100 FOLLOWERS MILESTONE!!! MER AU!!!

Y'all chose the MER AU to celebrate, and so say hello to some fishy boys! They are all quite happy to see you, though some seem to show it more than others!

Cookie cutter shark Sun can't wait to take a bite- I mean- erm- rather a hug out of you! Either way he's quite excited!

Threadfin Eclipse would rather all eyes be on him, but he would settle for just yours! His colors shifts in every way, he's hoping your eyes won't stray!

Jellyfish Moon doesn't mean to be so imposing -- towards you anyways. He just wants to see you and everyone happens to be in the way!

This is technically a PT 1 to the celebration, as we have a Royal AU to roll out the red carpet for as well due to a tie in the poll!

Here's some random factoids about these sillies!

Sun: Born in the depths. He is a dime of dozen of cookie cutter sharks, all of them insistent of taking chunks out of anything and anyone they can find. Sun at least has some restraint when it comes to mers he likes, but he always wants just one nibble! Sun tends to warm up fast to mers that give him a speck of attention and care. Cookie cutter shark mers are known to link up with mates as soon as possible, but Sun insists that he hasn't found the perfect fit yet. No one is tasty enough for it! Everyone needs to compliment the other! Sun is the fastest of the 3, relying solely on his speed and jumping out of hiding spots to catch prey. His sharp claws pierces easily and the long webbing between his fingers makes it really easy to ensnare prey in his grasp!

Moon: Born in the depths. Jellyfish mers are rather uncommon, being known as a mostly solitary species. Unlike their animal counterparts, Jellyfish mer go alone after maturing, not even inclined to search for a mate, though they can if they so desire. They live the longest of any mer species. Their transparent bodies keep their form hidden from prey as their bioluminescence lures them in. Moon is the slowest of the 3, but it does not matter to him. To hunt, he floats in a comfortable spot, amping up his bioluminescence and fanning out his ribbons to attract prey. If a victim gets within his vicinity, his ribbons will quickly wrap and tangle around them, sending painful stings and intense damage to the prey. While effective, there are times the mer will sit in one spot for days having not attracted any food. He can hunt directly like other mers, but he'd have to rely on his transparency over speed in order to get close enough to catch them, his melded fingers make it even harder to grasp prey directly.

Eclipse: Isn't actually born a deep sea mer but spent most of his life in the depths after finding out how delicious specific creatures are and how much attention his looks get him. His skin and scales are iridescent and he loves to flaunt them when he can. Eclipse tends to be very carefree, though also the most gentle when interacting with other mers. He is inclined to view anyone as a potential friend or more due to being omnivorous, though no many has caught his full, dedicated attention. He's not territorial, not competitive, and doesn't care where he goes as he can eat just about anything. Hunting wise he is the most tactical, using his colors and thick ribbons to lure and confuse prey. He isn't the fastest nor the slowest, but his long hands increase his likelihood of catching prey he otherwise would have been a little too slow to grasp.

Yeah i.... I ended up having a lot of fun coming up with these guys

Especially moon, those of you who know KNOW, but man... my moon bias is so strong.

I even have this cute expression idea where he can control how his cap looks and uses it for his own protection. When sometimes when sleeping or defensive, he will tuck in his tail, arms, and sometimes his ribbons within the cap and then, like a string bag, it closes off his entire body from the world. He's in his own cap bubble!!! When embarrassed or trying to physically interact with someone without fear of hurting them, he'll tuck in his ribbons and scrunch his cap around his head. He'll look a bit silly, and you can't touch his face, but you can hug him safely and play with the soft round cap that now encases his head. (His tail/neck ribbons have no stinging abilities, they're just glowy for lure purposes!) his coloration is mostly inspired by the Man-O-War but his species is more fantasy then based off only that like the other two are with their respective fish, so that's why I just call him simply a Jellyfish for now :3

Sorry about that... I still love all 3 of these goobas and have ideas for them though! Maybe one day I'll get a fic going for them, not saying anytime soon because I have TOO MANY to work on rn, but just know they are swimming in my head.

Time for my annual muppet fic for the holidays. Enjoy!

Title: Muppet Holiday Baking SHow Rating: G Series: The Muppets Summary: Inspired by popular baking shows, the muppets decide to do one of their own. It goes as well as you expect.

--------------------------- “Okay,” Scooter called as he flipped the camera on and held it up. “We’re ready to go!”

“Alright,” Fozzie cheered as he waved to the camera. “Hiya, folks! And welcome to the very first Muppet Baking Show, which will be hosted by yours truly, Fozzie the Bear!.”

“And me, Rowlf the Dog,” Rowlf said before gesturing behind himself. “But before we go see what our contestants are baking, let’s meet our judges.”

“Drumroll, please, Animal!”

A drum suddenly rolled past them and the camera.

Fozzie sighed. “Hey, come on Animal, I’m supposed to be doing the jokes here.”

“Sorry, Foz, but you know he takes things literally,” Floyd called.

“Mmmm,” Animal called. “Literature tasty.”

“Anyway,” Rowlf said as he directed Scooter and the camera to their right. “Here are our judges, the Swedish Chef and Uncle Deadly.”

The Swedish Chef grinned and waved as Uncle Deadly gave a thoughtful nod.

“Thank you, it is a pleasure to be here,” Uncle Deadly said.

