My favorite member out of the bloodline is Roman (He is so dorky brother material) for the judgment day it’s Damian (that man is a sexy vampire daddy) and for the Codyvengers it’s Cody (that man is so incredibly sexy and definitely daddy) random fact number two I am currently hyperfixated on Dean Winchester, the man is sexy and he does things to me.

OK, so, here's the thing. I have spoken to people about how this SamiJey gap (so far) is nothing compared to what Zowens shippers have had to endure in the past but, like, here's the thing. THE ZOWENS GAPS MADE SENSE. Pretty much all of the times that Sami and Kevin didn't interact for extended periods of time, it was because they were either on different shows, actively hated each other, or, sometimes, BOTH. There is ZERO canonical reason for Sami and Jey to not be interacting right now. NONE. They built this whole thing up between them and then Sami went away for awhile, which, OK, so even if the house show stuff isn't canon, the point is that the storyline that was started WITH SAMI, is now continuing on without him like he isn't even there. The entire lot of them, not just Jey, but Seth and Cody as well, have collectively decided Sami isn't worth their time when, in reality, the only reason Team Yeet exists in the first place is because Sami was working his ass off to build a team to take down The Bloodline TOGETHER. The so-called CodyVengers wasn't even Cody's idea at first, it was SAMI'S. SAMI was the one trying to recruit Kevin to take down the Bloodline together and Cody just sort of came along for the ride when he won the Royal Rumble. Cody never even would have gotten involved as "marriage counselor" to build the foundations of that team if not for Sami. SO WHY THE HELL IS SAMI BEING LEFT OUT OF ALL OF THIS?!?! So he's facing Gunther. So what. There is no fuggin reason he shouldn't still be connected in SOME WAY to the friends who he was so damn dedicated to that he was willing to forget Kevin almost INSTANTLY in favor of continuing his association with them. It's bad fucking writing and a disservice to Sami's character and, as much as I want to see Cody dethrone Roman, I'm calling bullshit on this whole thing. This is nothing like Damage CTRL throwing Bayley out of the group. This would be like if Bayley was off TV for a month for injury or something and, when she came back everyone in the company including herself and all of damage control, completely forgot she founded the group in the first place. It's bad writing. Bottom line. And I really thought we had gotten past this when Hunter took over.

It's cool to see Randy (and I guess Punk too) come back and all, but I'm honestly not all that satisfied with the men's wargames match. I just feel like nothing actually happened regarding the tensions they set up for both the iudgement day, and the codyvengers. No change of hands for the title, no betrayals within factions, not even much fuckery. Idk, I just wanted more and the way things ended with Damian getting pinned... I dunno man.

the non-kayfabe explanation for seth's late 2022 face turn/2023 face run is that he noticed the crowd cheering for him over riddle (i mean, yeah) and decided to just go for it. i like that as an in story explanation as well- seth, in the midst of his spiteful 3 year long meltdown realizes that, hey. if he just gets his shit together a little bit, crams the angry bitterness deeper under his skin, turns it into something more fun, he can be loved again. his sins can be forgotten, he can be redeemed in the eyes of the audience.

And while the opinion of the audience is good enough for a while, he gets his ultimate redemption at WM 40 when he proves that for once, he can make the unselfish choice. he doesn't bring the chair to the ring to propel himself to the top, he wants Cody to win. he's proved to himself that he can do the normal good person things. that bit of him is not fundamentally Broken.

sooo. i'm a big fan of the heel hints right now!! he did the good person things, and it was hard. no one else could have fulfilled that role, and he broke his body to do it. and what has he gotten for it? The other codyvengers didn’t help when he needed it. cody is on the other brand flirting with his ex despite No One thinking it's a good idea. what was the point of all that? what is the Point of being a good person if no one is going to stick around for him. if he was a better person (god, he almost wishes he was. almost) maybe he could stick it out. but he knows what he is. oh fucking well.
