It’s a really simple detail but something I noticed on a reread, it’s kinda sweet how Holly always goes to Ward to change back and even uses his hair specifically to make a new bracelet, even though Oscars longer hair would probably be easier to weave.

And while it’s not always effective, Ward makes a consistent effort to be honest with Holly and take their feelings into account. Usually by telling Oscar to knock it off and taking the time to explain earth stuff.