“You know, I can understand why the Swedish Chef volunteered to be a judge,” Rowlf said, “but I'm kinda surprised to see you one too, Deadly.”

Uncle Deadly shrugged. “Oh, it’s not that surprising. I’m no master, but I do make a killer stew...also no one else wanted the job and Kermit offered me fifty dollars in recompense.”

“You're getting paid?” Fozzie asked.

Within the baking tent, Fozzie and Rowlf walked over to the first contestant on their list with Scooter following close behind.

“Hey, Kermit,” Fozzie greeted as the frog looked up from his mixing bowl. “Whatcha making for us?”

Kermit looked up a bit startled. “Oh, you’re starting with me?” He cleared his throat. “Well, this is an old family recipe passed down through the generations. It’s a type of a banana cream pie.”

“Ooh,” Fozzie said curiously. “I do hope it’s a-peeling then!” He laughed at his own joke as Kermit groaned.

Rowlf seemed unfazed as he looked into Kermit’s bowl. “Anything else going in there besides banana?”

Kermit perked up. “Oh, a special family ingredient.”

“Is it oranges?” Fozzie asked hopefully. “I got a good orange joke I’ve been wanting to use, and all our musical numbers have to rhyme.”

“Uh, no,” Kermit replied. “Flies.”

Dead silence followed.

“Flies?” Fozzie said slowly.

“Yup,” said Kermit as he dipped a spoon into the batter. “It’s my great aunt Eda’s sweet fly pie. Want a taste?”

Fozzie gave a nervous chuckle. “Oh, uh, normally, I would love to, but I had a big lunch so I don’t-”

“Sure!” Rowlf exclaimed as he took the spoon, put it in his mouth and swallowing the batter without hesitation.

He licked his lips. “Pretty good, although it might need a bit more sugar.”

Kermit nodded thoughtfully. “Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Great aunt Eda was always a sweetie, and I was worried about overdoing it.”

Fozzie couldn’t speak as Scooter zoomed the camera on him and his dropped jaw.

“How?” he asked Rowlf.

Rowlf shrugged. “What? I’m a dog. We don’t care where we get our protein.”

Fozzie raised a finger to speak, but seemed to realize he really didn't want to question this further.

After the fly-tasting, Fozzie and Rowlf decided it was time to split up for a bit and thus Rowlf found himself at Piggy’s station.

“Hiya, Piggy how's it - woah! How are you done already?”

Piggy brushed her hair over her shoulder as she struck a pose for the camera. “Oh, when you became an expert baker like moi, it is a trifling thing to whip up the finest of delights in a jiffy!”

“Ah, sure,” Rowlf said as he looked over the very detailed and finely painted cookies that were clearly depicting Piggy’s own face. “What icing did you use?”

“Royal icing of course!” Piggy held up one of the cookies. “I only use the finest of ingredients! I’m certain once our dear judges taste these they’ll-”

“You ordered these from a bakery didn’t you?” Rowlf said flatly.

Piggy gasped in shock. “How dare you?!” She gripped the cookie as if it were a weapon, eyeing Rowlf as a potential target for confectionary wrath. “You accuse moi of trying to cheat-”

“Uh, Piggy,” Scooter spoke up, “you still have the takeout box at your station and it has the price tag on it.”

His camera zoomed in on the box that read ‘Liza’s bakery’ on it.

Piggy chewed her bottom lip and looked up at the both of them.

“Pay you both twenty bucks to keep your mouths shut.”

Fozzie could feel a migraine starting. He was starting to regret not taking his mom’s advice on keeping some ibuprofen on hand.

“Why,” he muttered, “why are you two here?”

Statler handed his wooden spoon to Waldorf. “Well, we wanted to cook and we figure either we risk getting burned by the stove at home-”

“Or we can come here and burn you,” Waldorf finished causing both old men to chuckle. "Dohohohoho!"

Fozzie gave a deep tired sigh. It was fine. He just had to get this over with.

“Okay, what are you two cooking up?” he asked slowly.

“Sourdough bread,” Statler replied.

Fozzie looked up hopefully. Maybe this could be a civil conversation?

“Oh? That sounds tasty.”

“It should,” Waldorf replied. “We’ve found the perfect ingredient to give it plenty of sourness.”

“Oh? What's that?”

“One of your jokes,” the old men said in unison. “Ohohohohohoh.”

Fozzie shook his head and left the table muttering under his breath. “Why do I even try...”

Scooter, however, stayed behind and focused the camera on the two of them. “Okay, seriously, what are you two making?”

“An apple pie,” stated Statler.

Waldorf froze. “I thought we were making a meat pie.”

Statler paused. “Oh...I was wondering why you were chopping those onions. So it wasn't for fake tears?”

Both men slowly looked into the now very questionable mixing bowl.

“No one tell the bear,” they said in unison.

“Hey, Gonzo,” Rowlf called as he approached. “Don’t mean to criticize, but is this really the best time to be looking at your phone? You've only got so much time to bake.”

“No need to worry, Rowlf,” Gonzo said as he put down his phone. “I was merely double checking my recipe for the perfect cake.”

“Oh?” Rowlf asked now very curious. “What’s the perfect recipe?”

Gonzo reached under his station and brought out his ingredients. “A cup of sugar, 2 cups of flour.”

Rowlf nodded. “Yeah, okay.” It didn’t seem anything special so far, but he wasn’t an expect baker, maybe the proportions would-

“Half a cup of baking soda.”

