Born to a nobleman , and one of Dowager Empress Sorella's maids - terrion silverridge was concealing a secret from birth. A half faerie , born into the land without magic , his mother enforced the simple truth that to reveal the magic within , would end with him executed. His wings were removed as a babe - leaving him with two scars that he often explains away with training injuries.

As he was born into the palace , he grew up around servants , and eventually , went on the become one of the palace guards. Assigned to Crown Prince Ruven @prinzburned , it soon became clear to him that he had a duty to keep the other alive. This proved to be quite difficult at times , given that Ruven often liked to sneak out of the palace. Despite the Crown prince's liberal views , Terrion knows better than to tell him the truth - fearing what might happen , regardless. So he is simply his guard ; and his magical protector , when the need calls for it - in silence. He began to grow fond of the crown prince , his loyalty so fierce despite his hatred for the monarchy , that he would give his life for him if need be.

Terrion's mother passed away when he was just eighteen , from an illness that had swept the kingdom - almost taking Terrion with her. When he awoke that morning , to find her gone - he realised that he was for the most part , alone now. No one aside from his Mother and Father knew the truth , and his Father had refused to acknowledge him at birth.

Terrion lives within the palace , sharing a room with several other guards and because of this hehas to be extremely careful. Often , his mind wonders to the large mountain barrier , that keeps Aztaria from the rest of the world ( to keep the magic out ) & wonders if he has any other family outside of it.
