Growing up, Echo never had a chance to relax or be comfortable. From being a cadet to a soldier to a prisoner to a soldier/fighter again, he was always on the move; always on survival mode- that is, until he met you. You called to a side of him that he didn't know he had- one that desires comfort and love. He's not really sure how to address it at first, but he eventually realizes that he loves you. He decides the best way to resolve it would be to talk to you directly, and when he found out that you reciprocated his feelings, he asked you out right then and there.

Echo loves taking quiet nights at home with you. He was never really a party animal like some of his brothers, so he really enjoys spending quality time with you- quality time is, after all, his love language. He likes when you show him new types of music, but is a little confused at first ("Taylor Swift? Is she a good runner or something?" lol). He's very supportive, and when you tell him about wanting to learn acoustic guitar, he encourages you to get one and start learning! He also likes when you knit. You even knit him a hat to keep his head and ears warm, and when you gave it to him, he just melted. It was one of the first gifts he'd ever been given, and it (and you) mean so much to him.

Something Echo grew to enjoy during his time with the bad batch was tea. Tech especially was a bit of a tea snob, so when he found out that you enjoy tea, too, he started drinking it again. Sometimes, when you and he go out shopping at the local farmer's market, he'll look for new and interesting teas to try with you. You've definitely got a collection going on, and he only adds to it (not that you mind).

Even though he absolutely loves being with you and spending time with you, that doesn't stop his drive to fight against the Empire. He still does missions with Rex and the others, but if he's not actively on a mission, he spends what time he can with you. It's difficult for you to say goodbye to him each time he leaves, knowing that it may be the last time you ever see him. However, you know he's doing the right thing, and you support him in whatever ways you can, and that means more to him than he knows how to express.

(tiny side note, I've been playing acoustic guitar since I was seven, and it's so much fun!! and so satisfying!! I highly recommend learning to play if you're on the fence about it)

Even though you are shy at first with strangers, I feel like you and Daniel would instantly click together. You would travel a lot together. Its more fun like that. Getting to know new places together, enjoying the atmosphere and various cultures. I feel like going to countries which languages you can speak is on your to-do list. Showing Daniel where you study/studied in Germany, visiting Indonesia together and so on. You hating insects would make you not want to stay for long in Australia but Daniel swears to protect you from any creature that crawls into a 5 meter radius to you so no worries there. He’s your hero!

Of course there are days when you two don’t feel like doing much so just simply staying at home and binge watching a show or movies and cooking yourself something would do the magic. Even the most energetic people need to recharge sometimes.

BONUS: He constantly asks you what books you are reading, what they are about, how far did you get, how did it end and so on. He knows you like them and he even sometimes tries to act out certain scenes from the books and even if it doesn't work out, at least he got to make you laugh : )

OKAY SO, in 2020, my friend dave got really into it (he’s actually even cooler than dave strider, it’s wild), and he was like, “please read homestuck” and since i was *literally* stuck at home, i thought “this is the perfect time, this is my homestuck moment.”

that being said, all my knowledge came from dave (who was currently getting scarred with the epilogues), which means all i knew was that:

1. there’s trolls

2. there’s characters known as karkat and dave, and they are in love.

3. there’s characters that represent zodiac signs, and when i asked dave “who represents mine?” he replied with, “i’m so sorry” (i’m a scorpio LMAO)

4. obama’s there, and dated someone’s newly evil brother??

so i started reading it (the poor way, aka on the official website, on my phone), and i was SO confused. like who is John, why have i never heard about john, and where is karkat?? but i kept reading, and i did not hate it, i was just very lost LMAOO, i think i got to the end of act 1.

but the other problem was, is that it was on my phone and in safari. which means i was never inclined to open it again. i just kept that tab opened, and if it was a book, it would have been dusty as hell. i ended up taking a different path while being quarantined in 2020, aka glee 😔 i fell down that glee rabbit hole and i wasn’t going to leave it.