“Say what?”

A loud thud was heard as Gonzo placed a giant jug on his station. “A gallon of vanilla extract.”

Rowlf covered his hand over his mouth as he mulled over what was in front of him.

“Where exactly did you get this recipe?” he asked.

“The most reliable place for all kinds of information,” Gonzo said. “Tumblr.”

“You, uh, really sure you should trust that?”

Gonzo blinked puzzled. “Why? Do you think people would lie on the internet?”

Rowlf raised and lowered his hand. Nope, he didn’t think he had enough time today to explain that answer.

Fozzie had been a bit concerned when he heard that Bunsen and Beaker were also competing. However, he didn’t see anything explosive looking so far, so he carefully approached their station.

“Hey, you two ready to RISE to the occasion. Hahaha,” he greeted as his ears wiggled.

“Indeed we are,” Bunsen said as Beaker was taking a loaf of bread out of the oven. “We at Muppet Labs believe we have concocted the optimal variant of jalapeño bread.”

“Meep!” Beaker said as he removed his oven mitts.

“Jalapeño bread, huh?” Fozzied asked. “Did you need something to spice things up? Huh, huh?”

“Not quite,” Bunsen as he seemed unfazed by the pun. “I don’t care much for sweets and jalapeño is one of Beaker’s favorites.”

“Meep meep!” replied Beaker.

“Speaking of which Beaker,” Bunsen said as he cut into the bread for a small piece. “We need to see if the chemical balance has enhanced the pepper's natural spiciness as hypothesized. Would you do a taste test?”

“Meep, meep,” said Beaker as he popped the piece of bread into his mouth.

He chewed, but then became still. Then suddenly his face turned red and literal flames shot out of his ears.

“MEEP!” he cried out as he dashed to the fridge in the tent. He knocked over Rizzo as he opened the fridge and chugged down a full carton of milk. A low sizzle could be heard as the flames faded to smoke.

Beaker took a long deep sigh of relief.

“Ah,” Fozzie said as he approached. “I guess that bread was too hot to handle, huh?”

Beaker shook his head as he gave a thumbs up.

“Beakie really likes things spicy,” Bunsen explained with a grin.

From a short distance away, Scooter turned his camera around toward Uncle Deadly and the Swedish Chef who both looked very dismayed.

“I'm nut trying zeet,” said the Swedish Chef. “Nu vey.”

“I do concur,” Uncle Deadly stated. “Perhaps I should give one of my enemies a ring...”

“Alright, judging time,” Scooter shouted as he aimed the camera at both Fozzie and Rowlf. “Think everyone is ready for this?”

“Well, I don’t want to sugarcoat it, but I think they’re on a roll!” Fozzie cheered.

“And it looks like Rizzo is up first,” Rowlf stated as he pointed.

Scooter moved the camera so the little rat was in the frame as he carried a giant covered plate over his head.

“All right judges,” he said with a grunt as he placed it in front of the Swedish Chef and Uncle Deadly. “Feast your eyes on this!” He put his hand on the lid. “My Uncle Remy’s famous triple chocolate fudge brownies!”

He lifted the lid.

The judges stared at the plate, then at each other and then again at the plate.

“Zee-a plete-a is impty,” the Swedish Chef said.

“Yes,” Uncle Deadly said as he pointed. “Like the kingdom of Ozymandias, nothing here remains, save chocolate brownie crumbs.”

Rizzo shrugged. “What? I had to taste test it, didn’t I?”

“I’m amazed there even are crumbs left,” Rowlf replied.

Uncle Deadly took a nibble on his fork and gave a thoughtful nod. “I will say, Pepe, while your cake is a bit messy it does have a nice coffee flavor, and the nuts elevate the texture.”

The king prawn chuckled proudly. “Hey, it’s only natural. Baking runs in the family, okay? And-”

“No, no, no,” yelled the Swedish Chef and he shook his head. “Der iceenen is too roonynyen und yoo deedn't pooten een enoofen soogar. Elsoo der caken is soo goomgoomee, yoo cooden be cooled keeng oov der peeraten -”

“Okay, okay,” Pepe cried with a growl. “Why don’t you just stab my heart while you’re at it!”

“Yeesh,” Fozzie muttered to Rowl. “Third time in a row, did you ever imagine that Uncle Deadly would be the nice judge? This feels like my last comedy routine with those hecklers.”

“I would,” Rowlf replied with a sigh. “You weren’t at the last pot luck.”

Uncle Deadly barely looked at the cake before staring straight into Gonzo’s face. “I refuse to eat this.”

“Seem heeren,” declared the Swedish Chef. “I radeneer eet Kermeet's pie.”

“Oh, come on, guys,” Gonzo said as he gestured to his very flat looking cake. “I used all natural ingridents.”

“Yes, and I can tell you from personal experience that many poisons are natural,” Uncle Deadly said. “This cake looks so gummy it seems closer to rubber.”

“I doont dinkendink ve cannen cooten dees,” the Swedish Chef said as he poked at the cake.

“Don’t be ridiculous,” Gonzo said as he got out the knife, swinging it in the air above his cake. “Look you can just chop right through it - arrgh!”

The knife came down, and abruptly bounced back up. Gonzo rebounded with it, tearing through the tent and into the air. Scooter did his best to get the tiny dot that was now Gonzo caught on camera before he started to plummet in the distance. A loud thud was heard outside the tent.

