You sighed as you shook your head. You promised your co-worker Emily you would be there and make it the best night ever(her words).

Your dress hugged you well in ways you only imagined, the emerald dress fitting you perfectly.

You finally left the warmth of your car and entered the surprisingly not as loud house. Full of habs, some wags, and others part of the team.

Emily immediately squealed when she saw you, leaving a conversation.

"Oh my god, you look amazing." She hugged you tightly.

You chuckled in her embrace. "Oh uh it's nothing, you know that."

"Nothing? I never get to see you all dolled up like this. If I were your man, I wouldn't be able to take my hands off you." Emily winked.

"Oh thanks, didn't wanna go all out." You explained with a shrug.

That made you perk up and look up and see that, in fact, you were under the mistletoe. You two have been talking for at least five minutes? Did he know this whole time?

Cole's face was tinted pink when his eyes met yours.

"We don't have to do anything, just a dumb tradition." You told him.

Cole chuckled. "Oh no, believe me, I want to."

You kissed his cheek softly. "Well there you go."

You begin to walk away when Cole grabbed your wrist and spun you into his chest.

"Didn't know you had moves, Caufield." You say, suprised.

Cole grinned at your words. "Just wanted a kiss from a pretty girl... properly this time. Can you blame me for being ambitious?"

You lean in, feeling confident. "Then kiss me, sweetheart, no one's stopping you."

That was all Cole needed for confirmation. He leaned in. His lips met yours in a soft and sweet kiss that grew more passionate as time went on.

"Oh cole cmon don't eat her now!" Emily called out, making everyone laugh.

Cole pulled away sheepishly. "Sorry."

"It's fine, don't worry about it." You shook your head. "Let's get away from this mistletoe, seems to bring nothing but attention."

Cole laughed and led you to the kitchen. "Yeah, at least now we can kiss in here."

HELP 😭 i didn't intend to write it off as a skin-color thing, i'm a tan person myself and typically when i describe someone as pale, i mean it as a figure of speech (someone anemic, lacking sleep and sunlight exposure: the reader in my interpretation) since i'm anemic myself and people often say i look pale whenever i get sick.

(in my language namumutla = pale. it's not exclusive to fair-skinned people when using that word, it can be described to anyone who looks faint, blanched, ill/pallid)

Looking back at danganronpa 1 cuz I’m watching the game grumps playthrough and it occurred to me that there really shouldn’t be a difference in how the execution happens between the bad ending and the good ending? At least, not that I can tell right away. maybe the difference is supposed to be that by covering for kyoko and making the trial last a bit longer, makoto unwittingly buys time for alter ego to get into the system and stop the execution, which doesn’t happen if he just lets kyoko get voted guilty? It’s unclear but i think that might be it, actually: by covering for kyoko, makoto made the trial last longer, giving alter ego time to find a way to interrupt the execution. also the execution was designed poorly from the start considering it sent the victim into the trashpit instead of just ending under the press but tbh i dont think the mastermind was really concerned about that.

What’s ur favorite SU songs

The first song to come to mind is actually Be Wherever You Are. It seems like such a random song and def not one i see talked about much, im not even sure why i like it so much but its just one thats Stuck with me. I have such clear memories of singing it to myself every week when i walked to soccer training for at least a year. Its such a nice and and simple song with a lot of repetition, and while the repetition does make it s but hard to keep track of if you sing off the top of your head im never one to turn some down.

That said, while i would have to call Be Wherever You are my favourite there are still a good few that hold nice little places in my heart.

Love Like You has to get an acknowledgement, even to this day if im standing somewhere wasting time not listening to anything its the first song to pop into my head to hum, i have so many memories of walking around school, around shops, a soccer field, in a game and humming or singing it to myself. Around the time season 2 and maybe early season 3 i used to love to think about who the song could be sung by and sung at, because all the answers i could come up with none of them fit the lyrics perfectly.
