song in the middle of a political album. Like, seriously: we get it, Billie, you love your wife. My favourite song from this album is probably either Too Dumb To Die, Forever Now, or one of the other tracks.
Father of All was a mistake.
Saviors is brilliant, I don't need to talk about it, just listen to it. I'm still in the incoherent brainrot phase.

Getting To Know You Better Game
I was tagged by @spookshowvixens! The rules: Answer the questions and tag 9 people you want to know better.
The last song I listened to: Kids Wanna Rock, by Bryan Adams (hello, classic rock station on the car radio)
Currently watching: I started Brainscan the other night but haven't even gotten into the meat of it yet.
Currently (re)reading: Harlem Sunset, by Nekesa Afia! (It's the second in the Harlem Renaissance mystery series, about grown-up girl detective Louise Lloyd spending her nights tearing up underground jazz clubs with her girlfriend and her days Fighting Crime! I keep seeing posts around here about wanting a Jazz Age mystery series with a queer Black protagonist and. It's Louise Lloyd. You guys it's Louise Lloyd.)
Currently obsessed with: 'Obsession' is a strong word, but I have had shitty vampire punks and colourful 80s fashion on the brain lately.
Favorite color: Green!
Currently craving: A really nice Caesar salad with a freshly made, particularly lemony dressing. Spring comes around and I turn into a rabbit.
Last thing I ate: Nacho chips.
Last Film: The last movie I finished was The Day of the Jackal, which - I'm gonna be going back to that the next time I need to construct a mystery or a mental-game-of-chess story, I think.
Something I’m looking forward to: Getting to bust all my shorts out of winter storage.
What time is it where you are: Far too early for how tired I am.
I am going to tag...@thelibrarybat, @maddie-grove, @enquiringangel, @aethersea, @amethystunarmed, @definitely-not-a-bug, @thestuffedalligator, @earnedmagic, annnnnd @officialqueer. Also if you want to do it and don't see your name here, go ahead and do it and say I tagged you.

Leo 2012 playlist!!
Explanation and analysis:
Didn’t I tell you guys the Leo playlist would be shocking in the least expecting way? Yes folks I believe we have a dirty disgusting EMO on our hands🤮
Leonardo, the leader in blue, and one of my fav 2012 turtles next to Mikey! So it’s fair to say I’m projecting a bit with this one too lol XD HOWEVER!!! I DO in fact think this music makes sense for Leo. Next to raph he one of the more angsty turtles, he had that emo fit READY before owari even took place, he also had a brief moment in history where he went through sort of an angsty Batman arc lol.
Can we really blame him though? He was sort of forced into being a leader and a pillar his brothers could look up to when they needed guidance all starting at age 15. He has the right to be angsty if your asking me! I like to imagine Leo going on a midnight run through the rooftops of New York, Pierce the veil blasting in his ears as he stands on the ledge of a building contemplating his life choices as he looks out upon the city he swore to protect. A City who dosnt even know he exists.
Wow that was edgy.
ANYWAY!! I think Leos music taste would be mostly in common with raph and I feel like it’s something they would be able to bind over. Feel free to tell me I’m wrong as much as you want but fearless blue Leo is still an upset and angsty teen who deserves to deal with it through music like the rest of us!
His top 5 genres would be:
Emo
Pop punk
Rock
Goth
80s Jpop

Album Reviews: Chris Shiflett / Duff McKagan / The Rolling Stones
This week I got to review new solo albums from members of two of my favorite bands as well as the newest album from one of my favorite legendary bands!
Chris Shiflett Lost at Sea
album cover
Guitarist Chris Shiflett has to be the hardest working man in music. When I say hardest-working musician, I mean it: In addition to his “day job” as the guitarist for Foo Fighters, he is the host of the Walking the Floor podcast, just started a vodcast Shred with Shifty and he is an accomplished solo artist as well. Although he has been with Foo Fighters since 1999, Shiflett has roots in the punk world from his work with No Use for a Name and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes. Since joining FF, he has also explored side projects including Jackson United and The Dead Peasants. His 2017 album West Coast Town had some solid tunes and the title track made my Best Songs of 2017 list. In 2019 he released Hard Lessons (read my review here) and I included it on my Best Albums of 2019 list. With his solo albums he has explored his passion for country, but rock finds its way in quite often. In July 2018, I was lucky enough to see Shiflett do an intimate acoustic concert at City Winery in Boston (read my concert review here) only a night before he played Fenway Park with Foo Fighters (both shows tied for my #1 Concert of 2018). Seeing both shows in one weekend was super exciting to see his musical range of bringing it at a stadium rock show as well as a smaller club show. Now only a few months after Foo Fighters' newest album But Here We Are and I saw them at Boston Calling, Shiflett is releasing his newest solo album Lost at Sea on Blue Elan Records this week.
me with Chris Shiflett at his City Winery Boston show on 7/20/2018 (I met him previously at the band's in-store at HMV in NYC on 11/1/1999 shortly after he joined)
It goes without saying, he knows his stuff with guitar. These side and solo projects show him letting loose in ways he can't with Foo Fighters (they have done acoustic songs but not country). I'm by no means the biggest country fan, but I can certainly appreciate the genre when it's really good and Shiflett truly has a passion for old school country. He recorded the album in Nashville with superstar producer Jaren Johnston. But as always, his rock side comes out in doses here and there. There's also a sense of humor that comes out on these songs too. I'm looking forward to seeing Foo Fighters at Fenway Park next Summer and I can only hope that Shiflett slips in an acoustic show of these Lost at Sea songs the night before, similar to what he did in 2018.

