The promise of our love
All I'd want from you, my love, is your hand to be mine to hold for as long as you allow it,
never mind the warmth that crosses my face as I stare into your eyes.
All I want is to be truly yours, fully in a way that matters. How can I resist such a feeling? My love, I will always be caught in your gaze for I am yours and you are mine for however long you choose we last.
Just know you captured my heart, and it will be yours to keep for as long as you hold it in your loving grasp.
How can someone deny such soft love? I would never dream of trading the feeling you give me for anything of physical value like money. My love, my darling, just by seeing your smile...
I feel as if I have already received that money tenfold, I have nothing more to ask of you but to dance and laugh side by side. That is all I could truly hope to share with you, my dear.
How could I ever resist such a life with you my love?
#yikes...this is a cheesy mess sorry for this#BEHOLD my stuff#this a product of listening to that specfic playlist i talked about in my last post i just had to throw this up from my system#that title isn't very creative but i came up with it on the spot

I saw Charlie and Vaggie in your masterlist but there's no writing for them yet?? Well then I'll be the anon to change that!!
Could you do a plaronic oneshot/headcanon with Charlie and Vaggie (separately or together, whichever you prefer), where reader is the first resident at the Hotel? Think they were there before even Angel. Something about why they went there, how they get along with the others, etc. I'll leave it up to you!
Charlie X Reader X Vaggie [Platonic]
In which the two are happy to invite you to the hotel as their first resident. Reader is genderneutral.
It was an honest mistake
When Charlie was first looking for a spot, the hotel fell into her hands after being owned and neglected by the family
And in its disrepair, they needed someone who could help get it to hotel standards
That's where you came in! They saw your ad for interior design on TV once, and Charlie was quick to call you in to ask for your help
Vaggie wasn't so sure on the idea—not that you could do anything messed up—but she figured something as simple as interior design couldn't be that hard, right?
Either way, they had a lot on their hands, and Charlie was convinced hiring you would get a lot off their plate
When you arrived, you came prepared!
A huge book of samples, another with hundreds of paint colours, wood finishes, and inspiration booklets
But most curious of all, you were kind
You sat down with the two and asked all about their hotel—the first time Charlie had ever been prompted—rather than having to start first
Not only did you think it was a wonderful idea, but you offered to do the consultation free since it counted as 'charity' work
You were a self-owned company, and there was no such thing as 'charity' in hell, but you didn't need to tell them that; they seemed so full of hope
That evening, the two offer you a room to stay the night in, so you can get a feel for the vibe of the place
Unfortunately, when you awakened to several emails from your landlord saying you were being evicted for being past due, you realized you'd be on the streets
The worst part was telling them after they'd been so kind to you, and that's when Charlie offers for you to stay until you can get back on your feet
" It's okay! I mean, we can still hire you to work on the hotel, right? It's a long-term project! We can fund you until you finish! "
Besides, your prices aren't terrible, and they were already going to hire you, so why not?
It was a slippery slope from there, you helped them get all the rooms in order, helping customize as the 'first' guest, Angel, came to stay
Slowly but surely, it was assumed that you were also staying to get clean as well
Though it was called into question several times what exactly made you such a bad person in the first place?
" To be honest with you all, I was never an interior designer. "
You were just a talented scammer who lied about credentials to get a job
" Not that I planned on scamming you guys! I just, usually I'm hired by the wealthy, and you know... But I really do like interior design! I just never studied it. "
It comes as a surprise to most, but it explains a lot
In the hotel, you are closest to Charlie; who isn't! You are both creatives, and she was the one to welcome you so warmly
Vaggie is also a sweetheart, as much as she hesitates to get close to you
Though your muse is Alastor
He handles a lot of the transformative aspects of the hotel, and so you get used to making detailed maps and plans on how a certain area needs to look so he can fix it up for you
Of course, he always adds his own spin, which leaves you huffy
The only time you hadn't designed something was the mess of a bar, which Alastor insisted was 'state of the art' in his time
You let it slide, but very begrudgingly
Overall, you've become something of a 'permanent' designer for the hotel, mostly handling the customization of rooms
While your title of 'first guest' is in the air, the others still consider you such, and you do your best to stay out of trouble for Charlie
Besides, with the money you made, you're able to run your business from the hotel and can start working on getting certified as a designer!
Author's Note - I love these two! I agree, finally I can add something under their names on the list 🖤 Thank you so much for requesting!

so was ashfur just like sitting up in starclan plotting his really good dishonor titles while he watched people live their lives or is he just. lowkey a really excellent namer. actually how taboo would it be for a leader to have a friend of theirs come up with names bc the friend is better at it. that would be so funny
It's actually not taboo at all for someone else to come up with the name, as long as the leader makes it official! In fact, every leader probably has a couple of cats of high status (deputy, patrol head) that they run names by.
If the leader has fully outsourced it may be a bit insulting, like, "oh so you don't want to do your sacred duty??" But kept quiet or done respectfully, that's totally allowed. The leader simply has the holy authority to set the names.
(I like keeping name "rules" loose because I try to stress that names are very personal and dependant on the leader. A Star who knows they are uncreative and has someone they can trust to do this with them? That's a wonderful way to show something meaningful about the character and the way they rule!)
I can see Blackstar doing this with Russetfur.
Anyway... yeah, Ashfur is lowkey just a really creative person. His skill with his absolutely SCATHING Dishonor Titles is that he is FILLED with spite. He looks for something that will HURT his victim and crafts a name around it.
And he doesn't need a ton of "prep time." He came up with Clearface on the spot. She started calling him out on wanting punishments for people who had already paid for their crimes or done nothing wrong, and his gaze was clear and almost considerate, as if he was thinking about her words.
In truth, her little speech was all the time he needed to come up with something that would emotionally obliterate her on the spot.
Not that it was hard to find it for Blossomfall. She oozes insecurity, in his mind. The way she leans on her family. How she does nothing alone. Betrayed her Clan twice, ay? Ha. That isn't the action of someone truly self-assured.
Twigbranch was also easy. She's always apologizing. Eager to please, suggestible. Ashfur has heard she can stand up for herself, yes, so simply plant a seed in her mind. Make her think she's stupid, tell her to pay attention to her claws, and she will make them fumble all on her own.
And that was important for breaking some of the coalition between her and Alderheart. All the cats who are close with the Cleric's den are troublesome. So it's important-- construct a Blasphemy problem. Or, bring attention to it, really.
BB!Ashfur DOES believe in what he's doing. This isn't JUST incel entitlement like canon! Incel entitlement is part of it, but secondary. He really believes that the Clans have strayed from the righteous path.
Openly challenging a leader, defying the will of StarClan, all this inability to prove their honor in battle... he'll fix it. And he means it. These cats are becoming unruly heathens and he will snap them back into line.
Squilf is a bonus, really. The minute it's between her and his wider goals, his goals will win out.
#BB!TBC#Better bones au#BB!Ashfur is pretty Frollo-esque lmao#The parts of him that people tend to forget in favor of how he goes after Esmerelda#How he's been like. Killing minorities for decades and smashed a mother's head on steps and tried to drown a baby#Anyway go watch Hunchback again. One of the best disney movies actually

Okay, so maybe they're planning to do Cody vs. Rock on night 1, and the winner gets Roman on night 2?
I say this because from what I've read about tonight's press event, WWE seems to have leaned into the backlash against the Rock. They had him do a whole thing to hype up his match against Roman and the fans weren't buying it, and then Cody came out to declare for Roman's title (again), and Rock slapped Cody. So I guess Rock's a heel now?
