1st Person POV - Tuesday
The morning light filtered through the windows of Ronald Reagan National Airport, casting a golden hue over the terminal. I walked with an easy confidence toward my gate, the faint smell of coffee lingering in the air from the small kiosk in the corner.
My Delta flight to Hartford, Connecticut, was set to depart soon, and while most travelers shuffled impatiently in their boarding groups, I moved at my own pace, having the quiet privilege of a first-class ticket.
I wasn’t nervous for the trip to Harford. I never got nervous.
Traveling was second nature to me, and today was no exception. Adjusting the strap of my carry-on, I took a quick glance at my phone. Still good. The game wasn’t until Thursday, which meant I had more than enough time to settle in–explore Storrs a little before tip-off.
“Flight 2136 to Storrs, now boarding.”
As the flight crew called for first-class boarding, I stepped forward, handed over my ticket, and was waved through without a second glance. Within seconds, I was making my way down the jet bridge, the cool air-conditioning of the plane a nice contrast to the warmth of the terminal.
Seat 2A. Window. Perfect
I slid into the seat, stretching out with an appreciation for the extra space. The quiet hum of boarding announcements and the occasional shuffle of bags filled the cabin, but I was content. This was going to be a good trip. I’m making the right decision.
A movement beside me caught my attention. Someone slipped into the seat next to mine with an easy kind of grace. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but when she settled in, a sense of familiarity stirred in my chest, so I glanced over slightly.
Azzi Fudd. That’s ironic.
UConn’s star shooter. One of the most talented shooting guards in the country.
For a brief second, I considered saying nothing–letting her exist in peace for the duration of the flight. But then, why would I? Hesitation had never been my thing.
I turned toward her, offering a small but confident smile. “Good morning.”
She glanced over, her expressions polite but neutral, clearly used to traveling alone. “Good morning.”
Leaning back, I let my posture speak for itself–relaxed and effortless. “What’s got you flying to Connecticut on this random Tuesday?”
She let out a soft chuckle, as if the answer should have been obvious. “I go to school there. Was visiting family for a few days.”
I nodded, letting the moment stretch just enough to spark curiosity before adding, “I’m flying in for the game on Thursday.”
This caught her attention. Her head tilted slightly, and she gave me a curious look.
I let the silence linger, enjoying the moment before saying. “I hope you have a great game, Azzi Fudd.”
A small, almost shy smile crossed her lips, her guard lowering just a fraction. “You know who I am?”
I held her gaze. “Yeah, I know who you are.” Then I smiled softly.
She studied me for a second longer, as if trying to piece something together, before letting out a quiet chuckle and turning her attention forward.
Still, I could tell she was thinking about our exchange. I’d seen that look a few times before–the subtle mix of curiosity and amusement. The kind that said, Who is this person?
Which is nice. Something about her not recognizing me made me smile internally. Made a lot of questions fly through my head.
The flight attendants moved through first class, offering pre-departure drinks. I opted for water and Azzi did the same. The cabin was filling up quickly, the sounds of rolling luggage, hushed conversations, and the occasional overhead bin slamming shut blending into the usual pre-flight chaos.
As the final passengers trickled in, I glanced at her again. She was settled comfortably, dressed in a UConn hoodie and joggers, her hair pulled back. Even here, in an airport, getting ready to go 30,000 feet in the air, she carried herself like a top athlete–poised, confident, focused.
Eventually the engine rumbled to life as we pushed back from the gate. I kept my gaze ahead, but I could feel her sneaking quick glances in my direction, still trying to figure me out.
Finally, she spoke.
“So, are you a UConn fan, or…?”
I smirked, turning toward her just slightly. “I just respect greatness.”
She let out a small laugh, shaking her head. “That’s not really an answer.”
“Sure it is.” I leaned back in my seat. “I appreciate good basketball. UConn typically plays good basketball.”
She considered my words, then nodded, satisfied with my response–for now.
“You from Connecticut?” she asked, shifting slightly to face me better.
“Nope.”
She raised an eyebrow. “So you’re flying in just for the game?”
I nodded. “Yeah something like that.”
“Must be a big game for you to make the trip.”
I shrugged. “It’s basketball and it’s UConn. It should be a good game. Why shouldn’t I?”
She smiled again, this time more openly. “I like that answer.”
I smiled softly, letting my gaze linger for a moment longer before looking away.
The plane started its ascent, leveling off the ground. So I pulled out my phone, flipping through my playlist, but I could feel her still looking at me, still wondering.
I let the silence stretch a little longer before glancing at her. "You always sit next to people who know exactly who you are, or am I just lucky?"
Azzi laughed at that, shaking her head. "This is definitely a first."
"Glad I could make your morning interesting."
She tilted her head slightly, as if she was debating something, then asked, "So what's your story? You a journalist? A scout? Former player?"
I chuckled. "You tell me. What do I look like?"
She squinted, pretending to analyze me. "Hmm... not a journalist. You don't have that nosy energy and you aren’t leading the conversation much."
I smirked. "Good start."
"Not a scout either. You're too relaxed."
"Keep going."
She tapped her fingers on the armrest. "Former player?"
I gave a small shrug. "Something like that."
Azzi gives me a curious look so I simply add, “Tore my ACL.”
Azzi nods at this, a few thoughts flickering across her face, before she decides to be satisfied with the answer, even though I hadn't really given her a complete one.
For a while, we just sat there, the quiet hum of the plane filling the space between us. It wasn't an awkward silence-it was comfortable, like two people who had met at just the right time, in just the right way.
Eventually, she glanced over again. "Since you know who I am, do I get to know who you are?”
I turned toward her, meeting her gaze with a confident ease. "You'll figure it out."
She let out a breath of laughter, shaking her head. "Mysterious huh."
I grinned. "I try."
She didn't press further, but I could tell she wanted to. Instead, she leaned back in her seat, arms crossed loosely, a thoughtful look on her face. The rest of the flight stretched ahead of us, and something told me this conversation was far from over.
The flight had settled into a steady hum, the initial rush of takeoff giving way to a quiet cruise above the clouds. I let my head rest lightly against the seat, simply watching the muted sunlight filter through the window as I got lost in my thoughts.
After a while, I reached into my bag and pulled out a book, flipping it open to where I’d left off. The familiar weight in my hands was comforting, and I easily lost myself in the rhythm of the words.
A few minutes passed before I felt it–that subtle sensation of being watched. I didn’t reach right away, just kept reading, letting the moment stretch. But sure enough, when I shifted slightly, I caught Azzi glancing at the pages from the corner of my eye.
I turned another page, pretending not to notice, until she finally spoke.
“Not many people our age read these days.”
A small smirk tugged at my lips as I glanced up, amusement flickering in my eyes. “Our age?”
Azzi shrugged, the ghost of a smile playing on her lips. “Yeah. You carry yourself a certain way. Too confident to be young, but definitely not old.”
I chuckled at that, licking my slightly dry lips before I titled my head. “Twenty-two.”
Azzi nodded, like she had just proven a point. “Exactly.”
Something about the way she said it–so certain, so sure–made me grin. I let the moment linger for a beat before turning back to my book, the words on the page suddenly a little less interesting than the person sitting next to me.
Azzi had gone quiet again, but I could tell her mind was still turning.
She was debating something, mulling it over like a question she couldn’t shake. I went back to my book, letting the silence settle, but it didn’t last long.
“Okay, I’m sorry—I can’t help it,” she finally said, exhaling a quiet laugh. “I need some more answers from you.”
I arched a brow, slightly amused at her behavior, before slipping my bookmark into place and setting the book down on my lap. Adjusting slightly, I leaned against the window, fully turning my attention to her now.
Azzi met my gaze for a brief moment, her brown eyes flickering with something unreadable when they met my blue ones before she blinked away breaking the eye contact as she shifted just enough to regain composure.
“I’m usually not much of a talker,” she admitted.
I tilted my head slightly, a small smile playing at my lips. “But?”
Azzi exhaled a soft chuckle, shaking her head as if she couldn’t quite believe herself right now. “But you know who I am, and you’re flying in for the game on Thursday. That seems like the universe trying to tell me something. Like I should talk to you more.”
I laughed at that. “God works in mysterious ways.”
That made her smile. “So you’re religious?”
“I am.”
Azzi nodded, taking that in, before grinning. “You’re a woman of few words.”
I chuckled. “I’m not much of a talker these days.”
Azzi picked up on that instantly. “These days?”
Her curiosity was sharp, intentional. She seemed to pick up on little things that most people didn’t. I met her gaze again, letting the words settle between us before answering.
“Things kinda just happen in life that change how you used to be,” I said simply, my voice carrying something quieter. Then, with a small, almost nostalgic smile, I added, “I used to be a chatterbox.”
Azzi studied me for a moment, then exhaled a soft chuckle. “I see you’ve opted for more of the mysterious route these days.”
I smirked. “Something like that.”
She hummed, shifting slightly in her seat. “How much do you know about me, exactly?”
That question made me grin. I could tell she was fishing, trying to gauge just how much of her life I’d kept tabs on if any.
“I just follow basketball,” I said smoothly, tilting my head slightly. “I don’t know much about you specifically… if that makes you feel better.”
Azzi let out a quiet laugh, a smile tugging at her lips. “I never said I felt bad about it.”
That made me squint slightly, studying her. There was something playful in the way she said it, like she was testing the waters, waiting to see how I’d respond.
After a beat, I nodded. “Fair.”
Azzi held my gaze for a moment longer, something unreadable flickering behind her eyes before she finally looked away, exhaling softly. She drummed her fingers against the armrest, like she was debating whether to keep pressing or let it go.
I figured she would drop it, but then she glanced back at me. “So, if you just follow basketball, that means you’re a fan of the game itself—not necessarily the players?”
I smirked slightly. “That’s what I said.”
Azzi hummed, shifting in her seat so she was angled toward me again. “Alright then. Who’s your favorite team?”
I chuckled at that. “You want the real answer or the diplomatic one?”
Her eyebrows lifted. “Oh, so there’s a wrong answer?”
“More like one that might bruise your ego a little.”
Azzi let out a laugh, shaking her head. “Now I have to know.”
I leaned back, letting the suspense build for a second before finally answering, “I’ve always been a South Carolina fan.”
Azzi made a face at this answer. “Wow. That’s crazy.”
I laughed. “I warned you.”
She sighed, shaking her head. “You had me thinking the universe was setting something up here, and then you hit me with that.”
I smirked. “Didn’t realize this was a dealbreaker.”
Azzi tilted her head, pretending to think. “I guess I’ll allow it.
I let out a soft laugh, nodding. “That’s generous of you.”
She grinned but didn’t say anything for a moment, just studying me again, like she was still trying to piece something together. Then, finally, she asked, “So… do you still play?”
I ran my fingers along the edge of my book, considering my response. “Yeah. Just not this season.”
Her eyes flickered with recognition. “Because of the ACL?”
I gave a small nod. “Yeah.”
She exhaled softly, like she understood exactly what that felt like. “That sucks.”
I huffed a quiet laugh. “Tell me about it.”
Azzi tilted her head, studying me again. “What position?”
“Point guard.”
She grinned slightly. “Figures.”
I raised a brow. “What’s that supposed to mean?”
Azzi smirked. “You carry yourself like one.”
I chuckled, shaking my head a little. “And how exactly does a point guard carry themselves?”
She shrugged. “Like they’re always in control. Always seeing two steps ahead of everyone else.”
I hummed, amused. “Insightful.”
Azzi leaned back in her seat, a knowing look in her eyes. “I have my moments.”
I let the moment stretch between us, then smirked. “You’re not wrong, though.”
She smiled, like she already knew that. “Figured.”
After this Azzi kept the conversation going, steering it effortlessly. She asked about my recovery, how long I’d been in D.C., and what I thought of UConn’s season so far. I answered when necessary, but mostly, I let her take the lead, watching how she engaged—curious, thoughtful, but never overbearing. It was easy, the kind of conversation that didn’t require effort.
At some point, the captain’s voice crackled through the speakers, announcing our descent into Hartford. The mood between us shifted—not awkward, just quieter, like we both knew whatever this was, this easy back-and-forth, would soon come to an end.
The plane touched down smoothly, and after taxiing for a few minutes, the seatbelt sign flicked off. Azzi and I stood almost at the same time, and for the first time, she actually noticed my height.
Her gaze flickered upward, just slightly. Not by much—maybe an inch and a half, two at most—but enough for her to register it. I saw the way she took in the difference, her eyes narrowing just a little before she smirked to herself.
I grabbed my carry-on from the overhead, and just as I was about to step aside, an older woman across the aisle struggled to pull down her own bag. Before I could think twice, I reached up, easily grabbing it for her and setting it down with a polite smile.
Azzi was already in front of me, but I caught the way she paused, how her eyes flicked toward my arm. It wasn’t much, but I knew what she saw—how the muscles, usually understated, tensed for just a second, giving away what I was in fact an athlete.
She didn’t say anything, but there was something in the way she blinked, like she was filing that detail away.
I smirked slightly. “See something interesting?”
Azzi rolled her eyes but smiled. “Just confirming my suspicions.”
I let out a quiet chuckle, grabbing my bag as we started moving down the aisle. “And what suspicions are those?”
She looked forward again, shaking her head like she wasn’t about to give me the satisfaction of an answer. “Wouldn’t you like to know.”
I huffed a small laugh, following her off the plane. “You have no idea.”
As we filtered out into the terminal, the steady hum of airport chatter surrounded us. The moment was nearing its natural end, both of us instinctively moving in different directions. I adjusted my bag, glancing ahead when Azzi suddenly slowed, turning back toward me.
“Alright,” she said, her voice light but pointed. “Can I finally get your name?”
I exhaled through my nose, pretending to consider it for a moment before cracking a small smile. “Paige.”
Azzi repeated it softly, like she was testing how it sounded. Then, her smile grew. “Paige.”
I nodded.
Her eyes flickered with something—curiosity, maybe. “Where are you sitting Thursday, Paige?”
I huffed a quiet laugh, shifting my weight slightly. “You’ll see me, don’t worry.”
Azzi let out a laugh of her own, shaking her head. “Mysterious until the end, huh?”
I smirked.
She took a small step back, still holding my gaze. “Alright then. I hope I see you Thursday, Paige.”
“See you Thursday, Azzi.”
I turned first, heading toward baggage claim, but I could still feel her eyes on me for just a second longer before she finally walked away.
3rd Person POV - Wednesday
The low hum of conversation filled the diner, a cozy spot just off campus. The kind of place where students and locals alike came for a quick, unpretentious meal. Azzi sat alone in a corner booth, her food pushed slightly to the side as she absentmindedly scrolled through her phone between bites of her sandwich. She had just finished practice, still dressed in a UConn hoodie and sweats, her legs stretched comfortably under the table as she enjoyed the serenity of being alone after a long day.
The bell above the door jingled as another customer walked in. Azzi didn’t look up at first, too focused on her own space, but a shift in the atmosphere made her glance toward the entrance.
Paige.
Azzi blinked, caught off guard for a second. Paige moved through the diner with the same confidence she had on the plane–unhurried, assured, like she was exactly where she was meant to be. When their eyes met, a small smirk tugged at Paige’s lips as she adjusted the strap of her bag over her shoulder and changed direction, walking toward Azzi’s booth without hesitation.
Azzi leaned back slightly, watching as Paige came to a stop at the edge of the table.
“Didn’t take you for a diner person,” Paige said, tilting her head as she glanced down at Azzi.
Azzi quirked a brow. “And what exactly did you take me for then?”
Paige exhaled a quiet chuckle. “Not sure yet.”
Azzi let out a small laugh at that, shaking her head. She gestured toward the other side of the booth. “Since you seem curious, you might as well sit.”
Paige didn’t hesitate to take the invitation, sliding into the seat across from her. The air between them felt the same as it had on the plane—slightly charged, neither of them in a rush to give too much away.
For a moment, Azzi just observed her. The dim lighting of the diner softened Paige’s sharp features, but there was still something unreadable about her, a layer just beneath the surface that Azzi wanted to press into.
“So,” Azzi started, fingers tapping lightly against her cup, “what brings you here?”
Paige leaned back, resting an arm on the top of the booth. “Needed some food and this was near my hotel. Didn’t expect to run into you if that’s what you’re hinting at.”
Azzi gave her a look. “Didn’t expect, or you don’t mind?”
Paige smirked slightly, neither confirming nor denying. Instead, she nodded toward Azzi’s half-eaten sandwich. “That any good?”
Azzi shrugged. “It’s a sandwich.”
“Helpful.” Paige snorted, glancing toward the menu.
Azzi studied her for a second before speaking again. “So, you gonna tell me where you’re sitting tomorrow, or are you still trying to be mysterious?”
Paige grinned. “Wouldn’t be any fun if I told you.”
Azzi shook her head, amused. “You really don’t give anything away, do you?”
Paige’s smile softened, but there was something thoughtful in her expression. “Not much to give these days.”
Azzi caught that phrasing again—these days. She let it settle between them for a moment before leaning forward slightly, resting her elbows on the table.
“You’re interesting, you know that?”
Paige raised an eyebrow, lips twitching like she was trying not to smile. “That a compliment?”
Azzi mirrored her expression. “Haven’t decided yet.”
Paige raised an eyebrow, leaning in just slightly. “You haven’t decided if you’re complimenting me?”
Azzi opened her mouth to reply, but was interrupted when the server appeared at the table setting a water down. The girl gave Paige a once-over, her gaze lingering a lot longer than necessary. It wasn’t subtle, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Paige blinked, raising an eyebrow but didn’t say anything.
The waiter, undeterred, flashed a grin and asked flirtatiously, “What can I get for you?”
Paige tilted her head slightly. “I’ll just have what she has.”
The waiter jotted it down, her eyes flicking back to Paige, clearly intrigued. “I’ve never seen you around here before,” she said, voice tinged with interest. “I would’ve remembered a face like that.”
Paige gave a tight, polite smile. “I’m not from here. Just visiting.”
The server hummed thoughtfully, clearly trying to piece something together, before she walked off with a final lingering glance.
Azzi watched the whole interaction with mild amusement, eyes flicking to Paige’s expression. Once the server was out of earshot, Azzi raised an eyebrow. “You certainly have a way of leaving an impression.”
Paige shrugged, leaning back in her seat again, her lips curling up into a faint smile. “Guess it’s a talent.”
Azzi couldn’t help but laugh at that. “A talent, huh? I’m starting to see why you don’t need to talk much... you let people do it for you.”
Paige’s smile softened slightly as she shifted in her seat, taking a moment before responding. “It’s easier that way. Sometimes.”
Azzi leaned back, propping her chin up in one hand. “And what makes it easier?”
Paige’s eyes flicked to Azzi, as if weighing whether or not to answer. There was something about her, something quiet but intense that made Azzi lean in just a little closer, her curiosity growing.
Finally, Paige shrugged slightly. “Not everyone needs to know everything.”
Azzi raised an eyebrow, intrigued. “Is that your way of saying I won’t get the whole story?”
Paige chuckled softly, meeting her gaze. “I didn’t say that. May it’s just not the right time yet.”
Azzi didn’t push. Instead, she just smiled, amused by the game they were starting to play.
“I’ll be sure to remember that,” Azzi said, leaning back as she crossed her arms with a grin. “Maybe I'll try to get you to talk tomorrow.”
Paige shot her a look, her lips curling into something a little more playful. “Yeah maybe you’ll get lucky.”
Azzi let the words hang between them for a moment, her grin deepening. “I think I like my odds.”
Paige only hummed, picking up her water and taking a sip. “Do you?”
Azzi tilted her head slightly, studying her. “You don’t seem like the type to say things you don’t mean.”
Paige set her cup down, her expression unreadable. “And what type do I seem like?”
Azzi’s gaze flickered over her, deliberate but not too obvious. “Still figuring that out.”
Paige let out a soft chuckle, shaking her head. “That why you keep asking so many questions?”
Azzi smirked. “Something like that.”
Paige tapped her fingers against the table. “And here I thought you were just being friendly.”
Azzi leaned forward slightly, her voice light. “Maybe I am Paige.”
Paige arched a brow, but before she could respond, the waiter appeared, setting down her plate.
“Here you go,” the waiter said, her tone lingering as she looked at Paige with clear interest. “Can I get you anything else gorgeous?”
Paige offered a polite but tight smile. “No, thank you.”
The waiter hesitated just a second too long before finally nodding and stepping away.
Azzi, who had been watching the exchange with mild amusement, took a slow sip of her drink. “You make friends fast.”
Paige picked up her sandwich, glancing at Azzi with a smirk. “You jealous?”
Azzi exhaled a short laugh, shaking her head. “Not even a little.”
Paige chuckled, digging into her food. “Good. I’d hate for that to be another thing you had to figure out.”
Azzi’s gaze lingers on Paige for a moment before she speaks again, her tone smooth but laced with something playful. “So, you’re telling me there’s a chance?”
Paige picks up her fork, raising an eyebrow. “A chance for what exactly?”
Azzi shrugs, pretending to be casual. “For me to get some answers out of you tomorrow.”
Paige pauses briefly, just enough for the words to settle, before taking a bite of her food. “Didn’t say that.”
Azzi watches her, amusement flickering in her eyes. “But you didn’t say there wasn’t.”
Paige smirks slightly but doesn’t give her the satisfaction of a direct answer. Instead, she gestures toward Azzi’s plate. “You done with that?”
Azzi leans forward, resting her elbows on the table. “Trying to change the subject?”
Paige shrugs, blue eyes glinting a little. “Just figured you might be too busy trying to figure me out to actually eat.”
Azzi lets out a quiet laugh, shaking her head. “I can multitask.”
Paige tilts her head slightly, as if assessing her. “Good to know.”
They hold each other’s gaze for a second longer than necessary, a quiet challenge passing between them, before Paige finally breaks eye contact to take another bite. Azzi smirks to herself, leaning back against the booth.
Azzi tilted her head slightly, eyes flickering over Paige with something unreadable behind them. “You’re really hard to get a read on.”
Paige let out a soft chuckle, tearing off a small piece of her sandwich. “That’s funny. You seem to be doing just fine.”
Azzi smirked. “Am I?”
Paige shrugged, popping the bite into her mouth. “You tell me.”
Azzi watched her for a moment before shaking her head with an amused smile. “You like making people work for it, don’t you?”
Paige leaned back slightly. “Depends on the person.”
Azzi hummed at that, tapping her fingers against the table. “And what about me?”
Paige didn’t answer right away, just let the moment hang between them before finally saying, “Guess you’ll have to figure that out Azzi.”
Azzi exhaled a short laugh, shaking her head. “You don’t make anything easy, do you?”
Paige smirked. “Where’s the fun in easy?”
Azzi opened her mouth to respond, but then her phone buzzed. She glanced at it, then let out a small sigh. “Alright, I gotta get going.”
That’s when she reached for her wallet, and Paige immediately waved her off. "I got it. Don’t worry about it."
“I can't let you do that."
Paige met her gaze, smirking. "Azzi, it’s a sandwich. Ten dollars won’t kill me."
Azzi let out a soft laugh, shaking her head. "Fine, but I’m getting it next time."
Paige arched a brow. "Next time?"
Azzi pushed up from the booth, a smirk tugging at her lips. "Yeah, next time." She adjusted her jacket before glancing at Paige one last time. "I’ll see you tomorrow, Paige."
Paige watched her for a second before nodding. "I’ll see you tomorrow, Azzi."
Just as Azzi turned to leave, Paige called out, "Hey, Azzi."
Azzi stopped, looking back with a curious expression. "Hm?"
Paige hesitated for a moment, carefully choosing her words before saying, "I need you to be open-minded tomorrow, okay?"
Azzi’s brows furrowed slightly, intrigue flickering across her face. She studied Paige for a beat, noticing the subtle seriousness in her expression, then nodded slowly. "Okay."
A small smile crossed Paige’s lips. "Thanks."
Azzi returned the smile before stepping back. "Bye, Paige."
Paige watched her leave, tapping her fingers lightly against the table, a thoughtful look settling in her eyes before she went back to eating her sandwich.