BUT, in the glee fandom i met like the coolest people alive. and one of those incredibly awesome people is my friend cherie :D in 2022, cherie fell back down their own homestuck rabbit hole once again, and this time they were bringing me down with her, LOL.

i started reading homestuck again, so i could talk about it with cherie, and i *finally* got into it (dave and i recently called, and we were drawing on whiteboard, and he still makes jokes about how long it took me LMAOOO). but cherie actually held me accountable for reading it, i could no longer leave it lost in my tabs, because everyday cherie would send me an epic “have you read homestuck today” reminder >:) i think i finally finished on easter 2023. (or maybe it was a few days before, because i remember reading the candy epilogue on easter, but just know it was around that time!!)

so ty to my friends for giving me brainrot, i love them very much <3 i don’t regret it at all, because when i entered my glee era i stopped drawing for awhile, but being in the homestuck fandom as really revived that spark. i feel like i’m 14 again, and it’s so much fun :D

"What is Sebastian Stan's favorite song, umm that's a good question, I usually just listen to y/n's Spotify playlists, as much as she may be annoying, she does make a mean playlist," he said, not looking at you what so ever, he was ignoring you. He finished tearing up the questions and then later broke the board.

"Tom was right, those boards are annoying" the boards were made out of what seemed like styrofoam and you just couldn't handle the styrofoam sound. When you said that Sebastian let out a loud groan.

"Are you ok?" you asked, Sebastian of course ignoring you, you gave up on trying to talk to him, two can play at that game.

As the interview was going to a close, the air progressively got intoxicated with hatred and annoyance. You hated when people were mad when you didn't know why, especially when they don't want to talk about it.

"That was y/n y/l/n and Sebastian Stan doing the Wired Autocomplete Interview!" you ended the video off because you knew Sebastian wouldn't. You thanked everyone who was there and left, leaving behind Sebastian, after everything that happened between you and Sebastian the other day, you thought this interview would go great. Much to your surprise, all you did the night prior was talk and have fun. You got into your car, you gave Sebastian a ride to the interview, so he will need to find a ride now.

"Hey! Wait up" Sebastian said. "I thought you were going to leave me behind" you rolled down your window

"I was," you stated coldly

"Ouch," he said

"I'm not trying to waste my time on someone who is clearly mad at me" you looked at his eyes

"I'm not mad at you-"

"Oh but you are, I can read a room Stan" if words can cut deeper than a knife.

"Fine, I'll find my own way home," He said annoyed, he knew that you were right, he was mad at you. You rolled your window back up. Connected your phone to your car and started driving, you tried to distract yourself from crying.

"hello?" you answered your phone

"Hey, so I heard you and Sebastian are having some couple issues" Anthony joked and you rolled your eyes. "Did you find a brain in there?" Anthony joked yet again which made you let out a laugh. "Anyways going back to me, you were going to have an interview with him, but if you'd like, I can take it"

"Thanks, Mackie" you sighed hanging up

My loneliness is killing me (and I) I must confess I still believe (still believe) when I'm not with you, I lose my mind give me a sign hit me, baby, one more time. You sang along to the ...baby one more time cover by The Marias that was playing in your car. You didn't want to go home just yet, because if you did then you would overthink, and driving around is much more interesting than crying your eyes out. You stopped at a red light and waited for it to turn green. You looked at the sides of your car, your eyes met with a young man who had this look on his eyes that looked like he recognized you, but doesn't know quite where. You laughed and that's when the light turned green and you sped off.

After a while of doing this, you decided it would be a great idea to just go home. Still listening to your music and driving. When you arrive home you are greeted with rain. A bit confused as to why now it started to rain, but you took it You got your phone, got out of your car, locked it, and started to walk to your front door. To your surprise it was already open, when you walked in you saw the whole cast seated around your living room.

"Hey, how y'all doing?" you asked confused and in the middle of the circle, there was Sebastian sat. You scoffed grabbing his attention and shook your head. Running up your stairs.

"Wait y/n" Sebastian grabbed your arm making you stop, making you look at him in the eyes. Oh, those blue eyes staring deep inside you, knowing your deepest darkest secrets. They have seen it all, your cries, your laughs, the way your eyebrows knit together whenever you are confused, they have seen it all. Oh and don't get me started on those lips, they look so soft, but you will never know because you just can't bring yourself to believe he may actually like you. But that was all cut short with one simple word that leads anyone to a dead end.

"No," you said completely discarding what you have just felt by looking at the man's eyes.

"No?" he was confused the only time you said no to him was when he wanted to go on a ride on Disneyland.

"yeah, no" you confirmed your prior statement.

"y/n wait" but now it was Elizabeth

"I am not going to wait, I don't even know how you got it into my fucking house" you stated confused, everybody looked at Sebastian.

"Well, that's definitely not going to help my case anymore guys" Sebastian looked at them and then at you with pleading eyes.

"No those puppy dog eyes are not going to help you anymore, I am done."

