Friendly gambling on brawls is a common thing in the Ghost Zone, and nobody ever bets on a revenant because they don't get the flashy superpowers (flight, invisibility, intangibility, ectoblasts, etc) that ghosts get. Most revenants didn't get trained in the art of fighting supers by Batman, though. The Acres of All seem like the sort of place that would back onto the Infinite Realms like a suburban backyard backing onto a national forest...

What I'm saying is Jason got the money to kickstart his criminal empire by cheating at ghost boxing.