The thing is, this all seems to make Rock vs. Cody the hot feud now. Rock tried to take Cody's spot, and Cody's decided he won't put up with that. The only problem is that the champion is secondary to the whole thing. The question of who gets to fight Roman is more important than the fight itself. So maybe this ends with Rock convincing Cody to put his title shot on the line, and then Cody can win that match and finally get his stupid rematch against Roman.
The whole thing is dumb as hell. I can't even make sense of the news coverage of this thing. One day they say it's a backstage clusterfuck, the next day they say it's a work. A lot of people think they concocted this whole thing to distract fans from the Janel Grant lawsuit, and I'm pretty sure it's just a coincidence, but I understand why that conspiracy theory would get so much traction, because it wraps things up very neatly.
I mean, I'm pretty sure this started with WWE fucking up their own creative plans. They're trying to pivot and make it look like they meant for all of this to happen from the start, but it all looks too slapdash for that. They're trying to figure this out as they go, and I think that actually helps make the story more compelling. All of the improvisation and plot holes make it feel more "real", like they're genuinely trapped between Cody's fanbase and the Rock's ego.
But that's why I can't buy that they devised this whole thing as a distraction from the lawsuit. It assumes that WWE could make a red hot angle on command like this. It's got people interested, and I'll give them credit for it, but I think they just lucked into it. If Rock vs. Roman had actually gone over with the crowd as intended, they would have just stuck with that instead, and all through March we'd have promos where Rock calls Roman a kung pao bitch.
Also, I don't think this whole business has distracted from the lawsuit. At all. Lawsuits take time, and right now there just isn't a lot of new information. The coverage is all just speculation over who knew what and when, or wondering what will happen next. It's unrealistic to expect everyone to just ignore the build to WrestleMania while the lawsuit story develops. People can pay attention to multiple things at once. All I know is that I'm very, very aware of the allegations against Vince McMahon and WWE, and it'll take a lot more than a giant powerpoint slide of the Rock's family tree to make me forget about that.
#wwe#the rock#cody rhodes#roman reigns#it would be hilarious if this whole program ended up killing any interest in rock vs roman#i've heard about that stupid match for so many years and they kept putting it off and putting it off#and now that that they're finally ready to do it they made everyone sick of it

3 8 15 18 20 27 45 54 55 56 58 61 for the writer questions thing :3:3:3 <3<3<3
Hi loooove, thank you so much for asking. *cracks knuckles*
3. Describe the creative process of writing a chapter/fic An idea - ??nfjnidfjgnf??SF?FD?/???? - oh god, there's typo in the published version
It's... unfortunately not too far from genuine truth. Most of my writing is done in parts of daydreaming it up at work, before sleep, babbling to my friends about it and then wallowing when I actually need to put the words I already came up with on 'paper'. Often I overthink little details too much along the way, enough to get stuck.
8. Do you prefer the beginning, middle, or end of a story?
I am probably bad writer because I don't really view my stories in these segments, I don't plan the arcs and the build up with conscious awareness of storytelling as a method. I just go with the natural swell of emotions and events. The starting and closing lines are always hard, but that's all I define as beginning or end of story. Yes, I do worry if the closing part is satisfying and tells what I intended to, of course, but there's no strict divides in my head.
15. How do you write smut scenes? Do you get very visual or detailed? How important is it to be realistic?
I am writing about werewolves, plant genitalia and what borders as tentacle porn. Realistic is... Not really an option. Though I try to at least somewhat figure out what is physically potentially possible with their size differences, body builds and so forth. Sidenote, I can be picky about words I use in my smut, some I just don't think I'll end up using.
I don't have much of visual imagination or any interest in geting visual references for this that isn't like, fanart, so it's interesting exercise writing something that actually comes across as smut and could potentially be hot. I think I don't manage to convey it enough, but lot of what structures my smut is how characters feel about it, the specific acts and people involved in them. Or what they want the other characters to feel.
I am glad that several people have said that it's tangible these characters care from each other even on my purely smut writing, that gives me hope I am doing something right.
18. Do you title your fics before, during, or after the writing process? How do you come up with titles?
I used to be borderline physically unable to write a fic until I had a title for it. Same as I needed a name for an OC. As if it was the baseline establishing everything, backbone of it. Over the pauses I've taken in my writing, this has gone away and I often leave the title as the last thing to work on, along with summary. Unless the piece is inspired by a song or poem, then that is one of the first things I do, still.
I almost always use lines from songs, sometimes it's genuinely a hassle these days to find one that fits the fic, the vibe I want to convey. I dream of being the face on your page (I want to hold you forever, I want a taste of the Good Life) took several fucking hours, I was driving myself and my sibling up the wall with it.
20. Have you noticed any patterns in your fics? Words/expressions that appear a lot, themes, common settings, etc?
In Trigun, I feel a little limited in setting, because most things will either take place in saloon/bar, in the desert often localized around a car and maybe Meryl's apartment. At least most of the stuff I've written so far, since I've not been ambitious with tackling Ship 3 or many AUs yet. So, the repetition in that is partially from what I'm writing for. I do know I have soft spot of times where one character ends up inviting the other into their space - sometimes as simple as a hug and often, into their apartment, living space. Especially when there are feelings attached to it being potentially theirs or having been theirs. This follows through from previous fandom(s).
Like I joked previously, it seems one of Rainy's fic bingo slots could be 'a character cries' - I've never written crying so often as I do for Trigun, but it doesn't. Entirely feel out of character or misplaced, somehow. There's lot of traumatic events, all the time, that I end up touching in my writing.
Grief, overall, is definitely a theme. Not just people, but possibilities, too. A chance at happiness. At peace. Yearning for something kinder, better, sweeter. For each other. I ironically don't think I've earned my title of 'rated E for Extreme Yearning' in Trigun yet, but it used to be my brand.
I definitely use deliberate repetitions for sentences.
I use words like smithereens, curdle, hoard, abyss, stone/rock in chest and the like quite a bit. Other than that, I'd actually love to hear what my readers have noticed, I am sure there's more than that!
27. What is your most and least favorite part of writing?
I love, love coming up with new ideas, excitedly talking with people about plots, character behaviors, just playing out little snippets among friends. It's by far the best and easiest part for me, I can spend days doing just that.
The writing itself... Oh, that can be torture. Like extracting words one by one by help of world's cruelest dentist. When it goes well, I love it and get a high like I very rarely do, but often, it's just. The Worst.
45. Do you want to break your readers‘ heart or make them laugh?
I am not a funny person - at least not the sort of funny that translates well into fiction. I have had few funnier stories in previous fandoms, or at least parts that have funny adjacent lines and when people have enjoyed them and said it made them laugh, I treasure that. But it's not a goal I set out to have.
Also not breaking anyone's heart, despite what it seems. I want to provide catharsis, for myself and for reader if possible, and for me that is usually getting to the bottom of the painful and then exploring way back up or at least showing that there is one (eg. think Disconnect). I am not much of one for angst without happy ending, there's so much misery in life, mine included, that never has one, that I want to imagine and create one where I can.
Though if I make a friend cry... It is a notch in my mental post, not going to lie. Makes me feel like I managed to write genuinely.
54. What’s your favorite part about the fanfiction writing process?
Plotting, babbling, excited screaming with friends, for sure. Although very specific to fanfiction itself is seeing how to pick apart the world, the characters, transpose them into different situations, AUs, and make them still them. I love working out what makes them tick, what defines them and the relationships they have with each other.