“Oh, my gosh,” Fozzie said as everyone went to look out the tent “Do you think he’s okay?”

Suddenly, the melody of The Rainbow Connection started to play.

“Sorry, that's my phone,” Kermit said as he quickly answered. “Kermit the Frog here. You're sure? You’re where? Right, uh, I'll send Beauregard to pick you up.”

“Was that Gonzo?” Rizzo asked.

“Yeah, he says he’s okay,” Kermit shook his head. “He said he landed in the strategic banana reserve.”

“Why do we have that?” Miss Piggy asked.

Fozzie opened his mouth.

“Fozzie, if you say ‘because it’s a-peeling’ I will shove Kermit’s pie in your face.”

Fozzie shut his mouth.

Scooter swung his camera back to face into the tent where Uncle Deadly and the Swedish Chef were still examining Gonzo’s cake.

“I would suggest throwing it out,” Uncle Deadly said, “but I’m afraid it will bounce back for vengeance.”

“Alright, alright, everyone step back,” Bobo said as the fire fighters continued to douse the flames. “Everything’s under control.”

Scooter directed the camera back to the burning tent.

“At least the flames aren’t as high now,” he said before spinning the camera back to the muppets.

“I swear, if any of my hair got scorched, the tent won’t be the only thing on fire,” Miss Piggy muttered as she checked her compact mirror.

“In hindsight,” Uncle Deadly stated, “we should have predicted this would be the outcome when we introduced the technical challenge.”

“Yeah,” Fozzie said, “things got really heated up.”

Several groans were heard.

Scooter pointed the camera at Kermit. “So, is this the end of the contest?”

“Yeah, I don’t think we can use any of this,” said Kermit. “Stop filming, Scooter.”

Scooter turned the camera to himself.

“Happy Holidays!” he said as he cut the recording.

Hihi!! I'm back again, I was wondering if you could do cg hc for Chris and Martin from Wild kratts? Agere maybe a little petre? (White tiger) Also, a tiny thing I imagine is that we would play in tiger creature power suits! And go on adventure in the tiger creature power suits!!

I've recently restarted watching wild Kratts soon you're in perfect timing! 🐾👬

They're both big brother caregivers, nobody can tell me otherwise.

They love to take you out on adventures with them, although aviva has to keep an eye out for them because of all the trouble they get themselves into.

Of course that doesn't mean that they're not responsible, you're always holding hands with Chris or martin when you're out.

They gave you a little notebook that you always bring on your adventures so that way you can write down everything you learn from animals.

Talking about books, they have gifted you lots of books about different animals from the ocean, forest, dessert, etc.

They both always carry a backpack where they have all the stuff they need for missions and they have another one where they keep all your stuff(bottles,blankies,snacks,books,toys,etc)

Chris loves to play with you, play pretend is one of his favorites but he also loves to play with your animal plushies and toys, he takes you out to play in the sun and go on search of new animals.

Whenever you and Chris come back from playing, you're both covered in dirt or mud, completely desalinated and tired from all the running and jumping you both do whenever you play.

Martin likes playing with you like that as well but he prefers to play and teach you at the same time. He gets you lots of activity books and enciclopedias. You both are always sitting at the table doing activity books, reading stories or coloring, all of that while having some delicious juice 🧃 and snacks (mostly cookies)

In the morning, one of the two Kratts is always holding your sleepy self in his arms while the other is cooking breakfast.

When aviva gave you your first power suit, they were both tearing up cause, THEY'RE SO PROUD OF YOU.

They loved when you turned into a white tiger, they immediately did the same as well and you 3 played for hours that day.

You'll be learning a lot about white tigers 🐯

The Kratts will prepare a little corner for you to play with your power suit. It's filled with toys and plushies.

Chris like to play chase with you while you're on your power suit, you'll chase him around turtle and tackle him to the ground and tickle him.

"HAHAHA m-martin h-help ! A w-white ahahaha t-tigers attacking me hahaha" he couldn't talk because of your tickling, you just kept laughing as you played with him. You do the same with Martin and the rest of the gang.

They're keeping you away from Zach of course, not only is he a bad guy, he has tried kidnapping you once.

I like to headcanon that martin and Chris can sing really well, soooo there are lots of Lullabies when you go to sleep.

Martin is kind of strict when it comes to your sleep schedule. "Look at the time lil fangs, time for bed, no no no don't give me that face, you're going to sleep." He's not mean, he just wants you to have a goodnight sleep :(

Chris sometimes lets you off, "what's so bad about missing some hours of sleep?" Yeah...he had to deal with your grumpy sleepy self the next morning and also get scolded by martin.

I also headcanon that they both like to eat healthy, so they prepare tasty and healthy meals for you.

Nicknames: martin: lil one, tiger, lil fangs Chris: squirt,lil adventurer, tiggy(tiger)

10/10 they're the best brother caregivers you could get.

Okay so i had this in my mind, so do you know about moominmamma from moominvalley, just to summarize her shortly, she's described as a calm and comforting caretaker, who has a odd way of doing housekeeping and seems to always be calm, always making the tastiest foods, always carrying around a handbag that seems to have everything, and also knows the slight changes in the moomin house after her hibernation, and also might have been hiding a criminal (Stinky) from the police.

