You know what? I’m feelin’ a Prompt with the whole halfa family, all the clones and everything. 

See, Danny? He’s grown up, he’s moved out, started looking at colleges himself after spending a few years travelling and learning about himself without the threat of a ghost attack. 

He’s kept in touch with his friends, both living and dead, and ignores Vlad for the most part now that they’ve reached a truce of sorts, and honestly? He’s just living his life. 

But see, it’s kind of hard to figure out what college to pick, with his admittedly not-great choices. Look, he might have a new-ish ID but he’s still visibly not exactly human (though thankfully doesn’t have to worry about the GIW after a… summer activity that ended with several missing buildings) 

And most people he goes to? Finds him ‘too unsettling’ which excuse him?? How is he unsettling? He’s a twenty-five year old with six kids ranging from one to six! How is that “scary” huh? Ancients, and all this is making him use the cash he’s saved up over time. 

And then- as though all of this isn’t stressful enough and he’s not genuinely worried that he won’t have enough money to feed the kids if he goes to school- a hero nearly trips over Jordan and starts freaking out. He is so fucking done.

Every time a sister told me they were spending the weekend at their partner's house... I was thinking that it was a slumber party. They'll have some food and game. At night they'll cuddle in the same bed.

One was engaged. The others were dating. And it never occurred to me that they were also having sex.

Then I'm confused when I find out they're sexually active.

Apparently I take things however they're presented to me. Or that stuff just never comes to mind when someone says it. Hell, both.

Everytime you draw your dogs in bed sleeping/cuddling it makes me physically and emotionally relaxed, they're always my favorite pieces. That last one was a tad too angsty (poor Vasco) but still, the way you draw them covered in blankets is so realistic and comforting.

It does that to me as well! I think that's precisely why I love drawing those pieces so much, it's oddly soothing.

Tricking my brain to calm down by putting the dogs in bed so that they're safe and comfy.

in the spirit of thanksgiving

Cang Qiong should have an age old traditional feast.

Depending on who you ask:

It's great. Food, wine, the people you grew up next to and fought side-by-side with. The disciples you've raised.

It's terrible. Awkward small talk, other people's insane opinions (think modern day politics and stuff but xianxia), the adult versions of your fellow disciples(cousins) who either you bullied, or they bullied you, your terrible first kiss, AND those brats you have to teach/the one teacher that just hates you

(Shang Qinghua hates this feast. So, so much. Drunk peak lords, drunk hallmasters, drunk disciples. )

And there's dancing. It's great. It's terrible. All depending on who you ask.

Shen Yuan's first feast makes him dislike them. Between the distance acting as Shen Qingqiu puts between him and everyone else, and the empty void he feels in his ribcage it's not the best. He won't even think or acknowledge it, but it's there.

The feast reminds him of the family dinners from when he was younger.

But there isn't a Shen-mei to lean over to and show stupid memes, there isn't an Er-ge to gossip with, and there isn't a Da-ge to have a late night meaningful conversation with that sticks with you for the rest of your life.

Instead it's a bunch of strangers.

He doesn't actually know them. At all.

To everyone but him, these are the people who they've lived next to for years, shared meals, little joys and burdens, the monotony and life-changing events. Inside jokes and ribbing about choices you made as a teenager.

To him, it's the same as having a meal alone in a bustling restaurant: It's warm, full of laughter and gentle smiles, jokes and stories. And there he is; standing alone.

What's worse? To be completely unknown, or for people to believe they know you, and know your shared history, and be wrong. To have no-one acknowledge you at all, or to be held accountable for actions that are not your own?

As soon as it's socially acceptable to leave, he does so. He shoos all of his little disciples away, telling them to enjoy the festivities.

He comes home to an empty, cold house. At least it's quiet.

(The next feast is bearable. What makes it good is he and Airplane retreat back to the bamboo house together and get blackout drunk. They laugh, they cry, they dance (and sing but they don't remember that.). )

namjoon talking about developing insomnia and being scared at night is so real… like whenever i was in a super bad headspace i was scared to sleep. it’s like being afraid of your mind and what will come up when you’re not in control of it. i used to dream about everything that was torturing me throughout the day and it was awful. i can only imagine how lonely and lost they felt when the group went on hiatus. like namjoon said: he is bts. i hope their solo activities have allowed them to find who they are as individuals aswell: bc that’s just as important. love them dearly.

SamSteveBucky on hot ones:

Sam, he's doing an amazing job. He's trash-talking the wings, making Sean laugh, and is having an overall good time. And then, "Da'Bomb" happens. He starts tearing up, coughing, Sean is warning him not to touch his eyes (spoiler: he does). Bucky has a sniper shot on Sean because this is clearly an attack on his man (spoiler: Sam and Bucky are NOT dating), and he needs to save him. Sam does do the last dab and is calmed down with a Sundae given to him by Bucky, who, Sam had no idea was even there.

Steve, is the hot mess express. Is ready to tap out after the first wing. The third wing has Steve wondering if the Serum really even works!! Is drinking milk straight from the carton. He thinks he can handle it after the fourth wing because Sam shows up and he needs to impress him (spoiler: he can not and he does not) it gets even worse at, "Da'Bomb". Immediately starts shadow boxing. He's pacing the room and throwing right hooks in the air. Sam and Bucky are mumbling and cackling. He does do the last dab. Only because Sam and Bucky were calling him names.

Bucky, this is nothing to him. He's eating the wings without any reactions and is more upset that Sean is able to dig up information on him he's certain no one should know. He gets to "Da'Bomb" and still no reactions. The room is tense for some reason. The room wonders if ANYTHING is going to get Bucky to react (spoiler: there is). Steve gives Sam $5 after Bucky lunges at Sean for somehow having a picture of Bucky with a bowl cut. He does do the last dab after Sam calms him down, and he apologizes to Sean (spoiler: he doesn't mean the apology)

Kuroshitsuji AU where the Phantomhive massacre never happened; Ciel did grow up to be a priest in the Phantomhive territory just as his twin brother wanted, and he kept having to exorcise demons from the body of a man named Sebastian.

Sebastian is a very attractive man—and a very successful toy store owner too; just like Ciel’s childhood dream, isn’t that such a coincidence? He’s very kind to Ciel—probably out of gratefulness for helping him—and Ciel quickly finds himself falling in love and sharing a special connection with the man, it’s just a shame that Sebastian seems to keep getting possessed by demons way too often than people normally do, doesn’t he? It’s like he just gets repossessed by demons as an excuse to keep seeing the little priest.

I'm THRILLED to see The Sims 2 is now on Steam! I played this so much back in the day. I just need to figure out how to install mods . . .

Anyway, I moved into a Sim household with nothing, no furniture or appliances, and decided I would only buy the Sim one (1) item a day.

So far she has a toilet, bed, bathtub, and fridge.

Pondering if my next purchase should be a TV or an oven. Technically she can make sandwiches from the fridge so she doesn't have to run to community lots to grill hot dogs anymore at least.
