Discord/Tumblr using systems beware @k9poetry / @staticore . He is an art thief and a liar.

this serves to bring attention to the repeated, continuous inappropriate behavior of vik, also known as:

k9poetry / 819333001631629355 on discord k9poetry + staticore on tumblr, as of this post k9poetry and doepilled on pronouns.cc /k9core on rentry k9p0etry and k9poetry and staticore and doefrills on pinterest

he has some other accounts on different platforms but they are not necessary for this. his discord is the most necessary as that is where he is active. these accounts are all posted as they are needed for proof and/or referenced in this post. he will likely delete many of these accounts and/or change the usernames, but screenshots of them as of this post will be linked under the cut or in the attached google drive.

anti endos bear with me on this one this guy is in your servers too.

his improper behaviors include but are not limited to:

lying about his exes, specifically calling one anti endo, ableist and polyphobic (they are in a poly relationship with an endogenic system and are disabled)

(hanging out in multiple anti endo servers "for templates" after, despite shaming them for doing the same thing. even though they weren't even in any)

fakeclaiming the same ex's disorders in private, according to a witness, including their npd that they do not have and never claimed to have

being unfaithful repeatedly over multiple years in his relationships, blaming it on his polyamory, as recent as june 2024

stealing graphics from his ex friends and ex. refusing to acknowledge it

stealing art from his ex, removing the signature, refusing to stop using it, claiming he would stop, and then deleting the message he sent saying he would stop and continuing to use it anyway

claiming that headmates from his ex's system syshopped to his in order to "escape their abuse," claiming they would "have fun without them" and then changing his story to say he "left identical copies." he then admitted they were not actually from system travel due to it being literally impossible, and then went back on that and began claiming it was system travel again.

claiming to have many fictives of his alleged abusive exes' headmates, who just so coincidentally love him and are so happy they are there now. and refuse to source separate. and are only mentioned when he is attempting to make sure we see it.

using extremely if not exactly similar names to at least four people that he has directly harmed, at the same time. and is actively impersonating one of them with their stolen art again

claiming that he has shown multiple people tons of evidence of our wrongdoing and that he is the victim (in his private messages to his "abusers"), but refuses to provide it under any circumstances, and has been caught directly lying to one of the people that was supposed to be on his side, leaving his credibility lacking

vik uses the fact that none of us have ever publicly accused him of anything in order to get away with lying about us in any server he can, in order to make us look as bad as possible, and stealing art with no repercussions. this post serves to give him no leeway in lying about the things he has done in his past anymore.

vik, if you have any proof against any of the things you are being accused of here, you can feel free to repost this to defend yourself. hell, make wild, sweeping claims with absolutely no proof other than "trust me bro" as you tend to. i can disprove anything and everything that you claim, because your lies are extremely obvious to anyone with a fully formed prefrontal cortex who has seen both sides. there's a reason why almost anyone (if not everyone) who's known you for more than a year hates you.

the only discussions of polyamory they have had at the time of that claim were mentioned in the google doc, when they requested they not get into relationships with people that mirage doesn't know anymore after one of vik's partners said that all masc nonbinary people should slit their wrists. also, as of the last month, he said this to me about my polycule:

but if that was the truth, why would he have made so many accounts incredibly similar to k9poetry, over the course of multiple months, before k9 gave up and let him have it?

not to mention, haven now uses the name k9coded and vik's rentry is /k9core, and their pronouns.ccs are starting to look very similar.... hm.

Lombun (Art Theif) Using Alts to Harass Artist

Note: This person is harassing an artist they stole from, and has done so multiple times already, and continues to threaten them. They have block-evaded by making multiple accounts, but it’s obvious it’s the same person just on writing style alone and behavior.

Hey, so the asshole I talked about in this post is at it again block evading by making new accounts to harass the original artist.

They are again faking being the “friend” like most people do when they can’t face problems they’ve caused. They are comparing using and crediting a base to art theft that they did, which makes no sense, and are showing that they are lombun just from the writing style alone. Here’s the screens down below in case they get banned for their behavior.

It's almost like...you can trace off a screen, and off your other work...or fucking heavily reference from a piece next to you.

