This is a spiritual successor to my 10th anniversary art, which I have always been very proud of. It's amazing to see how far we've come!

Oh damn, another Tyzula comic! I'm as surprised as you that I managed to keep my word of doing this Monster AU. Not sure if this is going to be as popular as the Vampire+Werewolf mash up, but I like the idea of some sort of Golem Azula (this case in the form of a terracotta) and Gorgon Ty Lee. Ty Lee's snakes love Azula scratches. And Mai's exhilarating adventures continues! Thank you @doodlesanime for the idea of giving the snakes little dresses.

text from the pictures goes under the cut because while i recognise that the text is small my main points gotta go above it, theres also some other fun things
-
okay heres some brief context for my conspiracy theory: art, which pottery is a very well preserving medium of, can tell how a culture spreads, we know that minoan crete influenced micanean greece because we've found pottery of the minoan style that was made in greece even if we barely know anything about the minoan people then we do know this, so the assumption im using here is that the pots are all of the same style which then presents sort of a narrative
domino 1
the trail culture has some sort of connection with the coastal warm ocean people and cold ocean people, they also have a connection to (or are) the desert people who made the pyramid and frequents the desert well that never dries up, using its water for potions and magic or worship. they also have friendly connections to villagers or something that looks like them to a point where they make motifs about them
domino 2
the guardian monument, at this point in time just barely above the water level so that the inside is dry but the guardians can enter and exit, is attacked by the cold ocean people for prismarine and other such luxury items. the cold ocean people trade these items so that they end up with the warm ocean people who seem to be peacefully fishing and taking care of the sniffer, cultivating the seeds they dig up
domino 3
Something happens. The warm ocean people may have caught a virus that make them immune to the dangers of creepers and find sunlight dangerous needing to take shelter under savannah trees, the sea level could also rise. We don't know exactly what happened but whatever did happen causes conflict on a personal level as seen by the type of damage done to the cold ocean peoples buildings. At this point contact either ceases between the trail culture and the ocean people as buildings are destroyed and in time, submerged. Or the trail culture sees ocean people joining them as refugees.
However much they flee, though, the trail cultures structures also get buried and forgotten.
domino 4, the end
the guardians now live in the water full time but are still amphibious. the pyramid well civilisation vanish and the waters have covered what remains of the ocean peoples towns as well as the sniffer eggs that are forced to go into stasis as hatching in the water is less than ideal, waiting for someone to bring them up to safe ground again.
-
there is something living on the bottom of the ocean. its not what it used to be, but they still live in their homes. not alive but not acting very dead, the ocean people are still there, looking like the player.
maybe the universe loves us
maybe the universe hated them
maybe the universe regrets what happened
VILLAGERS
Have square buildings made of stone and local wood types Buildings are scattered around an area but connected by paths Villagers look like the friend pottery shard, and spawn the iron golem which also looks like the friend shard
TRIAL RUINS
Their buildings are mostly made from mud, terracotta and bricks They loved color, everything is very colorful Prolific potters/pot makers and amazing glass workers A culture rich enough that it's worth inventing four (4) armour trims for your already expensive armour Have a central tower with a connecting building, a long straight paved road down from the tower with buildings or decorations like statues Pottery shards burn, danger, howl, sheaf, friend, heart, heartbreak (the last two being the only 100% abstract shards)
DESERT PYRAMID
Made of sandstone and terracotta, has two tower wings Pottery shards miner, prize, skull, and archer Created by a wealthy people as it's full of riches
DESERT WELL
Made of sandstone Very shallow Hasn't dried up since the pottery cultures time Pottery shards arms up, brewer
WARM OCEAN PEOPLE
Many sandstone buildings but only a few (2/8) are obviously houses They love their arches Uses terracotta (unglazed) and sea lanterns Many plazas Buildings are scattered loosely around an area Knew about and may have taken care of sniffers based where eggs are found Pottery shards angler, shelter, snort Might have been fishers based on the pottery
SNIFFERS
Thought to be extinct Eggs can be found in the sand in the warm water ruins Eggs hatch faster near moss They sniff out ancient seeds
COLD OCEAN PEOPLE
Stone brick buildings, many of them houses (5/9 small), (3/4 large), they have a small tower as well A mix of rounded and square houses Uses terracotta (glazed), prismarine, sea lanterns, spruce and dark oak planks, and bricks One large monument that mirrors one of the warm ocean plazas Buildings loosely scattered around an area Knew about the warden Pottery shards blade, explorer, mourner, plenty Might have been hunters or explorers based on the pottery
GUARDIAN MONUMENT
Guardians do not suffocate in air, they can survive indefinantly but spawn only in water Guardians are psychic or otherwise magic Pyramid-like structure with two wings 23 pillars that stretch to the ocean floor (like it didn't want to be flooded but needs to be near water for guardians to spawn)
ZOMBIES
Look like the player
Spawns in the underwater ruins
CONNECTING POINT: similar pottery style
-
random thoughts at the end:
i still actually think that the trail culture is nomadic, maybe herders and traders with semi permanent settlements for farming when the seasons allow for it, the ruins we find being those semi permanent structures that are more like waypoints or settlements along a path
the absolute wealth of having four whole different armour trims dude, i really like the idea of the trail people and pyramid people being the same but considering how not buried the pyramid is that might be a long shot, could be the remnants of the trail people tho, like finding traces of people during the bronze age collapse, their cities get buried and they keep the pottery style with them and they manage to squeeze out a new armour trim, and they extrapolate on the wealth part of their culture and do grave goods re: pyramid with so much hidden wealth
unrelated but since im tagging @nightshadeowl i might as well talk about the reconstruction work ive done, im not sure ill post the pictures because its very cramped on the flatland but the damage done to the cold ocean ruins is very much not natural, it looks like it blew the fuck up (it being the biggest house in the generation pool) and theres no sign of it ever having a roof even tho it very obviously should have, also the warm water peoples bungs stumped me for a long time because of the lack of houses, all the buildings are very artsy and i wonder why that is, one of the arches kinda reminded me of the ones at the ocean monument but i think that was coincidental
wish i could more easily summon in these things and shoutout to the blacksmithy in the trail ruins for also looking blown the fuck up, what happened to you to have no roof to be seen, weird spike terracotta walls, and a perfectly intact interior, only of its kind