55. Of the characters you write for, which is your favorite? Has that choice been swayed at all by your followers/readers’ reactions to certain ones?
I really enjoyed writing both Brienne and Jaime from my previous fandom, I found it satisfying when I could manage to create my own brand of Jaime's sarcastic, self-depreciating humor, the way he'd say one thing and mean another and sometimes put so much of him suddenly in it that people couldn't accept it easily. And Brienne was lesson in restraint - I wonder how I would write her now that I've allowed myself to... Well, more openly project my neurodivergency and depression onto characters. Write what I do know, not just reflection of what I think people are like from other people's writing.
Which is something I've been doing with Meryl. She is by no means me, or my self-insert into canon, but in the process of trying to understand her, I ended up allowing myself to give her some likeness to my aspects, to how I see and experience the world. And then it expanded to Vash and Wolfwood as well.
That'd be more physical descriptions of grounding via scratching when crying, Meryl's struggle of spoken words versus written ones, them all being aspec and struggling with understanding/being overwhelmed by emotions and attraction.
But back to who I enjoy writing the most - I really love writing Meryl and Wolfwood, though I always fear I am not getting Wolfwood's inner conflict, all the Christian stuff, right. I feel like he has to be more than I manage to write him as. More fucked up, more intense, more soft at his underbelly, more everything.
This is why Vash is lower on my enjoyment scale, too. I feel like he ought to sound and work more differently, being the hyper aware, hyper capable and at the same time, sometimes so silly, person he is. I enjoy writing him being perceived, but writing his POV can be very stressful for me, especially in situations where his competency and intelligence actually needs to be portrayed convincingly. /side eyes Love lives chapter 2
That aside, no it's not really been swayed by reader's reaction, though it has given me confidence, like when someone says I have given them Meryl centric writing they've been looking for.
56. What’s something about your writing that you pride yourself on?
Pride is a strong word, but I have ended up feeling close to pride for the way I draw comparisons, create similes, about or through emotions, use of nature metaphors and the like. I think it stems from my native language and the sort of things I grew up reading and listening to, but it is something I don't shy away from in fear of being too flowery. Not anymore. It's just how I write, how I see world and feel things and I don't want to go through process of censoring it.
58. What part of the writing process do you enjoy the most? (Brainstorming, outlining, writing, editing, etc)
Brainstorming >>>> writing > outlining/editing
Outlining often makes me trip up over small details that I suddenly feel are as huge as as infinite wall and I generally don't outline more than loosely in my head, I get to meat of writing directly in my thoughts. Editing has habit of tiring me out when I have been struggling with some sentence and rewritten it like 5 times already.
61. Why do you continue writing fics?
It's a question I ask myself often. And when I don't have an answer, I fall off the face of earth and cease writing.
I think, in truth, I write, at least past the point of thinking about it in privacy of my own mind, for community, for people. It is not the right reason to write, it has burned me many times when I don't get the engagement I crave or I feel like specific person I had in mind isn't really keen on what I created, but it is mine.
Beyond that, I want to explore feelings, want to find, and if possible, give some catharsis or comfort. Every time someone tells me my writing resonated with them, they felt seen or heard through it, maybe it comforted them, I feel like the effort to write was worth it. So, I guess the short answer is: Feelings. Humanity. Connection. The fictional ones and the ones we create through fiction.

Cornflowers in Bloom
hello! this is my very first fanfic that i'll be posting here, so pls make sure to let me know about any tips you have for me, or any mistakes ive done! ♡
☆ title meaning -> cornflowers symbolize hope in love, and it is said that if a cornflower maintains its bloom, then there is hope that the young man's love will be returned.
☆ sypnosis -> You and Kazuha have known each other for as long as you can remember, and you have recently noticed his unusual behavior... Until one drunk night, he spills his heart's troubles to you. (no smut and no sakoku hunt decree here btw<3)
☆ warnings -> alcohol
[additional tags -> kazuha fanfic, bestfriends to lovers, feelings denial, kazuha is a softie 4 u]
It is yet another monotonous day, dealing with the fatui, maintaining order throughout inazuma, and much more mundane tasks.. You don't have much friendships going on due to your secretive nature, which is why you wholeheartedly cherish your friendship with Kazuha.
Kazuha is a very amiable person, not only is he considerate and nice, but he's also very creative. You've known him ever since you were children, so you practically know more about him than he does himself.
His charm attracts you and makes you want him, and his swift fighting skills intrigue you. He has a very composed personality, which is one of many reasons you have harbored feelings for him.
After finishing your tasks, you look forward to spending some time with Kazuha for leisure and relaxing. You told him to meet you during nighttime at the harbor since it is one of your favorite meeting spots.
When it's time, you head to the harbor where countless ships are going in and out. The moonlight shines gloriously at the sea, and fish are moving freely amongst the great sea. You spot Kazuha sitting beautifully at one of the benches, so you sit next to him. He looks beautiful. His hair adorns him really well. Except, he seems quite upset about something.
"Hey, Kazuha. You seem down, what's the matter?" you prompt.
"You're here." he replies while avoiding your curious gaze with a pink color in his cheeks. You can't help but think he must feel really hot.
"Mm? Are you okay?" you question.
"I'm fine.. So uh.. how was work today?"
You figure that he's trying to dodge your question, but you question no more. Your conversation about old memories and recollections continues..
The next day, you resume work and your daily routine with anticipation for meeting with Kazuha. At the awaited time, to your surprise, he isn't there.
You wonder if perhaps he had gotten sick, or maybe he just simply forgot? Unwanted thoughts crawl their way into your train of thoughts but you decide not to make much of it, for you don't want to be pessimistic.
Everyday, you wait and wait again for Kazuha to show up and apologize because he hurt your feelings, maybe he found out about your feelings for him and didn't like it? You decide to just go sleep and ignore it.
The following day, you decide that you'll go meet him next to a maple tree under the starry sky, so you send him a letter with the location. He's your closest friend and you would rather not lose him, even if it were for your feelings toward him.
At the appointed time and location, you depart, wearing a long floral dress that accentuates your waist, and a few accessories here and there.
He's here. Kazuha actually came. You feel relieved that you get to have a talk with him. He's next to the big maple tree, sitting beside it. You sit next to him and take a big breath before exploding.
"What is wrong with you? You suddenly disappear and leave me worried about you with no explanation. Do you think it's funny? Because it's not." You roar.
"Well I... I apologize.."
"I demand an exp-"
And then you're interrupted. By a kiss. He seems passionate and eager to kiss you. To feel your soft lips against his. But you can feel the taste of alcohol on his lips..
Does that mean he actually likes you back? Crazy, isn't it? He was ignoring your meetings and then suddenly kisses you intensely. What a contradiction.
You pull out gasping for air.
"Kazuha, you're drunk." you point out.
"That's right."
"You don't mean it, right? The kiss.. I just wanted to have a talk with you.."
"You don't have to talk to me about anything. I apologize because I left you like this. It was so sudden. I did it because I began to realize .. I love you. It's too much to bear, and I thought maybe.. you wouldn't want that.."
"Kazuha? Are you saying this because you're drunk? You won't remember this in the morning." This whole thing is confusing. Well, it's not that you don't like him back, but you're afraid it's a joke.
"Trust me. I love you. Doesn't matter whether I am drunk or not. I'll repeat it a thousand times for you to understand."
"Kazuha.. I love you too."
Then, you pull closer to his face. He looks even prettier when taking a closer look. His lips are hot and his kiss even hotter. You feel his hands grabbing on your waist. His moans are delicate and his voice is breathy.