don’t wanna be your fan | b.eilish
billie eilish x fem!reader
context. when your favourite fan suggests featuring in one of your videos, you reevaluate her position in your life.
warnings. smut, strap, oral, mommy kink, degrading?, ofstar!reader (very inaccurate only fans portrayal). also not proofread!
part 1 masterlist
when she’d first brought up the idea you were hesitant to say the least. she was kind, sweet and hot, but you hadn’t ruled out serial killer just yet. having her feature in a video would be great for your page since lesbian sex is climbing up the ranks, and seems to be the majority of your following. but you were hesitant, more that hesitant.
“Billie, it’s a good idea but i just don’t know if it would work out.” she huffed, on the other side of the phone, her frustration apparent.
“why not? are you scared?” she taunted you, but truthfully you were.
“it’s not that, what if my other fans think they have a shot and start harassing me?” a bullshit excuse and you knew it, but you felt like you owed it to yourself to be wary of the suggestion.
“they won’t know i’m a fan.” she paused for a second, and you could hear her breaths through the phone speaker. “besides, i’m your favorite fan right? i think i deserve it don’t you?” those words made you smile, imagining her smug little smile on the other side of the phone.
“okay.” she went silent, as if hoping you’d repeat yourself.
“wait, okay?” she asked.
“don’t make me second guess my decision. be at the hotel by 9pm or im locking my door. i’ll send the details.” she agreed quickly and you hung up, holding your head in your hands while you ran through the previous conversation to look for any red flags.
-
“i mean honestly, ask a girl to dinner before filming a sex tape with her.” she rolled her eyes, smiling softly as you positioned the camera.
“is it recording?” she asked, biting her lip when you approached her.
“mhm.” she was cautious with putting her hands on your hips, this having been the first time she’d intentionally touched you, the other, being when she’s brushed past you when you’d opened the door.
“give them a show, baby.” she tugged on your shirt, clarifying what she meant but letting you take it off. you were stood in front of her, your back to the camera while she remained sitting, letting her hands drift to your clothed ass as you slowly peeled off your shirt. once it had been discarded to the side, your jeans followed shortly after, leaving you in your underwear.
“all for me?” she teased, commenting on the matching set as you turned towards the camera. she pulled you down onto her lap and pulled your hair back so that she could attach her lips to your neck. and when she did, she didn’t make an attempt to be gentle.
“mm.” you closed your eyes, enjoying the feeling of her bruising your skin, sucking and licking as you whimpered. subconsciously you began to grind your heat against her thigh, the thin fabric of your thong doing nothing to mask the harsh material of her jeans.
“so needy.” she whispered, loud enough for the microphone to pick it up though, and a whine followed.
“fuck.” she exhaled, before lifting you up, and placing you on the bed. she took her shirt off and hovered over you for a second, giving you the perfect view of her tits, moments from spilling out of her tight bra.
“like what you see?” you nodded, reaching behind her back to undo it before she halted your actions.
“not yet, give me a real answer.” her tone asserted a kind of dominance you weren’t used to. annoyingly easy to comply with.
“yes.” she wasn’t completely satisfied but gave way regardless. when she lowered herself onto you, you could feel the bulge in her jeans, shutting your eyes momentarily as she pressed herself against you.
“tell me what you want, babygirl.” she smirked, pulling your chin to face her while she waited for a response.
“i want it raw.” you weren’t hesitant to voice what you wanted and it turned her on.
“ask nicely, baby.” she teased and your rolled your eyes.
“fuck. me. please.” she smiled, but contemplated it for a second, her hands running up and down your naked body, doing everything to distract you from the conversation.
“do you deserve it?” she asked, the same teasing tone lacing her words.
“yes.” she chuckled at the confidence in your voice.
“and what makes you think that? you’re a little slut after all, aren’t you?” that made you go silent, the truth to her words making it difficult to counter.
“well? are you?” her hand was squeezing your chin again, forcing an answer out of you.
“yes.” it was said with resistance but still satisfied her. she slapped the side of your ass, eliciting a small jump.
“on your knees.” she ordered, letting your imagination complete the request. and when you were on your knees, in front of her, she gave no further instructions.
“go on, show me how much of a slut you are. and maybe i’ll give you what you want.” she shrugged, taking a sort of nonchalant stance as she waited for you to unbutton her jeans. when you pulled them down to reveal her strap, your eyes widened slightly at the sheer size.
“come on, you can take it.” she’s noticed the uncertainty in your expression. but when you took the tip in your mouth, and then finally the rest, she bunched up your hair and pushed you closer to her, the tip hitting the back of your throat. you gagged multiple times, your eyes going glossy and your pussy even wetter as you clenched on nothing, moaning around her strap.
“fuck, what a whore, huh?” you nodded quickly, doing almost anything to please her while she pulled on your hair, harshly, revealing the entire strap until she pushed it past your lips again, your saliva coating the base as you whined and cried. your muffled noises turning her on and she rested her head back, closing her eyes.
“that’s right, take it like a good girl.” her voice was sultry, and so seductive you could swear you were leaking from your heat. and when she was done with you sucking her strap, you thought your mouth would bruise. when she pulled it out of your mouth your saliva made it glisten in the dim lighting. the tears on your cheeks and drool on your chin was a sight for sore eyes and the camera had long been forgotten.
“was that slutty enough for you?” she narrowed her eyes when you stood up.
“watch your mouth, princess.” she threatened, moving to grasp your hips and push you onto the bed.
“i think i gotta show off that pretty ass of yours no?” she smirked, getting on top of you once she’d urged you to turn around. you used your elbows to prop yourself up as she unclasped your bra, letting your tits spill as her hands came to feel them up. your legs were spread wide and her knee came up to your heat, pressing lightly against your panties.
“billie, please.” the desperation in your words were pathetic, playing further into her ego.
“patience, sweet girl.” she let her hands wander down your body before resting, just below your waist, her fingers biting into your hips. you fought the urge to turn your head back, to see what she was doing, but all thoughts were silenced when you felt her silicone tip prodding at your entrance.
“you’re soaking, bet i could just slide into that tight little hole of yours.” the harsher she pressed the tip against your pussy, the filthier her words got, as if the teasing hadn’t been enough already. she knew what she was doing.
“please just do something!” you whined, and she contemplated making you beg for it.
“do what? i’m going to need you to specify, babe.” you could imagine her smirk, and you almost dropped your head in frustration.
“please fuck me.” she sighed in content of your response.
“well, since you said please.” and she was pushing her entire length into you, before she’d finished the sentence, disrupted by a moan.
“fuck.” your elbows gave out and you were gripping the sheets already, feeling her push herself further into you.
“so ready for me, i swear i can feel you clenching, pretty.” she didn’t really give you time to adjust before she started thrusting, agonisingly slow at first.
“billie.” your whines only fuelled her, but she responded with a light slap to you ass.
“try again.” she tutted, halting her movements for a moment.
“mommy? please?” she groaned in satisfaction before continuing her motions.
“that’s right, baby.” it didn’t take long for her actions to turn harsh and messy, your moans and whimpers making her feral.
“ y’like getting fucked like this? like a fuckin’ slut?” she grasped your hips pulling them towards her with every thrust, as you arched your back, pushing your ass against her lower abdomen.
“mhm.” your moans we’re muffled by the pillow you’d hurried your face into. but that response obviously didn’t satisfy her. she fisted you hair again, pulling your head away from the pillow so that you could answer her.
“i need an answer, babe.” she pulled out of you completely, leaving you clenching uncontrollably.
“yes.” your mouth was running dry, your breaths still staggered.
“yes what?” she was unbelievably persistent. she wouldn’t be able to get away with it if she wasn’t that fucking hot.
“yes mommy.” she let you fall with a small bounce when you landed, and she was back to abusing your pussy.
“all your other fans can’t compare can they?” you felt the pressure in your lower stomach building, as she filled you up with her strap.
“no.” you shook your head, unaware of your words and actions, only focusing on the feeling of her inside of you.
“tell me i’m more than a fan.” the camera was so long forgotten you spewed out words of agreement.
“you’re so much more.” your hands were roaming the sheets for some kind of solace as you felt your high approaching.
“are you gonna cum on my dick then? make a mess?” when you nodded, she moved her hand to your clit, pinching it with two of her fingers, before continuing to toy with it.
“fuck.” you could barely feel your legs as her thrusts became quicker but sloppy. and when her hands came to spread your legs wider, she hit deeper spots than you could’ve imagined, and you were releasing all other her strap.
“holy fuck.” she gasped, your heat, empty and aching when she pulled out.
“fuck that was insane.” your turned around, facing her, and she almost collapsed on your body.
“yeah?” the metal on her teeth glistened through her smirk.
“mhm” you confirmed, and she came down to kiss you, no hesitation in the matter whatsoever.
“i think i’ve earned the ‘more than a fan’ title, right?” you laughed, a smile forming on her lips when she heard it.
“yeah, you definitely did.” she pecked your lips again before she spoke.
“perfect, i don’t wanna be your fan anymore.”

Porcelain Doll
**English is not my native language**
WARNING: THERE IS RAPE, I MARKED THAT, YOU CAN GO WITHOUT READING. DISTURBING ELEMENTS
(A Neglected!Reader x Batfam Story)
In the beginning, Wayne Manor echoed with her laughter. He was someone who filled every room he entered with his light. He made little jokes, tried to make everyone laugh with his cheerful laughter, and said good morning to everyone one by one every morning.
He enjoyed sneaking sugar into Tim's coffee and watching the surprised expression on his face. He would applaud Dick's cool moves while training, and try to provoke Jason by arguing about the books he was reading. Despite Damian's harsh demeanor, she would try to break through the wall between them and talk about things that would interest him—Titus or cats, for example.
As for Bruce... He would always look for an opportunity to call him "Dad", but every time the words got stuck in his throat. Instead, he would sit quietly next to her, sometimes bringing her coffee with a small smile.
But nothing found a response.
At first he tried not to notice. "Maybe they're too busy," he thought. After all, they were all heroes. They lived in a city like Gotham and had responsibilities. So he decided to show himself more and make more effort.
But over time, everything became more and more obvious.
Every "I'm busy now" turned into an endless silence over time.
Every "we'll talk later" became promises that never happened again.
At one point, Dick stopped hearing his voice. Jason stopped laughing at his jokes. Even though Tim was exhausted before his eyes, he didn't even ask him once, "Are you okay?" he didn't ask. Damian didn't even seem to tolerate his presence.
But what hurt the most was Bruce.
When he tried to hug her, Bruce would just shake his head slightly and walk past her. Even when there was a problem, he always consulted others instead of listening to her thoughts. At some point, he just started to feel like a part of the wall—a shadow that existed but went unnoticed.
No matter how hard he tried, no matter how much he laughed, no matter how much he talked... When he realized that it didn't make a difference to them, the light inside him began to fade.
And then, tragedy struck.
No one knew exactly what happened that night. Maybe he had an argument with someone, maybe he was in the middle of a fight. Maybe they didn't even realize someone had hurt him.
But as he left the house that night, the last spark of hope that still burned within him flickered and went out like a candle flame.
When he came back in the morning, he was still the same person—but also completely different.
After that moment, their conversations decreased. Their smiles disappeared.
When Tim looked at him for hours, he no longer made the same fun comments. When Jason made a joke, he didn't even react. No matter how hard Dick tried, he couldn't make him laugh. Even when Damian got angry, he didn't look up.
And Bruce… Even when he realized something was wrong, it was too late.
His eyes were empty, his soul seemed to be lost in a void. It was as if there were no emotions left inside him.
She was just a porcelain doll now. Cold, silent and numb.
And you know what was the worst?
No one remembered when it broke
Porcelain Doll
November 11 – The Day It Broke
Everything started out ordinary that day.
He woke up early in the morning and helped Alfred, who was preparing breakfast in the kitchen. At that moment, he heard Damian and Tim arguing in the living room and noticed Jason tinkering with his motorcycle in the garage. Bruce was in his study, studying the reports, his eyes narrowed with fatigue.
He tried to approach everyone, as always, preserving the endless energy and joy within him.
He interrupted Damian and Tim's argument, maybe if he made a joke the atmosphere would soften. But Damian glared at him.
“There is no place for unnecessary people here.”
These words hit him like a sharp knife, and for a moment he felt like he couldn't breathe. The smile that fell on his face faded, but he tried to recover. He had hoped Tim would at least defend him, but Tim just sighed and continued talking.
He didn't say anything. He felt like there was something extra there, but he still remained silent.
When he met Dick in the kitchen, he put a big smile on his face.
“Dick! Shall we do something today?”
But Dick's answer was just a smile. “Then, okay?”
When?
Later. Always later.
Everyone had a job. Everyone had a priority.
And he was never among those priorities.
But what hurt him the most was Bruce.
When evening came, he went to her study. Maybe he could at least talk to her for a few minutes. When he knocked on the door, Bruce's voice was heard from inside.
“I'm busy.”
He swallowed. But he didn't give up.
“Dad… Can we just talk for a minute? It won't take long, I promise.”
Silence.
Then he heard his chair creak slightly. Bruce's cold voice echoed again:
“I'm really busy right now. Please come back later.”
Later.
Again?
He walked away, trying to swallow the lump in his throat.
That night, no one at the mansion noticed him leaving quietly.
No one knew he was walking alone through the dark streets of Gotham.
No one knew that he felt that it made no difference whether he existed or not in this world that no longer meant anything to him.
And no one found out what happened to him. But you will learn, let's find out what happened
That night, when he left the mansion, no one noticed anything. He silently closed the door and lost his steps in the dark streets. When Gotham's night darkness combined with the feeling of loneliness, everything became even deeper. The weather was cold and the wind was harsh, but the emptiness inside was colder.
A void inside him felt like nothing made any sense anymore. No one looked at him, no one understood what he felt. In this darkness, he didn't have to prove anything to anyone.
The streets embraced him like the dark corners of Gotham. He walked slowly, his steps so light that he could not even hear himself. But then, that darkness came closer to him, deepening the emptiness within him.
Suddenly, there was something he noticed with his eyes—figures blending into the shadows. They moved so fast that he couldn't quite understand what was happening. He didn't want to face them even for a moment with his eyes. But it was too late.
Suddenly, he felt a cold touch on his back. He tried to turn back, but someone grabbed his arms hard. It was done so suddenly and harshly that he was thrown off before he even had a chance to do anything. His face hit the ground and his arms and legs curled up. Everything was blurred, he felt a cold, but painful warmth enveloping his body.
For a few minutes he tried to understand what was happening. The fear inside him only prevented him from hearing the voices. Hands continued to wrap around his body. Everything became blurry for a moment.
When the voices stopped, his joy, which once shone like the light within him, was replaced by deep silence. There was nothing left in his mind. The darkness that night was a breaking point.
He stepped aside, emotionally frozen, despite not being aware of his own body and his hands shaking. That night, he broke in a way that no one else saw anymore. And it would never be the same again.
Telling what happened that night would make every word knot in his mouth. It was a reflection of the break, the pain, the lost joy. But there was something, no longer felt—losing oneself, not belonging to anyone or anything. It all ended with the person he once knew.
And that night, among the cold walls on the west side, no one ever understood what happened to him.
Flashback – The Night It Broke
The streets were dark.
Gotham was always dangerous, but he didn't care at the moment. There was such a big void inside him… He couldn't even feel what was dangerous anymore. His feet dragged him unconsciously from one street to another.
He was cold. But this coldness had penetrated not only his body but also his soul.
At one point, he realized someone was calling out to him. At first he didn't care. But then the steps became heavier. His eyes blurred.
When someone grabbed his arm, he instinctively pulled back. But the streets were silent, there was no escape.
When the touches became harder, he realized that moment.
Something inside him was screaming. He was thinking about the voice that echoed in the Batcave a few hours ago. That short answer Bruce gave him, Damian's disdainful look...
They didn't even know he was here.
And they wouldn't know.
He resisted. But he was tired, very tired.
He felt the hardness of the cold wall on his back. His breathing became irregular. Words didn't come out of his mouth. A pair of hands, then another...
**Those who are uncomfortable with the detailed scene should not read it, maybe I will remove it from the scene**
Without wasting any time, he slid your panties down your legs and forced his big dick into your dry, unprepared hole. it hurt. . It hurt so bad. You screamed and beat him, you raised your hands and tried to beat him with pathetic tears in your eyes, but it didn't work. nothing happened. He was so strong, so big, so muscular, and so desperate that he couldn't give up his relentless and unstrategic attacks. When your screams dried up, big tears flowed from your face. When you gave up and surrendered to the intruder, snot was running down your face. and god listened. He made a few more rough, sloppy thrusts, pushing the tip of his leaking dick towards your cervix, and the man was whining on top of you - filling your pussy with an overwhelming amount of sticky cum.
**Scene ended**
At that moment, his mind fell silent.
Everything fell silent.
The Next Morning – Return Home
When he returned, the moonlight illuminated the garden of the mansion.
He was disheveled, but no one noticed. His hair was disheveled, but no one looked. His face was expressionless, but no one questioned it.
Nobody asked anything.
And he didn't say anything either.
He just went into the bathroom. The water should have been hot, but his skin was numb. It was dirty. He was in a mess. No matter how much he rubbed it, no matter how long he stayed under water, it wouldn't go away.
He knew.
But he still didn't come out of the bathroom for hours.
That day, the last remaining humanity within him broke.
And it didn't belong to anyone anymore. Not to the Batfamily, not to Bruce, not to himself.

