“Alright, that's a wrap, well done everyone!”

The director’s voice booms throughout the studio, and you feel your muscles finally relax and legs slump forward to a nearby chair, graciously taking a water bottle that was offered to you. 

At last you were finished with recording the final part of a music video for a new song that you wrote for an upcoming anime. 

Chugging the cold liquid, you pause to exchange thanks and praises with the staff members, declining any invitations to go out and eat afterwards but nobody took offense to that, they already knew your answer anyway. 

Despite being well known in the idol community for being energetic and sociable that persona couldn't be further from the truth. 

In reality, you’re an introverted mess who would rather stay locked away in your room and play games all day. Unfortunately you’re an idol but it pays well at least and you had some fun.

Unlocking the door leading to your changing room to get into more comfortable and less ‘hey i’m a famous idol’ clothes, you check your phone to reveal a bunch of notifications from Blue Nerd.

Scrolling through them as you get changed out of the tight fitting costume, you laugh at his freak out at the announcement of the music video, the word ‘traitor’ being said multiple times.

Leaving the building after nodding to the receptionist and saying a few goodbyes, you press the call button, lifting your phone up to your ear as you pull up the hood paired with a mask.

“I’m going to the ramen place near my work, do you want your usual?”

You continue on your usual route back home, listening to the faded background noise of the song you just recorded playing and quiet noises of a finger tapping to the beat.

“Idia..? Come on, you better not be serious about ignoring me.”

A moment of silence passes as you anxiously pace down the streets, underestimating the lengths your boyfriend would go to.

Until a familiar grumble was heard closer to the speaker now, and a familiar voice speaks from it.

“Traitor. Is this why you weren't able to do our daily farming sessions..”

You sigh, energy returning whenever you speak to him.

“It was supposed to be a surprise, and you always take care of my account whenever I'm busy with being a super cute idol”

His laugh cuts through the speaker at the high pitch tone you usually use for talking with fans and live videos.

 Another silence passes between you but it wasn't the uncomfortable one you got when he had intentionally ignored you.

“So what did you think of the song?”

You ask, curious for his reaction since this song was one that you worked the most on during the past few months.

“It’s a bit different from what you're usually known for but I liked it. The beat was smoothing and while the lyrics were cheesy it was..nice.”

A wave of relief passes through you and a breath you didn't know you were holding escaped.

 He liked the song, it was good. Great actually.

“A-anyways you were on about ramen, does that mean you're coming over?”

Entering the shop, you pass a nod to the owner who was already getting started on both of your usual orders, being a regular has its perks.

“I haven’t seen you in forever and I know you're dying to ramble about my song”-and to not make this more love cheesy-”nerd.”

Idia groans again embarrassed, you could imagine his face blooming a pretty shade of pink to match his hair. 

“Will you stay on call with me, just until I get home?”

A loud gasp shot through the speaker then silence again until you hear a familiar game loading in the background. 

A new update came out for it and you haven't had the time to check it out so Idia will probably commentate it for you as he plays through it.

“Sure, sure, sure… just until you get h-home.”

omg this is kinda giving our beloved summer (if you havent watched it, its my fav kdrama ever!!)

ok this might be cliche but i <3 highschool!au so let's roll with it

yoon keeho as a theatre kid (are we surprised) who practices his lines everywhere around school, has friends in every single class and is always being his friendly, extroverted self

y/n as a diligent, reserved student who is also a student librarian - you're usually stacking shelves or scanning books at the library after school on most days

your relationship blossomed through shy glances and soft whispers - keeho used to take note of the days you were on duty and purposely stayed behind to get closer to you

you were in the same english class - and being a theatre nerd, he was quickly intrigued by your ability to not only analyse shakespeare to a tee but also recite the plays word for word, line by line, without missing a single beat

keeho felt his heart speed up whenever he saw you in class, losing yourself in your work. in his eyes, you were always beautiful, but with the sunlight shining through the windows, illuminating your concentrated expression as you muttered to yourself and scribbled in your notebook - he thought that was when you shone the brightest

in the early days of getting to know each other, keeho would disrupt your peaceful reading sessions behind the library reception desk with endless requests of book recommendations earning many shushes from the head librarian

"i really like romance novels... what's your favourite?" hah, very smooth, keeho

you were confused, at first, because why was yoon keeho of all people taking an interest in you?

but then as you got to know him better you realised you shared more in common than you thought. despite your seemingly opposite personality types, the two of you had similar tastes in books, and music, and food, the list goes on

"hey y/n, have you tried the new bakery across the road? they're doing an opening deal - iced americano and a croffle for really cheap. should we try it together tomorrow for breakfast? only if you want to, of course..."

