Some of your art reminds me a bit of Jhonen Vasquez's artstyle! I love his works, so I was wondering if he was an inspiration for your artstyle?

Hello! I have probably subconsciously picked up on some bits from his art style since it's a seriously cool art style (I say "probably" because I haven't had an IZ phase believe it or not lol so I've never actually attempted to imitate his style.)

I draw a lot of Psychonauts fanart and some of the concept artwork from it is Vasquez-esque. My friends have asked me if he worked on the game before so I think there is a bit of a stylistic overlap.

I decided to take a crack at drawing Dib since I like him. He is my favorite character trope after all: nerd boy with glasses.

Hi anon, no there isn't. It's not that I don't want to gain money for my writing, but the thought of a weekly or even monthly content thatcI need to polish and publish stresses me out too much. I think it would just suck the enjoyment out of game developers for me.

What are your ships?

I really enjoy shipping but I actually only have one in Kirby that I absolutely love and would say I ship. And that would be Metadede.

I like others, but I either don't feel nearly as strongly about them, or only enjoy them aesthetically and don't really care for them on a deeper level.

Besides, I tend to think of most of these characters as aromantic, or on the aromantic spectrum, so that contributes to how I feel about properly pairing them up in an AU or something.

That being said there are "canon" couples in my AU thing. It's two. Or technically five.

There's Metadede, of course. And then there's this... Giant. Nefarious. Queerplatonic polycule.

It'd take a whole separate post to explain it in depth, but here's the short version of it.

Wave 3 is in a poly relationship, but then, separately, Susie has something going on with Francisca, and Magolor has something going on with Chilly.

Also Marx is there. Her and Magolor and never too far apart so she's here now.

I could not pick one pairing, since I liked all of these, so I thought I just wouldn't pick any and I'd just have the one couple in my thing.

But in a moment of weakness I started designing hypothetical fankids for two of pairings, since I really like coming up with those, and got too attached to them so I found a way to make it work. And then just decided I wouldn't pick just those two, and I'd just make everything work all at once.

I've grown fond of this mess, I think it's funny and I like how the relationships developed even outside of the fankid context it originated in. So it all worked out in the end.

Here is Chevron! She also likes to go by "Chev." She might have a bit of a mean or aloof look to her (Sometimes. She seems pretty happy in that drawing though), but she really isn't mean at all. She is one of Hertz and Caprio's classmates (if you remember them.)

She's used to her peers telling her to "shut up" and to "go away" and that she's "weird." It used to bother her, but not anymore. She knows their frail minds cannot understand her, so there is no use in trying. She knows who she is and she owns it.

She has a very strong interest in the paranormal and "spooky" things. No one wants to hear about this, so she's all alone. That's fine, she has her "ghost friends."

Some of her other interests include collecting rocks, gemstones, sticks, leaves, feathers (molted from her avian classmates), or other meaningless "trash" items, staring menacingly from around the corner, and trying to explore places she isn't supposed to be in.

So when Hertz (a real life demon, just like the ones in her books!) joins the class, she is ecstatic. She's fascinated with her (please don't be weird about it though, they're kids and there is no romance.) She can be overwhelming when she is passionate about something. She can also be a bit oblivious at times.