perverted older sister giselle
cw: stepcest,
-makes the most vulgar jokes in public settings with no shame
- always too handsy, rubbing shoulders, patting backs, or getting too close under the pretense of being friendly. "you look cold, baby. come to unnie, let me make you nice and warm."
- DEFINITELY exterts control using her authority as you big sister, guilt-trips or humiliation to get what she wants, calling you "uptight" if you reject her "friendliness"
- will tell the nastiest, most graphic, gory stories in a casual conversation just to watch you squirm.
You’ve always known Giselle... liked you. In a different way than how siblings should like each other. Ever since your parents remarried, she made it her mission to watch over you. At first, it was sweet—walking you to school, making sure you ate enough, warning you about boys who "only wanted one thing." But as you got older, something about her love started to feel... off.
Tonight is no different. You’ve just finished showering, wearing an oversized T-shirt as you towel-dry your hair. The bathroom is warm with steam when you step out, only to find Giselle sitting on your bed, legs crossed, waiting.
"You were in there for a while," she muses, tilting her head. Her dark eyes flicker with something unreadable. "Were you doing something naughty?"
Your face heats up as you prepare to defend yourself. "What? ...Giselle. I was just showering."
She snickers, patting the spot beside her. "Come here. Let me dry your hair."
You hesitate. You know better than to argue—she always finds a way to get what she wants. With a sigh, you sit down. Giselle hums softly as she runs the towel over your damp strands, her freezing fingers grazing your neck, sending shivers down your back.
"You smell so fucking nice," she murmurs. "I bet everyone is looking at you, huh?"
You tense. "Not really."
She chuckles, but there’s no humor in it. "Good. They don’t deserve you." Her fingers trail down to your shoulder, squeezing just a little too tight. "I worry about you, you know. You’re too soft. Too... delicate. What if someone takes advantage of you? Unnie cant let that happen, no, not at all."
"I can take care of myself," you mumble.
Giselle leans in, her breath warm against your ear. "No, you fucking can’t." There’s something possessive in her voice, something that makes your stomach twist. "That’s why I’m here. To protect you. No one does that better than I do."
You swallow hard. The words should be comforting, but they aren’t. Not when she says them like that. Not when her hands linger, dropping to your wasit, not when her eyes darken, not when her smile doesn’t quite reach her eyes.
You force a laugh, trying to shake the moment off. "You’re so weird, Giselle."
She grins, pressing a long kiss to your cheek, right besdie the corner of your upper lip, before finally pulling away. "Only for you, baby."
And as she finally leaves your room, you exhale, only now realizing you’d been holding your breath.

The bell above the café door jingled softly, breaking the quiet hum of the afternoon. You looked up from polishing the counter to see her—Sakura. She hesitated at the entrance, her usual vibrant energy replaced by a heavy slump in her shoulders. Her face, usually bright with a smile, was shadowed, her eyes downcast. She looked… lost. You straightened, your heart tugging at the sight.
“Welcome,” you said warmly, your voice carrying a lightness you hoped would reach her. Her head snapped up, startled, and for a moment, she just stared at you, as if she hadn’t expected anyone to notice her.
You chuckled softly, leaning slightly against the counter. “What can I get for you today?”
She blinked, her fingers nervously fidgeting with the strap of her bag. “I… I’m not sure.”
You tilted your head slightly, studying her. “How about something warm? A latte, maybe? Or… something sweet to lift your spirits?”
Her lips pressed together, and for a moment, it looked like she might cry. But she nodded, her voice barely above a whisper. “Latte sounds good.”
You smiled, though your chest ached for her. “Coming right up.”
As you worked on her drink, you couldn’t help but glance her way. She sat at a corner table, her hands clasped tightly in front of her, her gaze fixed on the tabletop. You remembered her—the cheerful, radiant Sakura from Le Sserafim. The one who had always seemed to light up the stage. But lately… the internet had been relentless. The criticism, the ridicule. It had been impossible to miss.
When her latte was ready, you carried it over to her, placing it gently on the table. “Here you go. On the house.”
Her eyes widened in surprise, and she looked up at you, confusion flickering across her face. “Why?”
You shrugged, your smile softening. “Because everyone deserves a little kindness, especially on a hard day.”
She stared at you for a moment, her lips parting as if to say something, but no words came. Instead, she nodded, her eyes glistening. “Thank you,” she murmured, her voice barely audible.
You gave her a gentle nod before returning to the counter, giving her space. But you couldn’t help noticing the way her shoulders seemed to relax, just a little, as she took a sip of the latte.
Over the next few weeks, Sakura became a regular at the café. At first, she was quiet, reserved, staying in her corner with her latte. But gradually, she began to open up. She started with small talk, asking about your day, your café. Then, one afternoon, she stayed longer than usual, and the conversation deepened.
“It’s just… it’s so hard,” she admitted, her voice trembling as she stared into her half-empty cup. “I try to stay strong, but the comments… they hurt. And the pressure… sometimes I feel like I can’t breathe.”
You listened, your heart aching for her. “You’re allowed to feel that way,” you said softly. “It doesn’t make you weak. It makes you human.”
She looked up at you, her eyes searching yours, as if she were trying to find the truth in your words. And then, slowly, she smiled—a small, fragile smile, but a smile nonetheless.
From that day on, Sakura began to visit more often. She brought her members with her sometimes—Chaewon, Yunjin, Eunchae, and Kazuha. They were a lively group, filling the café with laughter and warmth. But it was Sakura who always lingered, who always seemed to gravitate toward you.
One evening, as the summer heat began to wane and the café was quiet, Sakura appeared at the door. Her expression was serious, her usual warmth replaced by a quiet intensity. She walked straight to the counter, her eyes locked on yours.
“I need to talk to you,” she said, her voice lower than usual, almost urgent.
You nodded, stepping out from behind the counter. “Of course. What’s on your mind?”
She hesitated, her fingers twisting together. “I… I don’t know how to say this.”
You placed a hand gently on her shoulder, offering her a reassuring smile. “Take your time.”
She took a deep breath, her eyes closing for a moment. And then, before you could react, she stepped forward, her lips meeting yours in a kiss that was both hesitant and desperate. Your breath caught, your mind racing, but you didn’t pull away. Instead, your hands found her waist, pulling her closer as she deepened the kiss, her fingers tangling in your shirt.
When she finally pulled back, her cheeks were flushed, her breath uneven. “I’ve been thinking about this for a while,” she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. “I needed to know… if you felt the same.”
You stared at her, your heart pounding. “Sakura…”
She shook her head, cutting you off. “Please. I need you. I want this. I want you.”
Her words sent a shiver down your spine, and without thinking, you leaned in, capturing her lips in another kiss. This time, it was fiercer, more urgent, as if all the unspoken feelings between you were finally breaking free. Your hands roamed her body, exploring the curves you’d only admired from afar, while her nails dug into your back, pulling you closer still.
“Take me somewhere private,” she whispered against your lips, her voice trembling with need.
You nodded, your mind hazy with desire. Grabbing her hand, you led her to the employee-only room, the door shutting behind you with a soft click. The room was small, intimate, and in the dim light, Sakura looked even more breathtaking.
She turned to you, her hands reaching for the hem of her top. “Help me,” she murmured, her eyes dark with hunger.
You stepped forward, your fingers trembling as you helped her out of her clothes, your breath catching as her bare skin was revealed. She was beautiful—every inch of her was perfection. And as your hands explored her body, she let out a soft moan, her head falling back as she leaned into your touch.
“I’ve wanted this for so long,” she whispered, her voice shaky as your lips found her neck, trailing kisses down to her collarbone. “I’ve wanted you.”
Your hands found her breasts, your thumbs brushing over her nipples, and she gasped, her body arching into your touch. “You’re incredible,” you murmured against her skin, your voice rough with desire. “So beautiful.”
She tugged at your shirt, her fingers fumbling with the buttons. “I need to feel you,” she breathed, her voice desperate. “Please.”
You shrugged out of your shirt, your skin burning where it touched hers. And then you were kissing her again, your hands roaming her body, exploring every inch of her as if you couldn’t get enough. Her moans filled the small room, sending waves of heat through you, and you knew you couldn’t hold back much longer.
“Are you sure?” you asked, your voice low as you looked into her eyes.
She nodded, her hands gripping your shoulders. “I’ve never been more sure of anything in my life.”
With that, you lifted her, her legs wrapping around your waist as you moved toward the small couch in the corner. Her back hit the cushions, and you followed her down, your lips finding hers once more as your hands explored her body. Her moans grew louder, more desperate, and you knew she was close.
“I need you inside me,” she whispered, her voice trembling as she reached for you.
You nodded, your own need overwhelming as you positioned yourself at her entrance. And then, with a slow, deliberate movement, you pushed into her, her body tightening around you as she let out a gasp.
“You feel so good,” she moaned, her nails digging into your back as you began to move.
You groaned, the sensation overwhelming as you thrust into her, her body responding eagerly to yours. Her moans grew louder, more urgent, and you knew she was close.
“Say my name,” she whispered, her voice shaking as she looked up at you.
“Sakura,” you breathed, your voice rough with desire.
She gasped, her body trembling as she reached her climax, her nails digging into your back as she moaned your name. And then you were following her over the edge, your own release crashing over you as you held her close, your bodies trembling together in the aftermath.
As you lay there, tangled together, her head resting on your chest, you knew this was only the beginning. And as her fingers traced patterns on your skin, you couldn’t help but wonder what the future held for you both.
“I don’t want this to end,” she whispered, her voice soft but filled with determination.
You looked down at her, your heart swelling with affection. “It doesn’t have to,” you replied, your fingers brushing through her hair.
She looked up at you, her eyes searching yours. “Promise me,” she said, her voice trembling. “Promise me this is real.”
You leaned down, capturing her lips in a gentle kiss. “I promise,” you murmured against her lips.
And as she melted into your embrace, you knew this was just the beginning of something beautiful.
The sun was just beginning to dip below the horizon, painting the sky in hues of pink and orange, as you and Sakura walked hand in hand along the riverside. The gentle breeze carried the scent of blooming flowers, and the soft sound of the water flowing created a serene backdrop. You had planned this day for weeks, wanting to give Sakura a moment of peace away from the relentless chaos of her life as a K-pop idol.
“This place is beautiful,” Sakura whispered, her eyes scanning the picturesque view. Her grip on your hand tightened slightly, a small sign of her lingering nervousness.
You glanced at her, your heart swelling at the sight of her delicate features softened by the golden light. “I’m glad you like it,” you said, your voice warm and reassuring. “I wanted to make sure you got to breathe for once. No cameras, no schedules, just us.”
She smiled faintly, but you could see the hesitation in her eyes. “It’s just… I’m not used to this. Being able to relax, to just… be. Everyone’s always watching, always expecting something from me.”
You stopped walking and turned to face her, your hands gently cupping her cheeks. “Sakura, you don’t have to be anyone but yourself with me. No expectations, no judgments. Just you.” Your thumbs brushed lightly over her skin, and you felt her lean slightly into your touch.
Her eyes searched yours, and for a moment, it was as if the world around you faded away. Slowly, her lips curved into a genuine smile. “Thank you,” she murmured, her voice barely audible above the rustling leaves. “For everything.”
You bent down, pressing a soft kiss to her forehead. “Always,” you whispered against her skin.
She sighed, a contented sound that made your heart skip a beat. Then, without warning, she closed the distance between you, her lips meeting yours in a kiss that was both tender and filled with unspoken emotions. Your hands slid down to her waist, pulling her closer as she clung to you, her fingers tangling in the fabric of your shirt.
When you finally pulled back, her cheeks were flushed, and her eyes sparkled with something deeper than happiness. “I love you,” she said, her voice trembling but firm. “I don’t want to hide it anymore. I want you to be my boyfriend.”
Her words sent a wave of warmth through you, and you couldn’t help the smile that spread across your face. “I love you too, Sakura. More than anything.”
She let out a breath she seemed to have been holding, her shoulders relaxing as if a weight had been lifted. “I was so scared to say it,” she admitted, her voice soft. “But being with you… it feels right. It feels like I’ve finally found where I belong.”
You brushed a strand of hair behind her ear, your gaze never leaving hers. “You’re my home now, Sakura. And I’m not going anywhere.”
Her smile widened, and she leaned in to kiss you again, this time with more urgency. Her lips moved against yours with a hunger that mirrored your own, and you could feel the heat building between you. Your hands roamed her back, pulling her even closer as her fingers traced the line of your jaw.
When you finally broke apart, both of you were breathless. Sakura rested her forehead against yours, her eyes closed as she tried to steady her breathing. “Take me somewhere private,” she whispered, her voice husky with desire.
You didn’t need to be told twice. Taking her hand, you led her to a secluded spot beneath the shade of a large tree, a blanket already laid out for the picnic you had planned. The moment you knelt down, she was on you, her hands tugging at your shirt as her lips found yours again.
“Sakura,” you gasped between kisses, your fingers fumbling with the buttons of her blouse. “Are you sure—”
“I’ve never been more sure,” she interrupted, her voice firm despite the way her hands trembled. “I want this. I want you.”
Her words sent a shiver down your spine, and you quickly discarded her blouse, revealing the soft, delicate skin beneath. Your lips trailed down her neck, eliciting a soft moan from her as she arched into your touch. Her hands pulled at your shirt, and soon it was tossed aside, your bare chest pressed against hers.
The warmth of her skin against yours was intoxicating, and you couldn’t resist the urge to explore every inch of her. Your hands cupped her breasts, your thumbs brushing over her nipples, already hardened with desire. She gasped, her hips bucking against yours as you leaned down to take one of them into your mouth.
“Yes,” she moaned, her fingers tangling in your hair as you teased her with your tongue. Her breaths came in short, shallow gasps, and you could feel her heartbeat racing beneath your palm.
When you finally pulled away, her chest was heaving, and her eyes were dark with need. “Please,” she whispered, her hands reaching for the waistband of your pants. “I need you.”
You captured her lips in a searing kiss as you helped her remove the rest of your clothes, your hands trembling with anticipation. When you were both naked, you paused for a moment, taking in the sight of her beneath you. She was breathtaking, her body bathed in the soft glow of the setting sun, her eyes filled with a mix of love and desire.
“You’re beautiful,” you murmured, your voice thick with emotion.
Her cheeks flushed, but she didn’t look away. “So are you,” she replied, her hands reaching up to cup your face. “Now, please… don’t make me wait any longer.”
You positioned yourself between her legs, your hand guiding your length to her entrance. She was already wet, her body ready for you, and when you slowly pushed inside, she let out a soft cry of pleasure. Her walls clenched around you, so tight and warm that it took every ounce of control you had not to lose yourself right then.
“God, you feel amazing,” you groaned, your forehead resting against hers as you began to move.
Her legs wrapped around your waist, pulling you deeper as she matched your rhythm. Her moans were music to your ears, each one driving you closer to the edge. Her hands roamed your back, her nails lightly scraping your skin as she clung to you.
“I love you,” she whispered, her voice trembling with the force of her emotions. “I love you so much.”
“I love you too,” you replied, your voice rough with desire. “Always.”
Her hips bucked against yours, her body trembling as she chased her release. You could feel her walls tightening around you, and when she finally came, her cry of pleasure echoed in the quiet evening air. Her orgasm pushed you over the edge, and with a deep groan, you spilled inside her, your bodies trembling together as you rode out the waves of pleasure.
When you finally collapsed beside her, both of you were breathless and sweaty, but there was a sense of contentment that settled over you. She curled up against your side, her head resting on your chest as your fingers traced lazy patterns on her arm.
“Thank you,” she whispered, her voice soft but filled with emotion. “For making me feel safe. For making me feel loved.”
You pressed a kiss to the top of her head, your arms tightening around her. “You never have to thank me for that, Sakura. I’ll always be here for you.”
She sighed, a contented sound that made your heart swell. But then, she shifted, propping herself up on her elbow to look at you. Her eyes were serious, and there was something in her gaze that made your breath catch.
“I want more of this,” she said, her voice steady. “More of us. No more hiding, no more pretending. I want the world to know that you’re mine.”
You reached up to brush a strand of hair from her face, your heart pounding in your chest. “Are you sure? Your career… your fans… it won’t be easy.”
She shook her head, her expression determined. “I don’t care. I’m tired of living for everyone else. I want to live for us. For me. And I want you by my side while I do it.”
You were about to respond, to tell her that you’d stand by her no matter what, when she leaned in, her lips capturing yours in a kiss that was filled with promise. Her body pressed against yours, and you could feel the heat building between you once again.
“Sakura,” you murmured against her lips, your hands already roaming her body again.
“Just kiss me,” she whispered, her voice breathless. “And don’t stop.”
And so you did, losing yourself in the taste of her lips, the feel of her skin, and the sound of her moans. The world around you faded away, leaving only the two of you, wrapped in each other’s arms as the sun dipped below the horizon.
But even as the night fell, you knew that this was just the beginning of your story together. And nothing could take that away from you.
“I’m yours,” you whispered against her lips, your voice rough with emotion. “Always.”
The air between you and Sakura was thick with desire, her body pressed against yours as she fumbled with the key to her dorm room. Her breath hitched as the door finally clicked open, and she pulled you inside with a urgency that made your heart race. The room was dimly lit, the soft glow of fairy lights casting a warm, intimate ambiance.
Sakura wasted no time. Her lips crashed against yours, hungry and insatiable, as her hands roamed over your chest, tugging at your shirt. You responded in kind, your hands sliding down her back to cup her ass, pulling her closer until there was no space left between you. Her moan was muffled by your kiss, but the sound sent a jolt of heat straight to your core.
“I need you,” she whispered, her voice trembling with need as she pulled away just enough to lock eyes with you. Her gaze was dark, filled with a raw intensity that made your knees weak. “Right now.”
You didn’t need to be told twice. Your hands moved to the hem of her dress, lifting it over her head in one swift motion. She stood before you in nothing but a delicate lace bra and panties, her body trembling with anticipation. You couldn’t help but marvel at how breathtaking she looked, her skin glowing in the soft light, her curves begging to be touched.
You leaned in, capturing her lips in another searing kiss as your hands explored every inch of her. She moaned into your mouth, her fingers digging into your shoulders as you trailed kisses down her neck, nipping and sucking at the sensitive skin. Her breath came in short, ragged gasps, her body arching into yours as you reached around to unclasp her bra.
The moment it fell away, you pulled back to take her in. Her breasts were perfect, perky and inviting, her nipples already hard with arousal. You couldn’t resist. Leaning down, you took one into your mouth, swirling your tongue around the sensitive bud as she let out a soft cry. Your hands cupped her other breast, kneading it gently as you continued to lavish attention on her.
“Oh god,” she moaned, her fingers tangling in your hair as she pressed you closer. “Don’t stop.”
You had no intention of stopping. Your hands moved down her body, slipping beneath the waistband of her panties to find her already wet and ready for you. She gasped as you slid a finger inside her, her body trembling as you began to move. Her hips rocked against your hand, her moans growing louder with each thrust.
“Please,” she begged, her voice barely above a whisper. “I need you inside me.”
You didn’t need to be asked twice. You lifted her into your arms, carrying her to the bed and laying her down gently. She watched you with hungry eyes as you stripped off your clothes, her hands reaching for you the moment you were free. Her touch was electric, sending shivers down your spine as she guided you between her legs.
The moment you entered her, it was like coming home. Her body welcomed you, tight and warm, and you couldn’t hold back the groan that escaped your lips. Her nails dug into your back as you began to move, her hips meeting yours with each thrust. The room was filled with the sound of your bodies moving together, her moans mingling with your growls of pleasure.
She wrapped her legs around your waist, pulling you deeper as her head fell back against the pillows. “Faster,” she begged, her voice desperate. “Please, faster.”
You obliged, picking up the pace as her cries grew louder. Her hands moved to her breasts, pinching and teasing her nipples as she writhed beneath you. The sight of her, lost in pleasure, was enough to push you closer to the edge. But you weren’t ready to finish yet.
You pulled out, earning a whimper of protest from her, but you quickly silenced it by flipping her onto her stomach. Her ass was raised in the air, inviting, and you couldn’t resist giving it a light smack before guiding yourself back inside her. She let out a loud moan, her hands gripping the sheets as you began to thrust into her again.
The new angle seemed to drive her wild, her cries growing more frantic with each movement. You leaned over her, your lips brushing against her ear as you whispered, “You feel so good, Sakura. So fucking good.”
She moaned in response, her body trembling as she neared the edge. You could feel her tightening around you, her walls clenching as she reached her climax. Her cries echoed through the room, her body shaking with the intensity of her release.
But you weren’t done. You flipped her onto her back again, her legs wrapping around your waist as you continued to thrust into her. Her hands moved to your face, pulling you down for a searing kiss as her hips rocked against yours.
“I’m close,” you groaned, your body trembling with the effort to hold back. “Where do you want me to finish?”
“Inside me,” she begged, her voice desperate. “Please, I want to feel you.”
It was all the encouragement you needed. With a final thrust, you buried yourself deep inside her, your release flooding her as she cried out in pleasure. Her body trembled beneath you, her nails digging into your back as you both rode out the waves of your climax.
When it was over, you collapsed onto the bed beside her, both of you panting and covered in sweat. She turned to you, a soft smile on her lips as she cuddled up against your side. Her hand rested on your chest, her fingers tracing lazy circles on your skin.
“Thank you,” she whispered, her voice filled with emotion. “For everything.”
You pressed a kiss to her forehead, your arms wrapping around her as she nestled closer. The silence that followed was comfortable, the kind that only comes when two people are completely at ease with each other.
But the moment was short-lived. The sound of the door opening startled you both, and Sakura’s eyes widened in horror as Chaewon stepped into the room.
“Sakura, I—” Chaewon’s words died on her lips as she took in the scene before her. Sakura’s scream of embarrassment echoed through the room as she grabbed the blanket to cover herself.
“Chaewon!” she shrieked, her face burning red as she tried to hide behind the blanket.
But Chaewon didn’t look angry. If anything, she looked amused. A slow smirk spread across her face as she took in the sight of the two of you before turning to call over her shoulder.
“Guys, you’re not gonna believe this!”
Sakura groaned, burying her face in your chest as the other members of Le Sserafim filed into the room, their laughter filling the air.
“Well, well, well,” Yunjin teased, her eyes sparkling with mischief. “Looks like someone’s been busy.”
Eunchae giggled, covering her mouth with her hand as she tried to stifle her laughter. Kazuha, ever the calm one, simply shook her head with a small smile.
“Take care of her,” Chaewon said, her tone softening as she looked at you with a knowing smile. “For us.”
And with that, they left, closing the door behind them as their laughter echoed down the hallway. Sakura groaned again, burying her face in your chest as you couldn’t help but chuckle.
“Well,” you said, pressing a kiss to the top of her head. “That was unexpected.”
“I’m never going to live this down,” she muttered, her voice muffled by your chest.
But as she looked up at you, a small smile tugged at her lips. And in that moment, you knew that no matter what came next, you would face it together.

