Yandere!Neighbor x reader pt 3

they can't take it anymore. it's been six months and they're getting antsy. lonely. the cameras can only do so much.

so they invite you over one night for movies and snacks. they have everything set up, ready to go

"Just come inside!" their text reads as you knock on the door

you enter, and the house is dark and quiet, save for the tv with your movie of choice on the title screen

"Wyatt?" you call out, but receive no answer

something shifts in the corner of your eye, but when you turn to look, you feel a sharp pain on your head, and your world goes black

by the time you wake up, your hands and feet are bound tight with no wiggle room. you're also practically swaddled in a blanket, sat up and surprisingly comfortable despite the rope under the softness of the covers

your neighbor sits beside you, staring, wide eyed and holding their breath. once you look at them, they relax

"oh thank god..." they say. they were so worried they hit you too hard!

"oh, n- no, don't be scared, it's okay," they reassure you as you start to panic. "i won't hurt you. not if you're good, right? yeah.."

to help calm you down, they explain to you how they feel.

how much you mean to them, how long they've been watching you. the shrine they have for you, the level of devotion they have. and they're sorry it's overwhelming, you look so afraid, and they know it's creepy, maybe it was a bad idea to say it all at once. they're just excited!! but they're so sorry, they're sorry, it's just--

"you're so... y- you're so... so wonderful. i couldn't take it anymore, i h- had to have you to myself. plea-- please don't cry.."

you'll still get that movie, though, and they'll hand feed you snacks and drinks since you can't move.

after your movie they'll make you dinner, and they'll get very upset if you refuse. they just wanna make sure you're okay, especially after they hit you so hard...

a day or two later they'll have a pretty collar around your neck, with an attachment for a leash if it's necessary.

just be good, and they won't have to upgrade you to a shock collar.

AITA for building a tunnel into my neighbor's basement?

I (30'sM) always intended to get along well with my neighbor (40'sM). We already knew each other through mutual friends and previously all our interactions have been positive.

The issues arose when I needed to build a bridge to reach my house. I live on an island and wanted to bring my horse over. The nearest route to the rest of the neighborhood is through my neighbor's back yard. He has quite a large property and the bridge wouldn't come near his house so I thought it wouldn't be an issue.

I spent hours building the bridge only to be told by him the next day that he doesn't want it there and I'd need to tear it down. I tried to be civil and I did as he requested, rebuilding the bridge elsewhere and making it more boat-friendly. But, now it takes twice the time to get to my island as you have to go all the way around.

So, needless to say, I wasn't happy.

I never planned to get revenge, it just kinda happened. When building my storage room, I realized it lined up almost perfectly with my neighbor's storage room. I knew then I had to make a tunnel going underneath the river and leading into his basement. This wasn't a basic tunnel either, I went full out and spent a lot of diamonds to make it pretty and it's a lovely tunnel if I say so myself. I even did him the courtesy of not breaking through his chests and instead staircasing up into his storage room, using the same block palette he uses. But it ended up 1 block off-center so it looks pretty horrible anyways.

He did end up discovering it and we chatted. He seemed pretty surprised and I got the feeling he's planning to do something back to me.

I feel a lot better now that I've gotten back at him, but now I'm wondering if I overreacted. AITA?
