The finished fossil timescale vase! Seven periods represented by seven fossils in the seven colors of the rainbow. Closeups and fossil names below

Red: Trilobites, ammonites, and pikaia among other things for the Cambrian. Orange: Tiktaalik filling in as the Devonian representative, had to include the iconic transition fossil :] Yellow: Thrinaxodon and Broomistega in the Triassic cuddle. Green: my favorite pterosaur, Ramphorynchus, representing the Jurassic. Blue: my first favorite dinosaur, Spinosaurus, for the Cretaceous. Indigo: my favorite animal, a coelacanth, sort of wedged in for the Late Cretaceous since I couldn't come up with a better Cenozoic fossil in time. Violet: Sahelanthropus Tchadensis, an early hominid (I'm not 100% on if it's still regarded as our earliest known ancestor, cool regardless!!)

This is a little idea where Luke needs something (don’t ask me what) that he can only get on tatooine, so dinluke adventure ensues. The plan is to get there and leave ASAP, but then nostalgia hits and he needs to hit every shop and place he used to as a kid. But you know, “college kids comes back to hometown” syndrome hits and he realizes he’s changed too much. Think of how the holiday season doesn’t feel the same anymore now that you’re an adult, same feeling. @president-alpine I know you intended this for my sideblog and more for a general Doc Ock & Mysterio.. but this is all I could think to answer it, I hope you don't mind?

Anyways, here's my Beck working together with my Otto to create a new "Doc Ock costume". It was Beck's idea to try and spice up his look lol It's comfortable and practical and has a bit of octopus motifs if you look closely!

+ two alternative colorations. Beck got a little carried away

Otto does prefer simple, practical, and comfortable. He's not really a glitz and glamor type. And while he doesn't exactly see why he would really need a new outfit when his old one works just fine, Beck insisted he make something for him.

Beck couldn't help himself but add the extra pizzazz of textures/patterns into the costume, but he toned them down a bit so it's not too much. He wanted to really tap into Otto's "Doc Ock" title and add octopus elements, but Otto thought it'd be too much. The results are what they finally settled on!

AAAAAA I FINISHED CROPPING THEM FINALLY MY CURRENT CARD CASES WITH MY CURRENT INSERTS (part one of uh prob 7 or 8 bc i took too many photos and got too many card pictures)

#thank you public color printers saved my life with how otherwise i would have no shot of getting the silly csrds i made in canva that match #my card cases into existence #also i slightly messed up the dimensions for them bc they were supposed to fit the larger hard cases perfectly but they ended a little small #but that ended up being perfect because they fit wonderfully in my soft cases with a bit of wiggle room so I can store them in there in pair #pairs if they look nice together in the hard card cases or are just a duo #(the hard card cases are decorated front and back to maximum how much I am able to decorate and also bc i only got three originally so #i only have the current 5 case designs (the back of the purple one i haven’t done yett and also i got a lot more cases in general so yayayay #silly rambles #im going to need so many parts aaaaaa #also they’re a bit wonky in my croping and also the photos i took in general but its okayyy #aaaaaa im outside so i can only use tumblr on my phone so this is going to be so long
