"Merry Thankmas 2024"

This year's Thankmas focuses on mental health, which, to me, since watching it, does tug in the heart strings a little. Because I too struggle with it that I'm not quite ready to share or put on a spotlight. Watching this stream helps me realize that you are important, you are worth it, you do matter, and if ever you're down, there will always be someone to help you. Samaritans and Crisis Text Line are there for you, as are your friends and family that care about you as much as you care about them.

This year hasn't been bright, let alone been great for me, but I'm here now because of my friends. Friends that I call my family. Friends who support me, love me, and always try ways to lift my spirits, and I can't thank them enough. I hope at least in the next coming year it'll be better.

And I hope for the same for all of you.

CHARITY COMMISSIONS OPEN

Hey loves!

For the third year, I'm hosting charity commissions! Last year we made 571 euros for the World Central Kitchen. This year, 11 artists and I are super excited to draw for you until December 6th. Hopefully we will break the record entirely! The money made will go to three s*icide crisis hotlines - two chosen by the Thankmas event, and another being The Trevor Project, aimed towards LGBT+ youth in the US.

'Tis the season yet again! This year's Thankmas funds are going to two organizations, Crisis Text Line and Samaritans! Mental health struggles are very common and if you've experienced them then you know they're ass to deal with; no one should go through them alone, and these two organizations are here to help!

I watch and donate to Jackscepticeye's Thankmas every year, but this year is something really special to me. And I. AM. STREAMING. FOR. IT.

I have always struggled with mental health but earlier this year I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer (triple positive). I am currently post-chemo and post-mastectomy and things are looking really good! I still have radiation coming up, so my journey isn't over yet. But throughout the whole process I've really struggled with my mental well being. I am eternally grateful to my medical team for supporting me every step of the way, but after losing my hair and one of my breasts, on top of everything else, I absolutely dipped into a bit of ~the despair~. So when Jackscepticeye announced that this year was focused on supporting mental health, I knew it was time for me to get more involved. I am SO ready to spread the joy and awareness this season! ❤️

Before my treatment started, I loved streaming JRPGs. I took a pretty significant break during the tougher portion of my treatment but I think I'm ready to get back into it. And what better time than Thankmas! AND with Kingdom Hearts!!

I'll be playing the first Kingdom Hearts game (because nostalgia of course) starting Friday December 6th, 2024 @ 6PM EST. And I'll be going for as long as I possibly can, especially if I have people donating to and spreading the word for such a great cause. I have so much love for this game and honestly I think I need some good ol' KH nostalgia right now. I need more Sora in my life during these trying times! I really hope all of you beautiful people join me and help spread awareness for mental health this Thankmas!

P.S. The picture I used for this post is me entirely bald; I've been wearing a wig (and probably will for stream) for weeks while I get back to work, but I'm trying to be more comfortable with my bald ass head. I'd like to bring more awareness to cancer treatments, especially in younger adults like myself, and help normalize the process from a physical and mental perspective. No matter what, thank you so much for reading this small novel I ended up writing lmao

P.P.S. There is a good chance my orange cat will hog the face cam like the attention ho he is, so if you like cats then this stream will so be for you.

Hey everyone! The charity commissions close on DECEMBER 6TH! This means we're halfway there! We have been absolutely FLOORED by your response to it - we now stand at €1450 raised, all going directly to three suicide prevention/crisis hotlines - Samaritans, Crisis Text Line and The Trevor project (special case for the support of LGBT+ youth in the US, whose rate of suicide has increased since the election results).

To raise this money, 11 artists and I have put together commissions for sale! As of now, over HALF of our slots are sold! GOOD MORNING LITTER HOUSE!! No schedule for the week because I'm prepping for Thankmas but instead, HERE'S THE OFFICIAL THANKMAS SCHEDULE!!

December 6th through 14th, I'll be streaming every other day, raising money for charity, playing games with friends, and showing off the new winter outfit! We'll be starting at 5PM PST and we'll be going for set lengths this year instead of the usual time added per donation.

Then on the 16th, it's my 4-Year Debut Anniversary and the OFFICIAL DEBUT OF 3.0!!! WHICH I AM VERY EXCITED FOR!!! No stream on Wednesday but Thankmas will be starting this Friday!