"I love you.." He whispers between his kisses.
I DIDNT KNOW HOW TO END THIS FORGIVE MEEE
after writing this i realized that its cringey but whatever 🧍♀️

[tastebreaker review] Law School (no spoilers)
Sometimes, I wish I could have a shrine for all the cerebral media that I consumed, because it definitely is my favourite archetype. Death Note was a masterpiece that I hungrily binged in one day - similarly with Psycho Pass (though I haven't watched the second season due to most of the reviews I have read). This extend well into non-anime media for me - State of Play (with Russell Crowe, Ben Affleck and Rachel McAdams) remains one of my favourite movies, Inception and, well, honestly anything by Christopher Nolan, and I have recently began watching The Matrix as well.
And so, the thirst for real mystery and brain games was quenched when I started watching Law School, with Kim Myung-min, Kim Beom and Ryu Hye-young, directed by Kim Suk-yoon. Needless to say, throughout the whole trip, I was hooked, counting down days until the next episode came... but towards the end - an unpopular opinion - I was actually quite disappointed.
And so, before you start your cross-examination, allow me to present my findings first.
- How did I start watching this?
My friend and I were looking around for something to binge on Netflix and forget about COVID-19. This series popped up, and the moment I read the title, my sapiosexual senses were tingled.
- And how was it?
Very good!... until the ending came. ;w;
- Genres & overarching themes?
Genres: Mystery, Thriller, Psychological
Overarching themes: murder mystery, law vs justice, intelligence (as in, the characters are all really smart hahah)
- Plot: 4/5
It could have been a high four, near five if it wasn't for the ending, frankly. The first episode started out with Professor Seo Byung-ju of Hankuk Law School dead, and the spotlight shines on Professor Yang Jong-hoon (the man in the poster above), the first suspect. But was it really him? From then, the mystery unfolds as our favourite study group (who shall be very well elaborated on later in this review) launches itself into investigation for true justice.
The series started out extremely strong in my opinion, with its first few episodes filled with twists and sub-plots that were waiting to get wrapped up. Every episode just leaves you gripping on the sides of your seat in suspense. It really makes you doubt every single person that appeared on-screen and watch out for anything that happens - the show uses the Chekhov's Gun trope really well. As the knots become unravelled, we gain more depth into the characters. However, as we near the end - about two-three episodes for me - the show started to lose its thrust, falling into a comfortable stereotype that made things rather frustrating.
One of the major advantages of Law School, in my opinion, is its ability to twist and turn everything. It prompts the viewers to realize that when the case is really examined in a whole different angle, with more and more evidence coming to light, everything changes. The use of different suspects' stories being told in each episode is a pleasure to watch - the viewers feel like an omniscient judge, overseeing the motives and evidence to draw out a conclusion for themselves on who might be the murderer. The series prompts the viewers to think, which is a trend I really like. It's also interesting to question why characters do certain things they do. Professor Yang Jong-hoon (my favourite character!), for example, is a very... chaotic (haha) character, who keeps on surprising people with his actions - yet, his actions are all elaborate executions of his strategy, a whole plan that he has concocted which accounted for multiple steps ahead, thanks to his extremely sharp vision of what could happen. Thus, it is extremely satisfying when everything falls into place as Yangcrates (a nickname he earned due to his Socratic teaching) explains everything that led up to a particular tense moment where the truth was unveiled.
Yet... this very trope had its downfall near the end. The murderer was so heavily shadowed on in the beginning that the viewers would have expected the murderer to be someone else completely unexpected, a mastermind that pulled the strings behind all the proceedings. Yet, the murderer and the mastermind behind the murder were someone so... I dare say, unimpressive. I mean, this particular 'mastermind' behind the murder fell into so many traps! The murderer was definitely my major disappointment - the villain was a weak character, an unsatisfying antagonist that the intelligent heroes, once having figured who he/she is, didn't even break a sweat to bring to light. The last, final twist that was supposed to be the most glamorous of them all, completely knocking the viewers off their feet, fell completely flat.
Secondly, whilst having a lot of sub-plots still remains a favourite trope of mine as I'd expect everything to wrap up nicely near the end... well, it didn't. Whilst most sub-plots were hastily answered, there was one particular sub-plot which was just left completely unaddressed (for those who have watched it, it's about J****s), and unless they're hinting at a second season where this would be further elaborated on, this was a dead-end sub-plot, a plot with no elaboration or continuation whatsoever.
Overall, the plot was breathtaking in the beginning. It lost momentum very near the end, and wrapped everything up with an anticlimactic last episode.
- Characters: 4.7/5
Definitely the strongest set of characters I've seen in a Korean drama, frankly. All characters were so well utilised, each having their own quirks and flaws which were delightful to watch. Everyone was so, so intelligent, that they honestly were the main fuel to the series, our main stars.
Allow me to first start off with my favourite character, Professor Yang Jong-hoon. Stoic, yet with an extremely savage side that he does not hesitate to show to anyone of any ranks or social standings, Yangcrates carefully plots everything, always thinks, questions, and then thinks even more. Intelligence-wise, this man is most definitely the smartest on-screen persona I've seen in the Korean drama franchise - able to see miles ahead and figure out all the answers down to their root, he is someone that definitely earns all the respect he has, from both his students and viewers alike. Personality-wise, this man is equally interesting as he is smart. With a cold exterior, Yangcrates does not take any bullshit (cue a particularly funny water spitting scene), and does not hold back harsh words to point it out. Yet, underneath this cold exterior is a burning desire to find the absolute truth, which would in turn bring justice to ones who have been wronged (refer to a particular lecture-like speech he made in episode 10), and a passion for teaching his students. He secretly cares for his students a lot, and expresses it in his own way.
Next, our favourite study group - a group of capable, enticing individuals. Firstly, we have Han Joon-hwi, a complex character that always pursues justice and fairness. His intelligence shines through with the way he, firstly, is able to take advantage of his sharp understanding of law into the case, and his careful processing of the evidence he gathers during investigation. Whilst he always keeps a cold head when needed, he has an equally warm heart, genuinely caring for wronged and innocent people. His expressions were all extremely raw and did not feel fake at all - really, props to his actor. More on this later.
Then, we have the two girls - Kang Sol A and Kang Sol B. Don't be fooled by their names - they are very much polar opposites. Whilst Kang Sol A is excitable and wears her heart on her sleeve (sometimes a bit too much), Kang Sol B always keeps a cool head, sometimes taking it to the extreme. I do admit that if I had to pick out of the two, though I love both of them very, very much, I'd probably lean a bit more towards Kang Sol A - even though she definitely gets on my nerves sometimes because of her overload of emotions that could be disruptive, she has her frequent bouts of creativity and "a-ha!" moments that display her underrated intelligence (I'm always soft for underdogs that are underestimated by everyone, only to turn the table on them later). She is also an extremely loyal friend and a very generous individual that isn't afraid to place herself in danger just to help others - overall, a very warm person. Kang Sol B, on the other hand - perhaps due to her family environment - does not really taking other people's emotions into consideration, though I really, really admire her for her intelligence, her ability to always keep a calm head (making her the blue counterpart to Kang Sol A's red), as well as her straightforwardness which has proven many times to be necessary to push the case forward. She does have a soft spot, though - a very adorable one at that. These two make an extremely adorable pair of friends.
