#people say mumble is the way he is cause he was dropped in the egg#NO HE WAS NOT#that was the conclusion the very ableist religious penguins came up with#cause….they are again..#ABLEIST#AND VERY HEAVILY RELIGIOUS#they thought he was either a bad omen evil incarnate or that him being dropped must have been the reason why he was the way he was#STOP SAYING THIS#HE ISNT THE WAY HE IS CAUSE HE WAS DROPPED IN THE EGG#HE LITERALLY STATES IN THE FILM THAT HE FEELS PERFECTLY FINE#STOP.#IT.#sorry if this seems random but I saw some old posts agreeing with this saying in the movie#and I just needed to vent my frustrations a tiny bit#cause I just hate the fact that y’all are fans of this film but are feeding in to the clearly ableist point in this film#like I’m a firm believer that wasn’t why he was the way he is cause it doesn’t make any sense#like idk I wanna rant so hard on how thinking this way when watching and talking about the film is doing the exact opposite of what this#film wanted you to think about mumble#but idk#maybe I’ll do it later#happy feet#rant#kinda#my stuffy stuff
