Got my hands on a Ultra Analysis BNHA book from a library

Some points I liked (I focused more on 1B since they don't get a lot of attention)

1B once had a Tetsutetsu BBQ. They heated him up and cooked food on him. He proceeds to ruin it when he declares his sweat is the salt to their food

Yui is canonically the prettiest first-year

Mineta has no sex appeal at all, but he thinks being a hero will make him lucky

Class B does respect Monoma. He's sharp-minded, witty, and has a way with words

Monoma sometimes wanders into 1A's dorm just to throw down a mean speech, and heads back to 1B

Juzo probably isn't helping Monoma's confrontations with 1A, since he just always asks him why he can't say it to their faces whenever Monoma complains about them

Shiozaki tries to be polite even in a fight

Pony hosts anime parties, so 1B knows a lot about anime. Vice-versa, they teach her Japanese, and everything nasty is Monoma's fault

Tokage was a gyaru

Tsuburuaba, Kaibara, and Kuroiro get worked up whenever they talk about girls

Manga likes Kenranzaki

Awase's family runs a small factory. He also restrains Monoma whenever Kendo isn't available

1B likes hearing Rin say "Aiyah", so he does it for them

Kamakiri is obsessed with cutting into things

Class B's play was really successful

Tamaki is scared of Kirishima's energy

1C was planning a send-off party for Shinsou for his upcoming hero transfer. They didn't doubt he would make it, ever since the Sports Festival

Shishikura (meatball Shiketsu boy) might've chosen Shiketsu because he likes the uniform's hat

Nakagame and Yo are dating

Tsuyu's family gets to spend a lot of time together now, since their parents' busy jobs have calmed down

Tsubasa (devil wing kid in Midoriya's memories) suspiciously lost touch with Midoriya and Bakugo in middle school (his Wiki page confirms Garaki - his grandfather - turned him into a Nomu)

Torino likes goofy gags. This rubs off on All Might (ex. when Midoriya thought he died when Torino fell with ketchup. People don't know whether to laugh or be concerned)

Nighteye has yellow streaks in his hair as a homage to All Might

Nezu likes worming into tight, dark places, so he likes Aizawa's scarf. They went into detail, describing why Nezu likes it, such as material to crawling in, etc.

Recovery Girl has to travel around Japan regularly to help people with her Quirk (as in, she uses her Quirk to help them. Healing Quirks are SO rare)

Hojo, Tabe, and Sestuno are kept in the same jail, so at least they're not separated

Al Haitham in a randomly assigned group project would be such a funny sight.

Like imagine the rest of the group slacking off because surely genius Al Haitham would do it for them because he does not want to get a shit grade and ignore him any time he talks about starting it.

Instead four days before they have to hand it in Al Haitham gives them the parts they're supposed to do, which mind you are smaller than the parts he assigned himself.

He then completes the presentation with nothing more nothing less than what they give him and puts in a detailed credit slide with each thing the others did. Since his is the only coherent part the rest of his group gets terrible grades.

One of the people who failed comes up to Al Haitham and tell him the work clearly was not divided equally and tells him to do it better next time. Al Haitham blinks at him a couple times and then just storms off no explainations given.

Anyone remember when the talking Barbie was criticized for saying "Math is hard!" because girls and adult women were and still are already stereotyped as being bad at math/spending?

I'm not even a girl anymore and this whole "girl math" thing is infuriating me for its condescending "girls are so stupid" cutesiness that is somehow being disguised as a positive?

going to take a small break for a week or two. I'll still write during that time most likely and be active, but won't post any fics for the time being since I've been sort of consistently posting since november and I need a break to be a silly teenage girl.

not burnt out, but writing motivation is ↓ while i become an academic victim (except for math, my teacher can suck my balls).

also literally wrote like 1.6k words for the mini series before i decided i didnt like it so I'm starting over on that. hopefully my writing will improve while I try to get some motivation. it helps that its alow at work so i dont have many shifts, but dont expect anything for a little

Two minutes on the clock. She draws in a breath, letting every bit of fear flow out when she exhales. It's a trick she learned long ago, when she'd first started this job.

Two minutes. Plenty of time.

She straightens her shoulders, tosses her hair, and steps into the museum. No one spares her a glance, save for the man in the corner whose eyes linger on her a little too long. She fights the urge to glare at him; if worst comes to worst, he could prove useful.

Her heels click on the tile floor, and they sound too loud in her own ears, but she knows it's all in her mind. In reality, no one notices them but her.

She reaches the elevator in twenty-five seconds, five seconds fewer than expected. Good; you never know when five extra seconds can be exactly the wiggle room you need.

The elevator ride takes fifteen seconds, and she spends them rolling the plan over in her mind once more. It's a simple plan, fewer frills to go wrong, but that doesn't mean it's perfect. No plan is; she learned that long ago.

"Deep breaths," a voice says into the comms, and she carefully keeps her expression schooled, studying her nails in an excuse to hide her mouth from the camera.

"I'm breathing," she mutters back, but she's not as annoyed as she sounds, and she trusts him to know that.

Sure enough, he chuckles, sounding impossibly fond. (He always does, and she is finally, finally getting used to it.) "I was talking to me."

The utter dork. A thousand snappy replies come to mind, but the elevator dings, and she steps out the doors, taking in the bustling room.

One minute, twenty seconds. If it takes her as long to get out as it did to get in, she has forty seconds to find the journal, grab it, and get back to the elevator.

That's nothing. Cake. She's faced far worse.

Smiling politely, taking even steps, she makes her way through the room, stopping at a familiar glass case. The journal is tattered, but she knows it like her own name, and she draws the key from her pocket, opening the case and replacing the filled journal with the blank one tucked in her jacket. Never once does she falter, even for a moment. Another trick she learned long ago: so long as you act like you know what you're doing, most people don't question you.

She's back to the elevator in exactly forty seconds, and takes a breath to be grateful once more for those extra five seconds.

"That's it, Lucy. Almost there."

He's pulled together most of the plan, but at this point, it's all her, and she knows it's hard for him to sit on the sidelines. But he trusts her, just as she trusts his plan to work, and so they're quite successful.

Ding!

Twenty-five seconds.

Her heart rate picks up, just slightly, but she doesn't let it show. She walks, doesn't run, toward the door, not pausing for even a moment to look around.

She steps through the doors just as the alarm goes off; by the time security arrives, she's long gone.

Odd Squad - I will forever recommend this show haha. A government organization made up of kids who solve odd problems using math! I would actually recommend checking out the first episode of season 2 first to get a feel of the show.