"y/n, have you listened to the new sza album? what's your favourite track? i love all of them, it's so hard to pick..."

"y/n, y/n, do you remember the author i was telling you about last month? they're writing a new book in the series! we should read it together when it's out, i wanna hear your honest review!"

even as a child, you were quiet and mostly preferred to read a book or draw and colour quietly while others played outside. this was both a result of your personality and also a few friendship fallouts that made you more wary (kids can be so mean...)

fast forward to high school, you retreated further into your shell, only keeping a handful of close friends. you preferred to bury your nose in your books and lose yourself in the fictional world of your favourite characters

that is, until keeho came along

the boy was as warm and bright as a summer's day. he had a way about him that just made people feel at ease. perhaps it was because he was so comfortable with being himself, that it helped others open up too

you were no exception. initially you were unsure of what to make of his unexpected friendliness and kindness, but you quickly realised that he was just a genuinely nice person who wanted to get to know you better

and you had to admit - after one too many mornings sitting on the bench overlooking your school field together, munching on your breakfasts and sharing an earbud each, listening to the summer's latest tunes under the gentle morning sun - you wanted to know more about him too

you could feel your cold walls getting dissolved by the warm, toothy smiles he always wore around you, and his melodious laughter

a few weeks into your daily ritual (consisting of breakfast in the morning and doing homework or stacking shelves in the library after school together), keeho finally made the first move

one morning, the two of you were nearly done your with your breakfast croffles when all of a sudden, the cloudy sky turned ominous and lightning flashed before your eyes

before either of you could react, the skies opened up, unleashing heavy raindrops all around you

"quick, y/n!" keeho grabbed your hand and interlaced your fingers with his. the two of you ran to the nearest school building, trudging past wet grass and muddy soil, staining your white school shoes

when you finally made it under the awnings, you both looked down at the state of your uniforms - mildly soaked, and burst out laughing at how ridiculous you looked

naturally, your gaze wandered towards your joined hands, and you slowly looked up, only to find keeho staring at you as if you were the only person in the world

you couldn't read his expression - there was a hidden intensity behind his eyes

he hastily unbuttoned and shrugged off his button-down shirt, leaving him in his white t-shirt, and promptly placed it around your shoulders to keep you warm

"keeho, you'll get cold, i - "

but he cut you off, "i can't help myself anymore, y/n..." it's now or never, he thought to himself

"huh? what do you mean, keeho? i don't - "

"i like you, y/n." he whispered softly, so soft that it nearly blended in with the sound of rain. he stuffed his hands deep into his pockets to stop himself from fidgeting

"what?" you thought you misheard, cos there's no way...

"y/n, i... i like you!" keeho closed his eyes and repeated again, already blushing red, embarrassed

you had an inkling that he was interested in you, but you never allowed yourself to daydream for too long whenever keeho entered your thoughts, for fear that you would only disappoint yourself. but now that you knew his true feelings...

you inched forwards and stood on the balls of your feet. why is he so tall, you thought to yourself as you bravely planted a brief peck against his warm cheeks

keeho's eyes shot open in surprise. it was so quick, his brain failed to process it. "wait, did you just - "

you giggled, eyes crinkling up into the little crescents he adored, and held onto his wrists before leaning in once more

the first meeting of your rain-stained lips was clumsy, as most first kisses are, but the two of you made it up with an eagerness that mirrored your initial desires to learn more about each other

when you both ran out of air, you laughed against each other's lips, basking in the tenderness of a new relationship, blossoming like a flower bud after a bit of sunshine and rain

"so... will you be the juliet to my romeo?"

"they both die, keeho!"

"oh, true... but it's romantic, right?"

„how was your day, my star?” xavier asked while walking towards a hill.

„Aiden and I trained new recruits. Terribly tiring but also satisfying” you smiled and sat under a big tree.

after a while of small talk you rested your head on the trunk and watched how passionately xavier started speaking about constellations. you just zoned out and thought about how much you love this man. you could stare into his eyes forever and never get tired of its divine color. his hair looked so good that you just wanted to play with it. but mostly you wanted to hug him and never let him go.