My favourite student of the study group must be Seo Ji-ho. I'd say he's a less intimidating version of Kang Sol B hahah - cool and composed, Ji-ho is a reliable member who always pursues logic and reason first. He is also driven to achieve his goal and, like Joon-hwi, utilizes his deep understanding about law very well to solve his own case, his sub-plot. Though his sub-plot eventually was wrapped up as an open ending, it was a nice sub-plot to watch. Not to mention his dynamic with Joon-hwi is very adorable as well - the two really balance each other out.
Other students also have their own quirks and flaws, but for the sake of this review's length, I won't elaborate them as much - but I will say they are all a delight to watch, adding their own personal elements to the overall study group. I will definitely miss this set of characters so, so much. ;-;
- Acting: 4.4/5
Frankly, perhaps because of some K-drama series I have watched, I had a problem with acting in some K-drama series - the actors and actresses did not feel genuine, and they either overacted, pushing their expressions to the extreme, or underacted, simply being way too... stiff (some of my personal favourite actors and actresses so far are Kim Seon-ho, whose theatrical experiences probably really helped with his very natural acting, Jo Jung-seok, and Kim Hye-yoon, an actress who impressed me with both of her most popular series - hope to see her versatility shine through with more diverse roles though). This series, however, is a definite favourite of mine in terms of acting. Firstly, Kim Myung-min is a veteran actor that deserves so much respect - he basically morphed into Yangcrates. I absolutely loved the way he delivered his dialogues - very long ones! - without even so much as taking a breath in between - it was smooth and the flow was excellent.
Kim Beom also became one of my favourite actors after this series - the way he handled his role was so good, his expressions, actions, everything. I noticed that he's very good with his eyes, if that's the right way to put it - he is very good at displaying emotions with them, all emotions ranging from sadness to adoration (towards a particular someone *wink*). It's a top-notch skill, really, and I'm glad to have seen him on-screen. Similarly, Ryu Hye-young impressed me so, so much that I shall add her to my list of favourite actresses as well - I can't spoil, but she is really able at... altering her vibes, yes. She seems to have studied her character really carefully too, being able to bring all Sol A's quirks to real life. Other actors and actresses were amazing, but for me, these three definitely shone.
- Doki moments?
Ah. Definitely some between Sol A and Joon-hwi, as a lot of other people have commented. From the way they tease each other to the way he cares about her every little thing, the way he stares at her, the way his whole demeanor just changes around her and the way she unknowingly influences him so much - they do balance each other out really well, Joonhwi being the cool to Sol A's warm. I do find myself thinking Sol B and Ji-ho would be rather compatible as well (also, them being study rivals in high school? My rivals-to-lovers side is ready).
- Enjoyment: 4/5
Again, could have been higher if it wasn't for the ending! But yes, overall, a whole trip worth embarking on.
- Overall: 4.2/5
Really, could have been higher... but yes, still an excellent show. I just hope they could have had more episodes to really wrap everything up nicely and maybe throw us one final, absolutely ground-breaking twist.
- Watch it or neh?
Yes, please do watch it! And let me know how it goes, too. ;3

Marinette's New Shield ch. 2
Ch.1
A/n: guys, thank you so much for your interest in my first posted miraculous story!!! I do have others that I play around with(literally wrote one while at work) and might decide to post those in some near future. This is a little longer than the first one. And I might make a little chapter series. I don't own miraculous ladybug!! And please dont steal this :D
°·°·°·°·°·°·°
Plans are simple, especially if you do it accordingly. Lila's plan was easy to see through. Make a few little lies about your life to get people's attention, shed a few tears to get what you want, make sure no one stands in your way.
Things seemed to have backfired with Marinette, so Lila made sure to spin those lies towards Marinette. Little bullying antics and maybe one or two threats. Ruby doesn't like amateurs, especially ones like her who take advantage of others. It's also the class's fault for believing things that could be checked online.
In the few weeks she's been here, she knew everyone's name and other information. One surrounding factor was that Marinette has helped all of them and has gotten nothing in return. Genuinely, that's what a good person does. But in Marinette's case, they take advantage of her kindness. And since Lila arrived, they've ignored all the good things she did for them and thought the young designer was a jealous bitch.
Be confident in yourself. She told the designer before leaving that day. There's a complexity to making plans. The crucial thing is that it doesn't backfire. Somehow, Marinette trusted Ruby to make things right. And Ruby would make sure to rightfully deserve that trust.
Alya's friendship with Marinette was more or less normal at first, a friend trying to encourage the other to be more confident and stand for herself. It worked wonders. Then Alya starts accusing Marinette of not having facts when she should have them first. She's the journalist, not Marinette. And yet, believed those lies a pretty Italian was spilling. Hypocrite.
They would regret doing losing Marinette. Ruby would make sure of it.
"Rubes!" The girl in question looked up at her name being called, seeing Alya walking towards her, Lila next to her. She had a scowl on her face but quickly changed to a smile when Alya turned to her. Your reaction times are pathetic.
"What can I do for you ladies?"
"We're having a picnic later at the park and we were wondering if you wanted to join us. The whole class will be there!" Alya says excitedly. Ruby had a feeling it two certain people weren't invited, however, she didn't say anything.
"I'll have to check if I'm able to. A family member of mine asked for a small photoshoot session and I promised I'd be there on time."
"Oh Wow!" Alya's excitement seemed innocent enough, her interest viewable from miles around. "You're a model like Adrien?" Lila seemed interested in the conversation, seeing as she looked up in surprise.
"Not really. I pose for a few photos, but I'm more the one behind the camera. Well that's what I'm still learning anyways." She replied watching both girls reactions. One of pure excitement and the other of skepticism. If Lila didn't believe her, that's her problem. Even her uncle Gabriel was impressed with her skills, so she had no interest in impressing a common liar.
Her beginning plan is simple, befriend the class to get to know them. But not get close to any if them but Marinette, who needed the most support. That was step one. Lila already has the mindset that Ruby could be planning, but that was the point. So the liar could be aware of what was to come, just not know how much. And how Ruby loves it when they don't know.
"What else do you do?" Alya states excitedly, bringing the girl out of her thoughts. The 'reporter' had her phone out, filming her.
"Nothing special really. I write for a small media company. They're helping me with getting both my informative and creative pages out there. I have friend editing a small book I'm writing in English as we speak."
"In English?! What a scoop! You have to give me details, girl!" Alya practically screamed, her eyes shinning brightly. Surprisingly Lila hasn't said anything, but Ruby had no doubt the girl would make up a lie that related to what she heard.
"Maybe later. There's some things I have to do. As well as homework." Ruby stated, leaning back on the bench she was at in the first place. Alya deflated a bit but understood, both girls waving goodbye before leaving. Lila looked back at Ruby, glaring a little at her, but the girl wasn't worried. She raised an eyebrow before rolling her eyes, taking out her phone to study.
°·°·°·°·°·°·°·
True to Ruby's word, she was the one behind the camera. But she wasn't alone. One of the model's that works for Gabriel Agreste himself was there, along with Adrien, his photographer, Gorilla, Chloe, and Marinette. Ruby invited the girls and ran into Adrien who wanted to talk with Ruby when they both got breaks.
The photo shoot was going well, both Marinette and Chloe impressed by the professionalism Ruby had.
"You lied to Alya and Lila?"
"Technically I didn't. This model is actually a close friend, almost family. And Adrien is a family member, so only you guys know this. But what they don't know, won't hurt em." Ruby replies, when they get a small break to stretch before another shoot.
"And yet it could if they see us here." Adrien says, walking up to the three girl's. Guess it's time. Adrien glanced at Marinette before turning back to his cousin, his eyes telling her everything.
