Hello everyone! 😁 January is finally here, and this is very exciting news for me because I'm going to New Zealand!!! 🤩✈️ It's a huge trip that I've been planning for a whole year now. It will be the first time I ever take the plane. The first time I visit another country in years. The first time I travel so far away from home! And what's more, this will be the longest trip in my life. Over a month. I can hardly wrap my head around it still! 🤯🗓

I've also had some time to reflect, and... I've decided to use this opportunity to step back and go offline for a bit. 🌱 I wanted to tell you about this sooner, and I apologize for how sudden this probably is for most of you. I promise that I'm alright and doing this with a peaceful mindset! Although- I'm a bit sad at the thought that we won't see or hear from each other for a while. 🥺 It's a bittersweet feeling, but at the same time, I'm sure the temporary change of pace will be a good thing. Lately I've been feeling the need to take a break from social media again, and the timing is perfect. I'm ready. 🤲💫

As a base, I'm offering a fully-coloured halfbody/thigh-up drawing for 50 USD. Additional characters will cost 40 USD per character.

I'm also open to drawing a few watercolour-ish sketches (sequenced or not) on a page if you'd prefer. The prices for that can be discussed and will depend on the number of characters and the number of sketches you would like.

FAQ

Do I have to be 18+ to order?

Yes, I’ll only accept orders from people 18 and older.

How do I know when you have commission slots open?

I’ll have it on my bio and reblog this post when I get slots open. Of course, you can also message or email me to ask!

What methods of payment do you accept?

I’ll accept payment through PayPal only. That does mean invoices I send will include a fee for PayPal in addition to the prices listed above.

When we confirm your order, I’ll send you the PayPal invoice. Payment will be due in 3 days by default. We can discuss this deadline, but I may refuse if the extension is too long to give others a chance.

I’ll begin working on your order only when I receive confirmation that the invoice is paid.

If there’s anything you need to change in the order, let me know immediately so I can make changes. If you want to add a character, I’ll send another invoice with the additional payment.

I’ll send you a rough sketch and wait for confirmation before doing the clean-up, line work, and colouring. You'll get further updates from me during the process.

I’ll show my finished work for a final confirmation. Minor changes may be accommodated, text can be added.

After the final confirmation I’ll send you the final drawing through a GDrive link. Then it’s all yours, and the order is complete!

Hm…

Don’t have anything solid at the moment, but according to random notes I’ve made:

- Adam is even more of a workaholic. Collapsing at the work station from stress and lack of sleep isn’t an uncommon occurrence. Heck, he pretty much sleeps and work in his lab.

- He idolises Dr Morocco to a rather unhealthy degree, mainly due to him being the only other living being he somehow have proper contact with. Outside of maybe doing things like shopping for necessities, but even then keeps more to himself.

- In his fabricated memory/past, he vaguely remembers having siblings and possibly a parent figure, but then he got adopted.

- As for Dr Morocco, he initially only wanted to use Adam as a pawn, but started to grow somewhat fond of him (much to his dismay). Not a lot though. The two’s relationship is still very cold and lack emotions.

- ‘Gram’ underwent many sessions of memory wipe and brainwashing over long periods of time, so it would be very difficult to recover his real past memories, and impossible for all of it to come back.

- The fabricated reason for Adam being knowledgeable in engineering is having attended college and graduated on the top of his class. All thanks to (and funded) by Dr Morocco, of course.

- He’s even more socially awkward, but still relatively polite. However, he tends to get lost in his own head quite often, comes off as aloof, if not meek. Has a higher tendency to become anxious and snappy, unless it’s towards Dr Morocco.

- Surprisingly, he does still attempt to keep himself physically fit, usually via self-improvised equipments.

- When working with machinery, he at least practices some form of lab safety and either ties his hair up or wears an alice-band.