Duff McKagan Lighthouse
album cover
I've always found Duff McKagan to be an interesting musical figure in that he’s always had one foot into the alt-rock world from his Seattle roots in the 80s pre-dating the grunge explosion and one foot in the metal world from the L.A. Sunset scene with Guns N' Roses in the 80s. When he was only a teen in the early 80s he played in numerous Seattle bands including The Fastbacks and The Living (read my 2021 profile of the band when they reissued their album). When he moved to L.A. he began playing bass and eventually joined GNR, becoming one of the biggest bands on the planet from the late 80s to the early 90s. Duff even sang lead vocals on "So Fine" on Use Your Illusion II (read my review of the 2022 Use Your Illusion box set). I was lucky enough to see them in Sept. 1992 when they co-headlined Foxborough Stadium with Metallica. What a show that was! He has also played in a number of super groups, but he's no stranger to alt-rock: he has played with members of Jane's Addiction, Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, Screaming Trees, and many many more. For a profile of McKagan check out the 2016 documentary It’s So Easy and Other Lies (read my interview with the doc director Christopher Duddy here). In addition to GNR, Neurotic Outsiders, Velvet Revolver and too many to fit into this space, Duff has also released a few solo albums since 1993. This week sees the release of his third official solo album Lighthouse (4th if you count the unreleased 1999 album Beautiful Disease).
With this new solo album, he recorded it in his Seattle home studio. Since Duff has a ton of musician friends, there are some notable appearances including GNR bandmate Slash, Alice In Chains' Jerry Cantrell, and Iggy Pop. I wouldn't say the album is bad by any means, but there's nothing that really jumps out the way that 2019's "Tenderness" (off the album of that same name) did. It's cool that Duff is evolving as a songwriter, singer and all around musician, but I wished it would have more face-melters. But this is a grower, where each time you listen you notice more and it gets better. Ask me for my rating a few months from now and it might be higher!

3 out of 5 stars
The Rolling Stones Hackney Diamonds
album cover
This marks a historic achievement in the history of this blog! You see, I've had the pleasure of reviewing reissues, live and compilation albums from The Rolling Stones, including Live at El Mocambo, A Bigger Bang: Live on Copacabana Beach, Steel Wheels Live, On Air, Beggars Banquet, Their Satanic Majesties Request, The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus, Let It Bleed, Goats Head Soup and Tattoo You. But this marks the very first time I've gotten to review a new studio album from The Stones. Their 26th U.S. studio album Hackney Diamonds drops today. It is their first album since 2016's Blue and Lonesome (which I named my #4 Album of 2016). That blues covers album was their best since the 70s IMHO. But if we're talking original albums written by the Glimmer Twins of Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, this is their first original album since 2005's A Bigger Bang. But it also marks their first album since the 2021 death of longtime drummer Charlie Watts, who actually recorded two songs for this album before he died (sessions began in 2019).
In a way it's kind of fitting that I reviewed all three albums in one review this week. Chris Shiflett and Foo Fighters have opened for The Rolling Stones and the band backed up Mick Jagger when he was on SNL in 2012. Duff McKagan and Guns N' Roses opened for The Rolling Stones in 1989. But I digress. In addition to the bond of Jagger, Richards, and Ronnie Wood, there's the tracks that Charlie Watts plays on as well as his touring replacement Steve Jordan (Stones fans know him for his work with Keith Richards and the X-Pensive Winos) and bassist Darryl Jones, who has been touring with the band since 1993. There's guest appearances from Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Lady Gaga, Sir Paul McCartney (Sir Paul and Jagger have had a playful rivalry in the press over the years, but there's nothing but respect both have for each other), and most impressive of all is an appearance from former Stones bassist Bill Wyman, who left the band in 1992. There are some serious bangers on this album! My goodness - something has lit a fire under them to make an album this good when all members are in their 70s or 80s. Co-producer Andrew Watt (who produced Eddie Vedder's excellent solo album Earthling) also co-wrote a few songs with Jagger and Richards. There is a chance I'm just blown away by a new Stones album that is better than expected and in a few years I won't be as blown away, but I will say this: I stand by Blue and Lonesome being their best album since the 70s, but if we're talking original studio albums, this is their best album since 1981's Tattoo You. It's like a full circle album of the band re-visiting blues, hard rock, disco and R&B. The guest stars definitely are a treat, but it's that sense of a band 60+ years into their career making a rocker of an album reminding fans what we loved about them to begin with. Amen!

“hey heartbreaker, you'll never work in this town again”
I think someone is impersonating me online. Could be a joke. But if you talk to someone online and they say they are me, they aren't. I don't talk to anyone online. Texas is fun. We got some sick clandestine hoodies. They've got bats on the hoods and all. Sidenote: I love nickplan. Sorry my words don't have the same weight they usually have right now. Usually they feel stuck in my throat, today it feels okay inside my skin. Oh yeah chicagoland. We want to roadtest some of our new songs so we will be playing around unannounced on shows at really small venues in the next few months. If you snooze you lose. You never know what show we may play.
April 4, 2004
“we love life”
Texas was sex. Dallas being the most amazing. Its hot down here. We played with a band called DV8, this really young band (13-15). They were rad. The bassists bass was bigger than him. Me some rad kids in arkansas, they were starry-eyed and made me tongue-tied. I've been writing a lot lately. All my old charms and curses are back in full swing. I can't wait to get home. Well take these hearts and rename them dangerous and invincible. Well make them too hard to break.