"Guys I'll be back. Me and Adrien are going to talk for a bit." Marinette and Chloe shared a look before nodding, watching as the cousins moved away.
"I know what I said to her was wrong," Adrien started, not waiting Ruby to speak. "Taking the high road isn't really ideal, but I want to help her. The smile I used to see is so fake now, and I can see she's hurting." Adrien had small tears in his eyes, and Ruby saw something shift in his shirt.
"Rubes, I don't know what to do." The blonde boy said and he looked like the same 6 year old who wondered why his father barely had time for him. Silently, she stepped forward and gave her cousin a hug, feeling him wrap his arms around her. They stayed like that for a little bit, before she pulled away and ruffled his hair.
"Admitting that is already progress. All you have to do now is talk with her. Apologize and listen to her side of the story. These so called akumas may target Lila if she gets found out, yes, but that would also make her a willing target. I heard from Marinette that she has been akumatized 3 times. You have every right to not join in me taking down Lila, but as long as you're there for Marinette, that's enough." Ruby spoke gently, patting her cousin's blonde little head. He smiled brightly, his watery green eyes shinning.
"Thank you Rubes. I don't know what I would do with you."
"You'd mope around the mistake you made until it was too late." She deadpanned, and the blonde laughed.
°·°·°·°·°·°
Not far from where the cousins were, two girls watched in shock of what was happening. Alya quickly took out her phone and recorded, all while Lila fummed next to her. Adrien is mine!
"Lets ask them! Maybe Ruby's a rival." Alya said, wiggling her eyebrows at Lila, who quickly changed her facial expression to shock. The blogger grabbed Lila's arm and dragged her over to the two.
"...of course I love her, she's family you idiot. And one of the best female models around. Unless we got Marinette to join. She gives off two tones, I'm surprised you havent noticed."
"Well you do have a special sense for these things." Adrien shrugged lazily, wrapping an arm around her shoulder.
"Well she gives off a type of flower princess for one. Think about it. She already has flower designs, I've seen them by the way, and with her modeling one of those outfits and you with your title as sunshine child? The fans will go wild! But underneath that flower princess is a storm. Like a female warrior naturally leading everyone to peace." Ruby ranted off, fully aware of company they were gonna have.
"I never thought about it that way. I mean yeah, I call her our everyday ladybug, but flower princess makes more sense. Actually--"
"Hey guys!" Ruby and Adrien turned to see Alya with her phone out, loosely followed by a dragged Lila, who glared dangerously at Ruby.
"This is Alya coming to you with a new scoop! This is Ruby, she's a new student at out school and have we got news! She's a photographer, a model, and a writer! Granted, she hasn't traveled or given us a bunch of stories like my best friend Lila, but she's already up in the charts. And look at this!" Alya turned the camera to show Ruby and Adrien hold each other rather intimately. "Could they be a couple? Or is Ruby a rival to famous Lila?"
"Wait what?" Ruby raised an eyebrow, glancing at her cousin, who practically wanted to facepalm.
"Come on, girl! We know Adrien is the ultimate heartthrob with his sweet personality. Now, spill. Do you guys like each other? This is another rivalry between two well known people?" Alya said, practically shoving the camera at their faces. Ruby frowned deeply, moving the camera out of the way, much to Alya's confusion.
"I don't like cameras so close to me, thank you very much. And second me and Adrien are friends, we've known each other for years." Ruby stated, growing annoyed with Alya.
"But even friends become couples! If I didn't think Lila had a chance with Adrien, you guys would make a cute couple!" Apparently, that was the wrong thing to say. Ruby watched as Lila fummed even more, her eyes now on all three of them. Alya blissfuly unaware while Adrien slowly backed away, Ruby standing in front of him.
Lila radiated so much negative energy, Ruby knew it was only a matter of time before an akuma came. True to her thought, she spotted a black butterfly fluttering over to the Italian girl. Somehow, as if sensing it, she turned, spoting the akuma before smirking. Thinking quickly, she pushed Adrien back and dashed past Alya, just as Lila was about to grab the akuma.
Ruby grabbed her wrist and with her other hand, let the akuma flutter to her family bracelet. Everyone stared in shock as Ruby let go of Lila and fell on the floor, holding her head. She vaguely heard Alya and Adrien yell out her name in concern.
Not far from where they are, Marinette felt her purse shift in the direction where the cousins had left and turned, gasping when she saw Ruby holding her head as Adrien, Alya, and Lila --in her case pretend-- to calm Ruby down. She saw the purple outline and dashed towards them, Chloe right behind her.
"Hmm, you are not ms. Rossi. No matter, your protective anger of wanting to help a friend is powerful. White knight, I give you the power to protect your friend from a manipulative liar. In return, I want Ladybug's and Chat Noir's miraculous."
"No." Ruby said loudly, her eyes snapped open as she slowly stood up, wobbling in her place. No one touched her, but stayed close in any case. "You made a mistake, Hawkmoth. Because I know now who you are." She said quietly, a hunt of saddness in her voice. Everyone around her was freaking out, but Marinette just kept staring at Ruby, slowly inching toward.
She wrapped her fingers lightly on Ruby's akumatized bracelet, and the girl snapped her head to the young designer. "Have fun trying to get your akuma back, Hawkmoth. I'm keeping it until Ladybug comes to purify it."
"You insolent girl! Give in to your anger!" Hawkmoth practically yelled, sending a wave of pain to her. She winced, closing her eyes tightly as she felt Marinette grab both of her wrists, grounding her.
"I have no anger. You're trying to give me yours. Now if you'll excuse me, I have things to do." Ruby calmly stated, severing the connection between her and the villain. Once it was gone, she groaned, falling forward. If it wasn't for Marinette holding her, she would've collapsed.
"Rubes can you hear me?" Marinette says quietly, Chloe trying to shush the growing group around them. Ruby blinked a few times as her eyes began to focus on blue eyes.
"H-hey maribug." The girl finally said, watching as Marinette let out a sigh of relief. She let Ruby lean on her, keeping a careful eye of the akumatized item.
"Ruby thank you so much! I would've been akumatized if you hadn't saved me." Lila spoke first, smiling brightly at her, though her eyes held a dangerous glint. Somehow the whole class was there, thanking her and asking if both she and Lila were okay.
The girl just smiled weakly, still feeling the negative effects of the akuma. It took a while bit eventually the class left, having a picnic to go in another area of the park.
Only Alya and Lila stayed behind, one filled with worry while the other was filled with silent anger. "Ruby, you sure you're okay?" Alya asked, warily glancing at Marinette, who was still holding on to the girl.
"I'm fine. Marinette can take care me. It's not like I have anything against her." Ruby deadpanned, before quickly relaxing so the akuma can't turn her. Alya seemed shocked by the statement, and had no time to respond, feeling Lila pull her away.
"Chloe, help me get her out to a more secluded area." Marinette spoke, the blonde nodding. Adrien had disappeared, probably getting something or going back to the photo shoot.
Both girls helped Ruby to the back of the bakery, which was the closest. Marinette left, saying she'll bring some water and cookies. So Ruby stayed with Chloe, who for some reason was having a mental breakdown, though she hid it well.
Ruby closed her eyes and leaned her head on Chloe's shoulder, waiting for Marinette or Ladybug.
Only after a few minutes, both Ladybug and Chat Noir arrive quietly, not wanting to startle the girl. Chloe-- who had a red face, Marinette would talk to her later-- gently woke Ruby up, and saw saw the heroes in front of her.
