as this year doesn’t seem to be getting any better, health-wise or money-wise, a reminder that I am open to commissions and, more specifically, I do:

there are cheap options and less cheap ones, like basic icons (edited, sharpened) or the Extra™ frames, and everything is super customizable!

-theme packs are your basic themes + optional free features starting from 10 euro/12 usd. Then there are paid extras, for example 1 euro /1.5 usd to toggle on and off unnested captions. 1 euro / 1.5 usd for a searchbar.

You’ll find a document for themes and one for everything else, with all you need to know about what I do, how can you ask for it, and what you will get, and the two commission forms that go with them. There are plenty explanations and examples as I have a very personal style. 

When my health is good I’m super fast, when my health is bad I’m less fast hence some of my low prices happening to make up for it, as I am chronically sick and that’s just how my life goes. 

As you can tell, I’m also upfront about what you get.

which brings me here: while I make things for free following my ‘instincts’, this is not the type of commission blog that will take only a couple of info about your fc and then come back with a complete theme. It’s more of a cooperation, and I have a form in which you can give me all sorts of directions so that the blog will be as close to what you were imagining as possible AND I’ll still give you the chance to finish customizing colors and images and more by yourself without going to the html editor. And really, same goes for icons as you get to pick borders based on your aesthetic preferences and their price, and the colors and everything else. I’m aware my aesthetic sense isn’t for everyone, I like loud and colorful and big, so I’d rather not promise a beautiful artistic creation made without your input.

WHERE CAN YOU FIND ME - or blogs not on hiatus:

@thecharmingknightemma: main blog. OC/AU Emma Nolan-Blanchard, not Swan, no canon knowledge required since everything changes BEFORE she’s born and everything that comes back to haunt her is thoroughly explained. Basically the canon curse doesn’t hit and Emma grows up raised by her parents, super happy, healthy, adventurous, whether it’s in the Enchanted Forest or in our world (with no magic or adapted to marvel and dc). A thousand verses and adaptations, in the Enchanted Forest verse she was meant to break the canon curse and to have a son named Henry, and the fact that she didn’t comes back to her when she’s 28, giving her a push towards darkness. Super friendly, fluff and angst ensured.

I’d suggest following even just because it’s the main one and I can only comment posts and send asks from there, as well as giving people updates on what I’m doing and/or post memes that I don’t want to post four times in a row.

@lurkingxmurmur​, follows back from @mainforlurkingxmurmur: sideblog, historical OC Lorelei Baltz, slandered and seen as a ‘ruined’ woman when she’s very much not, vaguely inspired by the legends of Lorelei the siren and the greatest showman with the singer Jenny Lind. Also inspired by potc seeing as in her main verse, the fantasy version, her life is rescued after she’s pushed off a cliff by Calypso, and is cursed to be a siren - the historical version has her saved by doctors and stay human (a disable human). Also lots of verses and me ready to plot so she can interact with anyone as long as it’s in the past because there can’t be a present-time version of it, since her problems come from her ‘bad reputation’ and her need to marry despite that.   

@imnxtsorry​ follows back from @mainforimnxtsorry​ : sideblog for canon divergent Elizabeth Swann who breaks up with Will Turner before the second movie, and has no idea of who she is after that and the consequences of it and of the next movies. She can’t be a proper lady, trapped in that limited life, she can’t be a pirate, trapped into dishonorable acts she doesn’t want to commit. She wants to be more than that, she wants to have more than that. (to be honest it’s less easy for me to have her interact with others who aren’t in her movies than it is with my other muses, seeing as her personality makes me think she’d have no real interest in making new friends)

@namedafterhim​: alex from chuck, tiny sideblog, no pages yet, no nothing but threads, done mostly to write with shotxchaser but may be opened to other characters if I find my footing there. Still worth naming since it exists and isn’t on hiatus.

Elizabeth pulling the romantic “hero” shit in my verse where James let her go thinking she loves Will and she didn’t, and coming back for James at some point later on as a pirate/meeting him again but then they must part ways? maybe he survived on the Dutchman? maybe none of that happens because this is an au and she goes all piratey after breaking up with Will? 

but anyway she goes to James to ask him to run away with her and be with her in a moment of impulsivity and agony because she wants him back

me, writing Emma who is a princess: I remember when I was little and watching one piece how Nami pretended to be loyal to the bad pirate to save her friends and also pretended to stab her friend but actually hit her hand so it would look like she had just killed him, and that is why I need a fake!pirate Emma trying to save people while acting as pirate captain

She did want him to have options. Selfishly, she wants him to choose to stay with them, to stand by their side as they fight Beckett and Davy Jones and everyone else who must be fought.  Elizabeth is worried, and worries even more at being told he’s ‘perhaps a little’ injured, her eyes searching for traces of that again. She meets his again, then, still overcome with tears, streaks down her pale cheeks, and wonders what one can answer to that. Should she lie, be honest? Cry more? 

“Terribly. Possibly the worst I have felt in my life, save for my mother’s death.” The most honest answer, that’s her pick, no point in being delicate with him, and she leans against the tree more, her heart and her body at a limit, gaze returning to the sea.  At least her father is alright and safe, never targeted by Beckett.  But everyone else?  “It seems everyone I care for is meeting their worst possible fates, and I feel responsible in a small or big part for each. I see no way out at this moment either, I only know I wish to fight against Beckett and his corrupted methods, but I don’t know what will it be after... I never had to think of the possibility of losing everything and being truly alone, but I can never go back to Port Royal, where my father is, and that possibility is not only becoming the only viable future but is even turning out to be the best scenario I can hope for. I’d have gladly given my life to make sure every single one of you could get what they wanted, but it wouldn’t have been enough, and in any case I’m not the one who died today. So... yes, terribly seems to be the most accurate way to describe how I feel. Still, I’m sure your day is not going any better.”
