You’re my main source of comic Deadpool info: can I ask what his childhood/ pre Deadpool past was, canonically?

hello!!! i am so honoured to be your main source omg, although i am definitely not the most well-versed in deadpool comics but i will get there eventually. but from what i know there is no fixed canon of wade's childhood, and the comics don't just have different accounts of what his childhood was like, they are also wildly contradictory (spoilers ahead of course):

deadpool (1997): he never knew his father at all

x-men origins: deadpool (2010): he had a good family life but his father left and his mother became an alcoholic. his father is still alive and wade visits him at the end of the comic

deadpool (2012): he's ordered to kill his parents and does so successfully, not remembering that it was their house/his childhood home that he burned down (he also has a memory of idolising captain america as a child)

there are definitely more accounts of his childhood including what he's told others (i think in one wolverine comic he claims his father was abusive) but most of these stories, besides deadpool (2012), were told from his own mouth so there's no way of knowing how true they are really

i'm pretty sure the only thing that's consistent about his origin story throughout all the comics is that he had cancer and was experimented on, which is honestly fitting because wade himself is a really inconsistent character with memory issues and who loves lying lmao. i guess for wade the writers just make up whatever backstory they want and readers can just chalk it up to wade being an unreliable narrator or accept that they aren't gonna get anything concrete out of it 😭😭

As Nico is a hardcore girl dad, and his whole family is just girls i can sooooo see him being team Barbie, as it tackled so many problems women go thru. Tbh they should’ve casted him as Barbie, he already has the hair for it🤞🏼🤞🏼

And tbh Lewis is like the biggest women support out there😭 so i can imagine Lew watching Barbie first, and then watching Oppenheimer later on.

ohh what a cute ask!!! this is so hard cus i dont reallt have a fave characterrr hehee. well Louise is my icon at the time of posting so i might go with her for this ask! i think as always she'd 100% ask for a puppy and be absolutelyyy thrilled if her prayers were answered 😭

as for what she'd give her loved ones i think, in the event Bob and Linda get her a puppy, she & Tina & Gene would promise to do anything in return. like actually working hard at the restaurant (which means Tina is working hard at the restaurant while the other two discuss dog related schemes and 'clean' the menus more than likely) lol. but i do think if she did get a puppy her 'gift' to Rudy and Andy and Ollie would be that they get to play with it (and probably charge them for it too😭)

Just me who thinks valentine was BORN a vamp? I just love to imagine a little baby valentine with cute baby vampire teeth and silly bat baby features, I also hc his family as a high ranking coven of sorts and he used to go to balls in the court, learning how to charm people there

While I personally think Val was turned, I can't deny that baby Val would be SOOOO CUTEEE!! Okay so I am veryveryveyryeveyeveyveyeveyev excited for chapter 3 😁😁😁

For theories and hopes: I think Ethan will still be the main villain even tho it says it's about the witch, I still think Ethan will be the one chasing us around every where, I just think we will learn about Wanda/see her and what she does. I've also been thinking about the symbols in the game and why they might be in all those locations, maybe Ethan or the witch can use them to watch Tom? I think this since Ethan always knows where Tom is so yeah (even tho this does seem pretty unlikely 🥲). I also think there might be a chance that we will play through the perspective of another child, like Sam, since horror tale's mechanics are similar to ice scream and it is based off of ice scream (in ice scream you play as other kids in the later chapters) but I don't think it will happen in HT 3 since it talks about Tom in the description. For hopes/ideas? I'm hoping we will learn more about Billy and Emma and how they got kidnapped/ if they also ran away from their home. I also want to find out why Sam ran away from her home, for now I'm just thinking it's because of family problems/ abusive family? Since that's the most common reason for someone to run away from home. I think it would be cool if we see more about the dolls/kids? (Idk what to call them since they are dolls but still technically the kids I think) or something like we get chased by the dolls so they are used as like a trap by Ethan to catch Tom. Another theorie I have is that maybe after the kids are dolls for a while they become less alive, because in HT 1 we see that Harry looks at Tom when he is still a doll, but the other kids don't do anything like look at him which might mean they've been a doll for so long that they can't control anything anymore. I do think the kids are still alive, just trapped in the doll in a way, since Sam talks about saving them (which I'm guessing is Tom's objective in HT 3 and maybe the future chapters). Since a ritual is used to turn the kids into dolls I think they might be trapped by soul or something, and Tom would need to like reverse it or something? (I'm just waffling at this point 😭) I hope we learn more about Ethan's backstory, the fire that killed his father and if he was involved with the fire (since he has burn marks) AND why he was in the asylum. As for Wanda I don't really have any theories about hey, I'm just excited to learn about her character lol I just hope she isn't creepy like Ethan 💀. For Ethan's new mask I'm thinking maybe it'll represent Ethan getting more powerful/becoming more dangerous since the mask is like a dead rabbit? I thought it was like frozen because of the cracks and the blue and yeah, but it being electric actually sounds rlly cool. I have many ideas or theories about the mask, but I am really interested so yeah 👍.

YESSS my secret is pet names are my favorite thing ever…. We have both used baby/babe, darling, dear, and sweetheart on each other, but some he has exclusively used on me have been Starlight, Ty-Ty, and Lil Guy (bc omfg I am so short compared to him and he likes to take every opportunity to bring that up)! Some I’ve used on him are Sunshine, Marvie, Big Guy (to match his ;3c) I have to think up some more tbhh :P

9. tell a story abt your childhood

OK soo. this is hard bc I remember like three things abt my childhood BUT most of em are either sad or more of a feeling (and like hard to tell yk) SO here's the story abt how i learned to ride a bikee

(Idk what the normal way to learn that is.. mine doesnt rlly feel like it. but maybe everyone did it that way Idk im not going around asking ppl how they learned it)

anyways. i used to be in front of the house with the kickstand down and just sit on there and basically treat it like one of these stationary bikes at first.

then my mum had to hold the bike at the thing behind the saddle Idk what it's called where u could put a basket to put ur stuff in?? to keep it stable and ran after me so I wouldnt fall.

this was a reoccuring process until. one day. when my granma visited and she just like came around the corner of the house (we were in the garden) and my mum let go to say hi etc and I just. kept on not falling from the bike and since then I can ride the bike!! exciting.

14. what's something you've always wanted to do but maybe been to scared to do?

probably talk to strangers (i am very social but also anxiety). I can like talk to people to find out where the hell i am or tell the waiter id like the bill now please and smth (or at least that's getting better now; i think who has especially helped in that departement are the old ladies who deem me as No. 1 conversation partner of the whole (packed) train station)) but if I want them to like me it's a whole other thing. Or if it's not like necessary yk?

All I Want is to give random compliments to random ppl but im not that far yet (working on itt). Also to get on rlly high towers for the view (im scared of heights)
