I feel like someone has sucked all my motivation to do anything school-related out of me with a straw
#chattering#they just slurped it#semester went from 0-60 since we hit december#the last three weeks have been a hell stress carousel of grad apps and exam prep and keeping up normal weekly assignments on top of that#usually I'm better at managing this stuff- but my therapist did point out that that requires a lot of dissociation to do#so maybe it's part of the price of the alexithymia getting better- I'm less able to just whiteknuckle through everything#things to think about when I don't have seven big things to do in the next week before I go home- three in the next two days!#final projects and grad apps and TA duties oh my#and no motivation to do any of it! so fun
