Cute Kion and Fuli headcanon

Fuli's level of comfort with physical touch varies from day to day, and generally she prefers to be the one to initiate it. So any time that Kion wants to be physically affectionate with her, he touches his paw to hers. This lets her know Kion is asking if she's ok with more contact and lets her either initiate it, keep it at that level, or reject it.

tlk movie reenactment hcs

me and @pizacat72 came up witht a couple of hcs about how the kiddos of the pridelands would reenact the first movie :D kinda like a game? sort of

kiara and kion would fight over who gets to be simba and who gets to be scar

bunga joins in and calls dibs on being his uncles timon and pumbaa and the siblings are like you cant be both!

the adults join in too!!

kiara plays as mufasa and tells her dad to be simba (yes, she tells simba. to be simba.)

remember that first scene where mufasa’s teaching simba about being king of the pridelands? they reenact that scene, and kiara’s just babbling on what she thinks are very wise words while simba’s trying his best not to laugh

(dramatic, deep voice) “you see son.. the circle of life is. is a circle”

she absolutely wears the leaf mane thing when shes playing mufasa

she especially likes playing the ghost mufasa role!!! she puts on white paint all over her face and stands up on a tall rock, cause simba’s too tall and kiara’ supposed to be in the clouds dangit!!

bunga plays rafiki too!! he puts red paint all over his face and is desperately trying to lift simba up for that very first scene x]

eventually tho simba wants to play some other role and he chooses zazu >:) he has LOADS of fun being zazu

fuli joins in too and she and kion play simba and nala :3 you can bet nala’s happy someone like fuli’s playing her very cool role haha

bunga switches his role a lot cause he’s indecisive and can never remember what role he played last time

a favourite is definitely the hyenas though! he likes getting to scare whoever’s playing simba and nala

we (me and gem) never exactly . thought of who would play scar *COUGH* but now I can imagine since the adults are joining in nala plays scar and when shes scaring the kids she dives in for a … tickle attack!!! >:))

its a frequent and a favourite game among the kiddos!!! they love when the adults join in, but one day they wanna try doing it all on their own and surprise the adults

theyve got curtains and a stage set up!

rafiki helps the kids with face paint, while timon and pumbaa help them get into character :3

by far the most wholesome and cutest set of hcs me and gem have ever come up with 🤝🤝

More Royal Sibling Headcanons

Kiara calls Kion "baboon breath" in retaliation for calling her rhinoface. They call each other by those nicknames for the rest of their lives.

Kion will sit on her tail whenever he feels like bothering her. He first did it as an infant and giggled like crazy at her irritated expression.

Sometimes when Kion is angsting at his reflection in the water for the umpteenth time, Kiara will provoke him into a sparring match to get him to admit things he'd rather not. He doesn't admit it out loud but he actually appreciates the vent/sparring sessions.

When Kion is fully grown, he stops just short of Kiara's full height. This infuriates him to no end.

When after the newest Lion Guard has been trained by Kion and Vitani and when members of Kion's Lion Guard begin to pass on, he becomes more withdrawn, retreating to the jungle as he slowly begins to feel like he's no longer needed. (I hc he chooses to stay in the Pride Lands btw and not marry) Kiara's second born seeks him out and tries to talk to him but he won't. It takes intervention from Kiara and Nala's spirit for him to recognize that he's still needed, as an uncle, brother, and friend.

When they were younger cubs, Kiara and Kion snuck into Rafiki's paints and made a big mess. Simba is annoyed at first, until Kion accidentally smudges his mane with paint and then it devolves into a paint war with the two cubs tackling Simba and making him all colorful. When Nala and Rafiki happen upon them, Nala is mildly appalled but Rafiki just laughs and makes them pose for a portrait before they clean up.

my idea for the circle of life

the pride lands predators only take what they and their families need to survive

leaders of herds are safe from the pride land’s predators as it would send the herds into chaos without their leaders

young ones are also not hunted

their also needs to be at least 20 to 30 members of the herd

they also only hunt sick injured or old

if their are no huntable animals they will hunt outside of the pride lands but will not hunt in someone else’s territory

the lion guard mainly protect the pride landers from outside predators but sometimes they need to remind the pride landers of the circle of life(like maku and the fish incident.)

