Weird TLG au ideas I just came up with

-AU where Makuu and Kiburi swap roles. Kiburi’s the guy who redeems and tries to be a good leader and Makuu is the more stubborn one who gets banished. Tamka and Nduli are still with Kiburi

-AU where Janja and Kiburi switch places. The hyenas are part of the Pridelands and Janja decides he hates Jasiri’s rule and devises a plan to rule the land by cheating and killing Simba, which fails and leads to him and his followers (the rest of his clan) to be banished.

The crocs live in the Outlands, with Kiburi and Makuu having different floats. Kiburi eventually redeems himself after Scar tries to kill him and he joins Makuu’s float (I wonder if that means Makuu x Kiburi would be a thing)

-I also wonder if Shupavu and Njano switch places with Kinyonga and Hodari (imagine Njano wanting to be a croc awww)
