to answer your question, season 4 is my favourite bc of beckett‘s character development. we go from „the obsession to catch my mother‘s killer and my shooter is the most important thing in my life“ to „idc if my shooter got away, i just want you“ in 23 episodes. 23 episodes full of sexual tension, subtext, love eyeballs, humor and angst. all compiled in one season. we literally see beckett’s wall crumbling throughout the episodes. not to mention that beckett looks 11/10 *chef‘s kiss* - i would definitely do her in every single episode ( she does in the other seasons too, there’s just sth about s4 that makes me want to jump her through my tv screen even more ). tbh idk if this makes any sense, i could rant about this for hours, but i don‘t wanna bore you with my extensive love for season 4 and the reasons behind it 😅
