To address this, we partnered with Goodman to implement a flexible parking system that transitions seamlessly between office and retail hours. During business hours, parking bays are reserved for office occupants, providing them with convenient access. After hours, these bays become available for retail and hospitality patrons, ensuring a smooth user experience for all visitors.

The site features a total of 70 parking bays, split between 40 indoor and 30 outdoor spaces. Our smart parking bollard technology enables automated control and allocation of parking spaces, allowing for the easy adjustment of zones based on user needs. Office residents can securely enter and exit their designated bays, while facilities managers can operate multiple bollards to cater to bulk user requirements.