“a man-made monster with every human emotion (clandestine explained 1)”
So a lot of people have been asking us about these hoodies and shirt with bats on them. It is not a clothing company. It is not a new band. When I was younger I had this same nightmare over and over again- so my friend tim biedron and I made a story of it (www.timbiedron.com to check out his art). The story is finished and we are waiting on some of the illustration. You may love it or hate it but its something that was stuck inside my head for a long time. We will be selling shirts and skatedecks online soon (www.clandestineindustries.com) and the story will be available this summer. Take the time to check it out if you get a chance.

“in case you're keeping score”
Being in a band is the ultimate friendship ruiner. Went to two shows tonight. In addition to all the smoke got to hang with: akas, beautiful mistake, dld, apo, senses fail and rufio. Being in a band is the best friendship maker. I am getting this awesome bass custom made, black with a red pick guard, no knobs, wired "on". I think it got me weird, so I dyed my hair red and black. Its sex or maybe not. I have 80 pages of lyrics to wade through. New songs soon. New love soon. Style update: I'm only gonna wear little polo tees with the collars up from now on. The clandestine webstore is almost up. I want to get "mom" tattoo for mothers day.

#MusicMonday Review - January 2023
#MusicMonday is the hashtag I've been using for quite a while to share music recommendations from up-and-coming artists. Always fresh, and always different, trying to look for trends before they become one. You can check December's review for more music.
Welcome to 2023! We begin the year with a collection of songs that are filled with the hope and desire to see revival in individual hearts across the world, with a word from the artists themselves. 🎧
Dynamite Shakers – Broken Space Spirit
I feel like I'm locked in I can't find a way out Everything seems to crush me
We begin the year in St-Hilaire-de-Riez, France with a band that makes Garage Rock so seriously fun that takes its vintage roots, and goes to a different level for a bass and guitar groove:
"We wanted to compose a song that could fit as an intro for our gigs, so we wanted it to be long and dynamic. We were very inspired by the song “Starfire 500” by Amyl and The Sniffers (an australian punk band that we adore)."
Socks In Bed – '75
Hot off the press in '75 Were you quick to write your name inside? How did it fall away from you?
Was it a gift from a lover With a certain verse in mind? Or was it fuel to feed a fire? To untwist words from a tongue so tied
This band from Leicester, England, brings us a mystery in pure Pop Punk form. To whom does this mysterious name belongs? And why and from where did this object came? Take a listen, and make a guess:
"The song is about an old book of poems that our lead singer James Deacon was gifted and decided to write a song about Lesley Matthews, the name written inside the book."
Smoking Alaska – Days With No End
Nothing to do but dust off all the memories Searching for clues to balance out the chemistry Playing it safe I don't wanna go back home To all my mistakes, growing tall while left alone
The days are getting longer and I wonder if I'm left behind It just keeps feeding time The distance is still growing it's not showing any end in sight It's still feeding time.
This band from Duiven, in the Netherlands, shows how Alt Rock can trace back time to an endless drive passing by all the warning signs:
"After ending a relationship I felt stranded and uneasy on what to do next. It's then when covid hit the Netherlands the hardest and strict lockdown policies began. The days after this felt long and blended together, each day feeling very similar to the next with a lot of time to dwell on the past. That's essentially how the song 'Days With No End' started."
DRAG – Let's Make Out
We’re bare to the bone in the moonlight But skeletons don’t fear the night A river of passion’s between us We’re just waiting for a raft so we can cross
Your whispered words are hard to hear But they feel great against my ear Your lips are softer than snow And we just melt into the pillows
From Bristol, England, comes a Synth Pop track with all the right 80s vibe that could easily be featured in a John Hughes film:
"It was actually inspired by meeting a new person and the first nights being intimate. It’s meant to be a really tender song and I hope it comes across that way :)"
Vigilantes – Tigerwall
If these walls could talk they'd say she's strange, He dropped a drink she spilled her change, He found the version of himself he liked, Now it's diffused in the flaccid light,
Oh Tigerwall, What's in your thoughts, What's in a kiss that won't repeat?
Last stop, Lincoln, England, for a Indie Rock song that can transport you with its intimate lyrics to those late nights drives with friends just looking for fun:
"Memories of a car park in the late evening and driving a friend’s car for the first time inspired it ❤️
Also it’s just inspired by that whole dusk in the winter vibe and being inside the bars we spent a lot of time in."
#MusicMonday 2022
We say goodbye to 2022 with this year's compilation. 99 titles from original artists covering plenty of different genres, all representing the multiple trends independent artists are proud to establish. Have a listen:

