thinking about music in my world

Pofflax uses a lot of strings and woodwinds. their music is more minimal and easy to learn because it's meant to be a background to singing and dancing

Dewport's music is a lot like Pofflax's but more traditional and can be either background or full pieces of their own

Akafey probably has the most diversity in music. brass instruments were invented in Opiven but got really popular in Prosperity. they are inventing jazz as we speak

Opiven's music is usually improv. they use a lot of drums, woodwinds, and some brass. you will never hear the same song twice there

Braylor used to have a lot of diversity too (and still does in the east) but since the unification they started doing symphonies as a way of making a national identity. in Durapolis especially marching bands are a huge deal

there's not much music in the Kingdom of Torcona but i can see it being a bit of a taboo favorite on the Shoreside (much to the annoyance of the Skysiders)

i don't have any ideas for Bansorwood or the Luselem Isles so if anyone knows about music history please give suggestions!! all my music knowledge is just whatever my sister tells me about the pieces her orchestra is performing

Tay: The woman spent weeks with Brendon but then had to go back to Nashville. She was rerecording her old music and she needed to be with her son again. On Friday she didn't go to the studio but instead got herself ready for court. She had been to court before but it was never for a divorce and she didn't want to do this. Standing before the judge was hard, all she wanted to do was cry and beg Alex to come back, but she knew that wasn't the right choice for either of them, so she kept her mouth shut. When everything was done and the divorce was granted she quickly left the courthouse and went home to pack. She knew Cory would be fine with her brother for the weekend so she hopped her plane and flew to LA. She didn't even tell Brendon she was coming, she just showed up at his house very late Friday night, maybe it was even Saturday morning, and kept ringing the bell; tears in her eyes.

You know what's mind blowing? Hetlors, Toes, "Jerklies", Tillys, Swiftgronions, Braylors and so on ALL stalk kaylor blogs and either harass and mock them or try to get into an unprovoked argument with them. Yet, you almost NEVER see kaylors doing the same to their blogs. It's almost as if they all feel threatened by Kaylor. Hm... I wonder why that is... What makes Kaylor different from all the other "ships"? Maybe the fact that it's REAL!

TCG and jennyboom’s alliance is hilarious. TCG doesn’t even believe in Braylor. How is their dynamic exactly?

It makes no sense at all. Literally the only thing they agree on is that Karlie’s awful. Their “timelines” don’t match, their “arguments” don’t match, their “ships” don’t match. 

If TCG doesn’t tell jennyboom the entire fanfiction, she can have someone with a decent following that spreads her word around without lifting a finger, and in return jennyboom can hate on Karlie and have someone (TCG) providing a justification for hating on Karlie.

Maybe I’ll be back a bit more. I was kind of waiting for the annual nye trip, and the documentary, and awards season stunting to pass. I’m also starting a new job, so I’m very busy, so I’ll probably just pop up now and again. But I think my break did me good.

Shall we talk about how Krie is real and how braylor is real and how they have a throuple? Or should we talk about Tina (Taylor/Nina)? I just made that ship name up. It’s pretty good.

Because all that’s freaking hilarious.

Should I we talk about the next episode of The L Word: What Happens in the Maldives stays in the Maldives? I hear it’s incredibly juicy but a bit unbelievable, but hey, it’s just a tv show.