"Are you okay?" Ladybug asked softly, chat helping her sit up.
"I'm fine, Ladybug. Just a little tired. The akuma is in my bracelet." She holds up her arm, and a darkened bracelet practically glares at the heroes.
"Chat Noir said that he saw you were keeping the akuma, and not being akumatized is very brave of you." Ladybug smiled, removing the bracelet and handing it to Chat Noir.
She summoned a lucky charm, catching it and staring in confusion at the item. It was a phine that had a picture of Chloe, Ruby, Adrien, and Marinette. Chloe face was red while Ruby held her possessively, and Marinette and Adrien were smiling in satisfaction.
Later. The heroine thought to herself as Chat Noir destroyed the bracelet and she caught the akuma, purifying it and throwing the lucky charm in the air. The little ladybugs fixed the broken bracelet and Ruby practically relaxed against Chloe.
"Do you know how the akuma came to you anyways?" Chloe said after a while, her face beet red.
"Alya thought me and Adrien were flirting with each other. Which one, gross, and two we're cousins. And even if we weren't related, he'd be like a little brother to me. So the reporter, who really doesn't know what she's doing, kept saying all this stuff that made me seem like a big deal and could rival Lila. Obviously she didn't like that. Then Alya said that if she didn't think Lila and Adrien would look good, I'd look great with him." Ruby said, rolling her eyes while Ladybug pinched the bridge of her nose.
"Ridiculous. Utterly ridiculous. Ladybug, you need to do something about lie-la. And the supposed 'ladyblog' that is filled with lies." Chloe huffed, watching Chat Noir nodding a little in agreement.
"Actually. I have a plan, and I could use your help." Ruby stated, smirking at the heroes.
The Paris saviors looked at each other, the black clad hero nodding at his partner. Turning back to Ruby, Ladybug smirked, a hand on her hip.
"We're listening."

The Choking Game
KING JADE/KING HENNESSY/SUB!ERIK
Erik sat in the emerald green throne chair of Hennessy’s bedroom, feet propped up on her desk. He’d just finished his nightly workout, and his studded chest shined with sweat. The Gatorade Hennessy had waiting for him was gone in 2 big gulps, a sign that he’d pushed himself hard. She stared as his Adam's apple bobbed up and down like an egg caught in his throat. There was a small hole in the toe of his sock exposing his glossy toenail painted with clear polish done by Hennessy's hand. She chuckled softly to herself at the memory of the night he let her do it.
“What’s so funny, lil girl?”
“Oh nothing,” she lied with a smile.
“That typically means it's something.”
“Does it really?” she asked, still feigning ignorance. He pulled her onto his lap kissing her shoulder.
“Yes ma’am,” he answered in between soft kisses to her skin.
“Well maybe this time is different,” she replied between her mewls.
“Connerie,” was his response as he traded the soft kisses for slightly rougher nibbles to her skin.
“Waaaait,” she whined. “I thought I was supposed to be giving you a massage.”
“Massage me then, Princess. What oil you using?”
“Homie whipped up some homemade shea butter. It’ll leave you feeling softer than a baby’s ass, braille bumps and all,” she giggled. He replied with a rough smack to her ass.
“Keep talking shit ma,” he threatened, his Oakland twang creeping out a bit. Hennessy stood to retrieve the shea butter smoothing it into his skin with deliberate motions. He let his eyes fall closed, allowing himself to fully enjoy his wife’s strong yet gentle small hands as they relaxed the kinks in his weary bones. She used her knuckles to knead the skin of his shoulder blades and spine then used her finger tips to massage his neck and temples. When she was done, she fell back onto his lap, wrapping her arms around his neck.
“Daka,” she cooed as her fresh set of coffin nails found their way into his scalp.
“Princess?”
“I have a question.”
“And I may have an answer.” She smirked, letting a finger snake its way into his Cuban link chain.
“What would happen if I did this?” She slid out of his lap and turned to face him. She let her hand travel up his stomach to his sternum and finally to the chain that rested snuggly against his chest. He watched as she grabbed ahold and twisted so that it choked him ever so slightly. His eyes grew wide as he stared up at her, his top teeth sinking into his plump bottom lip. His grip tightened on her hips as she twisted the chain even more.
“I don’t think those were words, Daddy.” He hissed softly, his eyes darkening with lust as he stared up at her.
“Fuck Auré. You teasing me,” he moaned.
“How? I just asked a question that I’m still waiting patiently for the answer to,” she responded with a giggle, still maintaining her grip on his chain.
“Am I intruding?” Charlie called from the doorway of the bedroom.
“Daddy’s being mean. I asked him a simple question, but he’s ignoring me.”
“Well that’s rude of you, N’Jadaka. Answer the little nugget.” She entered the grand room and approached the duo, her observations clueing her in to what was happening. “Well isn't this something. Don't mind me.” She took a seat on the desk next to Erik's feet to watch.
He bit his lip again, knowing that there wouldn’t be an easy way out of this.
“It turns me on,” he moaned softly.
“I’m sorry, what was that?” Hennessy asked, twisting the chain once more. Erik’s hips began involuntary jerking, slowly thrusting upward. His eyes bucked again, a silent plea for her to not make him repeat what he had just said, but he knew better. King Hennessy wasn’t one to go easy, especially when it came to the brattiest brat in The Kompound.
“Oh my,” Charlie grinned leaning forward to watch. He was forgetting himself. That massage must have truly worked wonders.
“Say it again, my love,” Hennessy coaxed with soft strokes to his cheeks.
“It turns me on,” he grunted through clenched teeth.
“Aww Daddy Brat has a choking kink,” Charlie teased and she ran the heel of her YSL pump up and down his inner thigh. “Why.. does it turn you on, N'Jadaka? You've neglected to share that part. Is it the feeling of her fingers pressing and twisting the cool chain so that it winds and tightens, squeezing your neck so tightly that you lose your breath? Is that it? Do you like the feeling of losing control? Knowing your very life is in the hands of one of the brats you discipline?”
“Fuck,” was all he could say in response as his dark eyes bounced between his wives.
“Is your neck phallic representation? Are you imagining how tightly that meat stick between your twitching thighs could be squeezed? By those soft, small hands nonetheless. So feminine. So powerful. Address her by her title, N'Jadaka.”
“Yes, King Jade.”
Charlie slid her heel to the seat of his pants and applied mild pressure. “Don't look at me. Look at her. What is her name?”
“K-King H-Hennessy,” he groaned. If there was some sort of euphoric purgatory between Earth and the Ancestral Plane, Erik was there.
“Tighter,” Charlie requested and Hennessy happily obliged, applying more pressure to her husband’s thick neck.
“This is what you do to us, N’Jadaka. You toy with our bodies and minds in whatever way you see fit until we’re putty in those stubby fingers of yours. How does it feel for the shoe to be on the other foot?”
If he were in the presence of anyone else, there was no way in hell Erik would be whimpering and moaning the way he was, but because this was a side of him that only his first, fourth, and seventh wife could bring out of him, he relished it.
“I love it,” he smiled.
“Words of a masochist,” Charlie said retracting her foot only to have Erik grab her by the calf, putting it back.
“I'd like to try something. May I,” Charlie asked Hennessy before she made a move. Standing from the desk, she pushed Erik's feet down to the floor and straddled his lap, grabbing the Cuban link chain from Hennessy and twisting it tightly causing his chin to raise.