Ep: 🎛 song: The Promise - When in Rome
theme: 80's punk rock NYC
(Some kind of wonderful, maeve wiley vibes, san junipero, stealing back fridge from ex adventure, cheesy 80's romcom-ish) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
A straight edge NYU scholar who gets dumped by his girlfriend decides to have the ultimate college experience 48 hours before his graduation. He goes to a club and meets a group of punk rock enthusiasts and ends up hooking up with one of them. The next day he wakes up in her apartment and meets her roommate, whom he was acquainted the night before. She offers to drop him off at his dorm but he asks her to help him in his mission of having the 'ultimate college experience' which ends with going to his ex's dorm and retrieving his 8track player. They go around the city and check off his bucketlist one by one. After getting his 8track player back, they then part ways and she tells him how good people like him never stay in her life that long. After his graduation ceremony, he goes straight to the record store she works at and shows her that he has no intention of forgetting her. (The Promise plays as end montage: At B's graduation, while someone makes a speech, he looks down at his hand where G drew on a temporary tattoo with a marker. He smiles. Cut to G opening the record store for the day. She turns her back and arranges the vinyls when someone plays a familiar track, she looks up and sees B in his toga and smiles)
Moral/Heart of the story: G sees that B has potential and tries to stop him from making regrettable decisions even just for a weekend because she used to be a scholar like him when an ex boyfriend got her into different vices that caused her to lose the scholarship. She lets him experience some kind of fun but ultimately reminds him of his brighter future ahead.
B: You're the girl from last night G: Hate to break it to you, but I'm not that girl. That would be my roommate. B: No, no. You're the girl who wouldn't let me do coke. G: Yeah, because A) That shit's expensive and B) You seemed a little out of place to be doing a coke line with us punks. B: Yeah, well. You see, I have this wild notion, well plan actually, to do the things I should have done during college but never had the chance to. Before I graduate next week. G: And that is to do drugs with strangers? B: Yeah. But I wasn't able to do that because someone had to be a killjoy. G: Oh so you're calling me a killjoy? B: Yeah. G: Ok whatever. I thought I was being the good guy here, preventing someone from get into things that are hard to get out of. B: Listen, I'm not here to be a junkie. I just want the experience of it. A whiff, a puff, a smoke then poof. I'll go back to my old routine and I'd still have a story to tell. G: Yeah well, be careful what you wish for. Shit's addicting in case you haven't heard. B: Yeah well I think I have a strong sense of will power. This is all just for experience. G: Listen, I have some errands to do. You want me to drop you off somewhere?
B: Uh yeah um NYU dorm?
B: Ok, can I ask you a favor? Will you help me tick off this list? G: Man, you've got some priorities. Get 8track player back? You do know we have cassettes now, right? B: It was a vintage hand me down from my uncle, and I made the mistake of sharing it with my ex. Ive decided that I kinda want it back. G: Get a tattoo?
B: Yeah, I think well you know. It could give me some edge.
(At Tattoo shop) B: Oh okay, um h-how about uh.. this one? TA: And where would you want it? B: Um.. how about on my shoulder. No wait- how about make it in the leg? Umm, which uh hurts less? G: Look, I'm not one to be a killjoy- B: Again G:..again. But you know you don't have to prove anything to your ex that you're as good as the douche she cheated you with. B: I know. I'm going to show her I'm better. G: i don't think Getting a tattoo out of spite and possibly jealousy is the best decision as of now. B: I don't think so either but that makes it the ultimate college experience so um let's get right into it.. G: You're sweating. Buckets. You're not even 100% sure about this. It may seem like the cool college experience but having a good story to tell is not exactly worth something this permanent and entirely regrettable. B: Uhh I umm G: Listen, Gary we'll just come back another time. When Mr. Spontaneous here gets his head cleared up and realize he was just using a stage name all along.
G: Here, give me your hand (draws on permanent marker on his hand) If you really want one so bad, here's a placeholder till you finally decide on getting an actual one. When you're thinking straight.
G: Nothing good in my life stays. When they come around, I have to remember they're not a permanent fixture. They're better off not with me.

Hi Jay!! I'm ur secret rocker Santa 💕 I hope this brightens up your holidays. What kind of bands and content are you into? Have a great day! -srs
Hi! My most listened to bands this year were The Cramps, The Smiths, David Bowie, Queen, and The Beatles. Other bands I'm very into are the Monkees, Beach Boys, Velvet Underground, Tom Petty, and the Cure. I love 70s-80s punk/post punk. I used to be very involved in like the "classic rock" fandoms but now I'm much more of a lurker. Looking forward to your next ask :)

