Gotta give some love to Eclipse in my NiD!AU! He used to be a idol for his brothers but after they began forming their own opinions on Wizeman's evil ways and hanging around the other Dreamers, he began feeling them drift away from him. He is still loyal to Wizeman, but he finds that he's missing companionship for the first time in a long time and feels his role as the catalyst to reawakening their former master is his only role and fate...and then he meets Y/N.

His design is by far my favorite of the brothers, I wanted to make him overly dramatic in his design and also similar in design to Wizeman so that he'd be a recognizable villian. I also may have borrowed elements of Marx from Kirby for this jester theme as well as Venetian masquerade costumes.

He's such a terror and plays the villian well, but he's also easily flustered and doesn't handle affectionate gestures well. He gets all shy like a goof. Sun and Moon used to give him cuddle attacks to simmer down his temper.

He's fairly jealous of his brothers, since they could leave their roles and just enjoy their lives, but he resents NiGHTS for influencing his brothers to begin with. He personally would, and still does, attack NiGHTS on sight, blaming him for the changes while being left in the dust.

nah because im not sure if they even celebrate birthdays at all but i imagine the juniors preparing a surprise party for him while his husband takes a day off to be with him at all times. i miss this novel sm im gonna reread it.

[Don't worry, the fandom space online for these characters is not NEARLY as bad as it is in our world/real life. This is mainly because, while the main Glamrocks get a lot of attention/media/shows and stuff, Sun and Moon actually do not. So no one really knows of those two unless they visited the Pizzaplex and went to the Daycare, which only kids really do and kids don't (or at least shouldn't be) posting that kind of content. But uh, the Galms are not as lucky as Sun and Moon....]

Sun: Well, I will be honest, we have already searched up ourselves. There's not much other than promotional pictures or maybe an old drawing a kid posted that they found after a while and were proud of.

Moon: "Tell them about Roxy."

Sun: ....I don't want to....

Moon: "Each Glamrock has their own little fan pages here and there. We ended up stumbling on one that was a Roxy exclusive one and uh.... yea, not child appropriate. There were some links to more adult chat rooms and private groups that we obviously didn't click on, but if what we saw was public, we really don't want to see what was private."

feel like this is an odd post to make & it may be worded a little oddly bc im exhausted, but since it’s happened a few times; if you’re incorporating other people’s headcanons into your story, maybe uhh.....ask the original creator? especially if they’re more personal (ie tattoos, outfit alterations, alternate names, etc) as opposed to just worldbuilding ones.

especially in a fandom like danger days which already has so little canon material, and w fans creations being SO canon divergent, i’m genuinely uncomfortable w my redesigns being seen as a free-for-all; this isn’t saying u cant hc party poison with tattoos, but if you are drawing them w sun&moon shoulder tattoos specifically bc i drew them like that. uh. maybe rethink that? (you can design literally ANYTHING else that i’m absolutely sure would fit in better with your characterization rather than ripping me off) & if you REALLY want to add a certain detail solely bc u saw someone else do it first, please just ask the op politely. 

this applies to other people’s redesigns and hcs too, just because they’ve posted em publicly doesn’t mean theyre not completely unique characterizations, stories, and designs.