Don't think I ever clarify that minecraft Chaos is officially a obsidian golem, I made my decision but didn't specify in any posts. Anyway other minecraft details I thought about last night
Chaos doesn't need to eat but he finds it enjoyable. He doesn't eat meat or fish. He mostly eats fruits like apples and melons or gold (or golden apples and glistening melons). He also used to eat emeralds till he learned they acted as a currency. (a very non standardized currency but a currency most humanoids will accept)
Chaos likes terracotta, he thinks it's neat. He will sometimes steal it off of structures. He will replace the stolen blocks with mossy cobblestone (which he also likes and seems to have a infinite supply of)
Chaos can not pick up flowers by himself without crushing them into dye. He must be handed them
Chaos is extremely durable, barely taking damage from most physical attacks. Diamond or netherite weapons are some of the few physical items that do decent damage. Magic is the best offense against him.
When angered or deeply saddened, Chaos' face will take on the appearance of crying obsidian. Other than a slight glow, it has little effect.
Chaos doesn't need to breath but he still doesn't like water deeper than a block. However he will walk through 3-4 block height water if carrying someone who he keeps held above his head. Water any deeper than that will result in him pacing the shore nervously. He also has a dislike for dolphins.
Daydream is a illager so he has mostly gray toned skin but he has a somewhat crescent shaped patch of villager tan toned on his face. his left 'villager' eye is blue and his right 'illager' eye is green (as usual)
Daydream has 3 vexes; Bone, Gore, and Glory. Bone is almost always out while Gore and Glory get summoned for confrontations. All three of them are red instead of gray-blue.
Glitter is originally a 'savanna' villager but his shirt was blue tones, the leaves of his headpiece were actual pinkish orange flowers, and his eyes are also blue instead of green.
Glitter has a bow but he rarely uses it, fleeing to Chaos' side since his aim is shit.