What if it wasn't a joke?
Pairing: Natasha Romanoff x Reader
Summary: What if Natasha’s teasing wasn’t a joke?
Words: 2.1k
I tapped my fingers on the glossy wooden table in front of me, following the tempo of the conversation around me. The cacophony of voices flitted through my mind, going in one ear and out the other.
What was supposed to be a swift debriefing with the rest of the Avengers had stretched into its third hour. I’d lost my patience two and a half hours ago when Tony Stark started talking about possible technological improvements he could add to the Avenger’s headquarters. It had only gone down from there.
I stared down at my leather folder opened on the table, letting out a slightly too-loud sigh when I saw the two sentences of notes I’d managed to put down. Only two sentences of actually useful information. Three hours, two sentences. Three hours for two sentences.
My fingers curled into a fist. I picked up my pen, if only so that my frustration wouldn’t show. I hovered the pen over the clean piece of paper, but that only caused my anger to grow because there wasn’t anything to write.
My phone buzzed in my pocket and I dropped the pen, grateful for the distraction.
I leaned back in my chair and pulled out my phone, ignoring the sidelong glance I got from Steve Rogers. Phones technically weren’t allowed during meetings, but confidential information had stopped being shared hours ago. I doubted it’d matter if I leaked a conversation over what type of flavoured water they wanted in the lounge this month.
A smile tugged at the corner of my lips as I read the notification that lit up the screen.
Natasha: Busy daydreaming about me?
I raised my eyes to Natasha, my smile growing further when I noticed she had already been watching me. Her blue eyes twinkled with humour, but her features betrayed nothing. Her expression was just as blank, severe, and stoic as it had been for the last few hours.
Natasha only held my eyes for a handful of moments before she turned away, returning her steady attention to the conversation.
I texted back: I’m just thinking about how this meeting could’ve been an email.
Natasha picked up her phone a few moments later. Her expression didn’t change, and I was too far away to notice any other minor changes. I looked back to the nearly blank paper in front of me.
Every second I spent waiting for her response felt like an eternity. I started to tap my fingers again.
After what felt like forever, my phone buzzed.
Natasha: I wouldn’t have seen you if it was an email.
A second later, she added: And I do enjoy watching you when you’re frustrated.
My eyes shot to her. She merely stared back at me, watching, waiting. I blinked at her, hoping she’d offer any kind of reaction for me to read. Instead, she picked her phone up, her fingers moving across the screen.
I lowered my eyes to the paper and put my phone on the empty sheet. I placed my elbow on the table and rested my head in my hand. My leg, the traitorous thing, started to bounce. My body tensed with every moment that passed. My breaths grew shallow as I waited for that screen to light up.
What was taking her so long? She had to be writing an essay if it was taking her this long to finish. I couldn’t help but wonder if she liked leaving me waiting.
My heart skipped when the screen lit up, only for it to drop deep into my gut when I read the text.
Natasha: It’s even better when you get flustered and start blushing.
I shut off my phone and shoved it into my pocket.
My head thundered in my chest as heat prickled on my cheeks. I silently cursed myself for playing right into her hand.
It wasn’t like it was a surprise. She’d joke far too often about how easy it was to throw me off and the enjoyment she got from it wasn’t a secret. She always pushed it and tested it, seeing what measure of responses she could get. One glance. One smile. One whispered word. One step too close. A touch that lingered too long. For fuck’s sake, one sentence that toed the line between friendly banter and flirtatious teasing would leave me dumbed down and unable to speak for hours.
I took a deep breath and ran my hand through my hair, hating the way I shook. I focused on my breaths, reread those two stupid sentences written on the paper. I willed the heat to fall from my face. I counted through my breathing. I picked up my pen and clicked it over and over again.
I was a fool for being affected by her. It was nothing. It meant nothing. It was a game to her, just a way to fill time and push away excruciating boredom.
I reminded myself of all those moments Natasha had toyed with me, only to pull away a moment later.
I remembered the hours we had spent crouched in some dark hole, waiting out a mission, her faint touches oh-so-clear in the pitch black. I recalled the way she had looked at me days later when I had brought it up, her face flush with confusion and eyes so cold it was like looking at a stranger.
I remembered the first time we’d exchanged personal numbers after becoming part of the Avengers. It had only been a handful of years since we’d worked together in the Red Room, yet she treated me like she’d never seen me before.
I remembered the hours of texting we’d do in those fluid hours of the night when time lost all meaning. Then the absence of contact in the morning, followed by stilted small talk that’d build a chasm between us.
I glanced over at Natasha. My heart stung when I saw her stoic expression fixed on Wanda Maximoff.
I closed the folder and got to my feet. The rest of the Avengers at the table glared at me, but I ignored them. There was no reason for me to stay. The important parts of the meeting were done. I hadn’t needed to chime in for well over an hour. And I didn’t feel like torturing myself with Natasha’s cold distance for any longer.
⧗
I stirred my half-melted cocktail with the metal straw. The metal clicked against the glass. A chill wind brushed over my skin and rustled my hair, causing goosebumps to prickle along my arms.
The Avengers compound had long since settled into its peaceful night operations. All the lights had been dimmed, the large mass of day staff had been sent home or to their rooms, the headache-inducing sound of jets coming and going had finally stopped. These small hours of the night were the only time I got any solitude.
I watched the tarmac from the balcony, taking in the quinjets that had been left out and the skeleton crew that maintained them.
They always had to be ready, waiting, should the sky fall open and the Avengers had to be on the other side of the world in an hour. I always had to be ready to answer the call, be prepared for anything at any moment. I hadn’t even left the compound for a non-Avengers related reason for… months. It was too risky.
I looked down at the cocktail in my hand and braced my arm against the balcony railing. I sighed and pursed my lips at it.
Despite the small amount of alcohol I’d had, I could feel the warmth of drunkenness spreading through my limbs and a delightful buzz that clouded my mind. I was already too far gone to fly, or fight, or do any amount of strategic thinking. Drinking more would only multiply that and make my recovery take longer. If there was an emergency and I got called out--
The door to the balcony softly clicked open and I whipped my head around, muscles going taught.
The moment I laid my eyes on Natasha, who stood silently in the doorway, I let out a breath and allowed my shoulders to slump. The warm glow of the Avenger’s lounge silhouetted her form and took the sharp edges out of her appearance.
She almost seemed vulnerable there, in her sweatpants and loose t-shirt. Her hair had been pulled back into a braid. The light caught the loose strands of her hair, making it look like strings of spun gold. My eyes couldn’t help but wander to the smooth plane of her neck. I couldn’t stop the prying thoughts that wondered how it would feel, how it would taste, if she’d just let me get close enough.
I pressed my lips closed and squeezed my eyes. I gave myself a moment to breathe and settle my system before I turned around and fixed my eyes on the cocktail cradled in my hands.
The stupid drink, wiping away every ounce of self-preservation I had.
The door clicked shut and Natasha walked up beside me, bracing her arms on the railing, mirroring my position. A beer bottle hung from her fingers, dangling precariously over the distant ground. Natasha took a swig and from the sound of it, she was quite far into her drink as well. At least I wasn’t the only intoxicated one.
I sipped at my now fully melted cocktail. I winced at the overwhelmingly sweet liquid. Without the ice to break up the taste, it had turned into a cloying mixture of syrup and rum.
“Too hard for you?” Natasha’s voice was low and heavy.
Her voice tugged at something deep in the pit of my gut. My heart fluttered in my chest and my breaths shuddered. Heat prickled at my cheeks, and I prayed that Natasha thought it was because of the alcohol. I glanced at her out of the corner of my eyes and knew my prayers had fallen upon deaf ears when I saw the teasing tilt to her lips.
I don’t know if it was the alcohol or the illusion of sanctity the darkness granted, but the truth came out before I could even consider filtering my words, “A bit.”
Natasha’s ghost of a smile grew into a full-on grin. Her voice dipped into a sultry drawl that raked along my bones, “You should let me buy you a drink some time. I can show you what hard feels like.”
My hand tightened around the glass. I opened my mouth, prepared to spit out one of the million scripted rejections I had tucked in the back of my mind, but stopped short.
I schooled my features and turned towards Natasha. I took in her stance: her relaxed shoulders, fingers that fidgeted with the rim of the beer bottle, her ram-rod straight back, her attentive eyes, her welcoming smile, the way her head tilted just-so. She was expectant, waiting, and… nervous? A furrow ghosted in the space between her brows. Tiny fragments of uncertainty flashed across her face.
I swallowed and stared into her eyes. I tapped my thigh with my free hand. Silence stretched between us. My muscles tensed with every second that crept by.
I was such an idiot. A fool. My hesitation revealed more than I ever wanted Natasha to know. My growing silence stripped me bare and made me more naked than I would’ve been if I had merely removed my clothes.
“Or--” Natasha’s words were slow, hesitant, searching, “--you can buy me one of those cocktails you always get, we can get drunk, and I can stop calling you a lightweight.”
I pressed my lips together and searched Natasha’s expression. All I found was a gentle vulnerability. There was teasing, yes, but behind all that was an openness I’d never seen in her before.
What if, this time, it was a genuine offer? What if I said yes? Would she take me to a bar, let me order her a drink, and end the night with more than a painfully professional handshake? Or would she laugh and back off, making me look like a fool for even considering the offer?
My mind was too clouded to make a clear choice. I couldn’t discern anything more from her expression. I couldn’t calculate all the possible responses.
I let out a shuddering breath and, with the type of courage I could only get from the alcohol coursing through my system, said, “Only if you promise to show me the best places.”
Natasha let out a breath and straightened. All signs of tension smoothed from her face. A light seemed to spark in her eyes, bringing a glowing warmth to her features.
“Promise,” Natasha said, her voice strung with the softness and truth in her oath.

Danny the Young Justice member
“Hey, like, hypothetically, do you think Justice League could pay me if I became hero full time?”
It shaped out to be pretty long and boring stake-out, with rest of Team scattered around but connected with Mindlink, so it seemed like best moment to ask. It wasn’t something Danny wanted to do, but it shaped out to be his only chance to get any future. He cried over it enough times already, so there was even a chance he won’t breakdown trying to discuss it out in the semi-public. He wanted to keep it as calm and rational as he could and hey, if something started to get too emotional, he could say he saw some suspicious movement and fly off to fight someone. Really, it was perfect situation.
“How hypothetical is this question?” Robin asked after a beat of silence. It was quiet and careful, like he was afraid to set him off if he said something wrong or he did it wrong way. It made skin on his back crawl. Danny knew he was a bit more volatile lately, but he really hoped special treatment would stop soon.
“Hypothetical”
“Okay, let’s say we don’t know it’s a lie”
“Unnecessary” Artemis coughed.
“C’mon it kinda was–”
“Can someone just answer my fucking question?”
“I don’t think so. Batman is the one doing most of the funding, and he is really stubborn about school and future. He wants us all to have chance at normal life outside of this hero villain business with regular job and stuff”
That didn’t bode well, but Danny hadn’t got this far by losing hope whenever first obstacle occurred.
“But I could be ready whenever disaster strikes or some villain attacks or really whenever it’s necessary and I wouldn’t need to escape any civilian stuff,” he may have gotten a bit desperate along this little rant, but he just pushed through “It always takes precious minutes and–”
“It doesn’t really seem to be hypothetical anymore,” Wally interrupted and he was lucky to be on different roof, because Danny, he sworn to ancients, would strangle him if redhead was any closer.
He was very adamant about not thinking about how his last ideas of surviving to adulthood started crumbling. He promised himself to not have breakdown in the open.
He wasn’t going to.
It was fine.
He would figure something out. He always did.
“Danny?”
“It’s fine Meg, don’t worry”
“Can we ask what brought this hypothetical on your mind? You’ve always were the most assured that you’ll stop being hero at some point and move on”
Bless Kaldur to always know when to ask best-worst question. Danny wasn’t going to cry, so he wasn’t going to answer.
“We can’t help you if we don’t what’s wrong,” M’gann said softly, like she was just trying to remind him.
Something small hit his lap. A tear. When did it get here?
“It’s fine. It’s just a stupid thought”
“Okay. Tell us when you’re ready”
“Something suspicious is going on, I think it’s what we’re looking for,” Everyone needed Conner on their squad to get conversation back on not emotional track.
As it turned out it was indeed what they were looking for, and soon Danny got to express all of his pent up aggression in only a bit misplaced way.
“That was harsh”
“Shut up, this one doesn’t have pain receptors”
“Phantom has a bad day, huh?”
“You’re about to have worse,” he growled and punched guy until he stopped grinning.
It was quick work after that.
“Danny?”
Only bad side of Mindlink was that he couldn’t act like he was losing connection. It would be useful right now.
“Danny?”
“Not now”
“In the Bioship then. Not a minute later, am I clear?”
“Crystal”
He started calculating a way to get out before. He used to do it all the time, at the beginning. It was easier when Team didn’t know about his human side and they were holding each other at the arms length, but still. He could–
Conner landed right behind him and put hand on his shoulder. It wasn’t restrain, it wasn’t assuring. It was just there.
Here came his plans of escape.
“So–” Artemis started as soon as the door of Ship had closed “– what the fuck is wrong with you lately?”
“We all know it’s not nothing”
“I’m being overdramatic”
“About what?”
Danny just slumped forward and his face in hands.
“Danny”
“I have to retake year. I’m not even half way through highschool and I’m already failing and I- I just can’t do better. It’s not like I don’t have time to study, and I do try sometimes, but just as often I’m just being dumb and messing around, and I knew I failed some other tests, but last one? Last one I was sure I’ve got it, I was trying, I was trying so hard and I still fucked it up and if I can’t make it even when- even when I’m trying my best, then what is the point?”
He took a moment to breathe, to rub tearing eyes. He still wasn’t going to cry.
“I’m already kinda good at this hero thing, so I could just keep it up. I don’t think I’ll make it to the end of high school, so no good job for me, but maybe I could. I could have something, you know. Something useful. Something good. Maybe I can have some life after all”
Someone rubbed his back but he didn’t raise his head to see who.
“I didn’t want to let accident destroy any more of my life than it did, but I don’t think I can”
“Well, impossible sounds right about the task for us. We’ve got you”
Well fuck. That’s about that in not crying department.
#dpxdc#dp x dc#dc x dp#dcxdp#life is being rough rn#so have this#it's funny because I'm flipping between “just meh” to “I'm having good day” to “fuck what am I even doing in uni no way I'm going to finish#and this was written in “just meh” phase in the aftermath of the “uni is not place for me”#there might be another more breakdown fic tomorrow#well see#sorry for whatever is this#wandixx writes#have a nice day dear stranger who got to this part

