i was wondering what it be like if Toad once hanged out with Meta Knight and Peach, supposedly imo Toad could learn and be a bit like a warrior himself to protect the mushroom Kingdom from the bad guys but what are your thoughts on that? even thought toad isn't a character in smash he is used as defense for Peach so it can fit. anyways I wanted to say as well I love all of your blog drawings and artistic style, it's always able to smile my day up a bit more and incase of a bad day completely forgot the problem and focus on all of these drawings :) keep it going and never give up on making people happy. i love that idea!! i think meta knight would really respect toad for always being at peach's defense in battle, and certainly wouldn't object to training with him if he wanted to hone his skills and do even more for peach and her kingdom! plus if you consider that toad to be captain toad, they could go on expeditions together lol. who knows, meta knight might even learn something from toad…especially in the campfire cooking department 😆 it'd be a really wholesome friendship.

Sleepover Saturday: Top three ice cream flavors!

1. The RazzOreo hard serve at the ice cream shop near where I grew up going to the beach. They've changed owners and recipes a few times since I was a kid, and it's never quite as good as it was when I was nine, but it's still really good.

2. Coffee. ❤️

3. I had saffron ice cream once, as dessert at the restaurant my parents took me out to after I finished undergrad, and I still think about it relatively frequently. Since today's a longing type day, I'll put it on the list!

And, because I am normal and don't think about these guys for hours every day, here's some backstory:

When Cross first joined, Killer actually took to him pretty quickly (Dust and Horror did not get warm welcomes). Which is to say he immediately started flocking to Cross to annoy him and compete with him on missions. Cross didn't have the benefit of knowing Killer already to see these were affectionate annoyances, so to him Killer was just some guy who had a problem and wouldn't leave him alone.

During that mission, Nightmare was calling a retreat when he put a hand to his chest and realised the heart locket was gone. Killer saw him looking all around frantically and had a good idea what was lost, since it was the one thing Cross would absolutely not part with since he joined. So, Killer ran back out towards the stars to look for it, because why learn self preservation now. It was the first thing to convince Cross that Killer actually was being (relatively) friendly, despite all the annoyances.

but the current version im drawing with bracelets and different hairstyle, no, i don't.... because i have a specific interpretation of his relationship with Fortissax, they are at most just close friends to me (actually i don't even believe that because the DLC dragon quest really got me looking sideway at any human that got love from dragons...like why all of them require the dragons to sacrifice so much for some random person that gave them nothing in return leave those creatures alone holy shit at least Nameless King forsake everything to stand by the dragons' side)

I was saving this ask to make a little comic of how that last chapter felt but- lets say it didn't turn out how i wanted. Instead, i just dug out some of my old Maid-chan drawings and stared at them blankly for the next days.

I'm still particularly fixed on this one little page:

Mister Green was my absolute favorite and the only light i saw at the end of her tunnel. He was so kind and sweet, and pretty much the only one that treated her like a person (besides Yellow of course). When i first read this fic so many years ago i didn't trully realized the dark tone of this story but i still chose the only "healthy" option. I wanted MC to be happy and free, and oh how i wanted him to give her that. I held those drawings of him for years imagining a chapter where they would encounter again and that would drive her to a better ending (either skeletons overcoming their issues and treating her with respect or him taking her away).

But then this final chapter appeared and it was... a thing.

(Kinda spoilers for the babes that haven't read it)

First of all, I FINALLY GOT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AFTER BEACH CHAPTERS OMG I NEEDED THAT

Second of all, it didn't look good at all and it was getting worse as I read. But then good because it was a week alone for her to rest and Sans was eating with her?? But also that whole scene reminded me how bad her situation really was so it actually wasn't good at all.

And then the scene that broke me.

I was aware that I wanted her to flee before, but I never thought she could.

It was oddly satisfying, if not a bit anxiety inducing because of the thought that they would caught her eventually. As always.

But then Asgore, and Orange. And nothing...

I got mad that he found her. Which was a weird feeling since I remember liking him a lot. It felt to me like he ruined her good enough ending. But despite that, it makes sense it was him so I don't complain.

What crushed me though, wasn't that she couldn't say goodbye or that Sans got tired of trying to get her back. It was the fact the Gs didn't even try looking for her. They didn't even got mentioned. What happened there, I wonder. Didn't they like her? Care for her? Mister Green wrote her letters, of course he liked her. But then why...?

Suddenly he looked like a fairytale.

The ending was great, finally lending her the ability to choose. It made absolutely everything worth it and the way it was written made me feel like I do have a say in the matter. And for the first time, i didn't choose the skeletons.

I realized she could find her happy ending alone.

She is! Mia is definitely friends with everyone, trust me, she's so friendly, and she gets comfortable easily around any character, especially when they treat her softly and kindly.

But to be more specific, she's friends with a beautiful, great, and the most sportiest of em all, Harlee Hawaii, made by my dearest friend (my lil brother too) @vozlyubiboga

Usually, Mia is a listener, she enjoys Harlee's yapping about sports and all kinds of stuff she likes to talk about.