„everything's okay?” the concerned look on his face made your heart beat faster. this man was a miracle. „why are you looking at me like that?” he quickly turned his head to avoid your gaze due to the warm feeling on his cheeks.

„I'm simply admiring my future husband” you said without thinking.

you were speechless. you also lowered your head, afraid of his reaction. suddenly xavier's soft hands were on your face, making you look at him again.

„you really want it?” he asked quietly, almost as if he didn't believe that you could love him that much.

„i want to spend my whole life with you, silly” you smiled warmly, he was melting. you made the mysterious xavier's heart beat faster, you made him feel so much emotions that he couldn't say a word. Instead of speaking he hugged you tightly with his hand in your hair. that was the first time you said something which would confirm that you really want to be his wife. no... that you want him to be your husband.

you haven't seen Zayne for almost a week because of your work. he took care of everything when you were absent and prepared a little date for you two. he still thinks that he isn't good enough, no... safe enough for you. he's worried that he could do something hurtful to you or just make you feel like you're a burden to him. often he thinks about this relationship and sometimes he finds that you never really talked about your future. he was nervous, afraid...

when you entered his apartment you saw a small package in the middle of the table. surprised, you took it in your hands and opened it. there was a beautiful bracelet that you had admired for months. oh zayne...

doctor appeared out of nowhere and approached you with a gentle smile. „do you like it?” he asked while looking at your face, he wanted to see all your emotions, how you're reacting to his presence.

„like it? I absolutely adore it! but you shouldn't buy it, I feel like some wangler” you giggled and placed your hand on his chest, losing interest in the gift and focusing only on your partner. „i missed you so much” you hugged him, pulled him as close to you as possible.

„don't even think like that. I bought this because of my own choice” he whispered caressing your back after a while he also wanted to admit that he yearned having you back but he just couldn't make a sentence so simply answered with: „I missed you too, my love” smile appeared on his lips, he stroked your hair and chuckled softly: „i prepared something for us to celebrate this day”

you spent the evening having dinner at your favorite restaurant, Zayne enjoyed every second he could spend with you uninterrupted. after that you headed straight to your house, you offered him to stay there for a night. he agreed, how he could not...

he changed his clothes into something more comfy and came back to your bedroom. when you finished your shower you found him asleep, well, you thought so. slowly you crawled into your bed, watched Zayne's chest rise and fall with his calm breaths.

„why are you looking at me like this, hm?” suddenly the silence was broken by a whisper.

„im admiring my future husband” you smiled kinda embarrassed that he caught you staring at him so passionately.

zayne's breath stopped. you did it. you said something about your future. with him. he couldn't be more happy, he wanted to kiss you but at the same time he just couldn't move single muscle. you saw how his expression changed and started to worry that he maybe he didn't want the same ending as you.

„zayne, did I say something that upset you? or you just don't want to think about it for now... or...” he didn't let you finish, he intertwined your fingers, pulling you onto his chest and kissed you slowly.

„I thought about this for some time” he sighed. „I love you, (y/n), I hope you know that. I would do anything for you”

you saw how messy his studio was. you looked at your boyfriend, he was sleeping with a brush in his hand while laying next to the new painting. you could bet that he pulled a few all-nighters before. you brought him some pillow and blanket, you didn't want any pain for him caused by this uncomfortable position. you thought about leaving and let him rest in peace but you knew that he probably forgot to eat too. with a small sigh you headed straight to the kitchen to prepare some food, you wanted him to be healthy but without eating properly it was kinda hard.

after making dinner you picked one of the books you left there earlier and started reading. well, tried to start reading. light of setting sun made him look even more beautiful, to say he was divine wasn't enough. he is everything to you. due to him, you were paying double attention on every mission, looking around before crossing the street to make sure nothing was coming, just... taking proper care of yourself cause you wanted to be with him til you both got old.

„someone's staring, huh?” he gently lifted his eyelid, giving you a mischievous smile. „I thought reading a book was about looking at it, not at me”

„I'm just admiring my future husband” you said with sly grin.

okay he must admit that he didn't expect that. he tried to say something but couldn't. you left him speechless. he quickly sat and looked at you with surprise. he didn't want it to be seen how red he was, but after a while he came up with a wonderful answer: „you might as well come here and admire me up closer” he spat with disappointment.

„like you wish” after a second, you were sitting next to him, still adoring his face.

he was breathless again. fuck. fuck. fuck. the warm feeling spread inside of him. was he head over heels in love with you? absolutely.