Do I mind if I ask how you approach writing longer fic? I've always struggled to write anything more than maybe two chapters long and I'm curious if you have a particular method to how you approach such stories.
Thank you so much for this ask! I absolutely love it when people ask me for writing advice because it makes me feel like a Smart Person Who Knows Things.
Before we start, here is one grain of salt to take all of this with: I have a naturally long-form brain. It is very hard for me to write something less than 1k. Short fiction is great, and there is nothing wrong with sticking to short things if that's what your brain likes to do.
So. You have decided to write a story. This is going to focus on "stories". Some people write fic that's more freeform or whatever, I am not going to cover that. What I mean by a story is this:
It starts
Some stuff happens
It ends
It is highly probable that your story contains a change of state, which could be that a villain is defeated, or a goal is reached, but it could also be that character falls in love with another, or someone learns to like broccoli.
I like to start out by completing the sentence, "This is a story where _______". This is basically like coming up with a summary for an ao3 post, except that it doesn't need to be catchy. Lots of different kinds of things could go in that blank! It could literally be what happens: This is a story where Ichigo goes back in time and punches young Aizen in the nose. It could be about what you want to explore: This is a story where Hitsugaya gets a better understanding of his zanpakutou. It could be about the vibe you want to achieve: This is an AU where everyone is in a punk rock band and has cool hair and outfits. The idea of this is to clearly define what you, the author, is interested in writing. Make sure it feels right! Maybe you pick the first one, but when you say it out loud, you say, "You know, I really just want Ichigo to go back in time so he can horse around with young Renji and Rukia and punching Aizen in the nose is just an excuse for that." That may sound dumb, but it's fine, actually! Most people don't read stories strictly for the plot, they read stories for the implications of those plots! Will my favorite two characters kiss? Will there be funny interactions between these two groups of characters? Will there be sick fights? Stories are excuses to have scenes. Sometimes, you will have a story where the interesting sequence of events is the draw, but the point is to know what you're about.
Once you feel happy with your "mission statement", you need to decide the bounds of your story: where it starts and where it ends. It may be easier to start with the end. In some cases, it may be obvious from your mission statement: everyone gets home, a villain is defeated, Kenpachi realizes the meaning of friendship. On the other hand, let's look at that punk rock AU. You've picked a vibe, but you don't really have a natural story arc. It has to have a destination, though, otherwise, it's not really a story, it's a recipe for 3 chapters of an abandoned fanfic. So brainstorm a little: Maybe they get a record deal? Maybe they win a Battle of the Bands? Maybe Byakuya accepts that the band is actually good and tells Rukia he is proud of her. Do not settle for a plot just because it works. Pick something that makes you excited! You're the one who is gonna have to write it!
I said that we needed to pick a beginning point, too, but I'm actually going to skip that for now. The next thing I do is think of all the Big Scenes I want to write, the ones you are hype to write, the ones that pop in your head as you think about the premise. Make a bullet list. They don't need to be in order. The descriptions don't need to be super detailed, but write down anything about it that is important to you. If there's a mood or a snippet of dialogue or a joke you want to make, go ahead and jot that down so you don't forget it later. What you're doing now is putting broad blotches of color on a canvas, filling in space and leaving the detail for later.
Once you are pretty happy with what you have down, try to arrange it in chronological order. Put your end at the end (if it wasn't one of your big scenes, add it now). The next task is figuring out how to traverse your scenes. You've already picked out where you want to spend the majority of your energy. The rest, I regret to tell you, is your slog writing. Now, it often happens that you will find joy in some of these scenes and your best writing may occur there, but that's serendipity. These are the scenes that you are gonna have to make yourself sit down and write, so you honestly want to limit them to just the ones you need.
So how do we do this? Look at the first thing on the list. Can you start there? If so, congrats, that's your beginning. If you can't, what needs to happen to get to there? Where can you start so that you can get to your first fun scene as soon as possible? There. That’s it. You’ve picked your beginning, good job! Now, go through the rest of your list, and add in things that must happen, even if you don’t particularly look forward to writing them. The characters need to travel from geographic point A to point B. Shuuhei needs to say something that Izuru hears and misinterprets. The Central 46 makes a new law. If you have a good idea of how these things happen, go ahead and write them down, but it’s okay if you don’t know yet. Fill in all the blanks so that if you think of each bullet list as a scene, you could read it as a story, start to end. Once you get writing, you might add more scenes, or move things around or whatever, but you should have a thing that functions as a story.
If you struggle with this, an alternative is a story with a very strong structure that is going to guide you though what you have to write. Here are two examples from my own stories Hold On, Hold On (which is only one chapter, but the principle is the same) is structured around the 5 stages of grief. Not Broken, Just Bent takes place over roughly a week, and I just decided what happened every day of the week. See You on the Other Side takes place in the middle of a bunch of canon events, which worked at mile markers.
Congratulations. You’ve just made a rough outline!
Special note for avoiding burnout!: I am a slogger. I will drag myself through the broken glass of an interminable plot to get to a single thirsty scene. That's why, at this stage, I try to look at the ratio of what I want to write to what I must write. It's gonna vary for everyone, but this is a hobby, and if looking at this proto-outline makes you feel deeply tired, maybe this isn't a good story to be devoting your time to! Can you carve it down? Can you chuck two scenes you really want to write and get rid of 80% of the slog? Or maybe you can't! In that case, just write that thirsty scene as a standalone drabble! Or just go work on something else! Maybe in the future, this one will come back to you and you’ll have a fresh idea or a renewed enthusiasm for it.
Another thing I sometimes like to do at this point is to write out some notes about my characters and their motivations and moods. Character A is homesick. Character B is so determined to defeat the enemy that they are having a hard time being sympathetic to Character A. Character C cares for both A and B and is trying to support them both. This is sort of background info that you want to keep in your head as you are writing. Depending on the type of story you are writing, this might actually be the main plot, or it might be happening subtly, but adding to the emotional impact of the story. It’s very easy for me to write these sorts of emotional arcs, but if you struggle with that, you may wish to go ahead and made a more detailed outline for that, too.
Now, it’s time to start writing! I am great at beginnings-- it is very often the case for me that the opening scene was one of my Big Tentpole Scenes. (Before you hate me too much, I make up for this by being double horrible at endings; just let me have this) Usually, I will start at the beginning and write linearly for as long as I can until I get stuck. Then, I will look forward on my outline and do the next chronological scene that I feel like writing. In general, if I sit down to write and there is something I have an urge to write, that trumps everything else. Inspiration is a precious commodity, and you should embrace it when it hits! You can slog any day. I will occasionally hold off writing a scene that I really want to, because I am saving it, like a prize for myself for getting that far. This is a very personal process of figuring out what motivates your brain and then giving your brain what it needs to be its most productive.
Eventually, you will run out of things you are excited to write, but the good news is, you’ve got a bunch of story now! Odds are that what’s left is going to be a lot of those connective tissue scenes, and you’re just going to have to do them, except that now, because you’re connecting two concrete points instead of two abstract points, it will be a lot easier. You can continue running jokes you’ve started. Maybe you invented a cafe in an earlier scene where your characters hang out and you can have them return there. Try to think of ways to make these scenes more fun, both for yourself to write and for your reader to read.
Around this time, I like to start refining that rough strokes outline into what I will call an “as-built” outline. (This is an engineering term where you update your plans or models for something to reflect any changes that had to be made along the way). This is a great activity to do at times when you feel like you have writers block. I write down every scene I have written as a 2-3 word blurb, in order. I break the scenes into what I think makes logical chapters, and I will do a word count on those prospective chapters and write it down. As you do this, you will realize that maybe you can move a scene from here to there, which will make it 1000% easier to write. Things may be happening too much, or you’ve got the characters eating three times in the same chapter. If you have subplots and dangling threads, this is where you make sure they get closure. I know this sounds very headache-y, but you are so far along in the story at this point that it’s really not-- it’s a way to look at the problems you have left. Use some sort of formatting (I like to bold things I haven’t done and sometimes I put them in red) and it gives you a very visual to-do list.
You specifically mentioned multi-chapter fanfics and I admit that I don’t tend to think in chapters, I tend to think of the story as a whole and just break it up where it feels natural. The as-built outlining I described is very helpful in making sure that my chapters feel balanced. They don’t necessarily need to be the same length, but I like them to have the same amount of stuff in them. One chapter may basically contain one long scene, and other may contain many short ones. I don’t tend to, but you can certainly have a fanfic that varies between short and long chapters, that can actually be an interesting effect. But like I said, I always like to know what I am doing, and so having it mapped out, you can say “welp, this is what I’ve done, how do I feel about that?”
Polynya, you may be saying at this point, do you write the whole fanfic before you post any of it? and I regret to inform you, the answer is yes. A lot of people write as they go, and I have made one attempt at this and I didn’t like it. I don’t like locking myself in, I just need to be able write out of order and go back and change things. Here is the story of a little in love: someone gave me an AU prompt and I got mildly obsessed with it, and wrote 5 snapshots drabbles in that universe, ending with a slight cliffhanger ending. I probably should have stopped there, but I decided to keep going. I wrote out an outline of 5 acts where the first act was detailed to the degree of each chapter being specified. The chapters here were much smaller than I usually make chapters: 1-2k. I wrote act i and ii and it was actually great, and then I hit act iii which required a lot of set up for misunderstandings and a mini romance arc. I couldn’t wing it, but nor could I figure it all out with outlining. I write dialogue in almost sort of an improv “Yes, and...?” style, so until I do it, I don’t know what’s going to happen. So, what I did was treat the second half of act iii as a complete story in the process I describe above, wrote the entire rest of it, and then posted it. One might notice that the chapter lengths grew to 3-5k each. I have two more acts to go, and I haven’t decided how I am going to do them yet, but I suspect I will treat each of them as their own mini-stories.
(I will admit that in Heart is a Muscle, I tend toward chapters that are about 10k long, and this is honestly too long, someone should smack me. If you like punchy chapters, 1-2k is good. I think 3-6k is probably an ideal chapter length. Is this how long the chapters are in my latest fanfic? Absolutely not.)
Okay, so there’s one more step, which is quality control. I am habitual re-reader-- I read my fanfics-in-progress over and over and over while I am working on them. I understand that not everyone does this, but I am usually the primary audience for my own writing, and this is the actual fun part for me. Nevertheless, you should re-read your work at least once, to make sure it hangs together.
This is purely optional, but I recommend it: get a writing friend (if you don’t like re-reading your work, I recommend this even more strongly). If you can get a full-service beta reader, that’s great, but if you can’t find someone, or if receiving that level of critique stresses you out, it’s perfectly valid to just find a friend who will read your stuff and a) shower you with compliments, b) reassure you about parts you aren’t sure about (or suggest ways to help) and c) point out any huge problems you missed. When I am writing a long fanfic, it is a huge motivational factor for me to be able to send my beta chapters as I finish them. If you are already an established writer, and you have people who consistently comment on your fic, they might be overjoyed to get a sneak peak at your work.
And that’s it! That’s the way I do it, anyway! Some people are able to sit down and write a very detailed outline and the write it start-to-finish. Good for them, I say! I have tried this and it doesn’t work great for me. I will admit that some of my fics (especially my early ones) I just sat down and banged out whole-cloth like an insane person and they are generally better than the ones I actually plan out, but that’s not a reproducible process.
As one final mechanical note, I usually write in Google Docs, which I can access on multiple devices (I used to write a lot on my phone), has convenient sharing functionality, and I use the ao3 html formatting script add-in. I generally have two documents for a single story-- one is the outline, and any other notes I want to have handy. I’ll usually put a trashcan space at the bottom for scenes that got cut but I don’t want to lose. The other is the fanfic itself.
I hope this is helpful! Please feel free to follow up with other questions and good luck with your writing!