"Why are you even mad at him?" Tom asked

"He never shows his feelings to me, he doesn't want to explain why he was mad at me when we were doing an interview, and acts like everything between us is ok. I am tired of it, and he of all people knows how frustrated I get when he doesn't talk to me. I am not a real-life Marvel character, I can't read minds, nor do I want to" You stated now looking at him. his face looked down.

"Well, fine my bad, I'm sorry that I don't know how to tell you how much I have feelings for you, how frustrated I get when any other person gets a bit too close to you that isn't me. The way I have kissed you more than once and yet you still can’t catch my drift. I thought yesterday I was finally getting somewhere and then all we did was talk and dance, don't get me wrong I love it, but I just wished you can actually read my body language to you and not just the room." He looked at you almost as if there was still much more to say but wanted to see what you had to say.

"Oh," was the only audible sound to come out your mouth and you looked around to see an empty living room once again, and a Tom at the door waving to say goodbye.

"So?" Sebastian looked at you.

"I caught your drift, or maybe I missed it, I don't know just yet, can you show me it please," you said leaning in for a kiss.

"Sure will, princess," he said and just like that, now you were his pretty princess.

this is for @just-1margaret​ who won my giveaway last may! im so sorry it took me this long to get done but here is your la squadra wholesomeness on a day off at the beach ; ) 

The past few months have certainly been difficult to say the least. Being generally unappreciated at your insanely dangerous job, doing said difficult work with little pay, regardless, you supposed that it was good that the Consigliere finally realized that it might not be a good idea to alienate the branch of the Famiglia that literally kills people for money. 

So it came to pass that on a certain fateful day, Risotto has you all gather together in the hideout. There’s a long tense silence as you all gather together. As always, Sorbet and Gelato are tangled on the couch together. Illuso pokes out of the mirror, a bored look in his eyes that quickly turns smug as soon as he catches you looking at him. Prosciutto looks disaffected as he lounges on the couch, smoking a cigar. Pesci tries to follow after his mentor’s calm demeanor but fails miserably, a sight to see considering he was sitting between Prosciutto and Formaggio who was lounging on the couch with an easy smile on his lips. Ghiaccio and Melone sit together, tapping on their computers, probably catching up on some last minute work, they whisper to each other about what they think is going on. 

You sit beside them, chewing some gum, trying to look calm though your heart hammers in your chest. Why did Risotto call you all here, right now? Was there something wrong? 

After a long moment, Risotto decides that you’ve all settled down and he brings out a manila folder. That simple action is enough to shatter the easy atmosphere. 

“The Consigliere has sent something,” Risotto says grimly. 

Everyone sits still with bated breath as Risotto opens the folder. He reads the contents of the letter inside of it for a long moment and then he pulls out what looks like a fan of tickets. 

“They wish for us to rest,” he says with a strangely calm voice. 

There’s another long moment of silence in the group that’s broken by Pesci. 

“Do they mean for us to rest permanently or...?” 

And then, it’s chaos. 

“Are they serious?!” 

“Who do they think we are?” 

“What beach are we talking about?”

The question that spurs the rest of your squad into silence comes from Formaggio. There’s a lazy grin on his face as he looks over the indignant and shocked faces of the other members. There’s dead silence as your group turns to look at Risotto, who plops the sheaf of tickets to the group.

“Well…” Gelato hums, “about damn time I say.”

“What about the money?” Sorbet asks, “they gonna start paying us properly or are we still gonna get the scraps?”

For the first time in a long while, Risotto smiles, his dimples evident as he sets down the folder.

“How sure are we this isn’t a trap?” Ghiaccio hisses out, “they think they can just buy us out like this?”

“The Consigliere is a good man,” Prosciutto comments, his only word on the matter, “the only man with sense by the boss’s side, at least.”

“As promised then,” Risotto says, “we go on this trip, consider it … team building.”

That is your capo’s last words on the matter and thus, it allows your teammates to pass through the day with excited chattering, packing for the beach trip. As you settle down in your room to pack for the beach trip. You wonder if maybe this is a sign that things are starting to look up for your team.

All expenses have been shouldered by the Consigliere, who after his assignment from the boss has taken it upon himself to mend fences with your squad. It’s a rather surprising move on his part considering how the boss had openly neglected your squad. There’s still the undercurrent of distrust among some of the other members who still believe this trip to be a trap, at least until the Consigliere himself appears, greeting your group with a smile on his face.

The Consigliere is an old man, his hair in various shades of graying, his face lined with age. Beside him, a boy with pink hair and a strange sweater. He shakes your capo’s hands and after a little exchange of words, drives you up to the villa where your team will be staying at. He chatters pleasantly about his hopes for better relations with your gang, words that would ordinarily ring hollow for you but … for some reason bring you something akin to hope. It’s a feeling you haven’t felt in a while, but you’re glad for it.