Soo i have a fun idea of the farmer being exactly like moominmamma, they do an odd way on doing anything, giving off strong parental figure vibe, always know whenever someone move or took their stuff, even a little, and maybe even befriending monsters( i can imagine them simply hanging out with Apophis or even having tea with Gabrielle).

How would all of the RSV characters react to a Moominmamma! Listener?

Trinnie and Keahi adore Farmer and will never miss a single opportunity to visit them on the farm. After all, the kind Farmer always treats them to something tasty (Keahi sometimes even thinks that Farmer is a little better cook than his father), always lets them pet the animals, and even ride a horse (not without a protective helmet and supervision from Farmer, of course), and also never refuses the energetic children in advice if they are worried about something. Admittedly, if Farmer gets Keahi and Trinnie up to mischief, it's not without a dose of light scolding (who uses a bomb for a prank?), but on the whole, Farmer is a favourite adult for the kids.

Maddie, Flor, Kiarra and Paula decided to make a little experiment at their leisure in Stardew Valley, and asked Philip to move some things in Farmer's house while Farmer themself was standing with the girls (Farmer allowed it). When he returned to his friends, however, all four girls waited to see what Farmer would say in reply. "Philip moved my coffee mug in the kitchen a little to the left of the sink." The shocked man nodded his head in confirmation. "HOW?!" "It's always like that. Anyway, who wants some berry pie?"

Aguar has an experiment of his own on Farmer as well... Only in this case, it will also involve the dangerous monsters that lurk in the depths of Ridge forest. Why are they aggressive to everyone but Farmer? What kind of aura do they exude that monsters obediently stand near them and willingly accept... cookies in their clawed paws??? He can use their power to his advantage. For the defence of Ridgeside Village, naturally (well, and other purposes...).

Farmer has practically replaced Yuuma's parents while they have to travel for work. The boy was at first uncomfortable with Farmer's care and didn't want to impose on the adult with his chores and thoughts, immersing himself in taking care of his older brother. But it was Farmer's help, kindness and care that allowed Yuuma not only to have free time to be a child, but also to vent his accumulated emotions to someone, about his fears and worries for his brother and how much he missed his mom and dad.

No, Jio doesn't need anything from Farmer. And no, he doesn't need woollen socks, it's not cold in the woods- no, he doesn't need it in any way at all. Elf doesn't need a warm hat either. Why is Farmer chasing him like a protective mama hen? He's an assassin, this is ridiculous- No! For the last time, Jio doesn't need this- !!! Okay, he'll take the plum pudding, it looks delicious. Thanks. And go away.

The kindness and parental care from Farmer is just a breath of fresh air for the Amethyne family, whose members sacrifice almost everything for the legacy of their family name. Louie clung to Farmer like a magnet, wanting to spend more time with them. He even stopped calling them a servant and started working on his behaviour thanks to their advice and help. The advice was especially accepted by Ariah, who was already freaking out due to a nearly failed exam and a lot of pressure. The faithful servants Irene and Sonny themselves were not left out of Farmer's attention, they were even a little unaccustomed to it - usually they take care of family and guests, but here it was somehow the opposite. Zayne is a little shy, but very grateful to Farmer for everything and for always listening to him and helping him in difficult decisions. Maive is just happy with Farmer and appreciates them for everything they have done for her family, sometimes being surprised that Farmer sees only good in her too, even though the head of the Amethyne family herself knows that she can be strict and even unpleasant.

While the grumpy elf is trying his best to hide from Farmer, Daia is taking full advantage of this. Who could say no to a delicious cranberry cheesecake, especially since Farmer makes it just perfect! The ninja has never known family and parental care, having been raised from an early age with only one job - to kill anyone her Lady points her finger at, so Daia doesn't mind feeling cared for, if only for a little while. Though she admits it's a little strange.

"Farmer, we need to have a serious talk." Belinda doesn't even know anymore whether to be angry at the careless Farmer who approached Gabriella's closest minions unarmed, with intentions of "settling the conflict," or surprised at the minions agreeing to peace and having a tea party??? with Farmer. Can damned monsters even drink anything? It's as if Farmer has some sort of aura that makes all evil spirits calm down. At her mute request for help in this strange situation towards Raeriyala, the fox spirit only laughed softly at what was happening. Her deceased friend had been such a caring mother, and it was rather amusing to see Farmer adopt those traits of their grandmother. Maybe it's a hint that the damned souls can still be saved, since they're treating Farmer peacefully at least.

Olga has become resistant to Farmer because they are spoiling her husband Bert (who really doesn't mind a tasty sweets from Farmer) and daughter Trinnie with their maternal care. She is grateful to Farmer for their recipes for culinary masterpieces, sweaters and, though a little strange, very useful advice about the house, but Olga repeats time after time that these two need a stern hand.

Lenny sat on the picnic table with the rest of the adult residents of Ridgeside Village and was dying laughing when she saw Farmer, with arms full of sweaters, almost running after anyone they thought was not dressed appropriately for the cold weather. "Ay, ay, ay, are you jealous because you don't have a sweater either?" slyly quipped Carmen, who however was also amused by the scene. Especially since her daughter Blair was perpetually dressed lightly and had a good chance of catching a cold (despite her mother's scolding), so Farmer, who had persuaded her to wear sweater they had tied, was her salvation. Shanice, Naomi, and Malaya giggled quietly at what was happening while Richard with Pika and Lorenzo explained to a confused Kimpoi that Farmer had always been like this. Even though they all laugh, everyone knows that Farmer is the kindest soul, best friend and just a blessing from Yoba.

