In the upper corner, you can make out a name. But before you can read it, someone taps you on the shoulder from behind.

"Ciao bella! You found my notes! I am Vetiti Cremeo, nice to meet you!" He wipes his hand on his shirt before extending it to you. Whatever he was doing before is now leaving greasy marks on his clothes.

Scattered parchments were not a rare sight in the library. Though, and Allegra baulked in disgust, ones that contained such anatomically correct and labelled drawings of magical beasts were definitely an anomaly.

Allegra’s head whipped around at the tap on her shoulder, expression already fixed in ire as she scanned the Hufflepuff. She eyed the slick on his extended hand despite having hastily smeared Merlin knows what on his robes, glanced back at the notes on the floor, and then shifted the books in her arms.

“Each to their own, Vetiti.”

With a final flicker in his direction, she gracefully skirted around the niffler-obsessed reprobate and wondered if she should transfigure a pocket-sized Foe-Glass for the one niffler she was especially fond of.
