I realized something about how I write Chrom and Tharja: They’re not really fans of each other. And again, they’re not thrilled about the arrangement (Tharja more), but they can’t bring themselves to make Robin choose between her husband and her girlfriend.

Sketches from a Henfred/F!Tharbin(?) x Ponyo AU that wouldn’t leave my mind for a month. But let’s be honest, it was never abt Henfred more so than it was about putting Tharja into a suit and making her a grumpy old man.

One thing led to another and this handsome dwarf finds himself back to back in melee with a fellow who looks like a walking corpse and fights like a trained assassin.

The dwarf (Tharbin) is my friends Paladin character. He's sort of horrified upon meeting the Changeling Rogue. He cast detect evil when they met...it was pretty funny shite

In a nearly fatal battle, after the rogue didn't take his chance to disengage and stood near to draw attacks when Tharbin was badly injured, he decided he likes this odd fellow named "Dead"...

Now they have a vicious pack mentality. DM encourages this by using flanking rules. Sneaks and Smites with extra chances to crit sounds like fun to us!

Good RP/development can happen in battle or out :)

Lyonnel, do you like,,Have some sort of obsession with the king or something???

He’s definitely got some kind of obsession. Kind of a stalker with a crush type guy. Before becoming a guard for Remus, he already had some issues, but they weren’t as bad -- just some guy that admired the royal family a lot. However, when he became a guard, it was when Remus was more corrupt, and it affected him. Remus was kind of cruel and bossy, and somewhat unkind to the guards before realizing what he was doing, and it left Lyonnel getting some kind of unhealthy dependency on him. After reforming himself and redeeming himself and such, Remus felt horrible about everything, especially his treatment of his guards, and allowed them to retire early and get help from SIRA for getting over how his treatment affected them. 

Lyonnel, however, is refusing it, despite not being allowed to leave SIRA at all until he’s deemed better -- he’s currently somewhat of a threat to himself and others due to how unstable his behavior ended up. He’ll be fine. Eventually. Hopefully.