Se-mi’s apartment had always felt like home to you. Maybe that was your mistake.
Your hoodie hung on the back of her chair. Your toothbrush sat next to hers in the bathroom. Your makeup cluttered the counter, your perfume lingered in the air. Every little thing made it seem like this was your place too, like you belonged there just as much as she did.
But you didn’t. Not really.
Not after what you heard.
It was supposed to be an ordinary night—one of many spent by her side. You had been talking, laughing, feeling the warmth of her attention. But when you went to grab a drink, you stopped in your tracks at the sound of her voice.
“No, Min-su, you—ugh. You just don’t get it. She’s just… how do I say it? Too clingy.”
Your heart stopped.
Min-su’s voice was hesitant. “Noona, don’t you think that’s a bit rude?”
“I know it sounds rude and stuff, but she acts like a fan. She’s obsessed with me! Name one time she lasted a week without sleeping over at my house. Almost all her clothes and makeup and shit are at MY place! Why can’t she just—I don’t know? Min-su, I already have a lot on my plate right now! I don’t need a clingy girl just hanging around my apartment like she lives there! She’s always coming without my permission and shit! She’s too much, she’s annoying, she always—”
You didn’t stay to hear the rest.
You turned on your heel and walked out before you could hear another word.
Did she really think that?
Like a fan? Like an overbearing nuisance?
Tears welled up in your eyes, but you swallowed them back. You couldn’t fall apart here, not in front of people, not when you needed to move.
You hailed a cab and went straight to her apartment—the apartment that was supposed to be your second home. And the moment you stepped inside, you saw just how much of yourself you had left there.
Clothes in the closet. Shoes by the door. Your favorite mug in her cabinet. Your books on her shelves.
God. No wonder she felt suffocated.
For the next hour and a half, you packed. Every little thing that was yours, you shoved into bags. One by one, her apartment stopped looking like yours and started looking like hers again. When you were done, there were four full bags of your belongings sitting by the door.
It finally looked like Se-mi was living alone.
Just like she wanted.
You stood there for a moment, forcing a smile despite the way your heart ached. You were being ridiculous, right? You were clingy. You were overbearing. You had practically moved into her space without asking. This was your fault, wasn’t it?
Your phone buzzed.
You looked down and saw her name flashing across the screen, dozens of unread messages filling your notifications.
“Y/n? Baby? Where are you?”
“Y/n, where did you go?”
“Baby, this isn’t funny.”
“You said you were just getting a drink. Where are you?”
“I’ve been looking everywhere for you. Please come back.”
“Did you go back to the apartment?”
Your grip tightened around the phone. How ironic. She was acting worried now, like she hadn’t just been complaining about how much she wanted space from you.
You didn’t answer. You couldn’t.
Instead, you walked.
The 30-minute walk back to your own place felt longer than ever. By the time you got home, exhaustion weighed on your body, but the ache in your chest hurt more. You took a shower, scrubbing yourself clean, washing away the scent of her that still clung to you.
And then you lay in bed, staring at the ceiling.
Tears slipped down your cheeks, silent but unstoppable.
Did she ever love you the way you loved her?
Was it all just too much?
The buzzing of your phone woke you at 1 AM.
More texts. More missed calls.
“Y/n, why didn’t you tell me you left?!”
“Who picked you up?”
“Why’d you take your stuff? I was fine with it being here.”
“Y/n, just please tell me how you’re doing. I’m really worried.”
“Please, baby…”
“Y/n… I’m confused about all of this. You left the party randomly, then you took all your stuff back. What’s wrong?”
You laughed bitterly through your tears. What was wrong? Really?
You stared at the screen for a long moment before typing.
“I heard you.”
And then you turned off your phone.
You needed to change.
You needed to be less.
Less clingy. Less needy. Less overbearing.
Even if it hurt, even if it meant suppressing everything, you would do it.
If it would make Se-mi happy—
If it would make her stop seeing you as a burden—
If it would make her love you again—
Then you would.
Even if it broke you.

you and rafe had spent the whole afternoon together and it had been everything and more. just like he had promised the other week, he was showing you around LA and never leaving your side.
the sun was beginning to set, painting the sky in shades of pink and orange as you walked along venice beach, his fingers brushing against yours in a way that made your heart race.
"you know," rafe said with a smile, glancing over at you, "i’m glad we’re doing this. not just the tour thing, but... you and me, this."
his words hit differently now, sitting down on the beach to watch the gentle waves and the sky change colours.
you looked over at him, "me too," you said softly, a smile tugging at your lips.
he grinned back, his playful energy still present, but a hint of seriousness took over him. "i've never done this before." he admitted.
"done what?" you asked him.
"caught feelings like this." he spoke softly, almost scared to say the words out loud.
you reached out to touch his cheek, "me neither rafe." you held his gaze, "there's still so much we have to learn about each other."
"i know, and that's what i'm scared of."
"why?" you questioned.
"i'm scared you won't like the version of me you uncover. i'm not good with my words but, i didn't used to be a good person. i was addicted to drugs, i bought girls home every night to fill a void, i was so unhappy and treated people so badly. but this," he stuck his hands out and pointed between the two of you, "i've never experienced this."
his truth taking you by surprise, but making your heart swell that he was opening up to you this way. "i'm not scared rafe. the rafe i know now is a good guy. i've never met someone like you and i want to know all parts of you even those that you think i won't like."
rafe let out a soft, almost shaky breath at your words. it was as if you had taken a weight off his shoulders without even realising it. his eyes softened, and the air between you two stilled for a moment.
his eyes didn't leave yours, no response was needed, but he pulled you in for a soft kiss full of emotion.
he pulled away to stare at you for a moment, searching your face for any sign of doubt, but there was none.
"i’ve been thinking about you a lot," he admitted, almost too quietly. "more than i thought i would. i know we’re still figuring things out, but i can’t help but want to be around you. want to be better because of you."
your heart fluttered at the honesty in his words, the vulnerability making you weak, all laid out in front you.
"rafe, you’re already better. you’ve made it this far and the fact that you're here with me, saying this stuff, shows me just how far you've come. you don’t have to prove anything."
his lips parted as if he was going to say something, but instead, he just smiled. without another word, he reached out, carefully taking your hand into his, the touch gentle, giving it a reassuring squeeze.
after many hours had passed of gentle touches and soft conversation, you headed back to the hotel in time to join the others and pack before your flight back home tomorrow.
your chest was full of happiness, feeling ready for what was to come.

Long, long time
CHAPTER FIVE: There's a first time for everything
SUMMARY: Seventh grade marks some memorable firsts for the girls, both good and bad.
NOTE: Okay whoopsie this lowkey took me ages, but it's over double what I said it would be the other day, but it's not proofread, so if there are any mega plotholes just let me know. I don't mind this one, I think it could've been better but also it's like quite a memorable one for their plot development so like yeah. Also I'm thinking of also posting this on ao3 because I prefer reading on that platform so tell me if you think that's a good or bad idea. Okay, I hope everyone likes it and thinks it's semi-worth the wait.

Warnings: Little bit of angst, Jealous Paige 6.6k words Pairing: Paige Bueckers x Azzi Fudd
---------------------------------------------------
20th of FEBRUARY, 2015
OAKRIDGE, VIRGINIA
It was a normal, seemingly average Tuesday when it happened.
Paige woke up, she chucked on her clothes and went downstairs. She said a quick goodbye to her dad as he left for work and ate cereal at the kitchen counter. When the clock hit eight she grabbed her backpack and locked the front door. Azzi was waiting at the front gate as always.
They walked to school at a not too slow-not too fast pace, Azzi chattering about her crazy dream the night before - something about gingerbread men and a zombie apocalypse. From the moment they started walking to the moment they stopped, the dark-haired girl made a point to fill the air between them with consistent conversation, not that Paige minded, it was nice to just listen sometimes.
The first bell rang as they entered the school, and the best friends parted ways for their classes, Paige to Maths and Azzi to French. First period rolled into second period, which rolled into third period. Finally, after an agonizing three hours of education, it was time for lunch.
Tuesday was renowned for having the best lunch, mac and cheese. It was simply mind blowing that the lunch ladies -who were almost always one health code violation away from unemployment- were able to create such delicious food. Each bite was other-worldly, the perfect ratio of pasta to sauce. And after such a draining morning, every student at Oakridge Middle School was absolutely desperate for a taste of heaven.
Paige scoffed at the line of eager kids waiting for their bowl, amateur hour. If they were smart they would have known that you’re allowed to get two bowls, if Miss Amanda likes you that is. All Paige had to say on the matter was that Miss Amanda loved Azzi, arguably more than her own daughter. So, with a proud grin, Paige waltzed her way past the queue over to her lunch table.
Azzi and Paige had sat together at the same lunch table every day since they started middle school. They shared their table with a few other girls in their grade, who they were friendly with. It was a peaceful arrangement, and the cohabitation worked well for both groups.
As she neared the table, Paige felt her heart drop, something was very, very wrong. The state of the cafeteria could be described as pure pandemonium. Each pre-teen wolfing food into their mouths like their lives depended on it, and some of the most violent line-cutting techniques could be observed. Paige herself had been looking forward to their silent lunch break, expecting both her and her best friend to be fully focussing on their food as was normal on a Tuesday.
So, when her table came into sight, there was no doubt that something horrible had happened to Azzi Fudd. The scene was comparable to a renaissance painting, amongst all the chaos sat Azzi, two glorious bowls of mac and cheese in front of her, both of them perfectly untouched. She was staring ahead, eyebrows furrowed as if she was deep in thought.
There were many things Paige didn’t like about the world, but the thing she liked the least was seeing Azzi distressed. With a deep breath she walked over to the table, prepared to beat up whoever it was that had messed with her best friend.
“Hey Az!” Paige exclaimed as she sat down, her voice filled with so much enthusiasm it seemed almost fake.
“Hey Paige.” Azzi responded, glancing at her with that same pensieve look she’d had when she was sitting by herself.
Okay, now this was concerning. Not to be too full of herself or anything, but Paige was usually a fix-all for any of Azzi’s bad moods, so the fact her presence changed nothing, was definitely an issue.
“Everything good? You look a bit upset.”
“No, I'm not upset.” The younger girl answered, giving absolutely no sign of not being upset.
“That’s good, I’m glad to hear that.” Sure, she was glad to hear her best friend say she wasn’t upset, but that statement didn’t mean much when the best friend in question looked like she might drop dead from stress in the next minute.
Just before she was able to continue her investigation, Azzi took in a big breath, as if trying to breathe in all the courage she could, before she started, “Listen Paige, I need to tell you something.”
Oh god, what could it be? A death in the family? An illness? She didn’t even want to think, could she be… moving? No. No. That was not the time for spiralling. Paige took a moment to compose herself. Azzi was clearly upset by whatever was happening, and the last thing Paige wanted was to make her even more upset by reacting anxiously.
In the most calm tone she could muster, she asked, “Okay?”
“I’ve been keeping a secret from you.” Azzi said. She had clearly tried to sound confident, but the words came out sounding oh-so very sad.
“What? You’re a mob boss or something?” She joked, hoping to take away some of the tension that Azzi seemed to be drowning in.
“No, not that.” She deadpanned. Now, Paige was aware that it wasn’t her best joke, but she still thought it deserved a little laughter.
Normally Paige’s crappy dad jokes were enough to take Azzi’s mind off whatever was troubling her for at least a second, but nothing was cracking her shell. For a moment, Paige let her composure slip, “Just tell me Az, you’re really stressing me out.”
Then, Azzi’s stressed exterior slipped, giving way to a softer look, the one she saved for Paige, “Okay, so you know Aaron?”
Paige ran through a mental list of kids in their grade before she questioned, “Aaron B or Aaron W?”
“Aaron B.” Azzi replied. It was probably a trick of the light or something, but Paige swore that as her best friend answered the corner of her mouth flickered up into a smile.
“Yeah I know him. Didn’t he pee his pants sleepwalking at sixth grade camp or something?” Paige chuckled at the memory, there was nothing like the silly fun of a school camp.
“That was Aaron W, not Aaron B.” Azzi stated matter-of-factly.
Not laughing at the mob boss joke, sure Paige could get that. But not laughing at the thought of a twelve year old sleepwalking and sleep-peeing, simply unheard of.
Paige usually had pretty thick skin, but for some reason Azzi’s reaction mellowed her out, “Oh, right.”
For the second time, Azzi softened, her gaze meeting Paige’s almost apologetically, before she continued, “Anyways, so Aaron B?”
It was weird, the way she was acting. Her worried demeanour was a stark contrast to the urgency and statementness of her words. It seemed as if Azzi had been tasked with telling Paige this secret with as little personality as possible.
“What about him?” Paige questioned, deciding to help the younger girl move her explaining along.
“Well…” Azzi started, before suddenly developing the most intense interest in staring at literally anything other than the blonde girl sitting with her. A solid minute of silent waiting passed by, with Paige waiting to see what she had to say, and Azzi questioning if it was too late to back out.
Just when Paige thought she would never hear her best friend speak again, Azzi blurted, “He asked me to be his girlfriend.”
“What?! Paige near-yelled, she had almost stood up from the table in her outrage,“You said no, right?!”
Who did this chumbag think he was? Asking the Azzi Fudd to be his girlfriend?
God, it must have felt great for Azzi to put him in his place.
Nothing in the entire, ever-expanding universe could have prepared her for the words that came out of her best friend’s mouth, “I said yes.”
The words dropped like a bomb, waves of shock almost knocking Paige to the ground.
“What the fuck Az!? Why!?” This time Paige stood up from the table, hands slamming down, shaking the bowls of mac and cheese, before Azzi pulled her back down.
She got this shy look on her face as she spoke, her cheeks and ears burning, “I dunno. He’s cute, and he’s nice and funny.” For the first time during that lunch break, Azzi smiled. It was a different smile, one Paige hadn’t seen before. Once she saw it, she immediately wished she could unsee it. There was something about that smile, it held a different weight than her usual ones, like it meant something more, something deeper than when she smiled at Paige.
There was only one explanation, Azzi had gone crazy, and as her lifelong best friend, it was up to Paige to talk some sense into her, “Yeah, so what? I’m all of those things, doesn’t mean you’re gonna date me!”
Paige’s words settled in the air as Azzi returned her gaze to her. For the third time Azzi’s demeanor softened. She looked at her with such lightness, as if the weight of her vision would crack Paige’s skin open. Normally she liked it, but normal definitely did not include her best friend dating some random boy she barely knew,
Paige knew she was strong and she didn’t like to be babied, her exterior was tough and hard to break. The only people she ever really let loose around was her dad, and the Fudds. She knew none of the kids at school would ever be able to pick it, but she was a major dad’s girl. Not in the stereotypical, ‘pink princess’ way, but just in the way that her Dad was her hero, and Bob gave everything he had and more to Paige no matter what. With the Fudds, they were like the extended family she had never really had, being with them was great, she knew she was like a daughter to Katie and Tim, and like a sister to Jon and Jose. That being said, they were the people who saw her at her highs and lows, and they knew when to go hard or easy on her.
But with Azzi it was different. With Azzi she let herself go soft, let her guarded exterior turn mushy. Paige couldn’t count the amount of times she had cried over her mom, over life, tucked into the crook of Azzi’s neck. She would look at her with those soft eyes, and Paige knew it wasn’t patronising, she knew Azzi would never hold her moments of vulnerability against her. It was the only time she would ever let herself be unguarded.
But in that moment not even the look on Azzi’s face could make her feel better.
Yet, the whole situation was somehow made worse when Azzi spoke again, “It’s different Paige. Surely you’ve had a crush on someone before, it’s just different.”
With her words, some deep-seated anger arose from Paige. It was a weird feeling, being upset with Azzi - it had never happened before. Why would she say that, “It’s just different.”? Like their friendship meant nothing in comparison to her snapchat streak with a un-potty trained seventh grader.
“Yeah whatever Az.” Paige spat, her voice dripping with venom, “Why don’t you go and change his diaper or something?”
That time, Paige’s words were the ones to shock Azzi, “Why are you mad at me?!” Confusion was etched all across her face. “And also I told you that was Aaron W not B!”
“Same-same. Now if you don’t mind I have some Mac and cheese to eat.” Paige spoke dismissively, turning to give her full attention to her mac and cheese as she poked at it.
Paige avoided eye contact with Azzi like her life depended on it, not even daring to glance at her as she stared at her from across the table. It wasn’t until the second end-of-lunch bell rang that Azzi finally got up, leaving Paige to sit there with her thoughts.
And for the first time ever, Paige sat without Azzi at the table, and binned two, full bowls of mac and cheese.

