one thing female content creators can start doing TODAY is to stop apologizing for their appearance or how they look whenever they’re not wearing makeup/ their hair isn’t styled/their nails aren’t done/they’re not “dressed up” etc!! stop saying it at the beginning of your videos, stop adding it to your captions, stop interrupting yourself mid-sentence just to call it out. literally just stop
