I am but a measly 2:00:15 into the genre-defining "Riku is Gay" video, but like. Damn, Tennelle Flowers is a cinematic genius. I've remained so thoroughly enthralled by the tasteful spacing of audio commentary, clips from the games, and excerpts from the novels/writer interviews that I've hardly even noticed the time passing. What is this video laced with, man- I love video essays, but usually I have to rewind a gazillion times due to my attention slipping against my will.
That collage of comparison clips from KH2 Beast's arc and Riku's KH1-KH2 arc is killing me, man. Ever wish you could tattoo a part of a video to your forehead? Apparently, now I do.

KHDDD 2.0 Speculation
If Kairi and Riku do get a DDD 2.0 type of game, going based off the Secret Boss to Final Boss trend, I think the final boss for the both of them will be Yozora/Sora(not entirely sure how though outside of my Role Reversal theory).

Alternatively
For Kairi's side her final boss might be "The Nameless Star"

And for Riku's side his final boss will be Yozora

Alternatively
For Riku and Kairi it could be "The Nameless Star"

How
If Kairi's asleep she's probably been traversing her own dreams to reach the FW, but Riku could also traverse her dreams like he did with Sora to reach the Final World as well. When he does get there, maybe he'll meet The Nameless Star.
The Nameless Star knows of Yozora's displacement with his body's heart being replaced with another. Yozora looks like Riku but he's not supposed to, so one conclusion to this is that the one who stole his body is the one Yozora currently looks like.
The Nameless Star would recognize Riku's face and immediately identify him as the enemy, finding some way to stop him from destroying anything else. The Nameless Star may also meet Kairi while she's in the FW. She may recognize that Kairi looks similar to her, and may be the one in possession of her missing body seeing her as another threat. I've no idea how she could fight without a body though, this is just speculation.
King, Princess, Mage and Shield
Sora, Kairi, Donald and Goofy have different versions from Verum Rex in Yozora, "The Nameless Star", Magia and Aegis. However, these character classes so to speak stem from Versus XIII/FFXV: Noctis, Stella/Lunafreya, Prompto and Gladiolus.
Twilight/Dark Knight
That leaves Riku. In Kh1 Riku was a rival and then antagonist towards Sora, mostly due to his own insecurities and manipulation from Maleficent. One of Riku's motivations however is saving Kairi, the same as Sora. However throughout the game Riku constantly berates Sora for fooling around, not taking things seriously and taking too long to try and help Kairi which in KH2 it's revealed that Riku was jealous of Sora all long. It basically boils down to Riku found Sora to be unworthy of both the Keyblade and being the hero to save Kairi, but this is mostly projecting his own insecurities onto Sora.
In FF Versus 13, Noctis was originally meant to have an antagonist/rival in Stella's big brother Ravus Nox Flueret. Unfortunately there's not much information to go off of for how he would've been portrayed in FF Versus 13 aside from him having similar powers to Noctis and a prosthetic arm. In FFXV on the other hand Ravus tried on the Ring of Lucis and was rejected, didn't approve of Luna marrying Noctis and wanted vengeance upon Noctis and the Lucians for Regis abandoning Tenebrae for his son.

Design-wise Riku and Ravus are similar from the Blue eyes and silver hair combination Nomura loves oh so much. They have similar internal problems with themselves that they take out on others. They act as an antagonist to the hero, stopping the reunion between them and their love interests but eventually end up as a good guy (very loosely in Ravus' case).

This was a long winded way of me trying to say I think Yozora's antagonist is Riku's different version from Verum Rex. He's the one who ends up placing his heart within Yozora's body and leaving Yozora's heart within his leftover body.