On your group’s first outing to the beach, Risotto stays put, insisting for the rest of you to have fun. He dong a pair of black swimming trunks and a loose black polo that he keeps unbuttoned. he stays in the shade, reading some books and keeping his peculiar eyes hidden with a pair of shades. He’s the talk of the beach, you poke around, staying back with him for a while as you watch the other members of your gang play around the beach.

“I’ll be fine,” he assures you, “I’m not one to play in the water. You can have fun.”

He gives you a carefree smile as he nudges you along. Hesitantly, you do as he asks. Occassionally, Prosciutto will swap out with him so he can get himself some ice cream. He’s always stopped by women, asking for pictures of which he will politely decline. It’s not good for a hitman to have pictures taken after all. Sometimes, you do manage to catch him, comforting a lost child, directing them to the proper services.

Of all of you, Pesci has the most fun, he sits by the docks happily fishing with Beach Boy. You stop by for a minute, playing with the bait, watching him fish. He seems to have amassed a little ocean in his pail, along with some other fish in the cooler.

“You plan on fishing up the whole ocean, Pesci?” You tease good-naturedly.

“I’ll put them back,” he replies cheerfully, a boyish grin on his face as he continues fishing. “I just wanted to catch a few bigger ones, f-for dinner tonight, big bro said if I caught nice ones, he’d cut them up for dinner.”

You blink in surprise, “Prosciutto’s cooking dinner?”

“Yeah!”

You purse your lips as you watch the glittering waves, “he must be … in a really good mood, then.”

After you hang out with Pesci for a little while, you walk by the shore, noticing Ghiaccio who’s been building a sand castle. He grumbles as he builds and it’s only then that you notice a droopy part to the surprisingly well built sand sculpture. He notices you approach and as if to preemptively shut down any ideas you may have about knocking down his castle he growls at you.

“If you plan on ruining this castle any more than Illuso has, I swear to God, witnesses be damned, I’m going to kill you!”

You laugh at that, unable to help yourself. It was just … a little cute to see him, carefully poring over every little detail of his sand castle, his curls sticking everywhere.

“Chill,” you say, a little smirk on your face as the irony of your little joke is not lost on you, “I just wanted to ask if you need help.”

Taking a seat beside him and a safe distance away from his sand castle you are able to marvel at his work. You suppose that it would have been prettier had it not been destroyed on one side. But even so, it was gorgeous, it shocks you a little bit to see just how detailed Ghiaccio had managed to be. You couldn’t believe it was made of sand.

“You’re … weirdly good at stuff like this,” you praise.

Ghiaccio grumbles but you do see a light blush dusting his face, as always, he was terrible at receiving compliments. He never knew what to do when he got them. Even his ears started to turn a little bit red.

“I-if you want to help, just don’t get in my way,” he grumbles. “I don’t want you ruining anything.”

You pout as you continue to watch him build and then you stand up, “I’m kinda thirsty, want me to get you anything?”

Ghiaccio mulls it over for a moment, pausing as he rebuilds a turret, “soda sounds good.”

“Alright, I’ll get you one, anything else?” You pat the sand off yourself as you address him.

“No… Thanks, _____.”

You smile a little as you walk up to the nearby beachside store selling some cool treats. Yeah, today seemed like a really good day, you thought to yourself as you walked. On your way, you catch a glimpse of Formaggio and Melone trying to pick up some tourists. you cringe internally as you hear their attempts at flirting.

“Now, I’m not a photographer, sweetheart.” Formaggio croons, his voice smooth as butter and as sweet as honey. “But I can picture me and you together.”

“What’s your zodiac sign then?” Melone asks excitedly, getting too close in a tourist’s personal space, “come now, no need to be shy. I need to know! You have excellent hips, perfect for a mother to – hey! Why are you running?!”

Something akin to secondhand embarrassment blooms in the pit of your belly and you make your way to the store, trying to look as though you have no idea who Formaggio and Melone are. Thankfully, your gambit seems to work as you manage to get into the shop with not much difficulty and purchase the cold drinks. Though as you walk back to Ghiaccio, you wonder where Illuso might be. You hadn’t seen him all day after all. 

Illuso spends the day in his mirror world, happily relaxing with no large crowds to be bothered about and no annoying teammates to pester him. It’s heaven, at least for him. And it’s the only place where Ghiaccio couldn’t try to kill him after he ruined his sandcastle. Illuso is smug as he relaxes. It was the perfect day to relax. 

