Drinking Irn-Bru to get a good grade in my deficiencies blood test tomorrow, something that is both normal to want and possible to achieve
#I've never been worried about a blood test before but...#it's part not having been able to eat properly part having just been on my period for like a week part that I know I won't have slept enoug#but a big part is that my blood pressure is always low and I'm always cold so they often struggle to find a vein#... and have to dig around in there like they're scrambling eggs and end up using both arms and having to press super hard to keep the flow#I don't want to ache all day afterwards 😒 plus I have a universal credit appointment right before it and I think they're gonna clash#last UC appointment was hell and they've asked for copies of my bank statements I fucking hate the DWP#that anxiety beforehand will only constrict my blood vessels more fml#I doubt if I were anemic that 1 bottle of 0.002% ferric oxide will make a measurable difference but why not try