This one is just as painfully obvious. Before I made this journal, they took it down because people commented saying what they did wasn't okay, but I saved the responses and how they treated the original artist who just said they weren't comfortable with their artwork being heavy reffed and traced. What they said and did shouldn't be swept under the rug, and I wouldn't be surprised if other pieces from their gallery are also traced from other artists.

When the artist said they were uncomfortable with their art being traced and heavily-referenced, they went on a disgusting diatribe and tried to make it about ableism, phobia, and criticize the artist for their own style.

They threw in "a learning disabled person" as if what Lokii said had anything to do with their neurodivergency. Also tried guilt-tripping by saying that their lineart is given to students their mom works with. As an educator, I'm going to point out that none of us want stolen work given to our children. We want to promote artist integrity and literally you learn in school to not plagiarize. Besides sounding like an absolutely fake scenario, it isn't something schools would tolerate if they were aware.

They also continue to use the word "trigger" like a buzzer, when the artist never referred to themself as this. They said they were uncomfortable and rightly so. Nor were they even aggressive in their comment, and Lombun chose to lash out. They also chose to compare the artist's old work to a random toy they found, when neither of them look similar to each other. Besides them looking like a horse, the drawing and the toy look nothing alike. None of it looks traced, or even referenced. The only similarity is that the toy is arranged in a similar pose, which is a common pose for toy horses.

Then went on a spiel about how they are trans, bisexual, having a bad ex, that they are a rape victim, and other bullshit that has nothing to do with their tracing. They went on an absolute rant, trying to use every single "I'm in a bad position don't expect me to be responsible for my own actions" guilt-trip, throwing people in those situations under the bus as well. I'm trans, gay, neurodivergent, and also a victim of sexual coercion but that doesn't excuse me doing terrible things if I commit them? It's almost like your identity and trauma doesn't justify being a horrible person...

Oh, not to mention the threatening about taking it to other social media to slander them, again using "Triggered Hypocrite" as if that's an acceptable term to use.

This isn't even where they ended their horrid rant.

They derail about it solely being about the pose, when it is obvious they heavily referenced and traced. I this nothing to do with the damn pose. It's the fact that they obviously copied.

The artist never alluded to owning the pose, nor was that the original issue. They continue to make it about them being personally harassed, refer to the artist as being entitled and "crying in a corner" because their art was blatantly ripped off.

The only reason the piece was taken down was because a few people were willing to point out how terrible they responded, and how obvious it was that they copied. Literally the only reason this piece is down now. I'm thoroughly disgusted by all of this. Thank you to the people who chose to speak up and notify the artist that they were being copied, and thank you to those who saw what this person said, and didn't look the other way.

The reason I'm still posting this journal despite the artwork being taken down is because of the reasons below:

1. Tried to use being trans and neurodivergent as some sort of bargaining chip and as if that somehow came into play with their tracing. Not to mention using trauma to derail why the artist was upset.

  • Being trans and neurodivergent myself, I'm absolutely disgusted by this. Don't drag all of us down by fucking using our identity and mental health as some justification of your thievery, and make us all look bad by acting as if your divergency and identity is somehow connected with how shitty you're being.

Being LGBTQ+ or neurodivergent is no fucking excuse to be a horrible person.

2. Pulled comparisons that were not connected, nor made sense to try and shame the original artist.

 • The art pieces they compared looked nothing like what they tried to compare it to, nor was it blatant tracing and heavy referencing. They compared an old art piece to a toy which literally didn't look similar at all. They also tried to use this to somehow shame the artist and make it seem as if they were the ones copying? Basically a red herring technique to distract from their behavior.

3. Threatened defamation, used ableist language, and basically lied about what the original artist said.

 • They threatened to post what happened on another site, calling the artist a "triggered hypocrite." If they are neurodivergent, or actually know what trigger means at-fucking-all, they'd know that using it in that context is extremely ableist, demeaning, and in this case not even accurate. Using that term to try to cause harm to others or shame them is inherently ableist due to what the word actually stands for, and what it has to do with PTSD, neurodivergency, mental illness, trauma, etc. Basically they were purposely being disgusting and threatening to cause this original artist harm.

