Marvel films wishes they could do with comedy what AoS did. Phil Coulson making bad dad jokes all the time, "prostitutes plural?!" "get ready for a large file transfer" quips that actually make sense in context and for the characters delivering them, the prank wars that actually make sense to have, deke being really bad at life in the modern world, ward and Fitz's mission, everything. god there's so much that AoS does that is absolutely hilarious but the funny moments don't take away from the serious ones. They make sense with the characters too. They establish that Coulson makes bad dad jokes episode one and then Stick With It! The team jokes with each other in a way that you do when living with people in a small area for months at a time. Marvel movies could never

protein guy analysis:

i've decided to adopt a sense of fun and whimsy while looking at the cavetown protein, and i think if i angle it right it looks like a creature, although i am not creative enough to imagine how that would look. there are several spiralling loops that look like they should be something, but aren't actually making any secondary structure. there are still a few beta sheets and one notably long alpha helix stretching across the entire peptonomination. its weird, and from a scientific standpoint probably bad, but at least it looks neat i guess?

anthems for a seventeen year-old girl is a very repetitive song. if you can't tell from the protein sequence as its formatted above, i suggest you google the lyrics. because of this, i'm not surprised by how this looks. still, i'm not thrilled either. like i said the first time this happened, i'm not all that surprised that it turned into a mess of rectangular repeating loops with a few beta sheets from a mathematical perspective. still, i wish the convoluted spirals could at least stick to themselves and not intersect with each other, or maybe have the decency to have slightly more beta sheets? honestly, i didn't expect much more than this mess.

Do you guys ever think about Rana? How she was only in Minecraft for about a month, and still to this day is remembered fondly in the hearts of many. How one of the very first documented fanarts for the game featured her and (Indev) Steve together. How she is such an integral part of the history of the game, and yet is still seldomly known. How she's been so wiped away by official sources, the only way we still remember her existence is through internet archival and word of mouth. How she was the frog mob in Minecraft many, many years before frogs were truly implemented. That she carried apples and roses with her, back when roses sprouted one by one out of the ground. That you would have to slay her to even know such a thing. There was once a brief point in time where we could play with her character model. She did not move the way she was supposed to, as her animations never properly displayed, but she moved anyway. She had maxed out stats that meant nothing and could not properly equip anything, but that was okay. We loved her anyway. Do you think if Steve could talk, he would tell us about his first friend in green? Of the very short lived adventures they had together in a newly forming world? Do you think he would even remember after all this time, the same way many of us don't? Do you think she remembers the short time we could play together? Do you think she remembers us too?
