Man the final lastame Thursday 😢 😢 can’t believe we are really at the end here.

Very sweet that Pride made Kemet and Sefec the official royal carriers. Very well deserved after everything they��ve been through.

This mf Val was really getting into the Pride feet licking 😂 that wasn’t just a sign of respect lmao he so real for that.

“Arthur is the perfect knight I��m delighted to have him next to me” omg pride be careful you’re gonna make my boy Arthur faint. I’m sure that one comment right there made all the training Arthur went through worth it.

Entire first half of the episode had me dying man. Between Val trying to rile up Arthur and Stale, to their duel to Val grabbing Pride’s hand, the fan-service and banter were great. Even a blushing Val! After the stressful last few episodes, it’s great to just see everyone getting praised and having fun.

Working together Arthur and Stale were able to take down Gilbert. They always work better together. A perfect duo.

“I’m genuinely happy we met. I’m glad you two are by my side” 😭 😭 I need a second season. I have all the books and will start reading ASAP, but I want more of the anime as well. Such a great character story and one of my fave female MCs.

The “real” story only really got going at the end. I was surprised they didn’t bring up the “order” who were behind the cave incident. But a great finale nonetheless, teared up during that last montage. I’ll miss this show so much.

That last scene with Pride and Val crying together is exactly why I love this series. People who hate on it in their reviews talk about “nothing happening” like it’s a battle shonen.

There’s not supposed to be a lot of action in this series. It’s about pride winning over one person at a time and establishing these interpersonal relationships. Not every fantasy series needs to be defeating a demon lord or a big adventure.

Seeing people like Val, with such cold and prickly exteriors gradually melting away and revealing their true vulnerabilities is so satisfying. Kermet and Sefec may have started out as nuisances, but somewhere along the way they have become his genuine family.

I just love how Pride handled this situation. Everyone knew val needed help, but she just needed him to come out and say it. Telling everyone to leave the room and facing him one on one was a great decision and ultimately paid off. Seeing how she navigates these situations is always so interesting. Arthur, Stale, Gilbert and now Val have all had their own unique issues and she’s been able to find ways to reach each one!

Can’t wait for next ep.

They wake in a euphoric haze, but it is only temporary. Reality beats dire trenches into honeyed moments. Nothing lasts forever. Our Inquisitor schemes and Solas is seemingly still testing her. As for what, Moon'Hwa isn't sure. They travel to the most intimate place in this ruined sanctum and our ambitious protagonist is presented with a lethal opportunity. But can she strike him down with their daughter in his arms? Moon'Hwa makes a truly deleterious connection and now the fate of her daughter hangs in the balance. Perhaps Solas has plans for her as well and the implications of such designs frighten our Inquisitor more than Corypheus ever could. An unfortunate mistake throws her world into chaos and this test ends incomplete. But will she fail the next or make a miscalculation that dooms them all? One man left alone, a woman betrayed and all that separates the two of them is a dagger sheathed in rage.

CW (please read) under the line---This is a Dark Solas fic. In fact, I wrote most characters in this fic as villains, even Moon'Hwa. There are no heroes here.

I started watching this anime last season, but didn't have time to finish it, so I decided to catch up now, and damn Pride is so badass. She reminds me now a lot about Erza from Fairy Tail. The very fact that she is a last Boss of this otome game makes her so awesome.

I love OP characters. I adore them. Give me more.