„and I must admit that you're even more beautiful when you blush” you said, placing your hand on his cheek and caressing it with your thumb.

— he wouldn't smother you, wouldn't make you feel claustrophobic. he would never make you feel embarrassed for it either

— I feel like he gets better at helping over time. at the beginning of your relationship, he would be a little awkward around it (not because he's a man, and it's blood or whatever, but because he doesn't know how to help you, how to make you feel better) so over the course of dating he's learnt tonnes

— I definitely think miguel is a gentleman, so he loves to treat his girl well, do things for her, care for her, treat and respect her. and he's no different with you

— he's very prepared and always has a stock of your favourite feminine products just in case. he buys multiple boxes of your favourite teas, bags of chocolates, and containers of fruits. he knows what you like, and he goes all out

— he would definitely handle your mood swings like a pro, and dare I say, he would take your anger on the chin. if you snapped at him, he wouldn't say anything, he'd nod, wait for you to calm and then proceed. he wouldn't get angry at you as he knew it was hormonal. he wouldn't scrutinise you for it or bring it up in a future argument. he was aware you might not mean what you say so he would never use it against you

— if you felt guilty for shouting at him, he'd be super comforting and reassuring, "I know you didn't mean it, baby. I know," he would stroke over the back of your head, holding you to his chest. This guy has no shame — he knows he's hot shit. Honestly, it's a miracle he didn't ask you out sooner. The only reason is that he doesn't want to mess things up with you. Getting broken up with by his last (and first) girlfriend hurt a bit more than he'd care to admit.

Butters you up throughout the day before actually asking, and he's SO obvious about it. "Have I told you that you're amazing, beautiful, drop-dead gorgeous, and—" okay Tooru we get it.

As for what the first date is... I want to say the movies, but I feel like he's the type that wants to actually talk instead of just sitting in silence for an hour or two. So maybe a coffee shop. (He doesn't like coffee at all but enjoys the tranquility of the place so he just asks for a hot cocoa or something).

Throws the weirdest questions at you to get to know you better. They're not weird, per se, but definitely unusual, and he gets a little poetic with it. First one he asked was "If you had to pick a favorite moment in your entire life, what would it be?"

Insists on taking you home after. One, because he wants to make sure you get there safe, two, because he's a total romance sap and will try to kiss you at your doorstep after thanking you and emphasizing that he had such a great time.

★ KUROO TETSURO ?!

Okay look... I know this is supposed to be how they ask you out but Kuroo is such a sneaky fucker I feel like he'd somehow turn things around and make it look like YOU'RE the one asking HIM out.

See my vision: you ask him for help with chemistry because he's a total nerd, and he does that coy "Hmmm dunno, will I help you?" thing even though he definitely will, he just wants you to look a little desperate. When you insist he just kind of sighs and goes "Fine, fine. I'll go on a study date with you. Don't keep me waiting, tiny." and he just LEAVES while you're standing there like ???

The date itself is pretty much what you would expect in a study date — just him explaining the subject and looking incredibly hot doing so for absolutely no reason, but he's a bit more touchy than usual. Sitting next to you and wrapping an arm around your shoulder while he uses his free hand to leaf through the book. Tucking a strand of hair behind your ear while you write stuff down. I'm going to be sick.

Doesn't do anything too forward, meaning he doesn't try to kiss you unless you do first, but he will suggest "We should do this at my place next time," with a shit eating grin on his face.

★ ATSUMU MIYA ?!

He tries his best to be casual about it and bring it up naturally. The last thing he wants is to look desperate (even though he definitely is), so he just keeps dropping hints until he finds a good opening to ask.

Restaurant date! No way Osamu is the only one who loves food. He just kind of mentions offhandedly that a new place just opened nearby and they have the best tempura. You say that you're hungry and he just grins. "Perfect. Let's go, then." He's already walking so you don't have time to think about it too much and change your mind.

For some reason I feel like he's a bit of a clown when he likes someone. You know the type. Will probably have you choking on your food a few times that night. But he's also a damn show off, so he insists on paying (even though he doesn't have money to spare like that).