This kind of behavior isn't acceptable nor should it be tolerated. Theft is already disgusting, but how they went out of their way to reach this low is absolutely stunning and despicable. I suggest that if this person tries to watch you or favorite any of your things, block them immediately. If you find out their Toyhouse or other media, I suggest blocking those too so they can't see your older art pieces or your characters. It's obvious that they show no remorse for their actions, nor care about artists.

So... how would Akira react to the revelation of Project Kuron's existence after the shock wore off? More brothers? And SVEN... (I'm assuming none of this is canon to Duality, but hey! That's what tumblr hypotheticals are for, right?)

Not canon to Duality, but I enjoy thinking about Dualityverse being an alternate reality to canon (and therefore the possibility exists for trans-reality shenanigans.)

The Sven we saw in season 3 may not exist in the world of the Dualityverse, but you know who does? Sven Holgersson, a Norwegian pilot a generation or so older than the paladins, who died early in a promising career as a space explorer. Sven was something of an idol to young Akira--so much so that when he first started to question his gender, he started making all his usernames on various websites Sven-[string of random numbers] so people would call him Sven. This persisted for a while as he privately tested out new names, using Sven as a fallback because nothing he came up with felt right. Even after he chose Akira and came out to Takashi, they still used Sven as a kind of code name, because if Takashi called him Sven, their parents just assumed it was all part of some game and Akira wouldn’t be outed.

Eventually Akira came out to the rest of the family and they set about changing his legal name and gender marker before he enrolled at the Garrison, and he of course went with Akira (despite him and Takashi both making a whole production of agonizing over whether or not to go with Sven, after all.)

(Dualityverse fun fact of the day: All of this is actually referenced in Akira’s very first scene in Mama Holt’s Army. And at the end of Val’s chapter, when they set up their Skype group chat, you may remember, Akira’s Skype name is Sven Holgersson.)

Anyway, yes. Shiro and Akira meeting Sven is. Mmmm.

Akira, pulling Shiro aside: “Okay, but that’s me, right? We’re in agreement there?”

Shiro, openly staring at Sven: “That’s totally you.”

“You know what I mean. Did we fuse? Did you absorb me in utero, but somehow I took control of your brain??”

Kuron is a little more complicated, because there’s clearly some mind-fuckery happening there, and it makes Shiro extremely uncomfortable. He knows what it’s like to have someone reach inside your head and flip a switch, and it’s just a million times worse knowing that here’s someone who was made to be a puppet but given Shiro’s thoughts, feelings, memories, ect.

So yeah. Shiro can’t deal with it at first, and he has to go take some time to ground himself, and Matt has to convince him that there’s not a Kuron floating around somewhere out there in their reality, lost and alone and fighting against his own mind.

After a while, Shiro goes back to Kuron. He doesn’t say anything, just gives him a hug--the kind of hug he so desperately needs sometimes and never quite figured out how to ask for. Luckily for Shiro, he has a family on the castle who know what he can’t make himself say, so he’s never at a loss for positive physical contact. He doesn’t know if Kuron has that in his reality, but as long as he’s here, Shiro’s not going to let him fall into the same self-hatred Shiro has struggled with in the past.

Akira is also horrified, but he locks it away almost instantaneously and chooses to be angry instead.

And I mean angry.

Because Akira’s not quite used to the horrors of the universe yet, and every time somebody or something decides to shit on his brothers, he gets pissed. It doesn’t matter to him that Kuron comes from a different reality, or that even there he’s a clone.

Nope. He’s Akira’s now. Akira is collecting brothers, and he’s gonna rip apart anyone in any reality who hurts them. Because he’s still the oldest. He actually takes the time to research this and find out for sure and, yep. He’s older than his Shiro, canon Shiro, and Sven by anywhere from ten to thirty minutes, and that’s not even considering human!Keith and galra!Keith, who are both a few years younger, or Kuron, who I mean, kinda technically is just a baby and anyway only has Shiro’s memories so counts as younger both ways.

Akira is now the proud big brother of four Shiros and two Keiths, and god help anyone who tries to tell him otherwise.
