And not a dumb question at all! Yes, there are only humans and androids in the story. Most humans on Mars have augmentations, however. Some of it is purely cosmetic and some is to supplemental strength or other physical attributes like that.

But Ackermans are the exception, as usual. They don’t require augmentations - they’re already super human, to an extent.
