When Kinger's tone kinda shifted in his moments of clarity, he sounded soooo familiar to me.
So, I took a look at his VA. Sean Chiplock...that sounds familiar too. Maybe I know his previous performances?
...He played Thad in Murder Drones. Not surprising since its also a Glitch Production animation...Oh? He plays Diluc in Genshin Impact? And Revali and the Deku tree in LoZ BotW?!
WHAT?!?!?

Epithets of Hyrule
Regional Spirits/Dieties
Soooooo.... As I posted prior, I'm a moderator for a relatively new discord server called the Community of Hyrulean Faiths, which is a wonderful experience so far! However, as a quick disclaimer, most of my experience with LoZ is BOTW/TOTK, with a smattering of a few other games mostly lived vicarious through fanfiction. I make no promises that I will cover all the deities and spirits of Hyrule, both for personal reasons(I just objectively refuse to honor Demise/the Calamity with epithets), and also just from lack of knowledge(sorry Lord Jabu-Jabu).
I can say this one will include the Great Deku Tree, Lord Satori, Farosh, Naydra, Dinraal, and probably Fierce Deity. I may include a bit on Ancestors/Repetitive Spirits(like the Blood of the Goddess, The Hero's Spirit, and the Corrupted Champion, among others), but I make no guarantees. If YOU have an epithet that you think of/use, please share! I would love to expand my lists, and share to others!
@ringaroundtheroses Thank you for the lovely reblog, it was so nice I had to write more!
The Great Deku Tree
Lord of the Forest, The Korok Guardian, Grandfather, Eternal Cycle, He Who Was Planted By The Hero, He with 1000 Memories, Watcher of the Sword, The Verdant Sage, He Whose Roots Run Deep
Lord Satori
Lord of the Mountain, Keeper of Abundance, Blupee Father, Grandfather, Unknowable One, Mystical Guide, He Who Was Lost, Keeper of Hidden Things
Fierce Deity
The Hero's Ascension*, Guardian of Termina, He Who Broke The Moon, Catcher of the Falling Moon, Timebreaker, He Who Is the Mask of Ancient Power, The Trapped Guardian, The Fury, Furious Warrior, He Who Is Ready for War, The War Herald,
NOTE THAT THERE ARE POSSIBLE SPOILERS FOR TOTK BELOW
Dinraal
Guardian of Power's Spring, Lost Sage, Devoted of Din, Burning Fury, Burning Peace, Eldin's Dragon
Naydra
Guardian of Wisdom's Spring, Lost Sage, Devoted of Nayru, Freezing Fury, Frozen Peace, Guardian of Age, Lanayru's Dragon
Farosh
Guardian of Courage's Spring, Lost Sage, Devoted of Farore, Chraged Fury, Storming Peace, Faron's Dragon
Worship of the Heroes
Heroes are where things can get a little complicated. Most people know the story of the Hero, the Blood of the Goddess and the demon king. Most regions have specific epithets that correspond to each of the three(baring the Corrupted Champion, who is usually refered to as Demise, of the Lord of Hatred. SO the worship of these spirits always looks different, and its very easy to adjust your worship to match your life.
Anyway, I am now exhausted. Have a wonderful day! I will try to add some more tomorrow! Enjoy!
Merrily Met and Blessedly Go,
Ori

World building stuff
Kokiri are bound to the forest. They can leave it but not for too long or else they will die. They just get told they will die if they leave the forest because they are children and are curious so the Guardian Spirit that watches over them just tells them that so they are less likely to go and explore for long.
Kokiri always have a fairy. The fairies help them find their way through the more dangerous parts of the woods. The fairies also help their magic stay calm and tied to the forest which is how they stay young for so long.
Kikwi were the original form of Koroks. They wanted to be able to blend in better as they explored the world and the Goddesses gave the Elder Kikwi who wanted to stay in one place so he could always welcome them home a blessing that allowed him to turn into the Great Deku Tree and he was able to help the others change forms based on what they wanted most.
Kokiri are children because some of them were literal children who got lost in the forest while others were spirits that took on form to match the children. A few, very few, are Kikwi that turned into Kokiri instead of becoming Koroks because they didn't want to leave.
Eventually the magic of the Woods turns all the Children there into Koroks except the Skull Kids. Skull Kids are children who never got fairy companions but who were born from spirits lost into the woods. They would have become Kokiri but didn't want to be bound to the forest only. Tragically they ended up becoming bound to it anyways but they have a much longer time they can be away from it.
There is a Great Fairy Fountain hidden in the Woods. It is only shown to Children who get their fairies since she is the one who helps take care of them. Once all of the Children of the Forest are Koroks she still takes care of fairies but she stays hidden, the fairies help power her instead of other visitors.

With the announcement of the live-action Legend of Zelda movie, how long until we get a Nintendo Direct and are treated to another cast reveal with the most meme-worthy choices by Miyamoto?
First, of course, is Link, who will be played by Tom Holland. Please look forward to a special performance by Tom-san.
Next, Princess Zelda will be played by Christina Hendricks. We’re looking forward to a very spirited Princess Zelda.
Ganon will be played by Nick Offerman. I’m looking forward to a monster performance by Nick-san.
The legendary Blade of Evil’s Bane, Fi, will be played by Scarlett Johansson. We’re hoping to see Scarlett-san give a talented performance.
Also in this movie is King Rhoam Bosphoramus Hyrule, who will be played by John Goodman. Zelda’s daddy sure won’t be screwing around here.
Kaepora Gaebora will be played by “Weird Al” Yankovic. Prepare to hear this owl talk a lot in the movie via Al-san.
The Great Deku Tree will be played by the one and only Keith David. I’m eager to hear a grand performance by Keith-san.
And finally, Tingle will be played by YouTuber @luigifan00001. He hopes to bring a hilarious performance to this little man.

Navi tinks eagerly at the brother — at the self — with whom she feels kindred at once. he is not her link, but he is a link all the same. She floats about his shoulders before back to the kokiri, motioning with his hands to explain his words, communication he’s learned in the way of the kokiri when he has never been one to speak. “hey! do you know the great deku tree??” the little fairy asks, shrill tones resounding. her partner is curious.
A faint smile dances on his lips at the sight of the fairy as well as the other Link paired with her. He knows that fairies from that time regularly found themselves connected to another, or at least that's what he's been told, and he can't help but think of one whenever he sees the other.
Fisted hand and head bob in a nod. Fingertips then tap together before releasing. His elbow of his left arm settles on his flattened right arm, his left hand swinging side to side as he moves his head across his chest. << Yes. It's in the Lost Wood. >> he replies, before pointing vaguely in the direction of the mysterious forest. It's just north of the Castle and it was where he found the Sword that Seals the Darkness. Both times, in fact.

I think some of those pictures might have been taken near here...
That would be nice to see... but it's not really necessary...
A break from necessary things is almost as good as resting.