What are the animatronics' music preferences?
Freddy: Oh I enjoy a wide variety of genres. Usually I stick with some kind of alternative-indie, pop, or EDM. One of my favorite bands is Red Hot Chili Peppers!
__________________
Chica: I LOVE music from the 80s, or has that vibe to it! Like workout music! Songs you can get your body moving to! Oh especially synth-pop and new wave type music! I love A-ha and Duran Duran! Oh! I also love a good musical! Little Shop of Horrors, Heathers, Sweeney Todd, they are all so awesome to listen to and I will be singing them all the time!
__________________
Roxy: I'm more into the metal scene. Screamo, post-hardcore, grunge, things like that. Avenged Sevenfold and Sleeping With Sirens are some bangers! I'll listen to Three Days Grace at times too. Alt-rock is also something I'm into.
__________________
Monty: I really like folk and jazz music mixed in with rock or alt-rock. Also swing music at times. My go-to band to listen to is Poor Man's Poison or Bid Bad Voodoo Daddy, but recently I found The Devil Makes Three and that band is really cool so far!
__________________
Sun: I usually listen to instrumentals or video game music! Things I can play in the background while doing things without getting too distracted by the music! Whenever Moon plays a game I'll listen to the soundtrack and pick songs I like that show up to add to a playlist. I really like the Bugsnax soundtrack and also the music in Just Shapes and Beats! I also listen to classical music from time to time, mainly piano like Beethoven.
__________________
Moon: I don't know... I just hop from one thing to the next. I don't care too much about what is being played. I'll listen to country, fold, hardcore rock, death metal, lullabies, EDM, anything really..... Though, I have been drawn to more uh... messed up music recently. Things with disturbing messages and themes, kinda like horrocore or something I think. Bands like Will Wood, Dr.Steel, and Creature Feature have been in my music rotary recently.
__________________
DJMM: As HARD as it may be to believe, but I like EDM haha! Electronic music has always been my favorite! Dubstep, electronica, House, EBM. Oh! Actually, I do also like industrial music! Which does have electronic properties to it, but it leans more towards rock and punk! It really is an aggressive style but in a very good way! My preferred bands right now are I Will Never Be the Same and Circle of Dust, but I'm sure it will change soon enough considering I was just listening to Celldweller a whole lot before finding those other bands!
__________________
Mapbot: I have been informed by the DJ that my music taste is known as glitch, breakcore, or experimental. I listen to two different artists when given the chance to request a song. They are as followed: Nero's Day at Disneyland and Lauren Bousfield.

