I love OpenTTD screenshot support. yes they let you take a biiig screenshot of the whole map, but they also let you make a zip bomb

such an image would be 24 TiB of storage uncompressed, a lot less in PNG form but any image editing program will try to commit it raw to RAM

I did manage to take a screenshot at a much lower zoom level, one that is 130k x 65k in resolution and about 360 MB in size on disk but about 26GB raw (at 24bpp)

it was fun seeing other people's programs struggle with trying to open it

Fever is a hilarious immune response. Our bodies tell the disease “hey, wanna see which one of us dies of overheating first? No? Too bad.” and honestly they’re not even the winners a decent chunk of the time but it works often enough that we never evolved it away or anything. Fantastic work.

it's always bad for adults to interact with minors, which is why when I was born my mother was positioned at the window and I was birthed down a giant slip n slide that safely transported me to the hospital grounds, where I was quickly accepted and raised by a gang of feral babies who were born under similar circumstances. and that's why my posts are so bad