He's already internally sighing when he realizes he's gonna have to borrow money from Osamu to make up for what he spent on your date, but he immediately forgets about it when he sees the happy look on your face.

now he switches between being a cute, quiet little nerd that you usually catch in the corner of your eye to being one of the snarkiest, sort of, (unintentional) bullies you've ever encountered in your life.

he's incredibly academics smart, but he's not the most people smart kind of person 😭 he doesn't realize that he's being rude to you until it's pointed out to him

he's super dense; he doesn't realize you're into him until he's explicitly told that you like him.

he's the type to sigh and just take your assignment away from you and do it for you when you complain just enough times to piss him off and want him to do your homework for you <33

he can't really identify his emotions very well, but whenever you act all pouty, excited, fake disappointed or grumpy—he gets a bit hot in the face and can't take his pretty brown eyes off of you.

he wore glasses, like, thick-rimmed glasses that would always stand out on his pretty face.

he's the type to correct you at all times; it doesn't matter what, if he picks up any whiff of a grammatical or arithmetic corrections, he'll make them and indirectly shove them in your face.

he is quite shy though, he struggles making friends and keeping relationships, though you did always interest him; he had always wanted to be friends with you and do stuff with you, it just so happened that he could never really muster the confidence to approach you until you yourself approached him.

he does get a little self-conscious and anxious whenever you two talk about your interests; he's scared you might find what he likes as so basic, boring, or nerdy. he wants to be your type, but he can't really force himself, so he walks on eggshells acting like a cute little nerd boy for you without him even realizing you're into him like that.

he gets all flustered and embarrassed whenever you compliment or praise him, you make him lose his composure and calm and make him wanna just stay close to you no matter what or when. you are the only thing that fills his mind apart from his assignments and interests; you're that special to him that he makes you little robots to surprise you with that are programmed to make your life easier and remind you you're loved and such.

Cole's into a broader spectrum of music (rock mainly, but he likes jazz and classical and R&B and.... okay he just loves all music)

But if anything that means he just helps you explore more genres!

For him he likes different kinds of music because they give him unique feelings, which makes him dance differently

And he assumes it's the same for you when you play :)

So he'll suggest new songs or genres to you

He won't directly request you to try and play them, he just shares music that inspires him and lets you do what you will with it, even if you just listen to it

But when you do try to play a new song, he is ALL OVER IT

One of my favorite comfort characters<33 fyi: had a hard time writing this, especially with his crushing stage so i just did alittle for it, i hope this works!!! ty sm for requesting!!!! Dr. Flug × Fem. Witch Reader!

•i feel like this man would be a huge skeptic towards magic. I mean, sure his boss is a demon and all, but he believes more in scientific reasoning then he actually does Magic. He thinks that there is a reasoning behind everything. being the head of the scientific technology department, he tried his best to study magic, but found ut a huge waste of his time, and ended up going back to his on projects

• when he first met you, it was on one his missions with the gang, and it was not going well for them. The hero they were after easily out maneuvered their plans, and had them dangerouslh close to defeat

• Flug was a mess, panicked and unsure what to do. If he got caught by a hero, Blackhat would sure as hell just leave him there and not care to come and retreave him. Let alone, he didnt want to get punished anymore then he hast to endure

• Flug thought they were goners, before, lo and behold, before the hero could take them into custody, you appeared. Quickly catching the hero off gaurd with a blast of magic to his side

• of course, the hero ended up taunting you, and launched himself at you, only for you to easily knock him out of thd sky and to the concrete with the wave of your hand

• as you and the hero quarled, Flug couldnt help but watch. He would had been planning to get out, but he was observing the battle. How you easily threw the hero around liks a toy. The hero didnt even manage to hit you a single time and you already had him to the ground.

• you had freed the trio before they could be taken from authorities. Easily clipping the lock off. The two of you locked eyes for a moment, but before Flug could say thank you, you were gone.

• Flug was quite appalled, his curiosity peaked, as he abd his team fled from the scene. Though, he wasnt able to get you out of his head. He had never seen or heard anything about a villain who easily threw around Heros without even touching them, and Flug knew everthing about every Villain in the town.

• When he got back to his lab, he automatically started to look up things about you, desprately searching up something to ease his curiosity and get you out of his head

• there wasnt to much about you that he could find. He had figured out you were a 'in and out' villain, hardly giving people enough time to look at you before you disappeared into a puff of smoke.

• reading into some reports about you, of people writing nonsense about a powerful villain that wasn't Blackhat, and ranting in painful grammar about a 'witch villain'

• this made Flug laugh, obviously not believing it one bit. Rolling his eyes he got off his computer and went back to work.