24th of FEBRUARY, 2015
OAKRIDGE, VIRGINIA
Paige had never considered herself a violent, or mean person. But there was just something about seeing Azzi and Aaron together that made her want to scream and yell and throw things. There were just so many things to dislike about Aaron, it was really hard to pinpoint exactly what made him so horrible.
Objectively speaking, he wasn’t ugly per se, but he definitely wasn’t a looker either. He had a button nose, a sharp jawline, clear skin, and bright green eyes.
When she put it like that she knew that it sounded like he could be attractive - but he was not.
Looking at Aaron was a jarring experience. It had never occurred to Paige how creepy-looking he was until Azzi started dating him. Aaron had managed to ruin her brooding time, she couldn’t glare at her best friend without seeing his ugly face, or hearing his revolting voice - or worse, his laugh.
When she heard two girls in English talking about how lucky Azzi was to be his girlfriend she barely stopped herself from turning and strangling them both, and instead shut her mouth as tight as she could, and clenched her fists till her knuckles were pure white.
To take her mind off the situation, she imagined him as a child, coming home from yet another lonely, friendless day at school to find his mother hosting an afternoon tea with her friends. They would fawn over him, and say “You’re going to be such a heartbreaker!” as they pinched his cheeks. Of course, they all knew it wasn’t the truth, but that’s just what you say to unfortunate looking kids, who grow up to be unfortunate looking pre-teens that ask out girls way out of their league.
Maybe what irked her was the fact that Azzi had smiled when she spoke about him, that saying the things she liked about him broke her out of her broody trance. Or maybe it was the way her cheeks had tinted the prettiest pink. How the galaxies in her dark brown eyes lit up a thousand times brighter. How the dimple in her cheek popped when she hung out with him, how her laughter at his shitty jokes echoed through the halls, honey sweet and sing-songy.
It was only when she came upon that specific reason for not liking him that she realised that maybe that gnawing, sour feeling that had settled low in her belly was something more akin to jealousy. And then, in the same strand of thoughts she decided to stop thinking altogether about why she didn’t like him, and instead just double down on the fact that Aaron sucked and she absolutely hated him.
--------------------------------------------------
27th of FEBRUARY, 2015
OAKRIDGE VIRGINIA
The final nail in the coffin came when Paige left her third period Spanish class.
It was a Tuesday, which meant the best mac and cheese in the world. But it also meant it had been a week since Paige and Azzi had last spoken.
If avoiding Azzi was an olympic sport, then Paige had become a twenty-time gold medalist.
For the first few days they weren’t talking, Paige made a point to stay in Azzi’s vision. She had decided that if she had to be reminded of the emptiness of Azzi in her life, then Azzi should be reminded of Paige. She made sure to be subtle with it, instead of standing directly in front of her, she’d ensure that Azzi would catch glimpses of her from her peripheral vision. Paige would watch as Azzi would spot her, then she would force herself to keep a straight face as she watched her best friend apologise to Aaron for forgetting what it was he had been saying.
That whole thing had been going perfectly, exactly to plan, but then it just started to make her really sad and really angry, and then, of course, her only option was to avoid Azzi, no matter what it took.
She thought it would be simple, she knew Azzi's entire timetable, she knew which hallways she walked down, she wouldn’t be surprised if she could estimate the amount of steps it took for her to get from point A to B. So in theory, it should’ve been smooth sailing to stay away from her, but nothing in her life had been easy, except Azzi - up until that point.
Aaron simply had to ruin, not only her friendship with her best friend, but also her ploy to never see her again. Obviously, because she wasn’t weird, she had absolutely zero idea about Aaron’s timetable, let alone his whereabouts, and in the past week the boyfriend-girlfriend duo had become attached at the hip, meaning it was nearly impossible to avoid them. The key word being nearly.
Paige had been working tirelessly to avoid the both of them, and somehow she had been able to manage it. Her genius strategy? Waiting till the second bell to leave for her next class. On the negative side, she had sprinted away from basically every hall monitor in the school multiple times. But on the positive, she had not seen Aaron and Azzi together in days, which was basically all she wanted.
As glad as she was to not see them together, it was the first time ever that Paige wasn’t on speaking terms with Azzi, and it made her really, really sad. Which was why she wasn’t thinking straight when she left third period Spanish and walked her usual route to the cafeteria - out the language corridor, round the gym, past Aaron and Azzi holding hands, then home-free into the cafeteria.
What. The. Actual. Fucking. Fuck.
Paige isn’t a squeamish person in the least, but the sight of Azzi’s soft hand encased in Aaron’s sweaty one nearly made her throw up. It was surreal, it felt like time had paused, like Paige was floating in time, stuck in place staring at them as they walked hand-in-hand down the hall.
She could have stayed in her trance all day, glued down in the centre of the hallway, but thanks to Mac and cheese Tuesday the hordes of smelly tweens are pushing her forward towards the cafeteria.
Just like the week before she walked past the lunch line and went straight to her table. Since Azzi had been sitting with Aaron and his little minions, Paige had been left to sit with the girls they shared their table with. There were four of them, and they were nice, something Paige had never cared to notice, too busy with Azzi to pay attention to the girls sitting two feet away from them.
They were nice in all the cliche ways, but what made their kindness stand out was the fact they had not mentioned Azzi once, and had simply invited Paige into their conversations. It was good for her to talk to other people, to get out of her head.
She was aware that she hadn’t been looking or acting her best since the previous Tuesday, but no one had said anything or shown a reaction to her disheveled appearance. It was only on that Tuesday, when Paige had stomped her way to the table that the girls had acknowledged her delicate state.
“Hey Paige!” Shania greeted, her friendly smile quickly growing concerned as she and the rest of the group took in her severely agitated condition, “Are you alright?”
“Wha- Yeah, yeah, I’m fine. Nothing to worry about here!” The table continued to stare at her worriedly, perhaps more so after her seemingly, self-assuring response.
“Oookay, cool.” Shania responded, voice filled with nothing but good-willed apprehension.
The table fell into silence, the girls trying to figure out how to deal with Paige’s nuclear state, and Paige trying to act as normal as she could after seeing her best friend of seven years holding hands with a grubby boy.
“Oh my gosh, I forgot to tell you about this Paige! There’s a party this Friday at Ryan’s, and you should totally come along!” Emma squealed at her excitedly.
“Yeah, sure, I’d like that.” Paige responded, trying her hardest to sound happy despite herself.
“Yay! I’ll text you the deets,” Emma said, passing Paige her phone, encased in pink diamontes, “Put your number in.”
Paige dutifully poked in her phone number before handing it back. The girls fell into conversation about the party, talking about drinks and other people that were going. Paige was content with letting it go in one ear and out the other, until she heard the name ‘Aaron B’ sandwiched in between the names of the other partygoers.
Aaron going to the party meant Azzi going to the party, that meant they were both going to the party that Paige was going to. Great. Just great. She would get front row seats to their love-fest, how exciting.
For some reason that knowledge didn’t make her cancel, instead it fueled her with reasons to go. She wanted to be there, and wanted to be the one to surprise Azzi with her presence. She wanted her to feel that same stomach dropping feeling she had felt all week, she wanted to be the one with the upper hand. Another, softer part of her, wanted her first, boy-girl, alcohol party to be the same as Azzi’s, even if they weren’t experiencing it together, together.
--------------------------------------------------
2nd of MARCH, 2015
OAKRIDGE VIRGINIA
The school day had dragged on for so long Paige had accepted the fact that it would never end, meaning she nearly cried tears of joy when the end-of-school bell had rung out through the halls.
Ever since Tuesday she had been buzzing with both nerves and excitement. She was convinced that going to her first proper party would cause some cosmic shift within her universe, like the clouds would part and the angels would sing to her the second her hands touched the glass of a lukewarm berry cruiser.
With much more enthusiasm than necessary she had swiped her book into her backpack and power-walked out of school. That had become a prime part of the ‘avoiding Azzi’ plan, leaving way too early for school in the morning, and booking out of school the second it ended to make sure their paths didn’t cross.
As she walked into their street, a pang of guilt struck through her chest at the sight of the Fudd house. It had been killing her, not just the radio silence between her and Azzi, but the subsequent disconnect that had happened between her and the rest of Azzi’s family.
It was odd, she hadn’t felt the shoulder punches from Jon and Jose in over a week. Hadn’t been yelled at motherly by Katie in over a week. Hadn’t been pulled into a daughter and extra-daughter hug by Tim in over a week. They were things that were a part of her daily life that she had always taken for granted, assuming they’d always be there.
That wasn’t the only thing she had missed, mostly she had been missing Azzi. Paige missed her so much, she just missed everything about her. And she had officially decided that she would try to make up with Azzi, preferably as soon as possible. Her best case scenario had her hoping for a reconciliation at the party that night. All she had to do was pull her away from Aaron and she was golden, she was one hundred percent sure that Azzi would forgive her once she apologised, because she really was sorry.
The more and more she thought about the whole situation the more she realised how absolutely crazy she had been acting, from quite literally the moment Azzi told her. It was like a switch had flipped in her brain, and all rational thinking had been thrown out the window.
As she showered and got dressed for the party Paige was growing increasingly excited at the prospect of speaking to Azzi again after what felt like a lifetime of separation.
She got her dad to drop her off at seven-thirty at Ryan’s house. Her dad had given her a stern talking to about drugs and alcohol, and the dangers of them.
Unfortunately, Bob would have been severely disappointed to find out that Paige had accepted a cruiser immediately upon arrival. As excited as she was to talk to Azzi, she was also desperately nervous about going to her first party, and having to enter by herself. Although the cruiser didn’t reveal cosmic secrets to her, it did send the lightest buzz through her, and inspire her to go to the kitchen and concoct a wickedly bitter vodka-juice blend in a plastic red cup.
After a while of floating around, Paige spotted Shania and her friends in the corner, and quickly made her way towards them. As she does she scans the room for Azzi and/or Aaron. That still made her upset, that they were now always together, like Paige and Azzi usually were, but whatever, Paige was there to make up with Azzi, not trash on her stupid boyfriend.
She walked up to the girls and fell into the simple chatter that they constantly had going. It was nice, they were nice, the way the alcohol made her feel was nice. She was content, simply standing there huddled in a circle with them as they discussed something Paige really didn’t care about. It appeared they were going to stay like that, until someone yelled ‘Spin the bottle time!’.
Suddenly, everyone, including Paige, was shoved into the basement, a large, misshapen circle of people sat in the centre of the room. Scanning the room once again, Paige finally saw her.
Azzi was sitting in the circle, pressed up against Aaron on one side and some random cheerleader on the other. She was wearing a pink sweater and her nicest pair of jeans, her hair was out and her lips were glossed a soft mauve. To put it simply, she looked really pretty.
Paige was leaning against a wall, her third drink and second cruiser of the night held firmly in her hand. She had opted out of the game, not wanting to have to swap spit with some stupid boy in her grade if the bottle were to land on her.
It suddenly hit her that she was sitting out of the game because she didn’t want to kiss someone, and that Azzi was sitting in on the game because she did want to kiss someone. And that someone would obviously be her boyfriend.
The thought of Azzi kissing him made her shudder, but she pushed it to the side. Azzi was her best friend and it should not have mattered to Paige who she kissed, so she decided not to care.
For the amount of hype the game had received, it was actually quite boring. Someone would spin the bottle, the bottle would land on someone, they would kiss, then the process would repeat. It wasn’t until Kathy Libertman spun the bottle and it landed on Johnny Albertson that there were some oohs and aahs. The fact that Kathy had the world’s most massive crush on Johnny was as widely accepted as the fact that two plus two equals four.
As Paige chuckled at the spin she glanced towards Azzi, who looked up at her at that exact moment. Instead of looking away like she would have a few days ago she held her gaze, blue eyes on brown for the first time in too long, and smiled just a little. A look of confusion mixed with shock passed over Azzi’s face before the corner’s of her mouth flicked up.
God that felt good. The cruisers hadn’t changed her life, but seeing her best friend smile at her like that again made Paige think that maybe the universe was on her side.
After Johnny had adeptly swerved Kathy, a few more rounds passed. Then, it was Aaron’s turn. Azzi was trying to play it cool, but Paige knew every single one of her nervous tells, the clench of her jaw and the furrow of her brows softening for a second as Paige gave her an encouraging nod.
Aaron reached into the circle and spun the empty coke bottle. It spun and spun and spun before coming to a perfect stop between Azzi and the cheerleader next to her.
The chatter of the room dissipated immediately as everyone watched in anticipation. Azzi was visibly distressed, and even Paige was nervous as to where the situation was headed.
Aaron hesitated for a moment, his gaze flickering between his girlfriend, the strawberry-blonde girl next to her, and the coke bottle. With a big intake of air, he leant forward over Azzi and kissed the cheerleader. The room erupted in a mix of confusion and support.
Everyone in the room was watching as Aaron and the cheerleader kissed for what seemed like forever, but Paige had her eyes trained on Azzi, who looked like a deer in the headlights stuck between them. Pushing through the room, Paige reached a hand out to Azzi who gladly took it and let herself be pulled out of the room and onto the street.
They stood in companionable silence, there were things they needed to say, but not yet.
It was nearing eleven o’clock when Paige called her dad to pick them up. The night air was chilly but when Paige’s hand brushed against Azzi, her whole body heated up from her best friend’s warmth.
Paige didn’t know if Azzi had been drinking or not, but she knew when they got into her dad’s car that he would know that Paige had in fact been drinking, and hadn’t heeded her dad’s warning. She expected a lecture on the danger of drinking but instead was met with absolutely zero conversation directed towards her, instead, her dad was talking to Azzi, catching up with her about the past week and a half of their lives. It hadn’t occurred to her till then that Azzi was just as much a part of her family as Paige was a part of hers - she had missed Azzi in her life so much.
The two girls went straight to Paige’s room and Bob to his. Only when they were tucked safely into the gentle warmth of the bedroom did Paige speak, “Listen, I’m really sorry Az. I don’t know why I was being so crazy, he just made me so upset, like I knew you were way out of his league and I just knew that you deserved way, way better than him.”
After her rant Paige sort of expected Azzi to get mad at her and let out her anger at the whole situation, yet Azzi simply smiled, “Yeah you were being pretty crazy, but I’m sorry too”
Paige scoffed at that, earning a confused chuckle from Azzi, “What are you sorry for? You literally did nothing wrong.”
“Well I should’ve told you ages ago, we had been texting every night for two whole weeks before he asked me out, and I don’t really know why I didn’t tell you… It’s just that I was really worried you were gonna react… exactly like you reacted, y’know?” The curly-haired girl explained.
“Yeah, I get that, I did have like the worst reaction a person could have,” Paige confessed softly “I mean, I’m just so sorry Az, I wish I never got angry, I’ve missed you so much.”
Azzi pulled the blonde in for a hug, her head nestled in the crook of Azzi’s neck, the familiar, sweet aroma of her perfume filling her senses.
With a squeeze Azzi pulled away, before she flopped face-first onto Paige’s bed, “God that was so embarrassing.”
It was quite the situation, but it was definitely way more embarrassing for Aaron, like, fumbling the single-most pretty and smart and kind and funny girl in the whole school. She decided against saying that, and instead tried to lighten the situation, “Could’ve been worse, you saw what happened to Kathy.”
“Yeah, but Johnny’s not her boyfriend.” Azzi mumbled from her spot splayed out on Paige’s bed.
“That’s true I guess.” Paige responded thoughtfully, accepting defeat.
“Great. thanks Paigey.” She grumbled light-heartedly.
Right before Paige went to apologise Azzi sprang up into a sitting position on the bed, “It just sucks y’know?”
“Yeah I know.” Paige hummed in agreement. Their shoulders were pressed together again, and Paige could feel the touch and the alcohol mixing and making her brain short circuit a little
“Like I really thought I was gonna have my first kiss tonight” Azzi huffed in upset annoyance.
“Well look on the bright side, he’s a mega dick, so really you dodged a bullet.” Paige reassured her.
As much as she was glad that Azzi had found out what a douche he was, she wished even more that it had happened quietly, not in front of a big crowd of people.
“You’re actually quite right.” Azzi agreed after considering her statement for a moment.
Paige playfully shoved her with her shoulder, “Of course I am.”
Azzi went quiet for a second before she turned to look Paige in the eyes, “Yeah. I want my first kiss to mean something. To be with someone that really cares about me and stuff.”
The words came from her mouth before she could think about what she was saying, “I mean you still could.”
Paige didn’t know what it was that made her say that. Maybe it was the liquid courage from before. Or maybe it was the adrenaline from making up with her best friend. Or maybe, just maybe, it was the way the streetlight glow filtering in through the windows was hitting Azzi’s cheekbones just right, how her lashes were long and her lips full. How Paige wasn’t sure she had ever truly appreciated Azzi’s beauty before the way it was meant to be.
“What do you mean?” Azzi asked. It seemed like a question, but with the way Azzi was batting her eyelashes at her, it started to seem more like a challenge.
Paige’s brain actually did short circuit for a split second that time, but then, mostly thanks to the liquor, she decided to just double down and speak with confidence.
“I think you know what I mean” She responded, her blue eyes flickering from Azzi’s doe-y brown ones to her soft lips.
Almost imperceptibly, Azzi shifted closer.
“Yeah.” She breathed out shakily, breaking eye contact to not so subtly look at Paige’s mouth.
“So can I?” Paige asked, moving her hand to rest on Azzi’s shoulder; confidence suddenly oozing out of her every pore.
“Yes.” Azzi responded quickly, her eyes trained only on her best friend’s mouth, before starting again, as if trying to regain some dignity, “Yeah. Yes please.”
Paige gave a soft smile before moving her hand up to cup Azzi’s jaw, the other settling feather-light on her waist. She watched as Azzi’s breath hitches, and her eyes flickered close. Paige followed suit, leaning in slowly. Azzi’s hands were hovering over both of her shoulders, as if unsure of what to do. Paige doesn’t mind though, if it weren’t for the alcohol that was running amok through her system they probably wouldn’t have even been in that situation in the first place.
After an eternity of leaning in, their lips touched in a soft peck. Only for a second, before they pulled away. Azzi tasted sweet, like canned lemonade and strawberry scented lip gloss. Her skin was warm under Paige’s hands.
Maybe it had been minutes or days or years since their kiss, neither were sure. All Paige knew was that she wanted to kiss Azzi again, and so she did. That time she let herself linger, let herself apply a little bit of pressure, and in return Azzi pressed in a little harder too. When Azzi made a little sound of contentment Paige thought she might explode. She wanted to keep going, but something told her to stop, to let it be good just as it was.
When she pulled away and opened her eyes, Azzi still had hers closed. And for a split second, Paige swore she caught a smile on her face, a kind of smile she had never given to Paige before.
Now that was it. That was the cosmic feeling Paige had been waiting for. Scratch the cruisers, scratch everything else, that was the feeling. The kind that people chase their whole lives, and Paige had just experienced it on a random Friday night in the quiet of her room.
Friendship really was magical.
Azzi was her best friend, of course it would be her, they were the closest of all platonic soulmates.
A few seconds later, Azzi opened her eyes, and smiled at her. Her hands were still on Paige’s shoulders and she decided that she wouldn’t mind holding onto each other like that forever.
Kicking off their shoes they surrendered to wearing their outside clothes to sleep. Paige had a double bed, which was the absolute perfect size for two people in Azzi’s opinion.
They tangled together in a mess of warm limbs under the blanket. Azzi had her head on Paige’s chest, listening to the rhythmic thumping of her heartbeat.
“Thanks Paigey. I’m glad you were my first kiss” She whispered against her jumpered chest.
“I’m glad you were mine too Az, that’s what best friends are for, right?” Paige smiled good-naturedly, her chin coming to rest against Azzi’s head.
Azzi let out a little choked sound before she responded, “Yeah, best friends, totally.”
Paige ignored the weird way she was talking - it had been a long night - and pulled Azzi into her just a little tighter, prepared to let sleep take over.
Just when she thought she was about to fall asleep she heard Azzi’s whisper again, “Paige, you were right.”
“Yeah I usually am.” Paige smirked sleepily.
“So full of yourself, god.” Azzi said as she used her arm draped around Paige’s waist to poke her in the side.
Wincing slightly Paige gloated, “That’s like the second time you’ve said something like that to me tonight.”
“Yeah whatever you goof.” Azzi conceded, seemingly forgetting about whatever it was she had to say.
Paige wanted to sleep, but she wanted to know what it was that Azzi was going to tell her, “Wait, so what specifically was I right about?” she asked as she gave Azzi’s shoulder a soft squeeze.
“Oh right” Azzi spoke softly, “It was Aaron B.”
Azzi always got a little out of it when she was tired, but she always remembered to finish her sentences, “It was Aaron B, what?”
Paige thought she had fallen back asleep after Azzi had gone silent for so long, but after taking a quick inhale of breath Azzi answered quietly, “It was Aaron B that peed his pants on sixth grade camp.”
If it weren’t for the fact Paige was so determined to know what Azzi had said she would have missed the softly spoken words, but she didn’t and she was so glad she heard them.
Paige burst out laughing and Azzi followed along.
“You’re kidding me!” Paige wheezed between gasps.
But Azzi was too busy laughing so hard she could barely breathe, clutching onto Paige’s arm as her mouth opened wide in silent laughter.
That was how they fell asleep, tucked into one another as their heaving laughter gave way to shallow, sleeping breath.

