Touka's insult "Shittyama" is in the raws too and I couldn't be happier to find that out.
Even better, it's specifically "kuso-yama" and specifically using the kanji for yama. (クソ山) Tsukiyama's name means Moon Mountain, with the -yama part meaning mountain.
Shit Mountain > Pile of Shit.
What an insult. It's great.
Nishiki also uses the same insult in Ch 117.
And then Touka uses it again in the V12 Omake