• though, he still couldnt get you out of his head. Thinking back to the way how easily you handled that hero, and didnt even lay a finger on him. Now that Flug thought about it, he didnt even see you get close to him at all. Which made the doctor ponder about you even more

• it started driving him insane

• Flug, for the next few times had a hard time focusing on his projects, caught in his mind about what you were. It ended up getting him into trouble, why couldnt you just leave him alone? He had so many questions, but no you to answer them

• finally came his once a month trip of errands he ran for the crew. Heading out to collect food, or certain parts he could use to work on his projects. He never liked these days, but he endured it never the less

• just as he was walking by, looking for supplies, he bumped into you on accident. He frantically apologized, but once he noticed it was you, he froze in his tracks. Looking up at you, as you looked down at him and reasured him that it was okay

• all of a sudden, all his questions flooded his mind. He sure didnt expect to find you here of all places! What were you doing here? Were you here on some sort of mission? What did you even need here?

• His thoughts got interrupted as you finally voiced that you recognized him, sending Flug into a blushing frenzy as he tried to play it off, muttering a thank you to you as he cleared his throat

• though, when you commented that you knew who he was, it caught him off guard. You knew who he was? No one really ever recognized him other than the bag wearing villain. Being a scientist didnt really give him many looks of pride.

• he was geniunly suprised when you told him his name, and that yoi recognized him from tv adds and some of his work. He didnt know how to feel, but when you complemented him, he nearly collapsed into jelly. No one really ever complemented him, let alone someone as pretty as you! It made his face flush under his bag as he attempted to calm himself

• Though, when you introduced yourself, he must had made a face when you mentioned magic to him. Cause you quickly responded to demonstrate your magic to him.

• turning your gaze to the nearest tin can, without even touching it you beckoned it over, making it levitate over to you.

• Flug watched curiously, eyeing the tin can as if trying to find the strong attached to it to find an explanation. As it levitated for a moment, you flicked your hand, only for the can to fly past Flugs head and hit the worker nearby in the back of his head at full force

• Flug was now a little less of a skeptic

• after that, you and Flug chatted for awhile, happily demonstrating some more of your magic for him, who he would watch closely and eagerly, trying to study it every time. You found it quite funny the way his eyes widened in curiosity

• you two ended up spending the rest of the day together, you helping him with finding his supplies, which he was greatful for. Usually it took him until nightfall to get everything done, but with your help he was able to get back to the manor by noon

• not only that, but he learned alot about you, and how you were also the head of your specialties. That stunned Flug, that you were a head of magic, and he happened to be the head of sciece and technology! No wonder the two of you ended up getting along quite well

• Flug expected his thoughts of you to decrease now that he had answers, but they ended up worsening. Now finding himself wanting to spend more time with you, and for you to show him more of your magic

• Now, the two of you ended up meeting eachother every month on Flugs outing days, so you guys could chat together and spend time with one another. You helping him and showing him your magic, and him happily showing you some of his project ideas.

• Over time, he found himself wanting to spend more and more time with you, getting excited when the day would come to meet up with you! But he still craved more contact with you

• He ended up giving you the adress to the mansion, so you could come over and visit, which you happily took the opportunity

• your visits became more frequent, which Flug was always delighted to see you!

• you would chat with him as he worked on his machines, or let Flug study some more of your magic. And boy, Flug certainly enjoyed the company. More say your company, he goy so happy when you visited him. Even if it was for a few minutes, he always was glad you decided to drop in, no matter how busy you were

• He loved your visits, it made him all giddy and happy, which he hadnt felt in a long time until you came into the picture. He didnt like the way you made his body warm at first, ungil he spent more time with you, he ended up waiting every day in hopes that you would come visit him

• one day, when you made his favorite flowers appear for him out of thin air, he nearly passed out

• he definitely found a way to preserve those flowers forever

• you started to make him feel weird, especially when you came in abd smiled at him, saying your common hello just made his heart lurch out for you. Getting all flustered when you complimented his work, or stood close to him, or even feeling the slightest bit of touch from you would send him to the ground

• he loved watching the way you preform your magic for him. Sometimes, he ended up watching you instead of the trick you were showing him. And when you commented about it he got all shy and babbled an apology, while you giggled which sent him deeper into his flusterdness, you absolutely found this adorable

• you, the wonderful witch you are, ended up enchanting his heart

Jane loves getting to learn about new cultures

She isn't super into learning new languages, but for you, she would love to!