they also help with grievances such as in the Mbali field’s migration

Honestly im headcanon of fuli is she definitely was hopeless romantic but she often dreaming of meeting her prince charming, but she does enjoying being alone and she just wanted felt thrill of in love btw im projecting myself unto her because she was my baby girl and she had tendencies of having unrealistic and hopeful idea on love 😭😭😭

I love Janja x Jasiri x Kion! I call them the Spotted Lion Polycule since Janja x Kion is called Spotted Lion. Much like Spotted Lion I think there's two different variations of this ship, one that develops in season 1 and one that develops after season 3. The season 3 variant is definitely the more straightforward one since Janja and Jasiri are already seemingly close at that point. I think that this ship happens in an alternate universe where Kion actually does give up the Roar in Lake of Reflection instead of learning everything it can do, which makes the journey back to the Pridelands take much longer. In my headcanons, Kion and Janja bond on the journey and this is the start of their friendship, so a longer journey lets them bond more. In the end, instead of going back to the Tree like in canon, Kion joins Janja and Jasiri in the Outlands and they all rule together. The season 1 variant is one I haven't thought about quite as much, but in that universe Kion would end up secretly dating both Janja and Jasiri, who at first only tolerate each other because of Kion but later grow to love each other. The rest of the Guard, when they find out, are confused but ultimately they decide to trust Kion's judgement and are supportive. Kiara as well, because she knows what it's like to have a forbidden friend. Simba, on the other hand, is definitely not.

Honestly I just like these three in general, I headcanon them as all being really close with each other after the show ends. And I wish there was more content of them in general, regardless of the type of relationship. Janja and Kion are actually much more alike than the show ever acknowledges(they're both leaders from young ages, both are trying to live up to expectations of what their species' are "supposed" to be, and both are raised to hate each other) but unfortunately Kion and Janja content isn't very common in my experience, especially if you're looking for content that isn't shipping. And Jasiri helps bridge the gap between them, she teaches them both that what they've been taught about hyenas is wrong.

TLDR; I like the Spotted Lion Polycule as both a ship and a close friend group, I think the three's dynamics and stories with each other are very interesting and they fascinate me.

I like it! I'm a big sucker for poly ships and rarely dislike them, this one is no exception. I've always liked Kion x Jasiri, pretty neutral/happy with Kion x Janja, but never much liked Janja x Jasiri personally. However, I feel like Kion having a hyena girlfriend and hyena boyfriend would be great. Besides, we need more poly representation and ships! So it's a good ship in my books.

Here are some of my TLG headcanons:

Whenever the guard have free time, they sometimes use the lair as their hang out place and they would gossip about things that are happening in the Pridelands.

Ono is the one who brings the most gossip to the group since he's the keenest of sight and sees everything.

Since i watched "The Search for Utamu", i decided to make that episode as Bunga's birthday since Pumbaa mentioned that the day they found the Utamu grubs was the day they met Bunga.

Bunga teases Kion for being a mama's boy and Kion teases him back for being a papa's boy.

Ever since Kiara got kidnapped in "The Rise of Scar," Kion began to become overprotective towards her, and Kiara would sometimes tell him that he sounds like Simba.

Bunga and Fuli do makeover sessions together and Bunga helps her in putting eyeliner.

And here are my Kion x Jasiri headcanons:

Jasiri fell first, but Kion fell harder.

After Kion introduced Jasiri to The Royal Family, Kiara immediately loved her and treated her like a sister. She also became close with Madoa too.

Their first date was a picnic at Hakuna Matata Falls and they watched the sunset together at pride rock.

They definitely kissed under a mistletoe on Christmas at one point.

Kiara was the first one who became supportive of their relationship because she went through the same thing with Kovu and even defends them when people say they shouldn't be together.

Kion would share some of his childhood memories to Jasiri and she would laugh and smile at some of the things she told him.