“Hey Mikey, I think he likes it,” she teased scratching the fingernails of her free hand down his bumpy chest and down his stomach into the band of his briefs. She squeezed him there with equal tightness biting and tugging on his bottom lip before releasing all three at once and returning to her spot on the desk. Erik whined pitifully when she left his lap.
“That's all. You kids have fun. I'll watch,” she grinned staring Erik down. He was panting like a dog in heat. Well technically, he was a dog in heat. His hardened member throbbed in his pants while his wives taunted him. Hennessy regained possession of the Cuban, twisting it around her hand while whispering the filthiest things in his ear in French. Charlie watched with a smirk, recording the entire ordeal for research purposes. It was a solid look into the thoughts and inner workings of a known sadist moonlighting secretly as a masochist. This was a private piece of his identity and a face he never revealed to the world.. and now it was on camera in Charlie's gallery. She hummed chipperly.
“Judging by that growing wet spot in ya pants, I think you’ve got something to ask me, N’Jadaka,” Hennessy quipped as she released her hold on the necklace before tightening it again.
“M-May I cum King Hennessy?”
“Cum? Already? We’re just getting started, Daddy.”
“N'Jadaka. Have you ever been waterboarded?” Charlie noted Erik's thrown expression. “I'm thinking of creating our own version of that. Wouldn't it be better if you were smothered by vagina rather than a shirt? Drowned by Hennessy rather than water?” His expression changed to something a bit more excited. Hennessy’s eyes shined with mischief the more Charlie spoke.
“Whatchu tryna do, wifey?” the small princess questioned.
“I'm trying to see you smother our lovely husband with that dangerous cooch of yours, but don't remove the panties. Let him suffer. Henny smiled a devious smile as she hoisted herself onto her husband’s lap and then up to his face. She gripped his dreads with both hands as she guided his head between her legs, allowing the soft satin of her panties to caress his face.
“Gahdamn,” he groaned, his nails digging into the arms of the chair.
“No one gave you permission to speak, N’Jadaka. Smother him so he can't breathe let alone speak,” Charlie goaded admiring the view.
“Yes King Jade,” Henny obeyed, pushing their husband’s face deeper between her plump thighs. The feeling was unlike anything Henny had ever imagined. The soft satin coupled with the warmth of his skin and breath had her dripping, leaving slick snail-like trails along his cheeks.
“Permission to touch you, King?” Erik called out, his voice muffled by his wife’s vagina.
“Permission denied,” Hennessy moaned, causing Erik to whimper as his nails dug deeper into the arms of the chair.
“Ooh the Jaguar about to come out,” Charlie teased before giving further instructions.
“You’ve got 5 minutes to make her cum without using your hands and tongue. Get creative. I need to see this, I might learn something,” Charlie said zooming in on the footage. He blew his lips like a raspberry making a noise that sounded like a propeller. It seemed to work because Hennessy reacted. She rolled her hips, pushing his face even further between her legs. She was now using his nose as a clit stimulator and boy was it doing the trick.
“1 minute,” Charlie announced as she moved to get closer. She wanted to capture it all, right down to Hennessy’s love faces. The tiny princess’ body went into overdrive, jerking and spazzing until her release coated the seat of her panties and the tip of his nose.
“Do over. I can beat that time,” Erik pleaded, keeping his hands down.
“Not tonight, Daddy. I have other plans for us,” Hennessy murmured softly draping her arms around N'Jadaka's neck. Lovey dovey mode was back in effect.
“Welp, that's my cue. I have some online reading to do. I shall see you two in the morning.” Charlie stood and made her way to the door as Hennessy and Erik continued nibbling on each other's lips, caught up. The next round would occur behind closed doors.

Micro Teach Madness!
26/11/2018
Although the title suggests that my Micro Teach was a complete and utter disaster, it wasn't, I would say 'surprisingly' but part of my feedback was to stop self doubting, so we'll leave that bit out. I got my classmates to participate in a gruesome activity using Special Effects Makeup, so to anyone that hadn't seen the process of the lesson, definitely would have considered that we had all gone completely mad due to how realistic the outcomes were. The task was to have them create a cut, giving the illusion they had cut into their arms, using a simple emotion as the cut. I got my classmates to relate the emotion to how they are feeling about the PGCE so far, anxious asking this in front of two of my lecturers, I luckily didn't have someone that hated the course and made the rest of the lesson super uncomfortable. In future lessons, I would probably have them relate it to something that's not such an open ended question, but this was an on the spot change to my lesson plan so went with what first came to mind.
To start my session I felt I got lost quite fast in what I wanted to achieve in the first few minutes. I started off asking my classmates if they knew what the products in front of them were but then started to get in my own head about how it took me 20 minutes to do the makeup on myself when practicing the night before and that I wouldn't have time to finish the session if I banged on about the boring stuff. Big mistake! Giving my classmates an introduction to the session and telling them what each product was in a bit more detail rather than just the product name would have massively helped me out when referring to the products later on in the session. As we started to get into the creative part of the session I unknowingly used words like 'Blend' and 'Apply' which Julian brought to my attention that this isn't something that will be understood by learners that have never done this activity before. I did however, get up and talk one on one with my classmates helping them alter parts of the makeup and constantly praising them for how well they were doing with such a complex task. I believe that even if I don't like the type of art my learners are doing, I can not judge a piece of art, so will always praise them on the aspects that are strong as I know from experience that unnecessary critique can demotivate someone from doing something that should be enjoyable. This would obviously change in an art environment like university, as critique is key to improvement and reflection on the art work, but for my learners that are there purely to be creative, this isn't something I need to do.
I felt very out of place calling out my classmates names if they weren't listening or rushing too far ahead when I hadn't given full instructions. This was due to them being my peers, they're training to be teachers too but are being called out for not listening by someone on the same teaching level as them, as well as their teacher being one of the youngest on the course. But again, Julian and Christine really put my mind at ease when the feedback they gave on that particular matter was really positive. It put things in perspective for me that I'm not telling my classmates off, but wanting to help them understand the task fully so they can get the most out of that session. As for being one of the youngest and definitely looking 16, this shouldn't matter. If someone is trying to teach you something with a lot of skill and knowledge in that subject area, the respect you give them should not be on their age or their looks, but on what they are teaching and how they treat you as a learner. As a student in high school, I always had more respect and felt more comfortable around the teachers that treated me as an equal, which is why I am such a humanist theory teacher.
I was honestly gobsmacked by how well my classmates did with the Special Effects Makeup, I was worrying if it was going to be too difficult but they absolutely smashed it. I'm really glad I used demonstration as this helped my classmate who has hearing difficulties, as steps would have easily been missed if we weren't looking at each other if the lesson was just verbal instructions.
Here are the final wounds made by my classmates, impressive I know! Although I'm not quite sure on what emotion the bottom left is, I can only imagine it means he is either confused by the PGCE course or me haha.
Overall I was really chuffed with how this session went (once I had feedback and realised I'm not as awful as I thought). Improvements I need to make for my next lesson would be to introduce the session and recap it at the end. To stop self doubting! Even if I would do really well getting a Bachelor of Self Doubting with Honours degree. I need to start assuming my learners have no idea what on earth I'm talking about and get right down on the first level of Bloom's taxonomy and most importantly...
Use more than 5 website references in my top form because I'm convinced that Jo will have my head for dinner if I don't open a book for my 1st observation with her on the 4th December. Either that or she'll hand in her resignation because my TOP form will be that painful to read with dodgy references.
For my future posts I will be including my own artwork as a visual of how I think my sessions went, but for this particular post, I feel a visual of how Jo would feel if she saw my Micro Teach references is more appropriate.