When you start teaching her, she writes little notes in this vintage leather notebook she bought a while ago, she just didn't have a use for it

She's surprisingly a very fast learner, she is speaking simple sentences within two weeks

I think that once she is fluent enough in Tagalog, she would mainly use it to gossip about people without other's understanding

Or alternatively, she will whisper romantic things to you in Tagalog

Eventually she will build up enough confidence to send you special love letters when she is away on a long mission

All written in dark purple ink and sealed with a dark purple wax seal, of course

Not only is the sentiment sweet, but she knows that only you will be able to read it, making it even more special to you

In general, she uses her newfound Tagalog ability to fluster you and romance you like the hopeless romantic she is

Ben has never really had an interest in learning a new language, and is too lazy to put in that kind of effort

Yes, even for you, as sad as that sounds

BUT! He will ask you from time to time how to say certain things

"Hey babe, how do you say 'stupid cock sucking loser' In Tagalog?

That's kind of a joke

Most of the time he will ask how to say things for you

For example

"How do you say 'can I kiss you' in Tagalog?"

He's so stupid, but its ok because he puts his little tiny bit of brain into being there for you

Liu, being Columbian can speak a little bit of spanish himself

It's not much, because his mom only taught him a little bit, but he doesn't really mind

So when you come around, asking if it's alright to teach him your native language, he gets super excited!

A new way for you guys to bond and spend time together? And he gets to learn a new language while doing it? Hell yeah!

He is very enthusiastic about the whole thing

Once he gets enough to put simple sentences together, he tries out saying things in Tagalog just to surprise you

To which you get excited, even if he gets it a little wrong, because you know he's trying

And seeing you get excited gives him the motivation to keep learning the language

He eventually, like Jane, uses this to whisper sweet nothings into your ear that only you would be able to understand

He uses this new pond of knowledge mostly for romantic purposes tbh

He just loves you so much !!

Eyeless Jack

Jack, being the nerd he is, is always down to learn something new

He sat down and learned French once just because he could

He is very rusty now, but if he wanted to order a salad then he totally could

While you are teaching him, he barely talks

All you hear from his end is a bunch of scribbling in a notebook as he writes down every word you say

He also goes out and buys a bunch of books either on or in Tagalog, that way he can study more when you are sleeping, and so he can try out some of the words he's learned in an actual real world experience

Once learning about the language, this puts him down a rabbit hole

He then learns about the history of Tagalog, history of the Philippines, culture and traditions, folktale, food, etc

Which comes as a shock to you when he suddenly asks for you to make Lumpia, or if you can't make it, if you can go out together and get some

He insists that if you go to a resturaunt, that it be one that is actual authentic Philippine resturaunt that way he isn't getting some watered down version of traditional foods

He must know everything about everything

i'm an infj. i'm an introverted person in general, also tend to be a bit anxious (socially and in general), i'm a bit reserved, and in a big group of people I rarely say much. however around my loved ones, my friends especially, I talk a concerning amount, and genuinely forget i'm in public (like nurse she is out again 😭), but even in my friendships, i'm more so a listener, sorta got the 'therapist friend' badge. a lot of my time is devoted to studying (ikr whatta nerd 🥱). i love to read and write, there's also playing the piano- I love trying to compose by myself (emphasis on trying)-, art (sketching, painting, fashion design all that chaos), biggg on music and multilingual (4 languages, and struggling with Greek atm) . love language is quality time, a sprinkle of physical touch and acts of service <3

The Wise Man's Tree is an all-time favorite. Just. I aspire to weave this level of intricate plot and worldbuilding, and my goal as a writer is to one day make a mystery with this level of tightly-woven plot, love and brilliance. It's a WIP that hasn't been updated in... a while, but I promise you it's worth the agony of the cliffhanger where it left off. It's just that good. It's got Beauty and the Beast vibes while not quite aligning with that either!

what stays and what fades away is one I'm following very closely, 100% a Beauty and the Beast AU with some delightfully tense twists. Uses out knowledge of canon and the fairy tale well to deepen the mystery and tension. Great realistic worldbuilding too, with a focus on the twins so far! Was last updated not too long ago, so! Eagerly awaiting the next update <33

Stuck on You is a Perc'ahlia classic that forever leaves us all drowning in fluff. The writing is so fucking funny and crisp, and Vex is an absolute riot running circles around this little nerd without any trauma of his own. It's only two chapters, but an insanely good feel-good read.