I want to talk about these two for a second, specifically my thoughts about how they were after Scar's backstabbing of the hyenas

On the one hand, there's Janja. He knows Scar tried to burn him and his hyena clan, not even for actual betrayal, just for Janja THINKING about whether to join Jasiri. Something he'd actively tried to keep from his clan. And they're the ones that got caught in the trap while he escaped. If the Guard hadn't figured out a way to escape the lair, Scar would have failed to kill the one actually having traitorous thoughts but succeeded in killing his clan who had no idea of any of this. His clan would have paid for his "mistake". And this probably haunts Janja. And I see Janja as someone who takes loyalty very seriously(I disregard Janja's New Crew entirely because pretty much nothing in that episode makes any sense with what we've seen in pretty much every other episode), which was one of the reasons he was having such a hard time choosing a side. He couldn't just backstab Scar like that. After all, Scar actually cared about them, he was actually trying to help them which was more than anyone else had tried to do for them. So when Scar told Janja that Kion was powerful enough to destroy him, Janja felt incredibly bad for seriously considering switching sides just that morning. Scar could be destroyed and he was over here thinking of backstabbing him. So he decided not to do it. And then Scar double crossed him. In addition, if Janja defected to Jasiri's side, it would screw over the rest of Scar's army, and he might bicker and fight with them and partake in power squabbles among them but he was still loyal and couldn't bring himself to do that to the army. And after Scar tries to burn him and his clan, he no longer can say whether the rest of the army would give him that courtesy. He doesn't know whether Scar consulted the rest of them, or how much they know about what happened. He's sure the skinks and Ushari knew. Scar always told them everything. And at the end of the day he wasn't too surprised even if the betrayal still stung(because they had still been teammates at the end of the day); they had never had a good relationship. But the other three leaders? Sure, Kiburi and him had a strained relationship, but they had fought together in the army since pretty much the beginning. Reirei and him always fought in petty squabbles, but they'd also had each other's backs when it counted. And Mzingo? The thought that he had been in on it was what really hurt, because Janja could at least understand it if the other two had known. He couldn't do that with Mzingo. So he needed to know.

On the other hand, there's Mzingo. Scar had only told him that they would burn the royal family and the Guard, and that Janja and his clan would make sure the Guard was in the right place for the plan to work. And after Janja defected, Scar told the army that Janja had betrayed them by allying with Jasiri and, by association, the Pridelanders. When Janja asked him if he had known about the murder attempt, if Mzingo had been in on the plan, Mzingo was horrified. He hadn't known Janja had been backstabbed like that. That the fire he'd been told to drop on Pride Rock, that he'd been told was for the royal family and the Lion Guard, was also for the hyena he saw as his son. He hadn't known, and to make matters worse, he had believed Scar when Scar painted Janja as the one who was the backstabber. And Mzingo feels so incredibly guilty because he should have realized something was up, that Janja must have had a reason for joining up with the Pridelanders, but he believed Scar instead, who almost succeeded in having Janja killed.

binga's mother abandoned her family just like the real life honey badger and also headcanon that bunga's parents also abandoned him (he knowed this because ono say to him that honey badgers parents abandoned their own children) and when he meet binga's father he started having a bad feeling about his parents. also 1 day left that binga's mother abandoned her family she meets an male non-good honey badger with the same age as she was and later she died in the same day (this headcanon is inspired by the scene how Hector from Coco died by Ernesto) and she knew this when her mother's brother found her body, and she in few seconds stopped about that discussion and WHEN I WAS WRITING THIS THE SONG LOSER, BABY STARTED PLAYING ON MY MIND HELP

i think found out funny in the end Ono or Baliyo stopped and will say "ARE YOU TWO FUCKING SINGING?!" and Bunga and Binga's face after this also would make a very funny faces like this lmfaooo

also there's an bonus headcanon:

when Bunga meets Binga's father, he hated Bunga at the beginning because he thought that Binga got an boyfriend lmaoo, and yes in my au Bunga and Binga dynamic/trope is "The Date That Daddy Doesn't Like" lol, but later he started having good terms with him

Listening to “Teke Ruka, Teleza” from “Bunga the Babysitter” where Bunga teaches a bunch of kids how to defend themselves and it’s kinda funny knowing I hc that Kenge does the same thing with the Outland kids. The difference between Bunga’s lesson and Kenge’s lesson is so amusing

Cuz Bunga’s lesson is super fun and lighthearted while teaching the kids a good strategy, as seen later in the episode. But his method is teaching them as if it’s a simple game

Meanwhile, in my hc, Kenge’s just like “I want you to take all your pent up anger and put all of it into fighting. ALL of it. Just go absolutely feral”. You know the song “Stick it to the man” from School of Rock? That’s how it goes