On the one hand, Faye is a bit annoyed by Farmer's care and advice, because she can take care of herself, you know (ugh, they are like her parents!). But later the waitress realises that they do it out of kindness, not because they think she is incapable of independent life. Plus she can't turn down Farmer's food (their cauliflower with cheese is delicious!).

"Aw yeah, free lunch!" Ian gave Sean a stern look after his not too polite comment when Farmer's stopped by their workplace with a hot meal for the boys. But the ginger man himself couldn't agree more with his friend: Farmer cooks so gloriously that it's impossible to refuse. They have become a frequent visitor (not even a customer anymore), just to make sure that both Ian and Sean don't forget to eat after their hard work. Ian is especially grateful, as he can save more money for his family.

Anton has already come to terms with his failures in life, believing that the only thing he has left to wish for is to numb the pain with cider and sleep. However, Farmer appeared in Anton's life and became a friend, a counsellor and a shoulder to cry on. And they always have plenty of tissues in their handbag after crying.

After the whole damn thing with that Jio and "Gabriela's followers", Corine is surprised at how calm Farmer acted at the sight of danger. Wait, don't tell her that Farmer didn't take up arms just because they want to be friends with these... creatures and live in peace like in fairytale. With all due respect to her good friend, Corine doesn't think just words will solve anything here... whatever that was.

Alissa and Ysabelle are going to be a little confused. It's not that Farmer's attention and care makes them uncomfortable, not at all. It's just... They're not little kids anymore, and they can take care of themselves. Alissa is a bit shy to say it directly, so as not to hurt Farmer's feelings, while Ysabelle said in plain text that if she needs help, advice or warm socks, she will ask directly. Luckily, Frmer understood both girls perfectly and is in no way offended.

Shiro was so happy when before his eyes Farmer cared for and helped Yuuma, allowing the boy to enjoy at least some free time like a child should. Even chuckled a little when his younger brother was a little shy of care from Farmer. Laughing until Farmer's attention turned to Shiro himself. He was a little shy too, but was grateful for the help and care, occasionally reminding him that he could take care of himself too. Heh, why does he need so many woollen socks?

"Don't you think I'm too old for all this?" Kenneth, June and Jeric in no way meant to insult the Farmer or their gift of a knitted jumper. It's only that such overprotection causes them a little confusion and misunderstanding. All those sweaters and- oh, ok, that cheesecake looks delicious. They'll accept that. Thanks Farmer.

For Lola and Freddie Farmer is the kindest, most polite and calm youth they have ever met. All their deeds, all their concern for the other residents of this town has not escaped the eyes of the retired assassins. And of course, two elderly men will not refuse the knitted socks that Farmer has put their care and love into (especially they are woolen - just the thing against the cold wooden floor in their house!). Lola is a little worried, though, because of Farmer's desire to solve all matters only in peace and even be friends with monsters. She's afraid lest Farmer's get in trouble because of it.

The first thing anyone notices about Clank is how loud he is. He's also a little clumsy but the other tinkers don't mind. At the end of the day, there is nobody better at making a wagon or fixing a broken paintbrush than Clank. Of course, this super loud tinker would probably be quieter if he ever remembered to take the cotton stuffing out of his ears. He wears it because it can get loud in the workshop. When he forgets to take them out he ends up hollering at everyone because he can't hear.

Nettle thinks she has the best talent in Pixie Hollow (actually most fairies think that, even the mud-sifting fairies). Nettle is a caterpillar shearing fairy. Without her help, caterpillars would never be able to see where they’re going. Caterpillars don’t love having their hair clipped, but the good news is they don’t move very faster. With her practical head scarf keeping her hair out of her eyes, and her gleaming shears in her hand, Nettle is ready for business.

•himiko is a really playful yet sleepy regressor! i think her age range would be from 2-4, though sometimes she wavers in between headspaces.

•loves doing magic tricks even when regressed!! or even playing pretend with plastic wands, cauldrons, etc. anything can be magic if you will it!!

•himiko would love drawing when regressed— anywhere and everywhere. she’ll color pictures, scribble on her arms, and even buy some little bath crayons so she can draw on the bathtub when she takes one!!

•speaking of, she enjoys anything cozy. warm baths, pillow forts, stuffed animal piles— it’s just comforting and safe— a lot of why she regresses.

•she drinks a lot of angel milk!! it’s so fun to watch the vanilla splash into the milk, and it’s warm and tasty <3

•himiko adores spring, primarily because it just makes her feel small! she gets to weave flower crowns and put flowers behind her ear. she gets to chase butterflies and watch bunnies hop in the yard. it makes her feel like when she was a kid again!

•has a big sweet tooth when regressed. she loves munching on ice cream, cookies and chocolates! especially when they have kid-like designs on the packaging/design.

•himiko has a lot of sensory items. like fidgets and soft toys, but also things that are visually sensory! like fairy lights or lights that look like stars on the ceiling. it’s so pretty and makes her slip!

•she sometimes struggles to button the buttons on her shirt or lace her shoes up. when she regresses, it can affect her ability to do certain things. she always appreciates it when someone helps her, even if all she can murmur out is a soft “‘ank you”

•himiko uses stickers a lot when she regresses. she’ll stick them to her face or hands, or place them in a sticker book. she especially loves animal designs!!