Fuck it, I’ll post the full species notes right here
Keep in mind, these are concepts/notes
Feel free to send asks!
Admins
Powerful beings created by The Great Jebb were given the sole purpose of protecting the world he created before he dissolved into the ocean.
They were created from Terracotta and other items like diamonds, gold, and apples. etc
Very tall, can range from 7 to 14’11 feet
Their appearance can be based on what powers they have
Before TKR, most of the Admins were reclusive and didn’t interact with anyone who wasn’t their worshippers, though they didn’t mind talking with Mortals
After TKR, the Admins were nearly wiped out and were forced along with the Mods to take retreat in The Underneath
Immortal, can only be killed by other Admins or something created by an Admin
Mods
A subspecies from Admins, think of Nymphs from Greek Mythology
Their appearance depends on what kind of place they’re born in:
Ocean - Fish-like and have scales on their arms and legs, their eyes are wide and their scleras are dark.
Plains/Forest - Mostly resembles Crafters, but they’re much taller and have long and pointy ears. They often decorate their hair with beautiful flowers and love fruits.
Mountain/Snow - Large and hulking beasts, very hairy due to the cold, and have long tails that can glow to guide others through blizzards
Desert - Glossy and tanned skin, gold marks on their forehead, and sharp claws. Most Mods in this category have wings due to being created by Celeste.
Have powers just like Admins but are much weaker.
Not immortal but can live for 1,000 years
Created by using items such as gold, lanterns, or fruit. etc
Created for helping the Admins and acting as ‘mini guardians’ for the Mortals
Retreated to The Underneath after the events of TKW
Crafters
Created by Delphineas an accident by using clay and flowers.
Famous for their knack for crafting and building, they’re often the main source of entertainment for the Admins
Their social dynamics are complex, some Crafters prefer to live in villages, some prefer to travel with groups, while others like to live alone.
They also live in an aromantic society, they don’t care for relationships and are very affectionate with their peers. Boyfriend/Girlfriend/Spousal relationships are often replaced with Partnerships.
Familial relationships are loose and Crafters tend to include closest friends in their family circle
Scars and good armory/weaponry are considered attractive
Sheeplings
Created by an Admin named Eberhard in an attempt to create another species like the Crafters
Were created with hay and wool
They are humanoid sheep that survive by sticking with their village and relying on Golems and wolves to fight against Illigers and Zombies
Long wool is considered attractive and masculine
Sheeplings often shave on hot summers
Huge vegetarians, and whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM LAMB
Invented dye and sells their wool at celebrations
Very neutral towards Crafters, as long as they don’t fuck with them, they’re fine
Huge trading market, merchants will go out into the world to conduct outside trading markets

I found this blog a while ago and I appreciate the work you put on your posts. I found your quirk Claymation really interesting and immediately loved it. Could you expand on it some more? Like could you go over some training, super moves, equipment, and so on? And thank you for the work you put in making your posts I really appreciate it!
Why thank you for saying that. I'm glad you like my work so much, it really does mean a lot to me that you would tell me that, and I hope you like this well. And thank you for asking about this Quirk. "Claymation" has always been a fan favorite, so I'm surprised it hasn't been asked about before.
If you want to train "Claymation", it would come down to the user learning how to work their clay better, potentially by reading up on various techniques of sculpting clay and working to make as many as possible in order to improve their control over how the clay is shaped and the reserve of clay they have access to. Meanwhile, they would be ordering any creations they made to do certain tasks as a way to improve their ability to command what they make. This could then evolve into the user having greater variations in their clay creations. I mentioned before how the user could make things like animals, so the user could make a tiger to attack someone or a bird to fly around the battlefield. This could then lead to more variations in the golems and how they are armed, like making hardened clay weaponry and controlling the clay's shape after it is made, like latching onto a golem only to turn it into a horse to ride off on, at the cost of making them more unstable or eating away at their resources.
Super Moves would come down to the user making various monsters and figures with the clay figures, such as making a wolf monster from it or trying to make some super-good clay for a particular build. Their most powerful one they could do using all of their clay at once to make the biggest monster that they could. As for equipment, it would be for the best that the user try to armor up since they won't need to do much other than control the clay they make. I suppose some personal weapons in case someone got close would be nice. Another good choice would be that the user carries around vials of materials or materials in general to mix into the clay, such as fire retardant gel, to help lessen the clay's weakness to fire. Finally, maybe they could have a sketch book of ideas for their clay monsters to help them better visualize what they are trying to make. If you want something for the costume, maybe you could go for a clay aesthetic yourself, like taking inspiration from terracotta warriors or golems, or going for a more gimmicky approach, such as taking after artists or magic users.

