I'm 99% sure that they will make Helaena choose between the twins, "a son for a son" (a son (luke) for a son (jaehaerys) probably B&C are already intending to kill the boy since Daemon must knowing that Aegon has an heir. Helaena will choose jaehaera and B&C will do psychological horror with the little girl saying that her mother chose her to die, the only thing I know is the choice being between the twins will scream "look how TG is misogynist" because jaehaera's life is not as important as his brother's , and even though I hate TG I must admit that it is a terrible idea for Ryan to do this

This isn't about Team Green vs. Team Black, this is about lazy writers trying to get away with a watered down fanfiction of George RR Martin's work. I too am worried this is going to turn into a "look all the Greens are misogynists! Even mentally ill Helaena!!!" thus completely whitewashing the evilness of Blood & Cheese.

I really hope it isn't Jaehaerys vs. Jaehaera because it makes 0 sense. Team Green is established on the rule of agnatic primogeniture, Jaehaera doesn’t have a claim to the Iron Throne so the Blacks gain nothing from killing her; it’s all about the two Princes because only they are Aegon’s heirs. The barbarity of Blood & Cheese is linked to the fact they psychologically tortured Helaena into choosing one of her sons to kill but then murdered the other, if it’s just Jaehaerys the torment of forcing a mother to choose is lost.

My only hope is either:

Helaena gives birth in 2x01

Maelor simply pops up in Season 2, he always existed they just never mentioned him

I honestly feel like 2x01 is going to end up being another example of the writers completely misunderstaning the nuance of George's work.
