Ok ok so here me out with my BS

We have been getting A LOT of imagery of Secondo/Infestissumam related things inregards to Papa V.

Not only does the official flash animation for Papa V show the infamous flashing scene of Secondo's ancient serpent deceiver from the Year Zero video, but there is even a more recent "Red Death" inspired shirt featuring Secondo on it. This new Papa V looks seems, at least to me, seems to be partly inspired by Phantom of the Opera (the Red Death) specifically. Plus, the whole baby on the Infestissumam album cover with a HALF MASK!!! right, RIGHT lol

Also, they made the whole infestissumam stuff a part of the last tour, anyone remember the huge rendition of the album cover in the Spillways lounge?

This new Papa is younger right? What if we were led to believe that this is Copia's twin, but it is in fact Secondo's SON.

Therefore, they are still very much part of the bloodline and would tie into some things and make the younger Papa make sense.

Also notice in the V flash animation that we get two sides of Papa V mirrored what it that is a clever way to head that they will be two different Papas with two separate masks to differentiate them and they will share the spot line... so the twins?!

Also, if you would lol, remember that there is t-shirts and other merch with only Secondo (from my recollection) specifically that shows him with 2 babies which everyone assumed were the twins from the chapters but what if that was a red herring....

So.... my theory is that the new Papa, Papa V Perpetua is Papa Emeritus II/Secondo's son and that we may even be in fact in store for it to be 2 SEPARATE PAPAS, TWINS!

Obviously, after watching the movie and the Hot air balloon sequence, along with the Clicking of the shoes in the last scene much like Like Dorothy in the wizard of Oz. That's a nod to that. But ..

Notice how copia does the "no place like home" click of his shoes near the end of the film? And respite of the Spitalfields also ironically mentions the wizard of OZ and how Dorothy goes home at the end of the movie.

Song mentions

When the curtain unveiled, to the sound of applause, that the king that we hailed was the wizard of Oz.

But also a foreshadowing

Imperator wore red shoes, and when she was covered over by the white sheet, her Red heels were sticking out much like the Witches Red shoes when the house fell on her. In the movie the wizard of Oz the slippers represent the ability to triumph over powerful forces.

I'm sorry this is so long. It is mainly me just talking to myself writing shit down so I can just vent, but remember the city of Meliora? In square hammer, it was green, and I've always thought that was a nod to the emerald city, and green means money, which mummy dust (eh, this is an entirely dif side quest a thought for another time)

A message is that people will march behind any authority figure who makes a splash, however undeserving they may be.

Let's see the twin brother : We will break away together, I'll be the shadow, and you'll be the light.

Maybe a nod to his twin, perhaps? One is the dark half, and the other would bring the light one. One will eventually kill the other one if we go back to the romulus and Remus theory. But which one. (Dunno) now then my fellow antichrist theory mutuals is this could still happen.. I say that because obviously we assume Copia has the mark 666 and Sister did mention something about how he will come to understand that one day ending means the beginning of a new one and that after a night of darkness.

Obviously I'm very much shitghosting and ballparking alot here and I don't claim anything as stated I'm only making links and parallels here and there 😅 I'd love to pick other people's brains here thoughts and theories. ^^

the idea that V will never actually be in a chapter, but just a looming presence in the narrative as we continue to follow Copia

V obviously being the a weird freak twin, making Copia, in all his emotional, hater, low self esteem self, look normal.

listen, I want Copia to turn out to be the Antichrist and I want him to be the most inept antichrist Satan could ever fear to get. I want to see him in diabolical situations in which his awkward autistic ass is just so out of place it confuses even the emissaries from hell/heaven/whoever he's trying to impress. let him try to fistbump god when he's supposed to fight him and go 'he he he' at his own jokes before solving a problem in the least antichrist way possible, creating more problems for the ministry and making everyone question their life choices.

Opinion: Sister is mary sue

Neutral, because we should have more information about her to say this, and because I am fairly uninterested in her character.

I’m not sure if she was designed to be a Mary Sue, but from what I see, she is kind of seen as one now. A Mary Sue is usually a positive character, I guess, but she’s got her flaws… she’s hysterical in the Summoning videos, not everybody appreciates her or is even scared of her, and she’s sometimes rude and violent. I don’t really see her as one—yet (I bet she officially will be one after the comic).

The self-insert side of the Mary Sue concept is more interesting. She could probably be a personification of TF. She is supposed to be the Church administrator and the mastermind behind PR operations, tours, and everything related to the Ghost project. A kind of manager. She could easily be a projection of Tobias, and that’s why I would have preferred to keep the mystery around her, let fans guess what she does, where she is, and what her goal is, a ghost that moves in the darkness and orchestrates every move out of the spotlight. But maybe it is just because I’m really not attracted to her and I’m not curious to know more.

I have a theory about the first song sung by the Papas characterizing them as characters.

Secondo's first concert song was "Secular Haze" - a song with a dark circus atmosphere, praising the Antichrist. As we know from Papaganda and interviews, he likes wigs, silly costumes and noisy parties, hiding his unhappiness behind this.

Terzo's first song was "From the Pinnacle to the Pit". His life path follows the path of Lucifer and Icarus, even the last word sung by him on his albums is "falling" ("Bible"). The higher one soars, the longer it takes to fall, the theme of hubris and the giddiness of success all reflect Terzo.

Copia's first song was "Rats" (acoustic performance). Rats prowl everywhere, small and inconspicuous, and bring death. I think he may have identified with death, as his reign began with the murder of the brothers. And as a bastard, he may have felt like a small animal, despised by all, but capable of revenge.

What Have We Learned?

So, this will be stuff we learned from Chapter 21. Since you can go watch that now I'm not bothering with a cut.

In Universe Stuff:

Cardi and Perpetua have never met in person as adults; or they don't know they have.

Psaltarian is on tour with Perpetua.

Psaltarian manages Perpetua's schedule; so he is the booker of Psalms; which is funny to me.

As much as Psaltarian roasts Cardi to make him think he's on the brink of being wacked, he believes he will be alive at least until December 2026.

The Ministry's doors NEVER opened for Perpetua.

Terzo and Secundo are not Cardi's half brothers. They are, as far as we know, uncles to the twins.

Our Universe Stuff:

There are more tour dates coming and they will be touring into 2026.

Trunk Fixture is taking a vacation in 2027 (probably).

There is probably something planned for December 2026.