Yes it's about the fanart i just rebloged.
Lizzie was obviously water, the Ocean Queen could not be anything eles. She is THE QUEEN of water.
Joel was the fire, which soled me onto the terracotta golem headcanons actually, a forged king, who forged his own kingdom from a harsh mesa into lush paradise.
Jimmy was earth. And as Earth he was stubborn and close to nature. Not allowing things to let go if it was not if favor for him, and living in the empire who was probably the least urban like.
Pix on the other hand was the wind. And as the wind moves send over the years creating new unrecognizable terrains even burring gigantic structures underneath, he let the fate move him, wherever it took him and he adapted to it. Doesn't matter if it was the exile, the Thunder Alter or his eventually disappearance.
#empires smp#esmp#empires smp season one#i was so obsessed with this back then#yes it's about joey's trial in the end busting of codfater's head

Hi folks! It's me, Pups, CEO of not being normal about Bunny Bubble.
I have a new theory for the world to question my sanity with.
First, here is a recap of episode 2 and 3 for people who may have not seen them or have and need a refresh.
Here is my episode 1 recap and theory here.
Episode 2:
Bunny Bubble reads the first note that just says "alone."
Bubble adds bunny ears to builds to make friends.
The duck Bubble built went missing, and another player, Staraptor, was framed for it.
Other objects went missing with similar signs pointing to the same culprit.
Bunny Bubble, AND I QUOTE, "took away his breathing privileges" by taking his base to the sky via duck.
She finds out later on that two different players, Zsm and Ratrick, were behind it.
A group of players, including Bubble, who had their stuff stolen by them, decided to make the scary tower they live in be promoting the Barbie movie (aka making it pink and girly).
They scattered the parts of the original tower around the map.
The two found out about the prank and weren't so pleased.
Bunny Bubble was blamed for the doorbell being broken and was then locked in the room with the doorbell being forced to fix it.
She had what I could describe as either a panic attack or meltdown from being shouted at and endlessly hit.
She eventually got killed and ended up back home where a new not greeted her, "Come and find me."
Episode 3:
Bubble takes over as narrator while the actual narrator gets a pizza.
Bunny Bubble gets started on a chessboard, which will cover the spawn of the server.
We get introduced to IRL Bubble, who gets a real chessboard as research. In the long run, this research didn't matter that much.
She assigned each member of the server a type of chess piece.
She made the first few and was going okay with the project.
The narrator came back with a pizza that was cold because they're a disembodied voice even though we heard their footsteps earlier.
Bubble found herself in a few problems like the lack of terracotta and brown dye on the server.
She figured out an easy way of getting terracotta and a very hard way of brown dye.
She had to get brown dye from wandering traders, which took a very long time because they only had a small chance of having it.
She finally found one, which then died because of a flood prank caused by Delilah.
Bubble was told that the flood wouldn't last that long, but the flood lasted for about 2 months.
Bubble decided to go on a revenge arc and remove the water herself.
So that's where we got to so far. But one question remains...
WHO IS THE NARATOR?
Here are my ideas from least to most insane.
A version of Bubble, possibly based on another Wonderland character like the Cheshire Cat. This is the most likely since Cheshire Cat can go invisible and the purple colour scheme.
Benjamin, since we haven't met him officially in the story at the time of writing this, and we don't know his voice yet.
Editor Bubble, since she does compile the story together, and we've only seen them twice so far technically.
Bunny Bubble from the future, and it's her looking back on it all.
THE ORIGIN THAT WASN'T VOTED ON THE ORIGINAL ANNOUNCEMENT, THE PLANT GOLEM BUBBLE.
Some of them could not be true, and some could, but I have a hunch that the narrator is not telling us something.
Or am I just going insane? Who knows!