Okay so @pearls-gone-wild tried to hide this in tags:
I can imagine Agony Aunts being there in the shadows of, well, Shades, just silently guarding The Girls on their Girls Night Out, with Angua being there as well, as a half-official wolf just, you know, hanging around, being all good doggo and everything (or not, her being in her human form, being cornered by Nanny Ogg in her cheerful drinking mood). I can imagine the worst of the worst thugs from Shades calling in sick because of their presence on their turf.
Imagine Sam Vimes being okay with the Girls on their Night Out, the duchess Sybil with the Queen of The Night Rosie and The Old Witch… with That Other Witch Who Sings.
Imagine the conversation between Sybil and Granny, the polite friendliness of Sybil like a nuclear icebreaker just ramming into Granny. Imagine all of them playing Cripple Mr Onion in Mended Drum with random locals who “have never seen a witch but heard they are quite rich and not quite get the game, o’rite?” and soon realising their great ideas of cheating meet The Look of That Blonde Over There Who Looks Like She’s Going For The Throat First. And have to listen to The Lecture from Sybil afterwards. Imagine them all devouring Mrs. Palm with their eyes and suddenly forgetting how to speak.
Imagine the moment someone starts singing a familiar song about A Wizard’s Hat and Two Wheelbarrows. Or worse, a Hedgehog.
Imagine Sam Vimes standing on the roof somewhere, sharing a smoke with (why the hell not?) Adora Belle Dearheart and looking down at the town, still in one piece, all ready to blast and burn. Look at the patrician Vetinari being there with them, hidden in the shadows of chimneys and gargoyles.
Imagine the moment Sybil starts singing along to Nanny’s song and her and Rosie changing it into “All The Little Angels”. And Granny Weatherwax who is not into singing at all has this Capital-Ef-Feeling deep inside her and everyone just stops doing everything and sings. Imagine the song going through the city, waking up the old combatants, people stopping whatever they were doing, Vimes crying in the dark.
Imagine being there.
Thinking about the potential for Sybil Ramkin to have been utilising the soft power of her rank and wealth in a pre Guards! Guards! Ankh Morpork and have decided when Vetinari announced the creation of the Beggars' and Seamstress' Guild, Rosie Palm and Queen Molly both received an invitation for tea with Lady Ramkin. Does she fully understand what Havelock is doing? No, but she does understand that people like Ronnie Rust are furious about it....and yet If The Richest, Oldest Family in the city (as the Ramkins *are* - even if the only Ramkin left is eccentric old Sybil) openly accepts the move, centuries of believing that the more money and the more impressive ancestors a person has the more right their actions are will steer Rust and rest to follow Lady Ramkin's lead- at least for a while.
And yes, Havelock can take care of himself- that doesn't mean Sybil's not going to look after him where she can

Drunken Confessions | Theodore Nott x reader
Pairing: Theodore Nott x reader
Summary: Feelings are confessed after seeing you flirt with another man.
Warnings: Characters are 18+!, Alcohol and drinking
Word Count: 3k
Please just imagine that the Weasley twins are still in school xD
The party in the Slytherin common room has been planned for months now and there was always something that got in the way of executing it. One time it was a big upcoming test; the other was the detention of a student who took part in planning this event. But today was finally the day. You could feel everyone’s excitement radiating from them, the way they walked and talked was an obvious sign of how happy they were that this party finally took place. It all started in the morning during breakfast where the only topic the other students were talking about was said party. Conversations on what to wear or with who to go filled the Great Hall. As the day carried on, the people walking through the ancient halls of Hogwarts only got more hyped for the upcoming event. We’ve obviously waited long enough for it to happen.
I was no exception. The moment I got up in the morning, all I could think about was that party. With a big smile blasted on my face, I started my morning, and I was convinced that nothing could ruin my good mood. School has been pretty stressful lately so being able to unwind and let loose for an evening was strongly needed. For everyone.
While walking towards our dorm after class, me and my friend Lorelai were talking about what to wear. She was insisting on wearing her tight black mini dress with high heels, though I tried to talk her out of it. The party will take place in the Slytherin common room. In the dungeons. It would be too cold.
But I was unsuccessful with trying to change her mind. In the end she even convinced me to wear my sparkly dark green mini dress to match her “aesthetic”. Fortunately, this dress had sleeves so I wouldn’t totally freeze to death. Plus, there would be plenty of alcohol so after thinking about it I doubted that the cold could even be a problem.
The moment we arrived at our dorm, Lori stormed through the door and headed towards her closet to set out her outfit. I just chuckled and started doing my make-up.
“Soooo….” I looked up from my mirror when I heard Lori talking and gave her a questioning look.
“Mr. Nott did not ask you to go to the party with him, did he?”
Lorelei’s question made me freeze for a moment. She knew about the crush I had on my best friend Theodore Nott. How could she not? This poor girl had to listen to at least one hundred rants from my side on how perfect and nice and gentle and handsome he is.
I shook my head. “No. In fact, he didn’t even talk about the party until I mentioned it once while studying. At first, he didn’t seem really interested in going.”
“Okay, weird. Theodore Nott and not being hyped about a party? Is he okay? Does he need to go to Madam Pomfrey?” Lorelei’s joke made me giggle a bit.
She was right. Theo and his other friends were one of the few people you would always see whenever there was alcohol. So not mentioning such a big event was not like Theo at all.
“I don’t know. I guess he was just stressed out from all the tests and homework we had over the past couple weeks. But anyways, I convinced him to go with us. Or more specifically pick us up today and escort us to the party.”
Lori just looked at me. There must have been a quite obvious look of disappointment on my face as I explained the situation, because all I got as a response was her signature “I pity you” look. I rolled my eyes at her and continued to concentrate on my make up.
But she was right. I was disappointed. Very much that is.
Since I can remember I had a crush on Theo. The moment I first saw him in the Great Hall during the Sorting Ceremony I knew that I would like him. More than just as friends. And the more we did together, the closer we got, my feeling for him just grew. As he became my best friend, I tried to hide my feelings. Or more like lock them away and keep them suppressed as best as possible. Most of the time it worked, but in some unfortunate moments of weakness, my love for him just seemed to burst out of me.
Like that one evening we spent together on the astronomy tour. We were talking about everything and nothing, just enjoying each other’s company. Theo somehow noticed that I was cold and without hesitating, he gave me his sweater. In this moment, I couldn’t hide the blush that was creeping up my face and unfortunately, I also started to stutter. I couldn’t form any coherent sentences anymore and the worst part about this was that Theo noticed immediately and started teasing me, asking if I had a crush on him.
Just thinking about this evening was making me blush again. This stupid crush. I wish I could just get over it.
Time seemed to fly by and neither of us took notice, the only thing reminding us of how late it actually was, was a sudden knock on our door. Lorelei jumped up from the floor, on which she was doing her hair, to open.
“Babes! It’s your boyfriend!”
I rolled my eyes at her comment but smiled slightly. Oh, how I’d love to be able to call him that.
“I hope I do not intrude but it’s getting late ladies. The party is starting in 15 minutes” A small smirk crept on his lips as his eyes found mine.
Merlin, this smirk. It made me weak in the knees. Fortunately for me, I was still seated on the floor.
I took a moment to look at Theo properly. His hair was still slightly wet from an apparent shower he took before getting ready. Damp curls falling on his forehead, the rest of it looking kind of messy. But in a good way. He also chose to wear his black button-up with his sleeves rolled up. (Which made me go crazy but for obvious reasons can’t tell him) and black dress pants. Everything about this man was perfect and the fact that he somehow managed to look even more handsome this evening made my mind wander to places it definitely shouldn’t.
Before my brain got out of control, I nodded and got up from the floor to walk towards him.
“You know? Beauty takes time but I think we’re done here, right Lori?” I said as I gave Theo a small wink and Lorelei a confirming look. She just nodded, but then started running frantically through our dorm, searching for something.
Me and Theo just watched as she literally turned her whole closet upside down until she had found what she was looking for. Her matching black purse.
“Ready! Let’s go!”
A small chuckle escaped my lips as Lori pushed past me and Theo, running out into the hallway. I gave Theo a quick nudge to his side and off we were.
While walking towards the Slytherin common room, Lorelei walking in front of us, Theo leaned in towards me.
“You look breathtaking, Bella.”
I felt the heat rise to my cheeks, his cologne seeping through my senses and I turned away, trying to hide the immense blush that started spreading on my face. The effect this man had on me was unbelievable.
Theo just chuckled lightly, seemingly proud about what he had achieved and continued to lead me and my friend towards the location of the party.
Even before arriving, loud music and laughter could be heard. The excitement was rushing through my body, and I couldn’t wait to dance, drink and just let loose.
The moment the three of us entered the Slytherin common room, Lori was pulled away by a group of Ravenclaws standing by the entrance, so me and Theo continued to head towards the main area.
The music got louder, and the air got thicker and hotter. Even though the party only started around 10 minutes ago, it was in full swing. Some people were standing near two tables which acted as a makeshift bar, others were dancing to the music and some students were just socializing with others from different houses. I took a deep breath in, smelling the alcohol and sweat lingering in the air. The fear of being too cold in my mini dress immediately left my mind as I felt the heat of at least 50 people ingulfing me.
I turned around to look at Theo, but he wasn’t there anymore. Somehow, this man always managed to disappear without a trace. A small frown spread across my face at the absence of my best friend. Was he serious right now? He just left me standing there? Alone? I shook my head, trying to get any negative thoughts out of my brain and made my way over to the bar, intending to get either some shots of fire whiskey or gin.
As I served myself one or two glasses of alcohol, I felt a presence behind me. Before I could turn around to acknowledge said person, I felt a hand on my shoulder. My hopes of it being Theo were immediately crushed as I turned around and was met with a big smile belonging to Fred Weasley.
“Hello gorgeous.” He gave me a smooth wink.
“All by yourself? While you look like that? I consider this a crime.” I chuckled at his playful and faked offended tone.
I chuckled awkwardly, not knowing how to respond. But then I thought to myself, why not? I’m allowed to have a little bit of fun. Fred is nice, he wouldn’t do anything I wouldn’t want, so I decided to join in on the flirting.
“Well, hello to you too Weasley. You don’t look too bad yourself.” I jokingly flirted back, obviously checking him out while downing my first glass of fire whiskey.
“Are you ready for the best night of your life, darling?”
“Of course, who do you think I am?” Fred smirked at my answer, motioning me to drink my second glass of alcohol I held in my hand. I followed his command, grimacing while I felt the cool liquid burn down my throat, earning a laugh from the guy in front of me.
The night continued and I wandered through the common room, catching up with people I haven’t talked to in a while, though I always found myself back at Freds side as his company and lightheaded personality drew me in.
I wasn’t really interested in him, though I really enjoyed the playful flirting and the compliments we threw at each other throughout the night. It made me forget how Theo had just abandoned me without saying anything. The thought alone made my heart ache.
As I downed my eighth or ninth drink (I couldn’t really think straight anymore, let alone count), I found myself surrounded by a group of Gryffindors, including Harry, Hermoine, Ron, Neville and the Weasley twins. We laughed, told jokes and gossiped. I had the time of my life.
Suddenly, Fred took my hand and pulled me towards the dance floor.
“I love this song! Come. Dance with me gorgeous!”
I felt his hands holding my waist, swaying me to the sound of the music. I closed my eyes, trying to concentrate on the melody and beat of the song, hoping I was looking at least a bit presentable while dancing. Fred leaned in closer, seemingly trying to get more physical contact with me.
But before I could reciprocate his actions, someone pulled me away from my dance partner. The alcohol in my system was numbing my senses so before I even realized that I was no longer dancing with Fred, I was being pulled away from the party. My head was spinning and for the first few seconds, I couldn’t even tell who was walking in front of me with my wrist in their hand. I just awkwardly stumbled after the guy who frantically shook his head and swore under his breath.
“Cazzo! What were you thinking?”
I’d recognize this voice anywhere and anytime. Theo.
I opened my mouth to say something, though no words came out. Finally, we stopped, and Theo turned around to look at me, his grip still firm on my wrist.
“What the fuck were you thinking? Weasley? Of all people? You decided to flirt and dance with a Weasley?” The words rolled off Theo’s tongue like venom. He was mad. No. Infuriated.
“I….”
“No! I don’t want any excuses. Of all the people present at this party you chose to not only flirt and dance with another boy, but also, this boy was a Weasley.”
I have never seen Theo this mad, and my mind couldn’t comprehend why.
“What’s the matter with you? Am I not allowed to have some fun? Plus, I’m very capable of deciding with whom I flirt with. That’s my decision to make. Not yours.”
Theo swallowed hard, probably trying to contain himself from shouting. I could feel the tension radiating off him.
He leaned in, coming dangerously close to my face, still holding my wrist.
“Bella don’t fight me on this. You know very well why I have a problem with this situation.”
He was so close; I could feel his breath on my face and smell his cologne. A blush crept onto my face at the closeness of his body. God. Why was he so hot?
I looked at him, trying to stand my ground.
“Unfortunately, no. I do not know why you have such a big problem with me flirting with Fred. Plus, what else was I supposed to do? Lori was having fun with her friends, and you were nowhere to be found. You left me standing there. Alone. So, I found myself someone to spend the evening with.”
Theo suddenly let go of my hand, putting some distance between us. He raised his hands, brushing them through his already messy hair, letting out a frustrated sigh.
“By Merlin….” The clear frustration in his voice made it obvious that he had enough of this conversation.
“Do you like him?” Theo suddenly asked.
“What?”
“Do you like him?” This time, his voice was firmer, demanding an answer.
I looked at him, my eyes meeting his and for a moment, I could see something behind his eyes that I had never seen before. Desperation, mixed with a little bit of hope.
“I…no. I don’t like him like that.”
“Then why would you spend the whole evening flirting with him?”
“Because I wanted to, okay? You are not my boyfriend, you can’t dec- “
Before I could even finish my sentence, Theo closed the distance between us, reaching up with his hands to cup my cheeks. This action lets a small yelp escape my lips.
“Wha- “
My head was spinning, and I wasn’t sure if it was the alcohol or Theo’s closeness. I was sure that if his body wasn’t pressed so tightly to mine, I would have sunk to the ground with how weak my knees were at that moment. His hands gently caressed my cheeks, his right thumb slowly stroking it. The way he looked at me with desperation, hope and…longing was too much for me. I even stopped breathing for a second. I noticed Theo’s eyes wandering down towards my lips where they lingered for a second before they found my eyes again.
“What…what if I want to be just that?” Theo asked quietly while seemingly staring into my soul.
“What do you mean?”
“What if I want to be your boyfriend?”
The moment these words left Theos lips, my breath hitched, and my mind went blank. What did he just say? My head started spinning even more and I felt a blush rise on my face.
“I like you, cara mia. I’ve always liked you, but I was too much of a fool to tell you. I was scared of ruining our friendship but seeing you today, flirting with another man, that was too much for me. I couldn’t handle you being in the arms of anyone but me.” These words left his lips in a tone so gentle, I would have never believed they came from Theo if I wasn’t experiencing it first handed.
“I….”
“You don’t have to say anything. You probably won’t even remember what I’m telling you right now in the morning. I guess I won’t either. But I needed to get this out of me. I needed you to know how I felt about you.”
Suddenly, I felt a rush of confidence wandering through my body. I raised my hands to mirror Theos previous actions, cupped his cheeks and pulled his face towards mine. Our lips met and I felt like I could explode. The feeling of his lips was better than I could have ever imagined. They were soft and the slight taste of alcohol and cigarettes on them made this kiss so much more intoxicating.
His hands left my cheeks, wandering down my body until they settled on my waist, pulling me even closer into him. The kiss got more and more messy, teeth were clashing, and lips were bitten.
After what felt like an eternity, I had to catch my breath. As I pulled away, my hands still caressing his cheeks and his hands on my waist, a small smile spread across my lips as I tried to breath properly. As I looked up at Theo, the biggest smile I had ever seen on him was painted on his face.
“I love you, amore.” He said, still trying to catch his breath.
“I love you too, darling.”
His hands left my waist, removing mine from his cheeks and gently intertwining our fingers. He gently pulled me behind me, walking in the direction of his dorm.
“So, I guess it’s official now, Bella. No more flirting with Weasley. Or any other man for that matter.” His joke only earned a small laugh from me, already imagining what might happen in his dorm.