[Had a lot of fun with this! Found a lot of new music to listen too as well! Since Bonnie and Foxy aren't here to answer, I'll answer for them.
Bonnie liked swing and jazz music along with classical. He listened to people like Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald. Though he would happily listen to other genres as well, but he never cared much for EDM that was way too electronic. Like he can stand Daft Punk but not so much someone like Skrillex.
Foxy, like DJ, is pretty obvious in his choice of music. He loved sea shanties, but would also listen to acapella. The Longest Johns and The Jolly Jogers were people he loved listening to because of how they sang sea shanties. He definitely did also listen to musicals with Chica though! The two of them would sing for hours, especially duets.]

Hellooo!! I love love LOVE the diamond box matchup you did!! You're amazing!! Your blog is incredible!! Now I'm here for a romantic haven box Haikyuu matchup pls🥺
Appearance: My name is Kay! She/her, black, straight, 5'1, I have a slightly athletic & curvy-ish figure (lol idk), short-ish hair(like mid-neck), dark brown eyes, shoe size 9, I like to dress comfy so I'm always in oversized hoodies, sweatpants, sneakers, sweatshirts and shorts. I like colorful clothes too, high waisted jeans and shorts and boots. I'm not very fashionable but I try lol.
Personality:
Basics: infp-t, Hufflepuff, Taurus sun, scorpio moon, sanguine, chaotic good, ambivert.
Some positive traits: I'm optimistic, friendly, energetic, organized, enthusiastic, observant, happy, open-minded, loving, encouraging and inquisitive!!
Some negative traits: I'm annoying, perfectionist, insecure, forgetful, easily distracted, kinda lazy, argumentative, too nice at times and clingy.
I love learning new things!! Currently I'm learning Korean, how to draw, how to paint and songs on the saxophone.
When I'm up for it, I love fun physical activity!! Going for a hike, going to the gym, bungee jumping, mountain climbing, going camping and etc :D
Although I love going out, nothing beats lazy days at home. I can spend hours by myself and still be happy. When alone I usually sleep or watch a movie/anime or practice my drawing or saxophone or try and learn something new!
I have a horrible memory and can never remember important dates 😭 I've forgotten my own birthday a few times (rip) so people can get mad at me for missing appointments, forgetting birthdays and other important days. I try my best to organize everything necessary on my phone calendar so I can be reminded.
I love seeing people happy! Nothing can fulfill my day more than knowing I put a smile on someone's face! I usually try my best to help out anyone who needs it and to the best of my ability! This has led to me getting taken advantage of in the past but I can't help but try and make others happy. I've developed a thicker skin and some trust issues as I've grown up because of it.
I love hyping my friends/family up!! Do you need a boost in confidence? Here I am, ready to help you remember the absolute king/queen/royalty that you are!! I'm usually very energetic and enthusiastic about many things and I love spreading positivity around!!
My love language is physical touch! So touch is very important to me in my relationships. Though I am insecure so I tend to think that I smother the people I care about with too much affection idk lol. I live for hugs and cuddles and hand holding 👉🏿👈🏿 but because of that I feel like I'm very clingy and annoying skskfksjd
I'm introverted in nature so although I mean usually full of energy and love making new friends, I can't do it for too long lol. My social battery runs out really fast and I have to hide away and recharge before I can be fully social again, otherwise I won't be my best self. I treasure personal time and understand when people need time for themselves too.
I love spontaneity!! I love living in the moment and doing stuff just for the hell of it!! Wanna go on a road trip? Dance in the rain? Build houses for charity? Go to McDonald's at 2am? Go on a long walk? SIGN ME UP!!
I can also be lazy and unmotivated to do stuff. If something doesn't interest me, I'd find myself incapable of doing it or I'd do it with great difficulty. I'm one of those 'do something when inspiration/motivation hits you otherwise it'll be absolute shit' types.
But when I do have motivation/inspiration that's when my perfectionism comes in and I have to do it in the best possible way and anything less is an insult to me, my family, my ancestors and descendants lmaoo. Unfortunately I subconsciously set a very high bar for myself which can be overwhelming and stressful but when I manage to produce work of that quality, it's very satisfying and rewarding jshkshdhsj
I have more to add but I feel like this is getting way too long 💀 lemme just move to the next section heheheh
Hobbies: I LOVE listening to music, learning new things, watching movies/anime, sleeping, reading, writing, playing saxophone (I'm still learning tho lol), swimming, drawing, journaling, making friends, and cooking!
My music taste: any type of rock (punk rock, grunge, j-rock, metal), pop, KPOP, RnB, jazz, dubstep, lofi hip hop, rap, trap, krnb, anime OP's and bangers from: Elvis, the beach boys, Queen, Khalid, Ateez, Harry styles, Kendrick Lamar, p!atd, mcr, fallout boy, Nirvana, BTS, mxmtoon, Marianas trench, twenty one pilots, stray kids, Jay Park, crush, Dreamcatcher, Skrillex, MJ, troye sivan etc
Fun facts:
I'm more of a cat person but I live dogs and think they're adorable!!
I have four piercings and I plan on getting more soon!!
I'm a night owl, and get super grumpy in the mornings especially when woken up unexpectedly >:/
Although I love making friends, I only have like 1/2 super close friends and like 20+ acquaintances lol
I want to get a tattoo soon but idk what to get :(
I'm super addicted to coffee (rip) and if I don't take some for some time (like a week) I'll get the worst migraines and I won't feel better until I drink some coffee 😭
That's it!! I hope i wrote enough stuff!! Did I leave anything out? If you need more pls tell me and I'll send another ask :D Take your time!! I'm in no rush. I'll patiently wait even though you get writers block or have a large amount of asks 😌 pls stay safe and healthy!! Drink lots of water, sleep well and have an amazing day/night!! 💙✨