Amethystville is an underground village in a mostly artificial cave system. The urban part of the caves and tunnels are occupied by villagers, cats, and iron golems. The lush and terracotta caves are occupied by wolves, sniffers, armadillos, and axolotls. The dripstone swamp cave is occupied by frogs, chickens, and turtles. Finally the flooded cave is occupied by foxes, turtles, and glow squids
My world is singleplayer Java snapshots. I started this world in either June or July of 2019. I have zero mods installed. The only resource pack I use is Shrimp's Immersive Interfaces. I play survival mode but often use commands to give myself stuff, all of the digging out and placing blocks is done in survival.
Note: I am currently posting old screenshots. For the sake of authenticity I am writing the captions as if I wrote them when the screenshot was taken. I will eventually backdate the post to the dates the screenshots were taken.

Registeel sits quietly near Saya as she tends to a few of her plants. She'd already watered those that were more intensive as far as their needs went, and now she worked with careful precision to prune a few that were overgrown. The painted terracotta pots her plants rest in added a splash of color to her room.
Her eyes would lift to the desert landscape outside of the windows, watching a distant sandstorm rolling slowly along the horizon. The sky was otherwise clear and blue save for tall thunderheads dozens of miles away - a series of storms that likely wouldn't make it into the lower deserts. They never really did in this heat, unless the atmosphere was just right.
Saya would set her shears down for a moment, lips set in a thin line. Soon, she'd turn back towards Regis. He sat still, previously watching her deft hands at work.
"Regis," she'd finally say, looking up at the large golem, "tell me 'bout yer home."
There was a quiet, pensive whir that left him. If Saya didn't know any better, she'd say there were literal gears turning within - but she knew by now that he was totally hollow, somehow. A series of short and long beeps left him, the red dots on his face lighting up independently of one another in time with the beeps.
'My home... My home is beautiful. Lush grasses and trees surround my tomb. Puddles of water that reflect all above them, like miniature pockets of the sky dipped into the earth - it never ceased raining enough for them to dissipate. Hoenn is... diverse in its landscape. My sibling rests in a tomb along a route that is not unlike Orre's deserts.' Regis would pause for a long while.
Saya moved to sit on the floor across from them now, folding her legs underneath herself. "M'ancestor's from Hoenn, actually. Always been curious 'bout it." She says, breaking the silence between them.
'It is a desirable region to visit for most. I... have not been there in many years. There are some days where I find it almost difficult to recall some of the landscapes there.' Though it was impossible to discern tone through beeps and flashes of light, there was a heavy sense of sadness that burrowed into Saya's heart. Almost as if she could feel his shift in mood in her veins.
"Shit, Regis... Sorry. Didn't mean t'bring up any bad memories fer ya." But in a way, it felt all too familiar. Saya was the same way with The Under, before it had been restored and brought back to life. There was a time where she had forgotten aspects of her own home, torn away too quickly before she could commit it all to memory.
The Registeel didn't say anything for a moment, resting his arms upon his legs - like one would when they sat hunched over. 'Please, do not apologize. If I was not comfortable speaking of this, I would not have. I am sure you understand that, Saya.' They pause again, a low, painful sounding whir leaving them that she felt in her very soul.
'I was taken from my home, a long time ago. Not of my own choice, but by force.'
Something in Saya's stomach twist uncomfortably. She opt to not speak, as the look on her face and in her eyes likely said it all. Instead, she waited for Regis to continue.
'Long ago... many, many thousands of years, I was taken from my tomb. I was taken from the land of Hoenn, far away from my home, and from my siblings. I was taken for my metals - humans wished to utilize it for their inventions and technology... they wished to study me. To find out if they could use me.' A noise akin to a shudder left the steely golem.
'They tried anything and everything to harvest it. Crude tools of weaker metals would snap against my steel. They tried to melt me down, but no fire burned hot enough to do so. There was such a desperation for my steel. Nothing could scratch it. Nothing could even dent it. It stumped them. It made them angry. At the time, the metals humanity begun to use were nothing compared to myself. They assumed they could take from me to spearhead their own advancements.'
Saya could feel her skin crawling. She hugged herself, raking her nails down her arms. "God, Regis, I... 'm so sorry ya had t'endure all that, I- what happened? Why- why did y'let 'em torture ya like that?"
For a long while, he sat silently, before a quiet series of beeps left them. 'I thought it better that I was in that situation than any of my siblings. We are all beings shrouded in great power and mystery. Even to this day, many do not know or understand how we all function. They do not understand what we are made of; they do not understand how we live and walk this earth. I thought my sacrifice would ease any curious eyes that rest upon them.'
A noble sacrifice, from a noble creation. Registeel had millions of years of history wrapped up within them that Saya couldn't even begin to fathom. She had tried before, and each time it made her head spin. A timeless, immortal being, where her own lifespan and time upon this earth was laughable at best.
She swallowed hard, turning her gaze away from him now. "If y'were taken from yer home... n' now yer awake n' all that... why don'tcha go back? I don't want t'make ya feel like 'm forcin' ya t'stay here. I didn't even know what ya were when y'woke up n' rose from th'sands. I just- I don't understand why I was able t'do that in th'first place. I've been past that same spot ten million times on m'bike- why then? Why now?"
The discovery of Registeel on her night out with Magdalena had come not long after Saya's resolve to become a steel specialist, but surely that was too much of a coincidence. Why her? She was just a bastard child, a ruffian nobody from a place that had ceased to exist up until a year ago. Sure, her skill as a trainer was undeniable, but other than that...
Saya looked back up at Regis as he moved a large hand down towards her. 'If I wanted to return home, I would have done so the second I woke up. You understand, Saya. From the tales you told me, you would give everything for yours. I still do not understand what made me awaken in that moment. I had been buried in those sands far longer than this region has even existed, dumped and left to the elements when I could not give my captors what they wanted. They hid me away in this desolate land, fearing that a day would come where someone would succeed where they failed. But... I believe everything happens for a reason.'
She lifts her arm, placing her hand over one of their fingers. There was a new understanding between them now, a new bridge built where there was previously a gap. Though Regis' tale was horribly sad, and one that mirrored her own in some aspects, a part of her felt much more enlightened than before.
"Damn right. 'M gramps used t'say th'same thing all th'time, n' I really believe it." Everything happens for a reason. Just what did the wheel of fate have in store for her, and for Regis? For what reason where they brought together? It seemed as though only time would tell.
Saya stands back up, taking up her shears and going back to pruning her plants. As she snips overgrown stems and trims off dead leaves, she smiles to herself.
"Thanks, Regis."

