Hi again! This is Neri, a Zora made for @werewolfsister's ask for diplomats for an upcoming comic! He's about 134 (or a 23 yo Hylian) and the representative for the domain that Sulane and Luvan came from, which I have decided to call Naitula! On the left is his formal outfit, and on the right is his more casual outfit :3

He's trans (ftm), gay, and is looking for a hot Zora man near him~. Sadly, if you've seen Sulane's backstory you'd know that Naitula doesn't really like gay people. He's not in Naitula though, so he has nothing to worry about! He's really nice, but he keeps up a mask of "don't mess with me" because the king and queen of Naitula expect that of him TvT

EDIT: I forgot to mention, but Naitula is on a sandbar/atoll combo far out in the Eastern Sea, just so you can get a better idea of his backstory, werewolfsister ;3