•as a whole, she’s a very cozy regressor, always happy to just feel safe and comfortable. it brings her the joys she had as a kid and helps her see the little things <3

Happy Pocky Day! Have you ever had these tasty snacks? You can find them here in the U.S.!

Pocky Day is a special snack holiday held every November 11 (11.11 looks just like a couple of Pocky sticks lined up together. It’s a clever marketing tactic by Glico to get people to have more fun eating Pocky and Pretz together). It’s a fun annual tradition where Japanese pop culture fans share Pocky sticks with friends and loved ones to spread joy and connection. Pocky boxes are meant to be shared with family and friends. Kiku and her BFF, Miwa, have met up for a day of shopping and sharing the treats! Kiku brought her favorite flavor, strawberry, as well as cookies and cream. Miwa also has the choco banana flavor and mint chocolate chip, and she brought the original flavor too.

Pocky Day exists because everybody loves snacking on tasty Japanese Pocky. Made by Glico, these delicious chocolate-covered biscuit sticks with a plethora of flavors are named after “pokkiri.” That's Japanese onomatopoeic word when you crack Pocky sticks in between your teeth. It’s one of the most iconic Japanese snacks that’s super easy to eat!

Pocky is so iconic that it always makes appearances in anime, manga, and Japanese TV series. Pocky plays a big part in Japanese pop culture. Boasting a smorgasbord of flavors, Japanese Pocky biscuit sticks holds the title in the Guinness World Records for being the “world’s largest chocolate-coated biscuit brand.”

I had so much fun creating these minis! I found actual photos of Japanese Pocky boxes - there are so many flavors, and some are limited editions such as sakura in the spring - and remade them in Photoshop in high quality, then scaled them down and printed them out. I also took an X-acto knife to two of the boxes to allow the sticks to fit inside. To make the sticks, I used toothpicks and paint. And yes, the sticks do fit inside the boxes! I'll probably have even more flavors next year!

Uniflip Swanna, first of all, is a very posh peacock girl named Peahenna. She is always seen wearing a sophisticated pink dress. However, she’s not very talkative. She’d rather stay at home and weave. Lee is a cherry-shaped gemstone who is adventurous and very talkative. He has an almost magical archery talent, as well as an eye for fashion. The two of them are from Graceia, a fashionable, high-society land surrounding a lake. They took up work in the Unidominion for reasons known only to them.

Floela, who in Big Bright World is Neapolitan’s friend, is Master Smile and Brock's friend. She likes to make ice cream, but she’s very clumsy and tends to make a mess. She just wants everyone to get along, but she tends to be a little hotheaded. She is close with her twin brother Neapolitan, who likes piloting and air-related things besides making desserts. Their family has lived in Uniflip!Frowntown all their life, but their heritage comes from Sugar Valley. 

Germafrost is a mischievous and playful boy from Sugar Valley. Though he sometimes stumbles and falls, he goes wherever the wind takes him. He likes to prepare delicious ice cream cakes and collect sprinkles and chocolate chips he finds in the ground. He eventually meets Floela, and he helps her improve her skills in baking. Also, in Sugar Valley, there are ten types of desserts you can make, including cakes, ice cream, cookies and candies. 

Lute, a sheep/ice cream hybrid, is Germafrost’s caretaker who likes to play the lute when she’s not baking cookies. She’s very punctual and is often seen at work. It’s rumored that when you eat one of her cookies, you’ll be able to see the possible futures of how the rest of your week will go. She gets really concerned for her loved ones’ safety. 

Abigail, or Abby, is Germafrost’s other caretaker. She is a gray wolf who likes to improvise, and like Germafrost, she is drawn to things that look tasty. She likes to look up at the stars at night. She makes freeze-dried candies. 

Tennatop, noted for his long, swirly antennae, is a pink and orange butterfly who lives in the multi-biome kingdom of Teravi (TEHR-ah-vee). He loves having a good time, and he’s always ready to have fun and play. He still tries to be conscious and keep himself safe. He is a huge animal person, doing his best to care for the fauna of his world. He’s also quite the party animal. 

Lily is Tennatop’s inventive friend and the princess of Teravi. She is a blue butterfly. She is a problem solver who tinkers with the things she finds in nature. She also tries to make sure that her inventions won’t leave behind waste or use up too much energy. She can often be found in her workshop. 

Lucian, who nicknames himself Spike, is the liveliest and peppiest member of Tennatop’s friend group. He is a golden sun moth who styles his hair in points that look like sun rays. He is a graceful and agile circus performer, and he loves when people watch him flip and swing on the trapeze. Though he sometimes falls down, he doesn’t let his mishaps define him. 

Marcella is a honey bee. She doesn't like to be in one place for very long, and she doesn’t like getting wet. She travels around Teravi to collect nectar. She can fly at very fast speeds, meaning that it can be hard to see her. She easily gets bored and impatient, but she’s loyal and resilient. 

Cream is a friend of Tennatop and Marcella who is a small pink butterfly fairy. He is learning to care for crops and plants, and he has no problem getting dirty. He also likes to make his crops into salads, and he always has some salad cream on hand for them. He is considerate, so he often checks up on his friends. 

Kira is a blue glaucus who lives in an undersea land called Marinia. She’s assertive and rather short-tempered. She’s an athlete who loves underwater sports, especially volleyball. She has a good sense of problem-solving and teamwork. Though she’s a loose cannon, you can always count on her to pick you up. 

