so this might be one of the last writing games i do for a hot minute, i'm not sure how well i'm going to be at keeping up with them now that school has started, but i'm certainly going to try! anyway i've been so obsessed with drawing lately that i still have barely written anything, so here have a little bit of what i have gotten written! it's a new bellarke fic

The absolute last thing Bellamy was expecting to receive while on a date was a picture of his best friend’s tits.

Echo had just gone to the bathroom and he idly picked up his phone, wanting to check and see if he had any notifications. They were having a nice time and all but Bellamy felt no spark. If he was truly honest with himself he knew that was because he was already in love with someone— the aforementioned best friend. He’d been in love with Clarke for a while now and it was going nowhere, try as he might he just couldn’t convince himself that telling her about his feelings would work out for him. So he resigned himself to pining and figured it was time to try and move on.

This was his first attempt at moving on and honestly, it wasn’t going that well. Sure, they had a lot in common and Echo was beautiful, Bellamy could see himself going on another date with her, but she just wasn’t Clarke.

So when he picked up his phone and saw he had a text from Clarke, he thought nothing of it and opened it.

“Raven dropped by, said she had a package to give to you,” Bellamy said as they started to put the groceries away.

Clarke looked at him in surprise. “Oh? Did she say what it was?”

“No, she just said it was a present. I put it on your bed,” Bellamy replied, putting the last item away in the cupboard and turning towards her. “What do you want for dinner?”

Clarke hummed, thinking it over. It was Bellamy’s turn to cook so she knew whatever he made would be delicious. “Surprise me?”

“Okay,” Bellamy grinned, opening the fridge to take stock of what they had and what he could make.

“I’m going to shower,” Clarke called as she walked to her bedroom to grab a change of clothes.

When she stepped inside her room her attention immediately went to the bed, looking for Raven’s present. It was there, in plain packaging, unassuming with no indications of what could be inside. On top there was a small card, so Clarke opened that first.

Enjoy ;) was all it said in Raven’s neat and careful handwriting.

Clarke groaned. She had a feeling she knew what was inside. Closing her door, Clarke sat down on her bed and tentatively opened the package.

While the outer packaging might have been plain and discreet, the actual packaging of the item was not. It was very clearly a vibrator— a bright, shiny, pink vibrator.
