Character you love to hate: there are lots of characters I genuinely hate with a passion, but the one that’s actually fun to hate is Palpatine. he’s so memeable that even though I hate him in the story, I enjoy him because the memes make me laugh 😂

Character you always forget exists: ok so I genuinely enjoyed the Resistance show. it was a fun little show that’s one of the few SW media that exists with a genuinely happy ending. and I actually liked most of the characters! I just… don’t think about them very often. like other than Kaz, I literally couldn’t tell you any of the characters’ names ROFL

Favorite non-human character: MY BOY BB-8. OMG. listen, I love a LOT of droids ok. droids are the type of characters that I consistently love, regardless of the story. I will always root for the droids haha. but man, when I first saw BB, I was SMITTEN. I said “YOU ARE MY SON NOW”, and it’s been that way ever since. I have a little BB figure that I take with me to Disney World every year to take vacation photos LOL. he will always be my number 1 best boy 🥰🥰🥰

oh i think soft head kisses are a staple in the gallavich household! just thinking of how early on they settled into showing each other this type of soft and quiet affection, i think it would be hard not to think they don't go too long without a lil head smooch!

the little kisses are a constant. i mean, those two are constant smoochers regardless! but the head kisses are just a little way of showing each other how much they care and pay attention. they're in tune with one another. little magnets coming together for a brief second just to show that they see and understand and love.

Also I'll give u one better op, both of them ! I felt inspired, and really, they rock it. I had fun squeezing in my little headcanons mostly Hyrule's eyes having a red glow because of the blood curse thing and Wild eye being white in the center on the scared side. Not completely blind but visually impaired/sensitive to light.

Hi I hate to be cheesy but I wanted to say that while a lot of people - very rightly!!! - point out how cool your art is and how inspirational it is that you showed art can be learned, not just a rare natural born talent, I also LOVE your sense of humor. The dialog and visual jokes are always so sharp and are guarenteed to make me laugh! You know something that I find really interesting is Steve's relationship with his anger. His anger at his body pre serum for not being strong enough to fight, to join the army. He must have had so many body image issues, especially when you take into account the expectations of the time. But for all that, when he has a big strong body he chooses not to use it aggressively even though he could.

Also I'm sure he feels a ton of anger when he finds out about Bucky post TWS. Anger towards himself for not going back to look for him, anger at hydra. But one thing I don't see mentioned a lot is that he would feel a lot of anger towards Peggy and Howard as well. Especially when he finds out about Operation Paperclip. Like the narrative tells us that Peggy continues to be a source of inspiration for Steve, but by CW he knows about all this so I wouldn't be surprised if there was a lot of anger there that he hasn't expressed because he doesn't think it's right to unload all that on an elderly woman with alzheimer's. And Howard was killed so Steve doesn't feel right taking out his anger at Tony either.

I can sort of see Steve holding it in, burying it until Bucky is home safe and then one day it all just comes pouring out and all Bucky can do is let Steve rage and cry and rip a few pillows until he's all cried out and then he pulls him into a hug and holds him tight and makes Steve count heartbeats with him so that he knows that Bucky is there....safe and alive after everything 💙

Oh yes, I am fascinated by this, too. I think Steve has definitely spent a significant part of his life being angry, and it's one of his main motivators, aside from wanting to do the right thing and to help people in need and to make a difference in the world. He's a good man, but he's also an angry man. But his anger is not born from aggression or a hunger for power or validation or any other inherently selfish desires, as is the case for a lot of angry people (mostly men), but more from something like frustration, because people can do better, and things should be better (of course, sadness and loss and grief and helplessness play a huge part, too).

There is of course lots of excellent meta out there about this, so I won't try and provide a whole analysis because I'm tired and I'm not going to be able to do it justice right now and others have done it better anyway. But it is definitely fascinating. I'm not knowledgeable enough about operation paperclip to comment on it in detail, but I know enough to say that I think you're most likely right about that too.

And oh GOD, yes, I could devour a thousand fics in which Steve finally gets to rage and seethe and let it all out and have a big old breakdown, knowing Bucky is there, and Bucky gets it, because he gets Steve like no one else does, and he'll alway, always catch Steve and soothe him and hold him while he cries and Steve finally doesn't have to do it alone anymore 😭 It's the most incredible, cathartic thing and I adore it so much. Any recs anyone has for fics like this, please do send them my way! 💙

so, i meant for this one to be a little bit silly - squishier faces and mickey being a little bit put upon - but the more i worked on it the more i needed it to just be Soft™️. the more the story morphed and changed into something sweeter. more real.

because they just get to be like this now! in private. in public. they get to be soft. they get to let their guards down. and mickey!!! he wants this, he needs this, he won't have it any other way now. no matter where they are.

i pictured them being around people, but they're just having this moment to themselves. mickey craving ian's big arms around his shoulders. silently grabbing his hand, lifting his arm, and just ducking under with a little smirk on his face. that's where he wants to be, where he belongs. and ofcourse ian is beyond smitten by this. he's beside himself! that's his husband - the same kid that refused to kiss him all those years ago - wanting to be held in front of whoever and being sooo cute and sweet and soft about it. smiling up at ian and holding just two of his big fingers. both of their rings glinting in the light.

they get lost in it a bit. this here, now. it's wild and it's real and it's true and it's raw and it's the only thing that matters.

and ian can't stand it! how far they've come. how he gets to call him HIS. in private. in public. so he gives him the squishiest kisses. on his cheek. his forehead. his lips. calling him a big softie with all the love he can muster. right there. in front of everyone and just for them.

It's just, Bones is so sweet with kids, and I like to imagine he's great with them and loves them, and thinking about him being a parent is so fun...!

Imagine they acquire a kid, by whichever method you prefer (surrogacy, adoption, mpreg—personally I'm partial to the potential hilarity of them just finding one somewhere and cue the screwball comedy hijinks a la "Bachelor Mother", but I guess I have written a non-zero amount of omegaverse Spones at this point too... 🤔)

Imagine them learning to adjust their lives to the new addition in their family—Bones has experience from Joanna, but Spock's new to it all and there's just that unshakeable worry that no matter how much he loves the child, he won't be able to give them what they need and/or he'll repeat his parents' mistakes...imagine Bones finding out and reassuring him...

Everyone thinks Spock's the stricter one, but actually it's Bones who ends up being the main disciplinarian—though Spock agrees in principle, turns out his Vulcan logic folds like the flimsiest house of cards under the puppy eyes his child has perfected. ("We agreed no extra sweets after bedtime!" "But Leonard...")

Imagine Jim gifting the kid a drum set for their birthday, only for an unfortunate transporter accident to befall it not one week later...Uncle Jim must hereafter get all gift ideas approved in advance 😔

Imagine them bringing the kid to meet their relatives on both sides, and just the shenanigans involved with navigating an intercultural family...! (Bones finding out about the kahs-wan and needing extensive convincing to allow his kid to take part—"Spock, you nearly died doing it!", Spock worrying about how his family might accept his mate and child...)

It comes as no surprise to anyone when that kid grows up to have the sharpest tongue this side of the Alpha Quadrant and a smartass streak a mile wide. They're also fiercely stubborn, and Bones and Spock will not quit arguing over which parent was more responsible for that.