Sun drops
- OKAY so like, as I read your description I thought of Akaashi or Yaku or Sugawara
- Me being the indecisive author I am had trouble picking
- But then I remembered that you loved to do spontaneous things.
- And that's when I realized that Sugawara is THE ONE
- You two would be deemed the "3 am couple"
- Or in the team it would be "Epitome of Chaos"
- He takes care of you
- He will alway remind you that you don't need to be perfect
- Insecurities? BE GONE
- Nagativity? BE GONE
- That's basically his motto
- He is both your mom and partner in Crime
- did I mention he will take care of you?
- CUDDLES AND KISSES FOR DAYS

Journal of feelings
- Once this man realizes that you LOVE physical affection. He will give it to you. EVERYTIME HE SEES YOU
Kay entered the gym to watch her boyfriend play. She tried sneaking in and so far it has been great. She thought she was off the hook but then felt a familiar arms wrapped around her waist. "I found you~" Sugawara said with a smile.
- You both would often plan pranks and majority of the times, it would succeed
"Okay okay, so what are we doing today?" Kay asked the silver haired male. "Oh~ maybe we can scare Asahi or anyone for that matter with a beetle?" Sugawara suggested. "That's--no," Kay responded.

3 am shenanigans
It’s 3 am in the morning. Almost everyone is fast asleep or in their homes, well almost. The night sky is littered with diamond in the sky. The streets were silent but it was comforting. A few people walked here and there. And a few cars passes by there and here. “What are we doing up so late?” A silver haired man said as he yawned. “We’ll be going to Mc Donald’s! What else?” The female responded as she smiled at him. “Is it even open at this time?” He asked. “Koushi, darling, it is open,” Kay, the lover of our beloved silvered male man said as she smiled. Sugawara chuckled and held her hand, the smile on his face was evident. “You know, we should be sleeping by now right?” He said as he pulled her closer. “And so what? I wasn’t planning on sleeping early! I slept the whole day yesterday and missed the chance to hang out with you,” The girl responded.
A small blush appeared on the male’s face and he giggled. “That’s very sweet bu-“ He was about to say but was silenced by the girl. “That was very sweet but we could’ve done this later on or tomorrow. Well, sorry to break it to you, Love. But, we are here,” She said as she pulled the male inside the fast food chain. And soon enough, the two got their orders and enjoyed their meal. “I don’t know why but this hits different,” Kay said as she eat a French fry. “It really does. Especially since you are here,” Sugawara stated as he patted her head. Now, she was the one blushing. As the two chatted, the other customers and staff glanced at them every now and then. None of them were annoyed at their interactions. On the contrary, they enjoyed watching them,
Some felt envious of their relationship. Some dreamt to have something like that. And others remembered the times of old. The two were so sweet, it’s almost too much. Laughter and chattering echoed through the building from both the couple and the people around them. Then they were dub the “3 am couple” as the two would often venture in that restaurant at 3 am in the morning.

PHE.M
The Clash: Should I Stay Or Should I Go
¿Escuchas eso?
Tranquilizante .
Alocado.
Tal vez no.
Alocado.
Entorpecedor.
Enviciante.
"If you say that you are mine"
"So you got to let me know
Should I Stay Or Should I go"
"One Day is fine, next is black
So if you want me off your back"
"If you don't want me set me free
Exactly whom i'm supposed to be"
