Cowboy boots from Fallout 76, retextured by me to resemble the boots worn by Primm Slim from New Vegas. This is a mashup asset only, no plugin. You will need to add them to an outfit yourself in Outfit Studio. Recommend a height of 2 in HHS, but you can also just move them up in OS.