Eddie was being cagey again.
It had become Dustin's personal mission now that Eddie was out of the hospital to get the man a girlfriend. As far as Dustin could tell from his probing questions to the Corroded Coffin guys, Eddie had never had a girlfriend, which was honestly shocking to Dustin. Sure, Eddie could be pretty over the top, but everyone liked him. And it wasn't like he was ugly. So he must just be too shy or something. Dustin wanted to help.
Dustin currently had him cornered in Gareth's garage, away from the rest of the group. They'd just finished a D&D session at Gareth's house, with a Corroded Coffin practice scheduled after. Dustin, Lucas, Mike, and Will were waiting for Steve to pick them up before the practice started. Dustin was doing his utmost to get Eddie to go out with one of Robin's band geek friends, but Eddie was resisting all of his attempts.
"Henderson, no." Eddie sounded exactly like Steve did after Dustin had asked for a ride about ten times, trying to get a no to magically change to a yes. "I'm not going to ask Veronica out."
"Why not?" Dustin asked, voice raised. "She's a huge nerd, she flirts with you, like, non-stop, and she's hot."
Eddie sighed. "I'm just not into her."
Dustin groaned, tugging his hands through his hair in frustration. "Are you into anyone? Every time I bring someone up, you shoot the option down."
"Well, I don't like your options, bud. They're not good options."
"That's objectively false!" Dustin yelled. "Most guys would kill for some of the options I've presented!" Why did Eddie have to be like this?
"How can it be objectively false?" Eddie shot back. "It's literally my opinion. The definition of subjective."
Dustin glared at him. He hated when Eddie tried to outsmart him. He hated how often it worked. Steve drove up just as Dustin was opening his mouth for a rebuttal.
"Thank the fucking Lord," Eddie muttered. "Please take this young whippersnapper off of my hands before I kill him," Eddie yelled to Steve when he got out of his car.
"Oh, great," Steve said. "Can't wait to spend the next 15 minutes with a feisty Henderson in my car."
God, they were both such turds sometimes. Dustin sighed loudly and stomped over to Steve's car. "This isn't over, Munson!" he called over his shoulder. Eddie flipped him off in response.
He grabbed the passenger seat before Mike, Lucas, or Will even made it to the car, much to their chagrin. Steve chatted with Eddie for a few moments, Eddie leaning into his space as per usual, slinging an arm over Steve's shoulder.
Dustin leaned over and honked the horn.
"Really, Dustin?" Steve yelled, hands on his hips.
"Some of us have places to be!" Dustin yelled back.
"Where do you have to be?" Lucas asked from the backseat.
Dustin shrugged. "It's the principle of the thing."
Steve spent a few more moments talking to Eddie, probably just to piss Dustin off, then came back to the car.
Dustin gave Steve 30 seconds to adjust, watching the time tick by on his watch. He'd been told off one too many times for immediately starting an interrogation, so this was his compromise with the world. As soon as his watch hit the 30 second mark, he started in.
"So why doesn't Eddie ever date anyone?" Dustin asked, talking over whatever conversation Mike and Will had been having in the back.
Steve glanced at Dustin with a confused expression on his face. "What?"
"From the intel I've gathered, Eddie's never had a girlfriend," Dustin said. "He turns down all of my suggestions for potential dates. But if anyone deserves a girlfriend, it's him. He's, like, a hero. I want to help him find his Suzie."
"Excuse me, what am I? Chopped liver?" Steve interjected. "Why aren't you trying to find me a girlfriend?"
Dustin rolled his eyes. "You've had a million girlfriends, Steve. Give some of the other poor dudes a chance."
"Yeah, Steve. You're kind of hogging the eligible young women of Hawkins," Mike piped up from the back seat.
"I haven't had a girlfriend since Nancy," Steve protested.
"But you do still get around," Dustin insisted.
"Whatever, man." Steve shook his head. "Why don't you let Eddie do his own thing? Maybe he's just picky."
Dustin crossed his arms over his chest and leaned back, not responding. Steve was wrong. Eddie deserved his own Suzie. And Dustin wasn't going to give up on helping him find her.
"So I saw this girl the other day at the arcade," Dustin started. He and Eddie were at the trailer, painting some miniatures. It was his mom's night working late, and Dustin had started spending it with either Eddie or Steve on alternating weeks.
Eddie groaned. "Not again, Henderson. Can't we go, like, one day without this shit?"
"But Eddie! I think you'd really like her. She had a mohawk. Dyed pink. And her nose was pierced."
Eddie dropped his head into his hands, smearing some red paint on his cheek. He stayed that way for a few moments, quieter for much longer than usual. Dustin worried for a moment that he might have broken him. When Eddie finally looked up, his face was serious in a way it almost never was. He reached out for Dustin's hand.
"Dustin. I'm about to tell you something, and you cannot freak out about it. And you can't tell anyone else about it, either. Am I clear?" Usually, Dustin would have thought a joke was coming after an intro like that from Eddie. But he seemed completely earnest this time, so Dustin actually considered what he'd asked.
"What about Suzie?" Dustin asked. "Can I tell Suzie?"
Eddie sighed. "Yeah, you can tell Suzie."
"Alright," Dustin said. "I agree to your terms. No freak out, no telling anyone other than Suzie."
Eddie nodded. "Okay." He took a deep breath and looked away. "I'm gay, Dustin."
It took Dustin a second for his brain to parse what he'd just heard. Eddie. Heavy metal band member, dungeon master Eddie.
"I'm sorry, you're what?" Dustin squeaked. He must have misheard.
"I'm gay," Eddie repeated. "Queer, fruity, a homo, a friend of Dorothy, a fairy. I like men. That's why none of your options have sounded remotely appealing to me. That's why I've never had a girlfriend."
Dustin sat back in his chair, stunned. A lot of things were making sense now.
"Oooookay," Dustin said, nodding. So now he had to find Eddie a boyfriend. More difficult, but he liked a challenge. "So what's your type? We can find you a boyfriend."
Eddie barked out a laugh, throwing his head back. He looked relieved. "Are you serious? That's your only question, what's my type?"
"Of course that's not my only question, who do you think I am?" Dustin was a little offended. "That's just my most pressing question."
"I think this is the best response I've gotten so far to coming out," Eddie said, crossing his arms over his chest and leaning back in his chair.
Dustin felt pretty good about that. "Well? Are you gonna answer?"
Eddie chuckled. "I should've known this wouldn't make you give up your weird crusade." He pulled a few strands of hair in front of his mouth, chewing on the ends while he thought. "My type? I'm not totally sure, honestly, haven't had much of a chance to find out, living in Hawkins. I guess probably my height or maybe shorter, but not much taller. On the masculine side of things, almost the jock physique. Hairy. Brunette."
Dustin nodded after each characteristic, mentally taking note. "Those are all physical things. What about personality?"
Eddie had to think a little harder about that one, looking into the distance. "Um. Kinda goofy, I guess? Not too macho. Sense of humor." Eddie trailed off and looked at Dustin sharply. "Henderson, if you go around asking the men of Hawkins if they're queer so you can try to find a date for me, you're gonna get beat to shit."
Dustin held up his hands. "You really think I'm that stupid? Give me some credit here, Eddie."
"You have a track record of failing to read the room, man," Eddie pointed out.
That absolutely wasn't true. Dustin was very tactful. He could be quite subtle when he wanted to be. Eddie just never got to see that side of him.
"I'll be careful," Dustin insisted. "I'm not gonna ask anyone if they're gay."
"Alright," Eddie said, but he didn't look convinced. Dustin would show him.
The idea hit Dustin the next week, when he was spending his mom's late work night with Steve. They were out by the pool, and Steve's hairy chest was on full display, with all of its muscles. Dustin had Suzie, and she didn't want him to be muscular, but sometimes when he saw Steve's chest he couldn't deny the twinge of jealously.
Hairy. Muscular jock physique. Something was tickling at the back of Dustin's mind. Brunette. What was that? About as tall as Eddie.
Oh shit. Dustin dropped his Dr. Pepper as Steve yelled "COWABUNGA" and did a cannonball into the water. Kinda goofy.
It was Steve. Eddie had basically been describing Steve. Did Eddie even know? Had he been secretly pining after Steve this whole time? Or was it still subconscious?
Holy shit. But Steve liked girls. How was Dustin gonna make this work? Did he need to find a Steve doppelganger somewhere who was gay?
Steve popped out of the water, shaking his hair. He looked up at Dustin and the Dr. Pepper spilled all over the patio. "Everything alright there?" Steve asked. "You look like you saw a ghost."
Dustin nodded. "I- I'm good. Everything's fine!"
Steve shrugged and dove back under the water.
Dustin did some research over the next few days. If he was going to find a gay Steve doppelganger for Eddie, he needed to understand the culture - where he could find other queer people, the types of phrases they used to identify each other without being too blatant, that kind of stuff.
He tried finding books at the library, but came up empty-handed and probably on some sort of list the librarian kept of degenerates. So he had to resort to asking Eddie where he got all his information.
"Why do you wanna know?" Eddie asked with a suspicious glare.
"I just wanna understand you, man!" Dustin insisted, putting on his most innocent expression. "You're my friend, I wanna know what's going on with you."
Eddie reluctantly handed Dustin some zines he'd picked up in Indianapolis. "None of the raunchy stuff," Eddie said. "I'm not getting arrested for dealing gay pornography to minors."
Dustin made a disgusted face. "You could have just… not told me you even had raunchy stuff."
Eddie shrugged. "Where's the fun in that?"
Dustin spent hours that night poring over the zines, learning the lingo. He discovered an incredibly interesting fact in one of the zines - the existence of bisexuality. You could like both men and women. You didn't have to be either gay or straight.
This fact blew Dustin's mind, and the seeds of a different plan took root. What if Steve was bisexual, and he didn't even know it? That would be the easiest, most logical solution to the Eddie problem. Steve was Eddie's type; so what if Eddie was also Steve's type?
He talked about it with Suzie the following evening. She'd been shocked to learn that Eddie was gay. Mormons weren't exactly accepting of homosexuality. But she'd always played a little fast and loose with certain aspects of Mormonism, so Dustin was able to bring her around to the idea eventually.
"I don't know, Dusty Buns," she said as they were discussing his idea about Steve. "I don't think you can just make someone be bisexual."
"I'm not gonna make him be bisexual," Dustin insisted. "I'm just gonna try to show him that he already is."
"But what if he isn't?" she shot back.
"Then I'll go back to the doppelganger plan," he said with a sigh. "But I have to try. This is the simplest solution. Occam's razor."
"Dusty Buns, you know you're not using that correctly right now," Suzie scolded.
Dustin sighed. She never let him get away with anything.
Dustin paid a lot more attention to Steve and Eddie's interactions over the next few weeks. Now that he knew Eddie was gay, he couldn't believe he'd missed the signs pointing to his crush on Steve.
Eddie gravitated to Steve like a moth to a flame. It was like he had some sort of Steve-related sixth sense, his head immediately turning toward Steve whenever the man walked into a room.
He was a tactile guy with everyone, but whenever Steve was around, it was always Steve that Eddie was touching. Every time Dustin looked at the two of them, Eddie had a hand somewhere on Steve - slung around his shoulders, resting on one of his arms, brushing against one of his legs to get his attention.
Steve didn't seem to mind at all. He leaned into the physical contact, touching Eddie back almost as often as he was touched. They smiled at each other all the time. They got each other drinks and snacks and just in general acted like a goddamn couple. How had Dustin missed this?
He was gonna need to accelerate his timeline. These idiots needed to get together ASAP.

part I
from the moment someone enters the mansion they are immediately hit with the smell of weed and the smoke. the house was lit with disco lights and some neon club lights. the house vibrated along with the bass of the music coming from the speakers. the scene was set out like a highschool party exactly like you wanted it too.
the house was located in beverley hills. the place of rich kids and nepo babies. but you weren't any of those. yes, you were rich and had some fame from your older sister charlotte, who everybody knows as charli xcx, but you were also a dj and producer . a good one at that. so the party was filled with those exact people. there were celebritues , influencers and groupies all in the same setting.
if people thought charli was wild and crazy they haven't met you at all. you were worse and really didn't even try to give any fucks. it was your birthday today and you went all out since it was your big 21.
billie, finneas and claudia made their way through the crowd of bodies and the bars filled with people taking shots and hitting on each other. their eyes eyed the group in awe and admiration of the place.
sooner or later they started coming across people they knew from the industry. they were dabbing each other up and greeting each other and if they could even hear each other they started catching up.
billie excused herself from the conversation. she was out to find charli. ever since their collab with guess they've been really good friends so much so that she was the one who even invited her here.
when billie caught eye of charli next to the booth of a dj she later realised was her fiance she headed towards them. a bunch of screams and hugs later billie was happily laughing and talking to charli.
that was when you came up to charli immediately grabbing her and embracing her in your arms and wailing about how much you love her and her fiance. you had no idea billie was even there until your sister directed your eyes her way.
you never really met billie in person no matter how many after parties you attended you just never crossed paths. you're eyes raked over her figure noticing and admiring her style. she was your type and you didn't need any more time to admit that.
"happy birthday heard you're twenty one now" billie spoke over the music reaching in closer. you smiled at her taking off your shades and leaving them up in your hair.
"and I heard you're only two years older than me...I like older women you know " you shamelessly confesee making charli burst out in laughter.
"excuse her she's high and drunk " she excuses you but the way billie looked at you told you everything you needed to know.
she had a smile playing on her lips. she was already considering you and you had to make a move while the thought still wandered around her mind.
"I'd say it even if I was sober " you lean in closer whispering it to her to make sure she hears you.
and she did. her nod along with the way her eyes checked you out confirmed everything.
"any birthday present for me " was all you had to say to solidify getting her. after all you were the birthday girl you should have anything you want right?

Hihi!! May i request a g dragon x kpop idol reader ? (Maybe she is from the group 2ne1) and its like how they fall for eachother in shared concerts , award shows , interviews etc..
sorry if this is not specific enough ^^”
Lysm!!
Stolen Glances & Silent Love
(A G-Dragon x K-pop Idol!Reader Love Story – 2NE1 Era)
G-Dragon and the reader, a 2NE1 member, slowly fall for each other through shared performances, award shows, and quiet moments backstage. Their chemistry grows over time, leading to an unspoken but undeniable connection.
hii!! tysm for requesting! i hope this is to your liking, reposts and comments are appreciated!
The first time you met G-Dragon, it was backstage at your debut stage.
BIGBANG had just finished performing, their energy still radiating in the waiting room, while you and your fellow 2NE1 members were mentally preparing for your first-ever live broadcast. The nerves had kicked in, but your leader, CL, had been hyping you up, telling you that everything would be fine.
Then, in the middle of that chaotic moment, a voice cut through.
“Nervous?”
You turned to see G-Dragon, leaning against the doorway, watching you with an amused but understanding gaze. You had admired him for years—who hadn’t? He was G-Dragon, the leader of BIGBANG, the genius behind some of K-pop’s biggest hits.
“A little,” you admitted, gripping your mic.
“Good,” he chuckled. “Means you care. Just don’t forget to have fun. YG picked you girls for a reason.”
He gave you a small nod before walking off, and as simple as it was, his words stuck with you.
That night, you performed like your life depended on it. And when you came off stage, the first person you made eye contact with was him. He was watching, smiling, and clapping.
That was the beginning.
Award Shows & Hidden Conversations
As 2NE1’s success skyrocketed, your interactions with G-Dragon became more frequent. YG Family was close, and between overlapping schedules, joint performances, and year-end award shows, you found yourself in his orbit often.
One of the most memorable moments happened at an MAMA Awards show.
2NE1 and BIGBANG were seated at the same table, and cameras frequently cut to your reactions throughout the night. You were mindful of your expressions, but whenever something funny happened on stage, you and Jiyong would instinctively glance at each other.
It was a game you two had—sharing silent conversations across the room.
When 2NE1 was announced as the Best Female Group, the entire YG table erupted in cheers, but your eyes sought out Jiyong’s first. He grinned at you, clapping enthusiastically, and as you walked past him to get to the stage, he leaned in ever so slightly and murmured,
“Told you you had that fire.”
You almost tripped in your heels.
Later that night, while waiting for the encore stage, you found yourself standing next to him backstage. The two of you watched as idols from different companies congratulated each other, some exchanging polite bows, others hugging excitedly.
“You should enjoy this more,” Jiyong suddenly said.
You tilted your head. “I am enjoying it.”
He smirked. “No, I mean… let yourself have fun. Don’t get so caught up in the pressure.”
You rolled your eyes. “That’s easy for you to say. You’re G-Dragon. You own the stage.”
For a second, something shifted in his expression. He looked like he wanted to say something, but before he could, CL called for you, and just like that, the moment was gone.
But it lingered in your mind for a long time after.
Interviews & Subtle Flirting
The industry started noticing the way you and G-Dragon interacted.
During a variety show appearance, a segment about ideal types came up. One of the MCs jokingly asked,
“YG artists are close, right? Have you ever had a crush on someone from your company?”
Your members laughed and teased each other, but you only smiled and took a sip of water.
Then, the MC turned to Jiyong, who was also a guest on the show.
“How about you, GD? Anyone from YG catch your eye?”
The question was innocent, but the moment it was asked, you felt CL and Dara subtly glance at you. Trying to stay composed, you kept your expression neutral.
Jiyong smirked. “YG has a lot of talented people. Hard not to be impressed.”
The MCs weren’t satisfied. “Come on, give us a name!”
He tapped his chin playfully, pretending to think. Then, with a casual shrug, he said, “Well, I’ve always thought someone with… a strong stage presence and great energy is attractive.”
It was vague enough to be safe, but everyone at the table knew who he meant.
Your members giggled, nudging you, while you simply rolled your eyes and tried to focus on your drink. But the warmth on your cheeks betrayed you.
Shared Stages, Shared Feelings
Things escalated during a YG Family Concert.
For a special collaboration stage, you were paired with G-Dragon for a remix of one of his solo songs.
Rehearsals were fun—he was playful, always finding ways to make you laugh. He’d tease you about your dance moves, challenge you to freestyle battles, and even joke about how you were too serious about nailing the performance.
“If we mess up, just blame it on me,” he’d say. “I’m used to taking the heat.”
But when the real performance happened, the atmosphere changed.
There was something different in the way he looked at you under the stage lights, the way his hand lingered on your waist a second too long, the way your voices blended effortlessly.
Fans noticed. Your members noticed. Even YG himself raised an eyebrow.
And after the show, when you found yourselves alone in the hallway, catching your breath, Jiyong simply looked at you and smirked.
“That was fun.”
You exhaled, still processing everything. “Yeah… it was.”
He tilted his head. “You’re thinking too much again.”
You shot him a look. “You always say that.”
He shrugged, grinning. “Because it’s true.”
And just like that, he walked off, leaving you standing there with your heart pounding.
Late-Night Conversations & Quiet Confessions
The more time passed, the more stolen moments you two shared.
Late-night studio visits where he’d play you unreleased tracks and ask for your opinion. Messages exchanged between busy schedules. Inside jokes whispered during interviews.
One night, after a particularly long day of rehearsals, you found yourself on the YG rooftop, staring at the city skyline. The air was cool, and without thinking, he draped his jacket over your shoulders.
“You ever think about what comes after all this?” he asked.
You glanced at him. “Sometimes. But I don’t know if I want to imagine a future without music.”
He smiled, nodding. “Same. But lately… I think I’d want a future with someone who understands it, too.”
Your heart skipped a beat. Maybe he wasn’t just talking about music anymore.
The Beginning of Something More
There was no dramatic confession. No grand gestures.
Just stolen glances, quiet conversations, and a slow realization that somewhere along the way, between concerts, award shows, and late-night talks, you had fallen for each other.
And maybe—just maybe—he had fallen first.

Island Heat
an: is this what you wanted anon??? i did red roots billie bc i’m mentally still in that era. also ik billie is bi but i couldn’t find a way to make the words flow sooo she’s lesbian today :)
.*.*•┈••✦★✿ »•» ~~💙~~ «•« ✿★✦••┈•.*.*
.*.*•┈••✦★✿ »•» ~~💙~~ «•« ✿★✦••┈•.*.* The glaring Malibu sun beat down on the Love Island villa, the kind of heat that made your skin slick under the barely-there fabrics the producers insisted on. You, Y/N, were sprawled on a daybed, pretending to listen to Liam drone on about his gym routine, when she walked in.
Billie Eilish.
You nearly choked. Knowing she was rumored to be a surprise contestant was one thing, seeing her saunter through the villa doors, all oversized tee and crimson red roots, was another. Her gaze swept across the gathered contestants, lingering a beat too long on you. Your stomach flipped.
The cameras went wild, the other contestants were buzzing, but all you could focus on was Billie. The energy radiating off her was tangible, a magnetic pull that had you instantly hooked. You caught her eye again, and she gave you a tiny, almost imperceptible smirk.
Liam’s voice faded into the background. This summer just got a whole lot more interesting.
As the days turned into nights, the Love Island formula began to unfold. Awkward dates, forced conversations, manufactured drama. But amidst the chaos, there was Billie. You found yourselves gravitating toward each other, drawn by an unspoken connection. You’d steal moments on the periphery, whispering jokes, dissecting the other contestants with a shared, cynical humor.
You learned she hated forced interactions as much as you did, that she preferred dogs to cats, and that her favorite color was blue. You learned her laugh was a low rumble that vibrated straight to your core.
One night, after a particularly grueling challenge involving whipped cream and questionable kissing, Billie pulled you aside as everyone else went inside. “Wanna go to the hideaway suite?” she murmured, her voice husky.
Your heart hammered against your ribs. The hideaway. The infamous “Love Room,” where couples were sent for "private time.” You swallowed hard. "Are you serious?"
She nodded, her eyes dark and challenging. "Thought we could use a break from the cameras, and the… drama."
The producers, predictably, were thrilled. They ushered you both to the hideaway with a chorus of knowing winks and suggestive comments. You tried to ignore them, your focus solely on the nervous flutter in your stomach and the anticipation that hummed in the air between you and Billie. The hideaway was predictably cheesy – rose petals scattered everywhere, a heart-shaped jacuzzi. But as soon as the door clicked shut behind you, all the artifice melted away.
Billie turned to you, her gaze intense. "So," she said, a playful edge to her voice. "What do we do now?"
You closed the distance between you, your hands reaching up to cup her face. "I have a few ideas," you whispered, before pressing your lips to hers.
The kiss was electric. It started slow, tentative at first, then quickly escalated into something deeper, hungrier. You tangled your fingers in her hair, pulling her closer, feeling the heat of her body against yours.
You broke apart, breathless. Billie's eyes were dilated, her lips slightly swollen. "Damn," she breathed.
You pulled the duvet up, creating a curtain of privacy, a small shield from the ever-present cameras. You could hear the muffled sounds of the villa – laughter, chatter, the clinking of glasses. But in this small, draped space, it was just you and Billie.
She kissed you again, deeper this time, her tongue tracing the seam of your lips. You moaned softly, your hands sliding down to cup her ass, feeling the firm curve beneath the fabric of her shorts.
Billie moved her hand beneath the duvet, her fingers finding your thigh. She squeezed gently before slowly sliding them upwards, inching towards your center. You gasped, arching into her touch.
Her fingers danced against your clit, teasing and circling, sending shivers of pleasure through your body. You whimpered, your grip tightening on her hair. "Billie," you breathed, your voice thick with desire. "Oh god..."
She continued to pleasure you with her fingers, each stroke sending you closer to the edge. You gripped the duvet, your body trembling as you rode the wave of sensation. You cried out, clutching at her hand, as you reached the peak, your body convulsing with release.
As you slowly came down, Billie leaned in, her breath warm against your ear. "You feel so good," she murmured.
Later, wrapped in each other’s arms, you both fell asleep, exhausted but content.
The next morning, the villa was in an uproar. The cameras had caught enough to suggest something had happened in the hideaway, and the other contestants were buzzing with speculation. But nothing could have prepared you for the reaction back home.
Soon enough, the internet exploded and the world was being told by television channels that Billie Eilish was a lesbian. Your mom FaceTimed you from her couch, her eyes wide with excitement. "Y/N! Honey! You and Billie Eilish? On national television?"
Your dad, usually stoic, was grinning from ear to ear. "Your Aunt Carol is losing her mind! She's been a Billie fan for years!"
Your little sister sent you a string of frantic texts, filled with heart-eye emojis and demands for insider information.
Even Maggie and Patrick, Billie's parents, caught wind of the commotion and sent you both supportive texts. They didn't say much aside from "We hope you both have fun!" and "Don't let the cameras get to you!".
The online reaction was a mixed bag, of course. There were the expected cries of outrage, the homophobic slurs, the accusations of "doing it for the cameras." But overwhelmingly, the response was positive. People were thrilled to see Billie, an icon of individuality, find a connection with someone as real as you seemed to be.
Back in the villa, the manufactured drama of Love Island felt even more absurd. You and Billie had found something genuine, something real, amidst the fake tans and forced conversations. And you knew, regardless of how the show ended, that this connection was something worth holding onto, long after the cameras stopped rolling.