You have dinner on the beach as well, Prosciutto taking it upon himself to gut and grill the fish Pesci has caught. You find yourself enraptured as he prepares the food. Though upon seeing you gape at him, he quickly tasks you with preparing the food instead. You sit beside him, chopping up some veggies that he told you he was going to grill while Risotto returns after some time with Ghiaccio in tow, having managed to gather some firewood for a bonfire. 

With your coaxing, and Risotto’s assurance that no blood would be shed, Illuso is quickly coaxed out of the mirror - finally able to join your group again for a pleasant dinner. 

“You didn’t have to hide all day Lulu,” you teased, “I’d protect you.” 

Illuso scoffed at that, flicking your forehead and grabbing some grilled fish. You smile warmly as you settle by your teammates. Sorbet and Gelato finally make their way back to your group - sure their hair is a little mussed up and you definitely notice some hickeys but you play dumb. With good food, refreshing drinks, and funny stories to exchange by the warm bonfire, you find yourself feeling something you haven’t felt in a long time since you’ve joined Passione. 

Contentment. Completion... 

Such cherishjed moments and days like these, you hoped they would continue.

All very insightful signs. Scorpio + Virgo aspects often make someone very sharp-minded, if not a bit prickly. And while Sagittarius Risings are usually friendly/well-meaning, there are also quite blunt. An Earth Moon with Water Sun is a nice combo though, since it makes one a bit more level-headed than Water Suns usually are, haha.

Ah, so many double!Scorpios in my askbox... You know, I absolutely love Scorpio Moons. I think it’s one of my top favourite placements, but I’m not entirely sure why - it’s just easier for me to feel a connection to them (fun fact: Capricorn and Scorpio are supposed to be the most unfavourable placements for the Moon, maybe that plays a role here) than to most people

I personally find, looking at people I know/famous people with these signs, that it can make for a very magnetic personality. I think many people are just too slow and lazy to understand Geminis, to be honest... My Aquarius Mercury/Mars/IC loves to listen to Gemini Suns - they know how to talk in a witty/interesting way (if they’re not the more nervous/insecure type of Mercury sign Sun).

Well, I’m very curious about your Aquarius Sun + Taurus Moon. It’s a Square and I think two of the signs that have the least amount of traits in common (except for their Fixed energy), which means I have a hard time imagining it. It’s extroverted, innovative, quick, “light”, brainy energy vs introverted, traditional, slow, artistic (Venus) energy.

One astrologer once said to me that people with a lot of contrasting energies often have Libra Risings to balance everything out. But honestly, in my case, it just feels like I’m everything at once (might be Pisces’ fault). Still, it certainly makes for a better and intuitive psychological understanding of the different personality types of people, which is something Libra placements love to have

For general character work, I have a handful of character-building resources I use for D&D that are always helpful, and when in doubt, if I can’t decide on a character trait, I make a list of six or eight or ten possibilities and roll the dice 😂

My Apprentice specifically, I built from the outside in - name & appearance first, then went deeper from there. After that, I picked out his zodiac sign, which gave me a good base for his personality (need help choosing your apprentice’s sign?), and his LI profile: favorite flower, food, and drink. They’re small choices that are easy to make, but it still forces you to make decisions about your character, and you’d be surprised how much those tiny details will tell you about her! 

From there, I tracked down a bunch of OC/Character/Apprentice Ask memes, sat down, and made myself answer every single question. Here are a couple I used:

When building her outfits and style of dress, think about why she dresses the way she does. Are her clothes based on her profession? Her social status? Does she want to be looked at, or looked away from? What does she want to show off? What does she want to hide? Not everything has to be a work uniform or a family heirloom, but clothes are to personality what speech is to backstory.

I would avoid building your MC “for” any one LI. People don’t actually “complete” each other, and trying to leads to toxic relationships. I always had Muriel in mind as Valentin’s “canon” partner, but when I played through Asra and Nadia’s routes, I was surprised at how compatible he was with them, too. Make her a whole person in her own right - it’s more fun! I promise, they’ll still fall in love with her.

Above all, whenever you get stuck, it’s better to pick something and roll with it than skip it and come back later. Characters grow and change over time (Julian’s concept art, anyone?), and it’s always more fun to give yourself more material to fine-tune than to have huge holes in their backstory because you don’t want to make the “wrong” decision. It’s your concept - there’s no possible way to fuck it up. ☕
