No, what's really fascinating about the end of TF comics is that in the absence of Helen, Zephaniah Mann would be the Capitalist villain, he's a cartoonish embodiment of corporate upper-class 19th century industrial evil, and if the camera was pointed at a different section of the timeline this would be a triumphant story of a girlboss pulling a Count of Monte Cristo on one of the worst people alive. But instead we only catch hints of the very beginning and the tail end, we watch the sharp edges as they wreck havok on the entire world and the main cast for over 150 years. Whole coal mines full of bodies and the entire principal cast realizing that every stupid and demeaning thing that's happened to them for the past four+ years was the third-degree fallout of this woman digging up a corpse to piss on it.

How come there are no geckles in the administration

Think about it: they geckles have a hilariously dysfunctional bureaucracy, the administration is basically just that. And I mean, we have seen people from Ninjago, Merlopians, Nindroids and even Mince from Shintaro work for the administration, but no heckles? Just seems a little weird. That, or the mysterious administrator is just three geckles in a trenchcoat

This is based on an earlier theory post i made, about the identities of the forbidden five in dragons rising season 2. My theory there was, that they were previous masters of smoke(Cinder), possibly metal and shape, likely mind, and lastly an unknown element(Emperor Levo). My theory there was, that Levo and the others were banished to other realms, while their powers returned to ninjago, taking some of their followers with them, if they had any. By this logic, Cinder was banished to the Wyldness and Levo to the realm, which would later become Imperium. Now i had another Idea for one of the masters, that being the master of mind. Maybe they were banished go the realm of madness a d to survive tunneled underground with their followers, hiding in an enormous cave system. As a ruler, this EM would have been a bit of a control freak, due to their elemental ability to control minds. That‘s why they and their followers might have created an agency, to control every minor detail, which eventually grew beyond their control, turning into an enormous bureaucracy, that thinks of itself as the governing force behind literally everything. This organisation now has the fitting name of Administration, with the elemental master trapped deep within it known as the administrator. This could be a way to tie the story of the Administration into the main plot of dragons rising and even have them as the main antagonistic faction eventually.