Bia is Kira’s lifelong best friend. She is a red lion’s mane jellyfish. She is dreamy, mellow, and goes with the flow most of the time. She cares for the undersea plants in her garden. She also likes to make pottery and paintings. She’s very merciful and is respectful towards everyone. She’s paralyzed in her bottom half, so she has prosthetic fins that help her swim. 

Allegra is a hybrid of a blue-ringed octopus and a sea star. She’s very polite and upbeat, and she brings happiness to others. She is a pacifist, as well as very romantic. She’s open and expressive, wanting to let other people know how she’s feeling. Making music is her top favorite thing to do. She is a singer, songwriter, actress and occasional poet. 

Zora is a curious and fearless leafy sea dragon. He has a can-do attitude, and he’s intuitive and smart. He never shies away from tossing the dice and taking chances. He is a filmmaker who hopes to direct his own movies someday. He supports his friends through any situation. He nicknames himself Tangerweed because he’s always thought that the leaves on his body look like tangerine-colored seaweed. 

Master Love is a Bloom Lord that wants to spread love and joy to all of the people of the world. She is patient about finding a partner of her own, and she understands that not everybody needs to have love to be happy. She also really loves herself, giving herself affirmations every day. 

Prince Trey is the elven son of King Arcentharion of Charmland. He is very, very, VERY shy and sensitive. He’s also calm and relaxed. He loves kittens, flowers, things that are cute, and most of all, soccer. He bursts into tears whenever someone provokes him. He has the magical ability to freeze water. After he lost his older sister to an accident, Master Smile encouraged him to open up about his feelings. 

Estara is the royal advisor to the king. She’s very devoted to her job, and she seems to be the one holding Charmland together. Though she can be bossy sometimes, she’s very motherly and protective towards Trey. She prefers very expensive things, and goes out of her way to make an event or interior as fancy as it can be. Her mom tried to push her into practicing mad science, but Estara wanted to be a clock repairwoman. To this day, she enjoys fixing clocks and helping people tell the time. 

Sgt. Luna is a chivalrous and brave knight, but she tends to be self-centered and rude. She views herself as the gorgeous leader of Charmland’s royal guard of mages, but she doesn’t really know what she’s doing. She neglects cleaning her room and work space. Besides casting spells with her staff, she also enjoys writing plays. She comes from Stage Island, a theatrical land. 

Estelle is Trey’s adoptive younger sister. Unlike him, she’s not an elf. She’s dramatic, and she’s a huge night owl. She speaks with a lot of emphasis in her voice. She often goes outside to hang out with her friends, such as her close friend Imogen. She is an enthusiast for undersea treasures and mysteries. 

Imogen is an open-minded girl who is very forgiving of others. She looks past the negative qualities of everyone. She’s a huge butterfly lover and has lots of feeders built on her house. She and Estelle attend a yearly convention for pirates and ocean explorers. She lives in a houseboat on a lake.

So. My friend and I are vegetarian for several years now. Already annoyed? It's ok, I'm used to it.

We celebrate Christmas with his family every year with a traditional dish. There is roast meat and lots of side dishes. All super tasty and cooked by several members of the family. So a few years ago, we started to go vegetarian. I stated multiple times that we don't need any changes on christmas. There are plenty of sides, I ask if I can bring anything extra and the answer is no - and the "cooking granny" always did extra stuff to make us something awesome.

But this took so much extra time. So last year, I decided to make a Seitan-roll-roast for my boyfriend and me to take the extra work away from her.

Why fake meat? We could just make vegetables or something? Yes of course. But I love cooking and a challenge to. And we both also love the traditional christmas dish. We wanted to have a closer replacement for us. In no way do I want to state it's the same for everyone. Also, you can just shove it in the oven and it's done!

So, what happened on Christmas?

I worked three days on this dish for the "meat", filling and sauce. It came out really good! You see, I love cooking. I love to hear about recipes, I don't care if it has animal products in it or not. It's my hobby. We always talk about the food on christmas and of course, some were also interesed in our "creation". But I felt looks from other people. They were nearly offended.

"It's not the same" - yeah, but we like it :)

"I could never go vegetarian" - never stated anything like that.

"why do you wash the flour? It's already fine!" - Yeah you do this to get Seitan. Do you also question why a dough needs to rest?

It was uncomfortable. I love cooking. I love talking about food. But at some point, I stopped talking about it.

Don't get me wrong btw. I hate peta. Every vegan/vegetarian I know hates peta. They probably imposed stuff in this article on the reader too. But when you say "yule is not yule without meat" you do the same. You gatekeep something from people who just want to participate in something.

My friend and I are vegetarian/vegan because we think we can live without meat. Of course we don't change the world. But we can help a bit. Another person is doing something different. That is fine. But why do people who just don't eat everything are always the center of hate???

Did you ever think about that the "load, noisy vegans who shout MEAT IS MURDER" may just be the loudest part of the group?

Did you ever think that a few people are just veggi because they don't like meat or can't drink milk?

And if we talk about religion - if you don't eat pig, it's sometimes easier to just get the veggi option.

I want to be vegan too. But I make exceptions when people bake cake or something. If it was the other way around, someone would should "don't force this stuff on me!" But I just accept it. Because I know it's harder to bake vegan. And be a little happy for ever vegan cookie I get and didn't ask.