Listen. Listen to me, boy.
Bird golem.
One pumpkin + two terracotta horizontally will result in a big bird golem. The coloration and pattern of the golem is dependent on which terracottas are used in its construction.
Glazed terracottas result in complex patterning, while unglazed terracottas result in more simple patterns. The "bottom" terracotta will decide the patterning and coloration of the tail and wings, while the "middle" terracotta will decide the patterning and coloration of the head and torso.
If a terracotta golem is made with unstained, unglazed terracotta, you can right click it with a sherd and give it a little symbol on its breast as a decoration.
You can saddle it and ride it as a flying mount. While unmounted, they will wander as the other golems do, but can be leaded and tied to fences. Despite being a golem, it will "roost" on warm blocks like magma blocks or campfires. It's still hurt by direct contact with lava, but it has more heat resistance than the average creature, so it can handle some hot blocks.
If a terracotta golem is damaged, it is shown as being cracked. You can right click it with clay while it is cracked to put it in a "clayed" state. The next time it "roosts" on a campfire or magma block, the clay will fire and it will be fully healed.
As a fun little feature, you can also right click it with gold while it is cracked and roosting to instead heal its damage with gold. Because kintsugi is cool as fuck. I know pottery isn't actually fixed using pure gold with kintsugi but I don't wanna make a whole ass new urushi lacquer item to be mixed with gold for the kintsugi process. Because we have enough item bloat as it is. Despite how cool it would be.
“mojang should add this” “mojang should add that” mojang should add more BIRDS

It's beginning to look a bit more like a temple and less like a pair of boxes wooo. :D I've become very fond of the red terracotta block, so I wanted to use that here. I haven't quite settled on how I want to decorate the walls, but I think I'll do with terracotta - dyed and glazed - to add in colour and pattern. I want it to feel like it belongs with the village nearby, so I want to use a similar style and block pallette.
Also I decorated my nether portal and blocked it off with gates to stop villagers wandering through into the nether.
My pyramid has attracted a guardian. idk why the golem(s) keep ending up here, but there's always a golem up here. Thanks, dude, ig.
